I have placed an order in flipkart on 5th october 2017 for lenovo k8 plus mobile. I received the mobile on 6th october 2017. There was some problem in speaker and i requested for replacement on 8th october 2017. Technician visit was scheduled and he visited and confirmed that it is a defective product. Based on the mail from flipkart to ship the item to warehouse, i have couriered the item through bluedart on 17th october and the shipment was received by mr. Yogesh fkl on 18th october 2017 at 3 pm.
When i continuously asked about the replacement status, they have scheduled for technician visit (Already technician visit happened and he confirmed that item is defective and i have already shipped the item). Cs asks us to be patient and ask us to wait for 24 hrs and will surely get back to us and resolve the issue within 24 hrs. They keep on telling for several days since 18th october. They assured that the item will be delivered by 23rd october 2017. There was automatic cancellation of my order on 24th october (But in my profile page, it shows that you have cancelled the order). I was shocked to see that and called cs, they told me that the issue will be resolved and the order will be placed.
Finally, they placed the order for replacement and the item was at my doorstep on 28th october. He refused to give me the item since it is replacement, he cannot give the item to me, he needs the old item. I explained him that, i have already shipped the item to warehouse and showed the waybill. He refused to accept that and he told that he will deliver to me only when he receives mail from flipkart that, it is a delivery for replacement which already has been shipped to the warehouse. I registered a complaint again and they promised me that the issue will be solved within 24 hrs. But nothing happened. Again the wish master was ready for delivery at my doorstep on 30th october. But the issue was not solved. He took back the item.
I have again contacted cs and back end team contacted me on 30th and told me that as i have already shipped to item to warehouse, they will process it as new order and cancelled the replacement. She told me that it will take 24hrs to place the order, but till now the order is not placed.
When i asked them the status, next day (On 31st october), cs gave a shock by telling that the shipped item has not reached warehouse, so i have to wait to get an information. They are looking into the issue and asked to wait till 2nd november. But today also they are responding properly.
These people simply tell same messages that "we appreciate your patience", "we understand your issue and it is very long time, please give us some more time so that we can resolve your issue". They tell this as a recorded message and do not take any immediate actions and ask us to wait for 24 hrs and the 24 hrs has not come yet.
Please look into this issue so that i will receive my item.
