In diwali offer i had booked a mobile phone (Moto c plus) on 17th aug 2017 and order id for which is "od[protected]". This product was supposed to be delivered on 28th aug 2017, when i did not get information regarding this i called toll free no they told me that i will get my order by 2nd nov 2017. After that i got a msg from flipkart ststing my order is been cancelled. I request you to deliver my order since it was booked under offer and if i place new order i will not get discount. If this doesn't work i will complain consumer court.

    With the continuation of my previous complain, i would like to share that my refund has been completed on 21st october 2017. It happened after one month of making request of return. Though the return is not happened yet. Now a new problem has come..
    The order was placed taking the option of pay later. There were several product's order has been placed with the same.

    I was then not able to pay the money as because flipkart was not responding. Though i had called several times to the customer care and always mentioned to solve it immediately as 10th october was the due date of september month's pay later option.
    One most important thing i have to mention that when i had received the order& found that it was damaged, i was unable to make return request immediately as the status was not updated as delivered for that particular product. Then, after five days when i saw the same status (Not updated) shown, i made cancel request as i had the only option to change the status. Then i called the customer care of flipkart. Every time i received the same reaction that 'they will go through it but didn't do anything'. Then i realized that it might be there intention to make it more delay as the overdue day was nearby. On 6th october i made a complain on consumer forum. After that they called me every day once (I write 'once' because some times they did not bothered to call me again if my number was engaged) to share the update. But when i asked them about penalty charge waive out as the date was already crossed, they did not comment any thing on that.. I told them about pay later. But they did nothing and late fee charges was added with the pay later value. I got my refund back last week. As delay was not due to my fault. It was from their end so why should i pay the extra money.??
    When i contact flipkart again to wave it off they behaved very roughly, and tried to fool me by telling return is not done for cosmetic good. Today, i got call from flipkart that they will issue it to the legal department if i not make the total payment.
    Now i say i will not make payment a single penny if they will not compensate for the penalty charges, delay &harassment.

    And another thing is that i bought a sony led tv delivered on 24th sept confirmed via message that demo and installation would be completed by 27th sept. By a dealer from howrah. I tried to contact the dealer from 27th dept to 3rd oct but they was unreachable. Then on 4th again when i called they told the shop was close for durga puja. This was an unnecessary harresment from flipkart. And the most important thing this time is status was updated on 26th sept that installation and demo is completed. Then again when i contact the dealer they 1st told me demo is already completed. Lastly it was complicated before 15th october.

Total fraud is approximately 56000 inr... Plz take action n give me details of buyer to do police complaint or suggest me to do wht should i do. I am in deep trouble after this fraud. Plz help me.         I am yakkoob. I placed order for ifb washing machine on 18.10.17. Order id od[protected] amounting to 24500/-. But, in the same day evening i cancelled the order in order to another machine. I also received cancellation order with information that the amount would be refunded in eight working days. By 31.10.17, it is nine working days over. I paid amount using my indian bank debit card. Though, i am trying continuously, i dont get any information. I try by all means to contact grievance officer, but in vein. Pl take action for the refund of the amount rs.24500 in my account no.[protected], from which the amount was paid.

          I have ordered a nike goalkeepering gloves from flipkart of 1650.
          But i have recived an empty box on 16 october 2017 then i called flipkart for a refund they said they cant refund so i spoke with the supervisor.
          He took a wrong complaint of wrong product but i have not received any product so once the guy came for pick i told him he said we cantpick up without any product so i called them back they said they have assigned to a backend team my case which they will resolve till 31 october 2017 but i received a text on 26 october stating seller dint accept the refund so wont get refund again again i called flipkart they said u need to email them to back end team i again did that but its same they gave me resolution time of 02 november 2017 still awaiting response

            I had order for tshirt and trouser from flipkart on 9 oct 2017, however i received wrong item, so i returned the order very next day after which i was informed that refund has been initiate on 11 oct, even after several reminders (Email) and call the refund is still not done on my credit card (Kotak bank), also i was given fake transaction numbers for refund. Request you to take this up and help me to get my refund.

            Also i had ordered a mobile from hdfc credit card which was cancelled by mistake, i am not sure whether i would receive refund for this alwell.

