    I have purchased one lg microwave with orderid:od[protected]
    And i am not satisfied with the product and starter kit was missing.in product features it is clearly mentioned about starter kit and in product review also people also mentioned about starter kit. But it seem some body took that one. Other than this, after seeing the product, i am not comfortable with the product to prepare food and it looks like very big to my family. So i have raised one return request but flipkart is not ready to give refund by taking the product. By seeing the product, i felt unsatisfied and on the very same day raised the return request. How can flipkart do this to me. It completely broke my trust on flipkart. I spoke with 3 customer executive of flipkart. All 3 are saying different different things. Now one customer executive is forcing me to keep the product as he has canceled my return request. What is this?? If we are not satisfied with the product after seeing physically. How can i keep that product. I must say flipkart just cheating customer. Please help and resolve this issue. Don't let flipkart to eat my money. Is there any good person to help me out.??

        Hi,

        Purchased on 17th delivered on 25th oct.

        Unique problem mic works on normal calls when switch on speaker the mic stops working and peer cannot hear my voice.

        Checked various forums there are several mic problems but they are exactly opposite to mine. Their the mic works on loudspeaker and does not work normally. No headphones used.

              fake loreal product

              Received a duplicate product from flipkart, and now they wont return because i have opened the same. I called the customer service and spoke to jitendra and pratik, and they said they can help me. Twitted flipkartsupport, but got only one response, and nothing post that.

              The texture and smell is completely different, and i have verified this from a loreal professional beauty salon, who have the original products.

              I ordered redmi note 4 phone on offer time. I got 3100 rupees discount and now they cancelled my product without any information. They mailed me after cancellation of order with stupid reason that they couldn't deliver bcoz of not getting address. Delivery boy had not called me once. My adress and number are correct. So don't give stupid reason.

              I am requesting you please replace my order with same prize. I called customer care so many times but not getting any solution. It is urgent plzz do this as soon as possible.

                I bought a refrigerator on 20th sept and it was cancelled by flipkart as they were unable to deliver it. They told me that i would get my refund in 6 business days but it has been more than a month. Everytime i call them, they say that they will take action but they dont. Who will pay the interest on that amount? I called them like 10 times. But they are unable to resolve the issue. I have gone through a lot of mental trauma and i am willing to go to consumer court if i have to. Please help me out in the best possible way. I am not getting my own money and on the top of that due to their problem, i am supposed to pay interest. What kind of people are they? They should be taught a lesson so it does not happen to other people.

                  Order placed on 24th september with full advance cash payment

                  Product was promised to be delivered on 25th october.

                  Later it was rescheduled by flipkart to 18th october and then again rescheduled to 25th.

                  Have been escalating it since 18th till date but there has been really no customer friendly responses and no one really cares at flipkart. Now i need assured delivery by eod today or double money refund as they have fooled us by introducing the big billion day and collecting payment in advance and utilising the same money without paying any interest to anyone.

                    Thus is in reagards ro the the dinig set i ordered as a gift to my dad on diwali with order id: od[protected]
                    I ordered thus product on 24th sept'17 the delivery happened on 9th of oct (Too late) the product was defective the wood from table was rotting, i raised a replacement request and was promised by a supervisor that the order will be replaced by 18th oct, i. E, before diwali (Please listen to all my calls that i made i[censored] keep recordings) on 18th i got an update on the app that the product will be replaced by 22nd oct now which made me furious and i asked for a refund on same date, i. E, 22nd oct.
                    Now i got another date of 26th oct on which the product will be picked up and refund will be processed within 3-4 business days as i ordered this product on emi option for which i have to pay my bank on 2 nov.
                    I called flipkart today a few minutes back writing this complaint and the agent told me that pickup of the defective product will happen by 4th of nov and then the refund will be initiated.
                    This is just too bad.
                    I dont want to pay for something i dont want
                    No one has been helping me in flipkart even after raiaing multiple complaints and calls.
                    I called my bank to file a charge back but looks like i ordered two products and thus bank could not provide chargeback for one of them now eithwr illrefund the other product thats a washing machine too to get whole amount charged back from my bank.
                    And also iwould never use or advice anyone to use flipkart ever.
                    I am ordering a new dining set from pepper fry which they will deliver in just two days. Thats called a service.
                    Guys dont prove that ure an india company thus u cant provide services coz for me i am done with flipkart forever.
                    Now if possible get the product picked up and refunded by 2nd nov or else ull see me writing yhis whole story on google playstore, facebook, consumer forum and whatever means i can communicate on social media.

