I had placed an order for a Bosch 6 Kg Fully Automatic Washing Machine on an offer from your esteemed organisation on 17 Oct 2017. Payment of Rs 18098.00 had been made through PhonePe, item was allotted id OD[protected].
2. An SMS was received from AD-EKARTL at 13:15 on 23 Oct that the item was out for delivery with Tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com and will be delivered between 08AM-10PM by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 147). Subsequently, another SMS from above source was received at 21:15 that it could not be delivered today due to unforeseen circumstances and that they will try again tomorrow.
3. There was no information on 24 Oct 2017 whatsoever. However, on checking on the Tracker on your site, it showed that the product in question was at the Delivery sub hub at NOIDA, since 23 Oct 2017. Therefore on 25 Oct 2017, I requested for a call back from your Customer Care number. At about 2:30 PM, I spoke to the Customer Care executive- Ms Meenal. She promised to address my concerns. On 27 Oct at 17:26 PM, I got an SMS to state that they have escalated the issue and that the problem will be resolved by 31 Oct, 8.30 PM. It was also stated that I will get a call from a number starting with +9180679.
4. Today, at 16:08 I got a call from [protected], one Mr Sudarshan of Flipkart(whether it is a true identity or not?) to state that they have been unable to deliver the Washing Machine due to "operational reasons" and expressed regret; he stated that refund is being given. When I insisted on knowing the actual reason he gave very flimsy excuses and was evasive in his answers. It appears that since the product was reasonably discounted due to the festive season, it has been disposed off to some other buyer at a profit and a fait accompli presented to me!
5. Incidents as described above are not expected from a COMPANY of your repute, as failure to deliver a product which was paid for, is in contravention to normal business practices and a unilateral cancellation of the order is certainly not becoming of your standing in the market. Mr Sudarshan also stated that I can place a fresh order for the same item( he had the cheek to suggest that I can now get the item at the existing price, which would naturally be higher than the festival discounts!).
6. I am extremely disappointed and deeply aggrieved that the item after having reached NOIDA, is not delivered to me from 23 Oct and instead, after continually being prodded by me, is unilaterally cancelled after 8 days on 31 Oct! This delay and the manner of dealing with the issue, certainly indicates a sinister motive, as imputed by me above.
7. I am contemplating taking up the matter with the Consumer Court to seek adequate financial compensation for your failure to deliver a prepaid product and the unwarranted harassment that I have undergone from the 23 Oct to date. I would request for a response to this mail within the next 48 hours so that I can decide on my future course of action.

Flipkart Customer Care's response delay in delivery and refund has been completed from our side.Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
But with this product I didn't get it's Blub with it.
