No cost emi induces some hormones to buy a product which is little overburden for me to buy in normal buy method. I bought a Laptop in such conditions believing that few bucks per month won't bring worries. However after purchasing, I found that so called "No Cost EMI" played by Flipkart to fool innocent people and to increase their revenue. I reached the customer care with my concern and as expected they encountered every questions of mine with their T&C. After many arguements, I thought I had them at one point but they said "Thank you for understanding us and giving us oppurtunity to serve you". Anyways, I was duped by them. Request to you all to be more careful with this new scam.

    i am vaibhav from ajmer (Rajasthan). i m order Zenniz Elite Rucksack - 90 L (Black) product with 10 Pocket on 24th Oct'17. But flipkart did not gave me my Proper product. then I complain to flipkart customer care office, then they were saying i m Change ur product and i gave too u your Proper Product. after they gave me other same product only color changes. i deliver my new product on in 2nd Nov'17 but NO CHANGES IN MY PRODUCT only Colour changes.
    after i call to customer care but one one gave me proper reply.
    now i need ur help.

      I have purchased sys ocean car perfume liquid from your reputed shoping site. I have recived a product, but product was different which i have booked online and product is damage also. I have raise the complaint to flipkart on the same days only. After 3days the delivery boy come to my home and ask me to give the damage product and take your newone then he check the product he has refuse to take the product because he is saying it is different product sorry sir i cant give you. Now tell me what should i do should i take a strick action to your company. Please solve my problem

        I ordered a phone Infinix Note 4 (Order ID- OD[protected]from Flipkart on 26th October 17 and I got the delivery on 28th October 17. The phone was broken, scratched, old and damaged and looked of some other brand which was wrapped by Ekart cellotape (Photo attached). Simply they cheated me. I logged a complaint and they said they will be delivering a new phone by 30th. The courier guy are refusing to take the return as the mail from Flipkart to courier says that we have been delivered a new phone of some other brand.

        IT has been 4 days, we are constantly talking to them. Lots of commitment from them but no action at all. It has been more than 72 hours and no response yet.
        It was a prepaid order and I am really worried about my money. It is more of a harassment as everytime I call them I have to explain the entire story and the person on the other end has no clue and no authority to do anything.
        I have mailed their senior management aswell including the CEO, VP, Co-Founder but no response yet.

          I bought Micromax spark 4g phone from flip kart .. I received a defective and damaged item which I filed for returns/replacement. After which they said they will send technician to my house to check the phone . The technician without checking sat in my house and ignored all my complaints and wrote good on his job sheet and made me sign it . I asked for another return/replacement request and they sent the same technician who claimed that it’s a trick by flipkart that they send technicians to bide time and will never replace ur phone and then they will say sorry the time for your returns policy is over . U need to contact Micromax service centre now . Flipkart is the worst e commerce site and makes a fool out of the customer making them a fool . The technician himself is the Supreme Court pré training done by flipkart and when he says good that means issue is resolved and ur returns request is rejected . The second time of the tech visit I did not sign instead wrote pathetic performance and damaged product but still according to flipkart the issue is resolved. From 24th October I’ve been calling twice a day and I get no help from these people . I would never suggest anyone to buy anything from flip kart . FLIPKART IS A FRAUD COMPANY WHICH LOOTS YOUR MONEY AND SHIELDS ITS SELLERS . THEY EVEN REJECT GENUINE PLEAS OF HELP AND DOESNT GIVE YOU ANY PRIORITY .CHEATERS THIEVES . It’s the biggest nightmare of my life

            I would like to give a fantastic feedback with the way they have treated me (As a customer).
            I booked for whirlpool 7.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine (Bloom wash 360° world series 72h) on sat, sep 23rd '17 12:12 pm
            On the same day i get a message that i would get the product on 4th oct, from there i get yet another message that i would receive on 6th oct, then 8th oct finally i got it on 9th oct with installation and demo scheduled on 11th oct.
            On 11th oct technician visits and opens the box and we were all shocked to see that its refurbished or a old product full of dust inside and outside of the washing machine and on top a faulty model.
            Then we were asked by the technician to raise a complaint on flipkart, hence we gave them a call to log a complaint and from there we have calling flipkart and hardly we are getting support except for fake promises that we will check with srikanteshwara stores of this product is not available we will refund you the money abd they have taken a month already now and so solution yet. We would have wasted for more than 100 hours on call days passed by.. And we get to hear from the technician that sorry for inconvienence your call will be escalated. No refund can be given however we will change the product. This message is what we hear every time we speak to customer care with all false promises. The call get disconnected by executive as they do not know what solution to give. The other executive speaks to us saying he is manager but yet again its fake executive.
            And even today the faulty machine is lieing at home with no one to pick this nor return our money. My house has become dump for waste now.
            Its 2nd of nov and untill now the so called flipkart has not taken any action on the order: od[protected]