                      replacement of mobile under 10 day replacement policy.

                      I requested for replacement of the mobile on 18.10.17 due to some faulty display, flipkart send their authorised technician who visited on 23.10.17 and checked my mobile and found faulty display, and wrote in his service report about fault display and get it signed by me.                           I have purchased three cell phone with advance payment from flipkart website in diwali offer but two phone delivered in same address and one phone refuse to delivered in this address. When i complain to flipkart website they refuse to delivered mobile handset and forced to me for cancel order.

                          I need my cell phone on diwali offer price because when price decrease two months before i purchase redmi note 4 in rs. 13000/- and current date price is 11000/- flipkart never sent any discount to me.

                                Hello team,

                                I hope you will resolve this issue.

                                I ordered casio edifice watch in filpkart diwali sale at 16/10/17. I did payment via debit card. I received message your product has been shipped. After 3 days i saw in app it's showing delay in delivery. I called up filpkart customer care and they registered compliant and they have escalated the issue, they ensured that the product will delivered by 26/10/17.

                                After 2 days i got message the product refund amount has been processed. I didn't received the product, without delivering product they trying refund it.
                                I called to filpkart customer care again they are saying seller has cancelled this product. This is very poor service. This is my concern.. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                At diwali sale i woke up midnight and added to card and booked this product with correct procedure, from my end everything done properly. This is only mistake from filpkart team.

                                I called customer care more than 5 times they are not supportive.

                                I raised compliant in consumer court. Please resolve this asap.

                                  Flipkart despite several requests to deliver my order before diwali, not even bothered to deliver it after diwali.

                                  Issue was escalated & resolution date given was 23rd, while delivery date was 20th.
                                  No update by 23rd. New date given was 25th by customer care exec.
                                  By evening of 25th no call. I called back just to get a reply that there is no update from seller omniretail & another 24-48 hour given.

                                  Ordered on: 12th, expexted packing by 17th, expected delivery by 20th
                                  Status: stil pending, not even packed

                                  This is fine example of pathetic customer service in our country by almost every company. These indian origins make a market first by cheesy lines "ab har wish hogi poori" and later on forget the customers who made them big.

                                  No proper response given by any of customer care executives. Flipkart is not at all concerned at providing resolution at earliest. Its like gov offices, tareekh pe tareekh.

                                  I even tweeted kalyan krishnamurthy, sachin bansal, binny bansal but they too, the so called karta dharta of flipkart, are not concerned. God help flipkart. It started with boom, and will collapse with not even a spark.

                                  Worst cae scenario is, customer is left helpless. My order is already paid one. I need my product asap, dont need refund. No one is giving any hint on whats the status. They just sound helpless, as in sellers are governing flipkart not like flipkart is governing them.

                                  Another call was made yesterday at 5:00pm to customer care. Talked to him & he was unable to do anything or provide me any update. He said we dont have priveledges to check such things about order.
                                  Asked him to transfer call to some senior. It took around 20-25 min for him to make any senior available ovver call.

                                  Now this senior person was also helpless & only thing he could say was, "sir you have already escalated to highest level possible (as in ceo, chairman etc) & best possible team is working on issue, Backend team will contact you in 24 hours". but from his side he was unable to provide any update or anything.

                                  He also assured that anyhow before 5pm, 27/10/17, i will get an update either via call or email. Lets see if they live up to their words or not.

