i bought a mobile phone on flipkart . but mobile phone has found defective, then replace this phone but replace phone has same problem . what shall i do sir ? i contact customer care, they told me replace is not possible, go service center, why i go service center, please sir replace my phone. i shall be oblige to you.

I am not satisfied with them. Why I go to service centre for defective mobile phone.i given money on Flipkart company . He will be responsible for given me defective mobile phone. If my phone run one day then found defective, then I go to service centre for repair. But send me a defective product and say go to service centre and repair it. Company will respond because he gives more discount and send a defective product .

      I have booked oppo f3 pluson 14/10/2017 with diwali offers /i was waited this kind of offer to excajnge my products. Without calling me the delivery person has came to my home on 21/10/2017. He dont know the difference between
      Temper glass and display. He say there is a problem in display but its problem in display. I requested the delivery person can you come tomorrow i ll remove ths temper glass now i dont know how to remove he said no class i cant come flipkart customer has to reschedule it. Same day evening i called customer care i requested them they are providing fake promises, send a wrong messeges. I was waited 3 days our my product will get it today or tomorow. Suddenly i getting a msg from flipkart your product has beed cancelled. Then i called customer care i told everything. Again i got a msg from flip at 24/10/2017 2.22 p. M saying our delivery executive in on the wa to your location to deliver your product with produt i. D and tacking i. D. I cant belive that i called customer care at 5 p. M they said yes your product wiill deliver by today. Its is chennai fort. I was very happy then i waited till 9 again i called customer care they said me it crossed 7.30 u ll get your product on or before 25/10/2017. If i called now they are saying prodcut has been cancelled from seller side. They are giving the offer for advertisement they itself cancelling. There is a some game is on. Dont support flipkart. Am having all evidence if its require i am can provide

They asked some time to enquirer so it was almost 20 days they keep on postponing. I asked for a refund but they are saying that we cannot do anything for this. Please help me to get back my money.           Dear flipkart

          Replacement is not the solution of my problem, because the issue is in your product quality i mentioned that the quality was very poor it is not working in my mobile phone so why are you forcing to customer for replacement.
          It is not the customer service. You send me a poor quality charger than you told me that i will give you replacement i do not want any replacement. I think you are not reading my whole complaint where i mentioned that i do not want replacement so why should i take it. Closing the complaints from your end is does not meant that your customer is satisfied.
          I need better solution. Resolved my problem asap.

          You guys are in hurry for closing the complaint. I am always saying that, I do not want replacement but you are forcing for that.Now I am tired.I just want to say apology is not the only option for convincing the customer, if it is then i can also give you apology for purchasing on your website .Can you refund my money? NO you can not.Because customer money and sentiment does not matter for you. I am not saying you are for everyone but for me it is a bad experience (first time). Worst quality product, Worst customer service.I am not satisfied till now.but thank you i learned a lesson from you Next time i will make sure.

            I didn't cancell the order.

            Waited for a product for 20 days and finally when it got shipped flipkart cancelled from their side. Saying unable to deliver.

            Infact i was told that the item will be delivered by 11 am today and i was waiting in my house for that taking a half day leave as informed to the courier person who called me yesterday.

            Very poor customer care. Not expected from flipkart

                But as per the final payment details, site is calculating:

                Value of products:1860.00 discount (-): 669.60 shipping charges:free estimated gst 142.85 final payment1333.25

                As far as i understand, gst cannot be levied on mrp but company is claiming that this is as per law and gst is applicable incase of discount. Please see the response from site below:

                  I placed an order for iphone se on[protected]Order no. Od[protected] for rs. 16, 249 which i paid through my hdfc debit card.

                  Expected delivery for same was[protected].

                  Order had reached to flipkart's ranip hub on[protected] according as per tracking details.

                  On 23rd october, i got a message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled due to multiple attempts delivered which was a total lie. When i called customer care to enquire same, customer care executive couldn't give clear reason of cancellation of order.

                  After an hour of argument with executive, he transferred call to their head mr vijay saini & raj virde. He gave me assurance to revert back within 48 hours.

                  When i called up again after 48 hours, they said that the dealer has cancelled so flipkart can't help me or take any responsibility of same.

                  Now they are requesting me to buy same phone for amount of rs. 8000 more than i paid initially.

                  Please help & take necessary action against such fake companies like flipkart who cheat their customers regularly.

                  I got a mail & call from flipkart from Sunitha Bai to place a new order from any ID at current price as per site & they will refund the difference amount after getting order delivered.

