    Hi officer,

    My name is khan, and i have a concern regarding order id od[protected]. I placed an order for a dining table on 09/20 hoping to receive it for the upcoming festivals and family get-together. But after a week when i didn't receive the product, i checked the order details, and i was shocked to see the estimated delivery date as 10/22 to 10/23. Then i called customer care, explained my problem, and requested for an early delivery.

    The very next day the order status was changed to shipped. I was quite satisfied, and was hoping to receive the product in a week or so. But there was no shipping details on the website for me to track the shipping. I called customer care/hometown bangalore/hometown mumbai again and again, and literally begged them to deliver it asap. But no avail. Finally i had to hire a dining table from the local market for the festival and family get-togethers.

    I started regretting for choosing flipkart and hometown, and waited patiently until yesterday. But now i have lost my patience after seeing that the delivery has been postponed to 10/31. This is really not acceptable, and i cant trust you anymore. Moreover i'm moving out of town today, and i will not be available to receive the product. Hence, i request you to cancel the order and provide me the full refund. Also, i request you to compensate for the ordeal.

Now i have a issue in my mobile. i went a lenovo service center. they opened my phone and the they told to me your phone warranty seal was always broken so we did not claim warranty. but previously i didnt service my phone in any where. Now i need how to claim my warrant for my phone..

        I ordered lenovo k8 plus on september 22. Bad product was received on october 2. The technically dead phone that was not power on. I applied for replacement. Which have not got so far flipkart has cheated me.
        Flipkart has cheated me. By making a call on customer care, they are giving a date on a date. I do not get any replacement. Flipkart replace replace my produst either or return my money. I have been very mentally torturous time has been more than 1 month. I have taken screenshots of flipkart's action time. I am doing right now. Consumer complaints help me.

          My order id is od[protected]. I had ordered a micromax canvas doodle 2 a2a240 via flipkart on the first week of october which i had received on 5th. It worked fine for two days. After which it switched off and refused to charge or switch on at all. After all the possible ways of charging or switching it on didn't work i had filed for a return. Now unlike the usual refund option this particular product only had the replacement considering that there was no other option i went for that. Yesterday around 3-3:30pm i received the replacement handset, which was fully packed and sealed, i had placed it to charge for four hours as! Mentioned in the handset manual that was in the box, i had it charged for four hours (3:45pm - 7:45pm) yet the phone had not switched on or showed any display or the led indicator didn't blink at all. The previous handset had charged well and fine and had shown the battery display and led blinker also worked within an hour or so of charging. Now today morning i tried to file a return as the product i had received is defective, but flipkart isn't allowing that every time i go for the return option a pop up message is showing which reads ' for handset related issue go to a service center'. This phone obviously is defective and wont work, but i have paid the whole amount, why did flipkart send such a piece, and now is trying to was thier hands off it. Isn't it their responsibility to send proper products?

            And the product is in flipkart custody. If product is on their side then what is problem to give me refund.

              Please refer my order id od[protected] dt. 16.10.2017 of 2 items, payment made also. I opted exchange offer and got a disount of inr 2000.00 as per your diwali offer. Following your mails and sms it is expected to reach me within 26.10.2017. But all of a sudden, this morning i got an sms that the order of redmi note 4 (The main portion of my order) cancelled for no clear reason. Contacting customer care over phone i came to know that due to some courier issue the order got cancelled. There was no error or guilt from my side. I request your good self, honoring good business policy, kindly give me a chance as the entire problem were with your side, and for that, customer should not suffer even a bit.

              If you are not able to provide me the same offers, no need to deliver only the back covers of mobile set.

              Please resolve the issue, else, i am bound to contact consumer forum for such fraud offers and attempts by flipkart.

                  I am trying to return my product since a month but due to the delay from flipkart's end they are not picking the product they are giving me different dates prior to this case i ordered an another which they cancelled it without any reason and every time when i call the cce they speak the same pitch which is of no use. If this goes on flipkart will loose it's trust and goodwill from their existing customer which they gained since many year.

                    I ordered an item from flipkart with order number od[protected]. There was offer from flipkart as well phonepe which made the product around 500-600 cheaper then the original price. Once the item reached my city they automatically cancelled the order and refunded money.