            I recommend any one reading this not to buy any product from flipkart. I am frustrated to the core already now

We do not have refund option on the tool however we will send the correct product. We have been iterating the case to every executive though its written in the log. We have heard false promises that with 24 hrs it will be resolved. Many a times the call gets disconnected by executive as they do not know what solution to give. The other executive speaks to us saying he is manager but yet again its fake executive.
            And even today the faulty machine is lieing at home with no one to pick this nor return our money. My house has become dump for waste now.

              I ordered a diamond polishing facial kit from vlcc salon series worth ₹1177 including delivery on 22nd october 2017 and was delivered today i. E 2nd november. Order_id - od[protected]. But very disappointed to find a package of gold facial kit of vlcc, party glow facial kit, tan kit and a face wash. This is not what i ordered!! After waiting for 10days, i get to see this. Please make sure i get replacement or refund for the product. Very very disappointed. Hope you take action for this asap. And also the packaging is horrible!!

                The product above which is delevered by flipkart is duplicate, because of this we have to bare or header service charge to epson rs 4000.
                Which is happened because of duplicate epson ink supplied by flipkart.
                If not i have to go for consumer court.
                After mailing they dont have proper reply they are trying to escape from the issue saying the product is purchased in aug 2017

                  I ordered purifying facial kit tea tree and rosemary but i got purifying facial kit tea tree only. I want to change my product immediately otherwise i want my money return back. For previous products such type of cases happen with me. It is not really good, it is very troubling experience to me i ordered required cosmetics but i got wrong one. Again the criteria have given no return policy.

                    Hi team,

                    I have ordered washing machine from flipkart with order id - od[protected] on wed, aug 9th '17. We received an defective item and it was returned. Return pick up was completed by gati couriers (Gati tracking id[protected].

                    The replacement request was cancelled by the seller and they are not refunding my amount back. Its been almost 3 months i am struggling with the customer care people and nobody is responding.

                    Can you please escalate this issue to flipkart and ask them to initiate the refund.

                      Dear sir i purchased a mobile phone on 21 sep 2017 from flipkart ord no.0d[protected] by using my bajaj emi card but i cancelled it from some reason. But flipkart is not refunded my mobile amount to bajaj till now. And my emi will starting from 5th nov 2017. How can i pay that amount i already cancelled that product. What can i do please help me

                        I ordered a aj dezines boys sherwani and churidar set and received on 12th october. The size was too small so i wanted to return it. I placed a return request on 25th ocotber 2017. The courier person is not willling to accept it as there is no mrp tag but i recieved it without one. I have written many complaints but getting no response. I have complained on the flipkart website twice but not getting nay response. The order id is od[protected]

                          Ref order no:od[protected], shipped and billed to my address at vasant kunj new delhi by m/s groovy deals are bigger than the phone size and donot have cuts at the given slots.
                          So the product is faulty and needs replacement. As per your policy displayed on mobile accessories it should be done in 10 days. Product was delivered on 25 oct.
                          Please reconcile. Why should i suffer for a faulty product which is not for the concerned model.

                            I made a payment worth 10999/- for redmi note 4 mobile via phonepe which was linked to my sbi bank account to flipkart but the order was not confirmed on 17 oct 2017. Transaction details are as follows=transaction id=p1710170729096500708699. Or transaction id=c1710161938004164171048. Transaction reference number or upi reference number=[protected]. On 17 october 2017. The transaction was successful but the order was not confirmed even though i raised the issue with flipkart they didn't redressed it. I had clear transaction messages from phonepe and sbi bank, screenshots of successful transaction, but it only flipkart that the issue is pending so please redress my issue at the earliest.

