My name is khan, and i have a concern regarding order id od[protected]. I placed an order for a dining table on 09/20 hoping to receive it for the upcoming festivals and family get-together. But after a week when i didn't receive the product, i checked the order details, and i was shocked to see the estimated delivery date as 10/22 to 10/23. Then i called customer care, explained my problem, and requested for an early delivery.
The very next day the order status was changed to shipped. I was quite satisfied, and was hoping to receive the product in a week or so. But there was no shipping details on the website for me to track the shipping. I called customer care/hometown bangalore/hometown mumbai again and again, and literally begged them to deliver it asap. But no avail. Finally i had to hire a dining table from the local market for the festival and family get-togethers.
I started regretting for choosing flipkart and hometown, and waited patiently until yesterday. But now i have lost my patience after seeing that the delivery has been postponed to 10/31. This is really not acceptable, and i cant trust you anymore. Moreover i'm moving out of town today, and i will not be available to receive the product. Hence, i request you to cancel the order and provide me the full refund. Also, i request you to compensate for the ordeal.