              I had requested for the return of redmi note 4 black 64gb dated 25th oct. My order id is od[protected]. Phone touch was not working. Dated 27th oct your delivery man came and who had come to take the mobile could not find the imei number because the touch screen was not working. Your delivery man did not accept the billing imei of the phone and also the imei which was mentioned behind the phone. He said that he will not return the phone without imei number. The delivery man said please cancelled the the return request and generate fresh request.
              I am suffering without phone for 10 days. Please tell me what is my mistake. I understand only my mistake is i purchased the phone by flipkart. Your return service is not good. I am not satisfied. Your company is not care customers. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                I am vijay kumar from bangalore. I have placed prestige wet grinder with order number od[protected] on october 17th 2017. After two weeks the order has been cancelled from flipkart. I have reached flipkart to get to know the status and got status like order has been cancelled and i need to place the new order. And also you guys are telling like product is not available now with the same cost.

                  I ordered led on 10th oct 2017, got delivered on 16th oct 2017 and installation commitment date was on or before 19th oct 2017. It is still not done even after 31th oct 2017. I m calling every time to flipkart team where they are apologising for delay and giving me another date but nothing is happening. I have not even opened the box. Its highly irritating to see the box lying in home. Also i am loosing out on warranty on this product as the zero date is already started. I am highly frustrated with this. I can not even return this item. What am i supposed to do now?

                    I booked whirlpool refrigerator on 21sep2017 i got msg for packing on 24th september but on 25th september products not delivered so wanted to cancel order but as per flipkart policy once product dispatched they cant cancelled order so once product out for delivery if v reject products automatically order ll cancel like that they told but i haven't got call for delivery. Meanwhile i m trying to cancel in my order ac due to technical issues cancellation is not happening i called more than 20time s to customer support and sent a mail also there is no proper response from tech support i got a call and they said that its not happening from there end also so i got mail asking for ac details to refund amt on 18th oct 17 once i replied to that mail after that also refund not happens again i m calling everyone time i call they created new complaints nd they closing case without solving issue
                    I need to pay my bill i have cancelled my credit card emi so now waiting for refund from past 1 month everytime they giving reasons but they are not cancelling order nor refunding pls help me out

                    Till now I have not got my refund every very worst support on Nov 3 I got call from concerned team and they took my AC details and Ifsc code for refund manually and they given with in 5 working days time for refund till now have not got any repose in my bank they charged interest for that amt now flipkart has to pay that int amt due to there delay bank charging Nov 4 that was my due date now till the date I hVe to pay interest on that so pls help me out for my refund as well as they should pay interest also of 1140 till date every time they respond very stupidly and they not even escalate to there higher end I jus fed up with this plssssss help me out

                      I am ritesh kumar.

                      This is to inform you that on 15 oct 2017 i have ordered infinix note 4 handset on flipkart. I have received the phone on 17 oct while using it i observed that the phone is hanging & the apps are not closing. I requested for refund but they told me that they won't refund they will replace the phone. I have received the replaced product on[protected].

                      While using i got to know that the product previous issue is still same & in addition to that phone speaker is not working.

                      I opted to again replace the item but flipkart told me that i have to visit service center.

                      Sir i want refund against this product as flipkart has given me faulty product.

                      I live in village so there is no service center.

                      Please help me i need refund & i will go to court.

                        I have ordered alcatel pixi[protected] gb 7 inch with wi-fi only tablet on flipkart on cob method. And the order was cancelled from flipkart side on just one day before the expected delivery date, saying that there was mismatch in the pincode by the seller. I even don't understand that is a real issue. When i contact flipkart through email also i did not get any meaningful answer.

                        Please update on below concerns. Check the below screen shots. First one is the latest order which you said it is incorrect address. Below is the same address which i placed order and received it some time back.
                        [�if you still wish to buy the product, please place a new order�with the correct address so the seller�can make sure that the item is delivered to you. ]
                        I did not entered any incorrect address, i want apologies for making that statement. There is no incorrect address in the order, every thing was fine. If any issue occur at shipment side, you people have to correct it and make the delivery happens. I think flipkart is doing some gimmicks here.

                        My main 3 concerns are below ones.

                        1) i choose order on cob option, ordered and provided correct address.
                        So order id generated and proceeded to next levels.

