I ordered one microwave from flipkart on 20 sep in big billion sale which was scheduled to be delivered on 24 sep but till 20 oct they didn't deliver even after writing 8 mails and many calls. After calling help desk, they told it can't be delivered to my address as they aren't able to locate my address and asked me to cancel it. After cancellation, i got an update as my money will be returned within 6-8 business days.
Now it's already been 8 working days and my money is still not refunded. I even didn't get any notification about on refund. I have no idea about what's happening around.
Flipkart have been playing with our hard earned cash. I want them to pay me my money + compensation for holding my money for 1.5 months.

Od[protected] dated 26/10/2017 @ around 22.45 hrs, we have ordered mobile hand set branded motorola model moto e 4 plus, colour iron gray for the value of inr rs. 9599/-, in this connection we have received a message regarding shipment the consignment on 27/10/2017 and the same will be delivered us on that 30/10/2017.

    Based on your message we have tracking my order no. Od[protected], it seems that reached the destination on 30/10/2017 at the delivery location. But as per the courier personnel not yet delivered. We have called your customer care executive through[protected] on 30/10/2017 around 17.00 hrs, cc - executive replied that the consignment will be delivered and it has been reached your location. But still not yet received the same. So we request your good self that kindly look in to the matter and do the needful in this regard

      Hi i have purchased and cancelled the samsung galxy phone of rs. 20590/-
      From bajaj emi card. But as per bajaj two times flipcart has deducted the amount of from my emi card and they have not canceled one. Bajaj insisting to check with flipcart that second time purchased one is not refunded and it is not cancelled.

      And your call center guys are not giving any clarifications through phone
      And iam not happy with flipcart service being old customer

      Attached the bajaj emi details with amount for your reference
      Kindly check the and resolve the issue and send an email confirmation of refund details so that i can write to bajaj for cancellation.

      As the due date is approaching the amount will be deducted from bank of which i have not purchased from flipcart.[protected]

        I almost have talked to you more than 100 times for replacing this mobile which was delivered on 16th october. Each time i was asked to visit the service centre but the problem never got resolved. You have delivered a damaged product and are not considering it when a complaint is being registered. I want my mobile to be replaced immediately. Never expected such a bad service from flipkart. How ignorant you are towards your customer's complaint. Deeply disappointed. I would even suggest people not to choose flipkart for online shopping

          Dear sir,
          I ordered moto g5 plus with one year buy back guarantee on 16th oct 2017 order i'd is od[protected]. I paid total of rupees 11080 from my hdfc credit card. I cancelled the order on same date for which i only got refund of rupees 10997 which is the price of mobile. And i did not get refund amount of 83 rupees for one year buy back guarantee. Please give me refund as soon as possible

            The refrigerator was bought under buy back of my old refrigerator. The new product was delivered on 2nd october 2017 and my old working refrigerator was taken back by same team who delivered the new one. On 3rd october the hitachi service engineer (Nine nine eight seven one four zero four zero zero) who unpacked the refrigerator found the supplied refrigerator damaged in transit. One side of the refrigerator is having dents and paint pealed off. The same was not commissioned by him and i requested flipkart for replacement. Since 3rd october i have been talking to flipkart on the toll free complaint number almost on daily basis but the replacement is still not approved. Hitachi service engineer once again visited my premises on 5th october to see that the refrigerator is not replaced yet.
            Flipkart back end team cancelled my old replacement request and raised a new one on 22nd october and informed that a technician visit will take place by 25th october and afterwards the unit will be replaced. Once again i received a call from hitachi call center (Nine zero two nine zero seven zero seven four nine) to confirm if i have received replacement from flipkart. The service engineer or hitachi call center states that they have no role in replacement of the refrigerator and are no more interested to visit as they say they have already taken the photograph of damage and have uploaded.
            Even after one month of receipt of damaged product my request for replacement has not been honored by flipkart and every time the call center representatives are giving me new dates after 48-72 hrs stating that the back end team is already on the job and will revert back. However i feel bad for the poor response/ no system of complaint escalation. No one authorized to talk to the hitachi mechanic/ accept photograph taken by me of the refrigerator/ not approving replacement request without technician report. The technician who visited me does not have any access to flipkart/hitachi website.
            I am being forced to live without a refrigerator after my old one was taken back and a damaged refrigerator is dumped on me.