                                  No words on pathetic situation of flipkart customer care.

                                  Actually you might be updated, yesterday i gave you one last chance to solve this issue, & this time complaint will not be on any online platform.
                                  Already drafted a legal notice with lawyer, which will be mailed to Flipkart & subsequenlty complaint will be registered on consumer court.

                                  Thanks for all help you provided. Will wait for your last idiotic response or proper resolution.
                                  Hope so it is sorted out, as i dont want to drag Flipkart to consumer court.

                                  This is horrible.
                                  I want my original product asap. This is cheating. You guys are further spoiling things instead of making up for your mistake.

                                  Original order went well, its there in place, payment done already. They should arrange product how ever possible. This is not acceptable flipkart.

                                  [protected]@flipkart, again repeating i am not any casual customer, who will be desperate to get back his money. I am business customer, running my own businesses. We offer great deal of customer service to our customers, unlike you. So I wont cancel my order & wait for product, fighting with you.

                                  After so many calls, tweets and fb messages, this is the resolution Flipkart is providing. Which is again just a gimmic.

                                  They are now saying ki i should cancel my original order & order same product from same seller & they will provide difference amount as EGF.

                                  1. EGF for difference amount, so that my money is blocked & i can only spend that amount on their platform. How cunning...
                                  2. That particular seller after 20th is having this product as out of stock in my area. Wow flipkart, such a nice resolution. Flipkart cant even make that seller to send the product against original order. Just fooling customer...
                                  Wasting my time since 20th Oct. Every 2nd day, some 30-60 minutes wasted tallking to them, for nothing. They would always repeat thier idiotic response. Earlier it was 48 hour window. Now its, order cancellation & reorder, which cant happen coz surprisingly product is unavailable in my area now.
                                  As in they want to say, i must wait till it comes in stock. Wowww... now i need to wait, for it to come to stock. ALready purpose is delayed by 20 days, n they want further dealy without any promised date. Ki me bewkoofo ki tarah wait karta rahu. As in my home should wait for its cooking needs for #flipkart to provide the product as per its convenience.

                                  Flipart, if you really want to remain in market, then pay attention to customers. Else in no time you will collapse. Having sympathy for you, coz you being an Indian company, significantly wiped out by #amazon in past years, owing to poor customer service & loose policies.

                                    Myself satish kumar bara placed an tue, oct 17th '17 6:40 pm ordered a led on tue, oct 17th '17 6:40 pm my order id is od[protected] and delivered the product on wed, oct 25th '17 my scheduled demo was at 28 of october which is postponed to 30th october why it’s delayed my children's has not enough patience to watch his cartoons in big new tv. I am much aware about tvs and other electronic as like your service engineer. I have all necessary items nd much able to mount the tv. If your engineer comes at per old schedule which was 28th of october then it is o. K, i can wait for that, otherwise you are requested to kindly send any of your people to check the tv only.

                                    As per my complain in regarding to TV installation and this is my suggestion to solve the problem and improvement for your team. 1. They have allot a service engineer at said date. 2. All should be checked before delivery to avoid any problem. 3. At customers end only general and physical check should be done by company man. 4. I think there not much need of Engineer for this purpose any technician can perform this duty easily.

                                    I just talked to the customer care and requested for the installation and demo as per past offered date, but she says that she is helpless, even she can't launch any requisition/complain too. You have almost 13492 number of Complaints You Resolved 6394 and 917 complain are still Pending.

                                    I have no words, I am helpless at this point.

                                    Please except my hearty thanks to you . You help me a lot . It your initiative only to solve my problem. My problem is solved same day . A technician from Jeevas (Flipcart) contact my within one hour and installed my TV in the evening.

                                    The customer complaint about the installation and demo. We had interacted with the customer and he said it's got completed. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
                                    I was booked a nike revolution 3 runn shoes, which is not delivered in time so i did contact hub about my shoes delivery bt hub dealer didn’t speak very well with me