                  So i placed an another order on 25th October 2017 for Rs. 18, 999 (Order No. OD[protected] which was delivered on 30th October 2017. I gave confirmation that I have received the order So they can initiate the refund of Rs. 2751/-.

                  Meanwhile, I Got a mail from Mr. Uday from flipkart that He'll personally look into the matter & initiate refund once order gets delivered. And told me not call or write a mail to flipkart.

                  Despite of continuous follow up, I have not received any revert from Flipkart.

                  Request you to look into matter seriously as I'm planning to issue a legal notice to flipkart.

                  I have tried time and again to contact Flipkart consumer care department but they have nor responded neither resolved my complaint now I am looking forward to consumer forum to address my issue o[censored]npaid amount by Flipkart or else if the case still remains unresolved I shall have to go to police to file a FIR.

                        I have booked a refrigerator cost of 10, 348 (After discounts) order no: od[protected] on 14th oct 2017, i have cancelled the order by 16th oct 2017 after noticing the address given for delivery is wrong.

                        From 16th to till date, i have cancelled the product in my mobile application 8 times (Which was confirmed by flipkart customer care) and i made several calls to customer care regarding this. Still the item was not cancelled and refund process not yet started.

                        On every calls they are saying the order was not yet cancelled, do you want to cancel the order.

                        I have booked two refrigerators and I cancelled one refrigerator because of wrong address and second one was cancelled by flipkart customer care person by mistake. I am following for refund for past 20 days but I haven’t received my money back.On 27th October I got a call from Flipkart and they accepted their mistake and They said Because of their System issue they were unable to process the refund so they got my bank account details and IFSC code for manual transaction. They said to wait for five business days that isTill 3 November 2017. I have not received any update regarding that refund till date. I have called many times to Flipkart customer care but they are still asking do you want to cancel this product. They are not moving this case in right way I am not getting any solution from them.                         Whenever I update complaints here I am receiving call from flipkart customer support and they are saying they will resolve the issue in 24 - 48 hours. But as of now no positive reply. nearly 25 days passed still they haven't processed my payment. Total amount is 20, 696 they haven't refunded my money. I dont have money to repay my debts to credit card. Now i am in situation of paying interest.

                          We had placed an order on flipkart vide od no. Od[protected] and carried out the payment of rs. 14999/- through our sbi credit card, which was debited to us on 04/10/2017. Subsequently, we cancelled the order, as the same was not delivered to us on the promised date, and we were given refund by flipkart for rs. 14999/- and the same was credited to our sbi credit card on 06/10/2017.

                          Again, we placed an order on flipkart vide od[protected] and carried out the payment of rs. 14999/- through our sbi credit card which was debited to us on 10/10/2017. Subsequently we cancelled the order as this was also not delivered to us on the promised date, but we did not receive our refund of rs. 14999/-for this order from flipkart. Flipkart is saying that they have carried out the refund on 15/10/2017 and it should come to your credit card account by 18/10/2017.

                          Sbi credit card vide their communications has said that they have not received any refund from flipkart and are advising me to take up the issue with flipkart. But so far we have not received refund from flipkart for this order and hence request you to take up the issue with flipkart for an early refund of my order no. Od[protected] for rs.14999/-.

                          The bank has given us in writing that they have not received any refund from flipkart, where as you guys at flipkart has so far not given to us in writing about the refund in our registered email ID which is [protected]@hpcl.in. If the funds are not credited to customers account request to raise a charge bank in the bank. Closing the case as resolution have been provided.
                          What do you mean by interacted with the customer. Why the hell can't you give the same in writing. Flipkart is really hell to do shopping with. Not only do they cheat the customer but also irritate by irresponsible statements like this. Pathetic people. No body should ever deal with them or else shall be made to suffer like us.

                            I ordered xiomi redmi note 4 (Gold, 64 gb) on 16th oct 2017 on flipkart diwali sale with ordered id: od[protected] and it shows that it is shipped to hub location on 19th and upto 24th same status. Suddenly in 24th its showing that ordered is return in the early morning 4.50., so i called customer care and asked the reason about it. Executive said that it was cancelled by seller and also they said order is cancelled by courier partner. I already paid for this order by credit card.
                            They said that order is cancel and refund is also processed and ask me to order again.
                            There was no single call or sms regarding delivery of product.
                            If they are not able to deliver the order than the same will be shared on order day so i can purchase same product from another seller with same discount.
                            Now if i have to buy the same product with extra amount as sale was over and i have to pay 12999 for it.