                              I ordered product skechers shoe with order i'd[protected] on 21 spet2017 i got tat delivery on 28 spet2017the color of d product i ordered was green n pink n size 6 but i receive the product with color blue n pink n size problem was it's was perfect for left leg n an a size bigger fr right leg so asked for replace the product was out of stock at tat time so consultant told me to notify procedure for tat thing i didn't get any notification from dat product so tired returning tat on 27 october as it has a 30 dae return policy i got a msg fr flipkart tat te product they will receive on d next date which was 28oct i was traveling at tat time so it was nt possible for me to return tat product on tat date so i told them to come d next date n dey also told me do te return process once again i forgot to do tat on same date so d next date i call n asked for d same d consultant told wait till 1nov2017 concerned team will call or mail u bt i didn't get any reply from d concern team hope u guys help me with d following problem.

                                I had ordered for phone - mi a1 order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 13, 001) of the same through my credit card on 29 october, 2017. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my office address of manesar till 1st nov 2017. However, on 2th november, 2017, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 2000 rs plus.
                                They cancelled my order saying that the product is not available inspite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me.

                                  Purchased wonder world womens shapewear, 2 pcs. From flipkart dated. 27 sep. 2017 and we received 4 oct. 2017 seal pack. (Invoice. No-faasu[protected]), order no-od[protected] but we received 1 pc. And wrong product. We call many many times flipkart customer care. I talk (Vikram, manshi. Arvind or...) for exchange this product. But till date my product not exchange/replace.

                                    I bought leeco lelipkart2 (Rose gold, 32 gb) phone from flipkart.
                                    Order id :-od[protected] dated 29/08/2017 rs.14490/-
                                    Billed to :- ravinder kumar kathuria, w-703, sacred heart town,

                                    The phone was defective. I tried to show it to service centre. But there is no service centre in pune. Le eco have closed all service center.
                                    The phone has following defects:
                                    1. Battery gets discharged to zero% in less than one hour.
                                    2. The phone gets heated up very fast while charging. (47degree)
                                    .

                                    I requested flipkart to repair/replace the phone on email
                                    They said that they will do it by 2november.
                                    Their cusomer care phone no. Not working.
                                    So now i want the refund of rs.11490/- and they should take the phone back.
                                    Other wise i will have to go to consumer court at their cost and consequence.

                                    Cargo 91 is in different colour.i received brownish colour but the colour mentioned on bill is green and I want size of 38 for waiste I received 36.
                                    I ordered a guard glass iPhone 7plus. Once I got it, they weren’t suitable for my phone. They were iPhone 6 guard screens. And they are non returnable. Poor quality service.

                                      I was ordered lenovo k8 plus 4 gb ram mobile phone on date 29/oct/2017, on date 31/oct/2017 delivery boy came with mobile and packing was already opened. So i denied to receive the mobile. He also convey me to receive the order and return to flipkart. Packing also pogy in water. Then i called to flipkart customer care executive she told me your order will reach by tomorrow but i did not receive any call or sms on 01/nov/2017 so once again i called to flipkart on 01/nov/2017 and executive told the same thing (We are raising your complaint for re attempt) but again i did not receive any call or sms on date 02/nov/2017. So again i called to flipkart he told me your order has been cancelled. But i did not cancel order. How you can cancel my order, executive said that right now we don't have this product so we cancelled your order without any confirmation and put my call on hold around 50 minutes at last he disconnect my call.

                                      I dont expect this type of service from flipkart.

                                      Now i want my booked product on same offered price and please take the action on executive and delivery boy who came with open packing.
                                      If i not get my phone which i ordered then i complaint to counsumer court. I have all the recordings of phone calls.

                                        i have buy one puma shoe but i have to return it because of the Quality issue & some dust spots on white sole area its looks like someone used.

                                        I have initiate the return 1st time but your guy has come after 5 to 6 days
                                        again i raise the return request & informed the time before 11 a. or go by 3 p.m but your person is arguing me that he cant not go in this time you just tell me what time you are at home then i will come for pic up return.

                                        means we leave our jobs & stay at home just for return this parcel because they are busy & we are just sitting in office & make chairs hot.

                                        this kind of behave is very pathetic .

                                        i never ever buy any product from your site after this incident.