            I tried calling the customer service number of FlipKart on daily basis to followup on replacement status for a month from 3rd October 2017 to 2nd Nov 2017. They initially cancelled my first replacement request and generated a fresh replacement request on 20th October on their website. The back end team informed me that since Hitachi Service engineer has not updated the status after making a technician visit and verifying the refrigerator and conforming the damage in body dent and paint peel off that was reported by me. I had shared the mobile number of service engineer of Hitachi who had seen the refrigerator but there was no action for more than 30 days. After the complaint was forwarded from the Consumer Complaint forum. The FlipKart team took the complaint seriously and approved the replacement even without any update from Hitachi Service Engineer. I received a replacement on 5th Nov 2017 (Sunday) within 3 days of approval. This time I opted for open box delivery and observed that there was no damage to the packing of the refrigerator, however there was a minor painting defect on one side of the refrigerator. Since the damage on the replacement refrigerator was acceptable, I retained the new one and the old un-used refrigerator was taken away by FlipKart delivery team. I have put this remark of paint damage on one side the open delivery memo jointly signed by FlipKart representative. However I was happy to receive replacement after a month long follow up.

              This was supposed to be shipped by yesterday, 31oct (9:00 pm), but as guy called late and that was my leaving time from office. I told him to deliver it on today i. E 1 nov in morning. Its afternoon no sign of calling him back to me.

              Doing continuous follow up, but he's not picking call too. Can someone please manage this stubborn guy?

                I ordered a trimmer from flipkart order id od[protected] on 17th october that was to be delivered by 28th october 2017. The product was paid and reached the nearest hub on 25th october 2017, but the delivery was never made, even after multiple calls to customer care, no action was taken, today on 1st november there is still no trace of my order. Flipkart just keeps on extending date of delivery after every 2 days.

                As the product was ordered during festive sales, other websites like amazon and snapdeal also offered discounts on similar products, and unfortunately i chose flipkart, now i regret making that purchase.

                  I purchased IFB fully automatic 6.5 kg washing machine on 17th October 2017 from Flipkart. It was detected with a faulty part by technician from IFB and hence installation never got completed. Since then I have called flipkart every 2nd day but no one came to see or pick the faulty product .

                    I have request for refund on 23rd still my order is not picked by the flipkart no techincan come to see the product & they are canceled my refund request why?
                    1 sofa foam quality is very poor.
                    2 seating is not proper spring is not proper.
                    3 sofa is only covered with clothes there is just a layer foam u can easily feel wood.
                    4. Kusan r also not good.

                    I request u please take sofa back and give refund. Althought it's very late in pick up please do the needful in urgent basis.
                    Flipkart is making people fool & cheating with the customer. Very bad service request you dont buy anything from the site.

                      Dear sir,

                      My subjected order issue is pending from flipkart of more than two months. Now i am tired of this things. Even in their customers service number is always busy even though i try daily. I mailed so many times but they didn't respond on that. Please help me ASAP.
                      We were order in flipkart but at the pickup time some third party taken stuff and than after no any tracking and flipkart blamed us to track the material. And when we get the detail of return pick it was taken almost three weeks. I think flipkart is playing with us. Everytime they come different excuses and now, i am tired with all this.

                      Please help me to get out with this. I am in canada and my family don't aware of all these process. Please do the needful as soon as possible...

                        Phone getting hot below the camera and screen is getting hot, whole screen
                        Warms temp. Is variable some time more and some time less, in cold season.
                        What happen in hot season. And device is shlow as compare to configuration. If micromax has ready to replace why flipkart ignored to refund/replacement. Flipkart intentionally waste time 7 days.

                        How you deside technician is perfect and it is 100% correct, without call and asking customer you close complaint refund he was told here you will get call and not closed issue, can i go in public and ask them to touch phone and check it is cold or hot, make video and go to consumer forum. I want to copy of technicians report.

                          I had ordered a sunsui ac on 13th oct 2017, which was to be delivered on 19th oct, 2017. Still now today the date is 27.10.2017 there is no response from flipkart about the status of the product. They are mentally harrasing customers all the time when i called them. I have already paid through online banking.. They are just fooling by making new promises with new delivery date. Please help flipkart consumer forum pls,

Finally on 20th, flipkart promised us that date as 24th and today being 27. We are utterly fed up with the delivery date shift and they courier and flipkart have no responsibility towards its customer product delivery.