                    Timeline of incident is as followed:
                    14th oct: i placed order, made payment through phonepe of 2499 and received 200 cashback immediately.
                    15th oct: package is dispatched from bhivandi facility of flipkart.
                    17th oct: package reaches to my city, rajkot, gujarat.
                    17th to 22nd oct: no communication. No call or messages regarding delivery. No call from delivery person regarding deliver.
                    22nd oct: receives refund and said that my order is cancelled and refund is processed.

                    Now, tragedy starts. I called flipkart support asking why my order is cancelled as i did not make cancellation request. I got the reason that package was cancelled from saler as they cannot deliver to the place. Thing is i already received few other items on the same location and then it was not the issue of delivery here.
                    On asking for delivery of product (As it is already in my city) customer service executive starts being rude and told me to place the order again and it will be delivered. Question is if they cannot deliver to an address at first time, how will they deliver if i place the order again for the same item from same saler?
                    After going through all the hassle, i contacted them over twitter. Again same response, they ask to place the order again.
                    Placing order again is a bit tricky thing here. Item is not currently available and it is higher then the price on sale day.

                    I ask flipkart to deliver the same product with the same price. If you cannot deliver, i will go pickup it from your facility. I don't want to pay more for the same item.

                    Ps: as i said i posted this on twitter, i get response from many people experiencing the same fraud by flipkart. I really think this scam should be stopped and flipkart should be genuine to customers.

                            Hello sir,
                            I have ordered moto e4 plus on flipkart with order id 0d[protected]. The product was to be delivered on wednesday. But today i. E 23 october 2017, they have self rejected the order and refunded my money which will take another 7 days. The reason they are giving is that address is not deliverable. I have called them and told to give any address of their choice where we can receive it ourselves but they are not ready for that too.
                            Two questions, one is why r u making fool of customer. If the address was undeliverable then how was the order placed.
                            If you cant deliver then atleast provide the address where we can pick it up.
                            They are just playing with customers. I dont want refund. I want my mobile ordered and strict action against these companies who are making fool of customers.

                              We bought a mobile( moto E-4 plus ) before 15 days (delivered date on[protected] my order id; OD[protected] . Since 2 days it is not working. The problem is touch is not working. Please let us know what to do now. From my side there was not problem like falling down. I am severely disappointed and annoyed. We had read good reviews and bought so resolve this soon.

                                Expected delivery for my product is 23rd oct that is today. But till today i dont received it. And now they are saying that they will deliver it on 27th oct. Due to their delay in delivery many problems have to be faced by my mother in washing clothes.. Wholly dissatisfied with a company like flipkart. The consequences of this delay will have to be face by my mother.. Flipkart vision is to be the amazon of india but now it seems to be impossible for them.

                                    Ordered onida 138.78cm (54.64 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv with 2 years of warrenty for a net worth of rs.55563.

                                    Ordered on 12th of october and got it delivered on 13th of october.

                                    Installation was scheduled on 16th of october and no infromation of technician was shared with me. Neither the technician landed in my place.

                                    Called regarding this, flipkart said that i've asked to postpone the installation (Which irked me, blaming someone for their fault is not a good thing to do)

                                    Flipkart again scheduled on 20th of october, still neither the technician information from flipkart nor the techincian turned up. Made a call again and all they could say was sorry for inconvinience we will schedule soon.

                                    Flipkart again scheduled on 23rd of october and still the same story.

                                    After calling today, they have scheduled to get back with a response on 25th of october.

                                    I am not sure how many more times do flipkart want to do this.

                                    The response i get all time is, "sorry for the inconvinience and we will schedule a new date". I am not sure what the hell escalation team is doing over there. There is no point blaming a person who picks the call, the escalation team is just useless to be precise.

                                    On a general note,
                                    1. I am not the first customer to go through this. I've been seing a hell lot of complaints like this in this particular page.
                                    2. I am jus unsure, flipkart don't want us to open the package as the return policy won't be covered neither they wanna send a technician. So ridiculous.
                                    3. Why do flipkart promise 2 day installation when they can't do that. A fake way of attracting people.

                                      I placed the order 'syska power boost 100 10000 mah power bank' order id od[protected] on 14 october 2017 on flipkart. I have already paid rs.699/- via net-banking for this order. Expected delivery date 18 october 2017. But today's 23 october 2017. Product not delivered. I called many times flipkart customer care, but not responding. I have lost a lot of money in the phone call. I do not know what to do now?