                                This is manjeet. Below i am mentioning my issue.
                                Order id: od[protected]

                                Item status says it is delivered on 10th october but it is not.
                                One incident id regarding the same is: in[protected]

                                I have been trying to contact flipkart after 17th october 2017 and hoping to see my issue resolved but i am only getting new dates. My calls are also not directed to the concerned team in between. So i have registered the complaint at national consumer helpline and my complaint id is: 481802

                                Hoping to see a positive action from end.

                                  Product received on 19 th october and we received a message and mail regarding installation, on 20/10/17 i recieved a call from jeeves service centre to confirm the installation and address then i mentioned my installation address where i have to install and it is different from delivery address as it is my working address, so service centre representative updated the new or changed installation address and the will install on or before 23rd october, then i called to flip kart care and explained the conversation with service centre and flip kart representative also confirmed as installation will be done on or before 24/10/17
                                  And then on 22/10/17 at 11.30am/1.30 pm i got a call from jeeves service centre and asked me to confirm the address to instal l and i confirmed address and requested to do the installaion as early as possible and he promised me as it will be done on monday (23/10/17), after that i got installation cancellation message from service centre or flip kart with a contact number, so i contacted on that number and it was jeeves service centre number and they said that installation cancelled by flip kart so contact flip kart care, so
                                  Then i contacted flip kart care and i shared all the conversations, by that the representative said sorry and pleased me for inconvenience and miss communication and requested to re confirm the installation address which is different from deliver address and once again i stated location address and then i got a message as it will be resolved on or before 25/10/17, but it is not resolved till now,
                                  And later i got a phone calls from flip kart care and jeeves care to reconfirm installaton address and they also assured me as it will be 100% completed on or before 25/10/17. But not done till now,
                                  Now at 11.30 am i got another call from flip kart as it will be completed with in 7 working days from new request raised on 22/10/17 an new date to complete installation is 30th or 31 st of october 17, i asked and requested for an early installation but representative surely denied as it will be done only with in 7 working days,
                                  Then i stated the previous conversations and assures or promises given by flip kart or jeeves care representatives who contacted me and all calls are incoming from them as i was not called or contacted but they called or contacted me regularly about installation, then representative named sunitha from flipkart care head office assumes that the previous promises or assurances or false given by them (Representatives) without out knowing conditions,
                                  But because of their false assurances or promises we awaiting at home by taking half days or leave from our work till from 23/10/17 to 25/10/17 as it was the promising period, and now they changed to on or before 30/10/17 stating that installation address is changed but i changed once an d final on 20/10/17 and later i never changed, hence for their convenience they cancelled for 2 times and talking about conditions,
                                  So here i also wanted to take actions on representatives who gave false assurance or promises,
                                  And finally i wanted my installation to be done as early as possible as for also i have some faith on flip kart service

                                  product recieved within 4/5 days but installation is taking more than delivered days and god may know
                                  when it (installation) will be completed, i pray for GOD as no person/custmer is cheated or facing problem by flip kart and i advised to don't by anything from flipkart as it has bad service and custmer will be suffered ...like me so never go with FLIP KART

                                    I had ordered panasonic washing machine from flipkart on 24 sep 2017. Payment was done through my debit card. Delivery period mentioned was 2 days. After 3 days i was informed that the delivery is not possible at my address. Hence i cancelled my order on 27 sept 2017.

                                    However, till date (25 oct 2017), i didn't receive refund from flip kart. I have contacted their customer care at least 4 times in last 1 month but no output.

                                    8 days back i received email from flip kart that they want to contact me but my number is not reachable and i should contact customer care.

                                    This is completely unethical business practice which i never even imagined from a company like flipkart.

                                    Since the company is not responding, taking the case to consumer court is the only option left for customers.

                                      Hello,
                                      I had requested for a product (Wallet case cover for mobile) from flipkart which was worth of inr 300. First of all, they had delivered the product late. Adding to that, they had delivered a wrong product (A simple and plain rubber cover, worth of may be 20-30 inr). I had submitted the return request with flipkart yesterday, which has now been cancelled by them!! God alone knows the reason!
                                      I need your help in returning the wrongly received product and receiving the product that i had originally requested for.

                                        My brother ordered a cycle for my son and booked it on flipkart on 24th september, his account shows that the cycle shipped on 25th september through gati courier, but my son still waiting delivery after one month, flipkart support says they will update me asap, but no call till date.