                            I have ordered 2 sneakers flipkart @ 26th on best deal. Happy with deal and tell as my friends. After payment complete successful. Before shipment 1 order will cancelled. I raise complaint customer care. He tell apologies. It's ok. Again 5day after another one also cancelled raise complaint unsatisfied with flipkart only transaction purpose deal open on flipkart complaint finally again apologies next time this type of issue not come. Today i book another deal time someone product payment successful. Reputedly now order cancelled refund. Extremely unsatisfied to complaint customer care simply tell sorry for inconvenience... Seller end cancelled we are not redeal the same price. Flipkart continues this type of issue... How can i noted higher level or customer solutions... Kindly help...

                                I have made online order (No. Od[protected] on flipkart for i phone 7. Today i received order but when opened the box, got shocked as the screen was damaged. I am trying to return the product on flipkart, but not able to do as it shows contact customer authorized centre. Now not able to understand that how authorized center can help in this case. Flipkart should take responsibility for this damage, they are clearly denying and said this is policy of apple product. Further when i said that at least please raise a complaint against seller, than their answer is yes we will raise you just talk to the authorized center. Now please help, what should i do with this damaged phone???

                                  We ordered shoes on flipkart.com (Order_id=od[protected]&src). After using it only twice, the tongue of the shoe (The thing under the laces) came off. This happened within a week of taking delivery but flipkart refuses to take the product back because tags are removed. Obviously tags will be removed when a product is used. What kind of shoes are those which become useless after wearing twice? We buy online because we can trust the platform, but flipkart is proving that it is not trustworthy. We require that our money be refunded.

                                    I purchased a cellphone MI A1 from flipkart on 21.09.2017 with OrderID OD[protected] but I received a defective one having many problems. I complaint to flipkart immediately and demand for return & refund and they approved my request with ReturnID[protected]. Next day I found that my request has been cancelled without my knowledge. After that I talk to them daily (over 25 days) but everytime they request me to wait for 24-48hrs to solve the problem but still not solved.

                                      I had placed an order for a Bosch 6 Kg Fully Automatic Washing Machine on an offer from your esteemed organisation on 17 Oct 2017. Payment of Rs 18098.00 had been made through PhonePe, item was allotted id OD[protected].
                                      2. An SMS was received from AD-EKARTL at 13:15 on 23 Oct that the item was out for delivery with Tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com and will be delivered between 08AM-10PM by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 147). Subsequently, another SMS from above source was received at 21:15 that it could not be delivered today due to unforeseen circumstances and that they will try again tomorrow.
                                      3. There was no information on 24 Oct 2017 whatsoever. However, on checking on the Tracker on your site, it showed that the product in question was at the Delivery sub hub at NOIDA, since 23 Oct 2017. Therefore on 25 Oct 2017, I requested for a call back from your Customer Care number. At about 2:30 PM, I spoke to the Customer Care executive- Ms Meenal. She promised to address my concerns. On 27 Oct at 17:26 PM, I got an SMS to state that they have escalated the issue and that the problem will be resolved by 31 Oct, 8.30 PM. It was also stated that I will get a call from a number starting with +9180679.
                                      4. Today, at 16:08 I got a call from [protected], one Mr Sudarshan of Flipkart(whether it is a true identity or not?) to state that they have been unable to deliver the Washing Machine due to "operational reasons" and expressed regret; he stated that refund is being given. When I insisted on knowing the actual reason he gave very flimsy excuses and was evasive in his answers. It appears that since the product was reasonably discounted due to the festive season, it has been disposed off to some other buyer at a profit and a fait accompli presented to me!
                                      5. Incidents as described above are not expected from a COMPANY of your repute, as failure to deliver a product which was paid for, is in contravention to normal business practices and a unilateral cancellation of the order is certainly not becoming of your standing in the market. Mr Sudarshan also stated that I can place a fresh order for the same item( he had the cheek to suggest that I can now get the item at the existing price, which would naturally be higher than the festival discounts!).
                                      6. I am extremely disappointed and deeply aggrieved that the item after having reached NOIDA, is not delivered to me from 23 Oct and instead, after continually being prodded by me, is unilaterally cancelled after 8 days on 31 Oct! This delay and the manner of dealing with the issue, certainly indicates a sinister motive, as imputed by me above.
                                      7. I am contemplating taking up the matter with the Consumer Court to seek adequate financial compensation for your failure to deliver a prepaid product and the unwarranted harassment that I have undergone from the 23 Oct to date. I would request for a response to this mail within the next 48 hours so that I can decide on my future course of action.

                                        Interacted with customer and created a return inform the same and closing the complaint.
                                        I cancelled my order due to delay in delivery Flipkart claimed refund was done on[protected]. But till now[protected] I have not received refund in my account. I even contacted bank they said there was no any refund as such.