                        So this is valid order

                        2) and this valid order was cancelled with out my mistake, the issue totally between the flipkart and seller side or shipment side. I do not have any fault in this. Flipkart cancelled this order with out informing.

                        3) why order was cancelled instead of delivering again the same product, since it was valid order and some special discount applied on it at that time and may not applicable at later and i can not get the same product at the old price.

                          There is an error in updating the system by executives raising a return request due to which product isn’t being picked up from my house. It has been repeated 3 times. Inspite of mentioning that if a product has been washed and quality after wash of the garment is a problem, return has been rejected and executives fail to mention while creating a return request that the tag won’t be provided while returning the garment.

                            I am fed up with the services of flipkart from last 7 days day didn't delever my phone whenever i complaint reagarding this they just raise a complaint and nothing has improved.
                            My delivery date was 24 th oct 2017 than they increase after complain 26th oct than again not delivered in 26th they again register fresh complain and told me to till 28th again not delivered in 28th again i complain they told me it will deliver by 30th again not delivered yesterday,
                            I complain today again and they told me to wait again for 1 day.

                              Dear sir,
                              Very first time i ordered 8 channel cctv from flipkart and i received the shipment. But product has some issues. 1) product looking used with many scratches 2) dvr screw missing 3) connectors missing 4) camera movement issue 5) color mismatch. I requested for the replacement and its approved and i got replacement shipment also but when i took old shipment to return then ekart courier rejected my shipment giving reason that you didnot mention issues properly. Ok i make again replacement request by calling to flipkart and i got new replacement. When i went to collect again to ekart they told same that you didnot mention your issues. We didnot get any update from flipkart. And they rejected my replacement again. I called flipkart and reconfirm that i mentioned all issues properly but still ekart is telling we dont have any verification from flipkart. Ekart told me to request again for replacement what is this? I cant keep waiting my clients this much time. Ekart and flipkart are not supporting me. Please do the needful.

                                Hi,

                                I have brought infinix note 4 mobile from flipkart, the mobile was defective so i requested for return, its took so much time for pickup and then i got message that after pickup i will get new mobile in one day but i have not received the mobile then suddenly i got message that your refund amt 4500 is credited in your gift card (4500 is value for my old phone which i exchanged with flipkart), my concern is why the amount is credited in gift card why its not credited in bank account?

                                3599 which i paid for infinix note 4 is yet not credited in my account, everyday i am calling customer care they said resolution will happen by today eod but nothing is happen, its almost 15 days but amount yet not credited in my bank account.

                                Paramjeet singh from customer care was not ready to transfer call to senior person as he said senior person is not available, i asked him why they are not available in office timing he has no answer for same.

                                Every time i am getting call from flipkart and they are saying resolution will happen by today eod but nothing is happen.

                                One of executive told me it will take 6 business working days, its almost 15 days i have given but still waiting for amount to be credited in my account.

                                The experience with flipkart is really bad and from next time on wards i have to think 100 times before purchasing from flipkart.

                                Please do the needful for same as i am really frustrated now with calling to customer care.

                                  Regarding Perfect home bed from Flipkart,
                                  Order id: OD[protected]
                                  I returned the wrong part delivered from the Flipkart on 28th oct 2017, Saturday.
                                  But till now i didn't get any information or call from Flipkart regarding this issue. Simply they are postponing the resolve date for this issue.
                                  And in the Flipkart app also i couldn't able to track the status of return and refund process.
                                  Flipkart cheating me simply postponing the resolve date.

                                    With reference to order no. Od[protected] dated 26/10/2017 @ around 22.45 hrs, we have ordered mobile hand set branded motorola model moto e 4 plus, colour iron gray for the value of inr rs. 9599/-, in this connection we have received a message regarding shipment the consignment on 27/10/2017 and the same will be delivered us on that 30/10/2017.

                                    Based on your message we have tracking my order no. Od[protected], it seems that reached the destination on 30/10/2017 at the delivery location. But as per the courier personnel not yet delivered. We have called your customer care executive through[protected] on 30/10/2017 around 17.00 hrs, cc - executive replied that the consignment will be delivered and it has been reached your location. But still not yet received the same. So we request your good self that kindly look in to the matter and do the needful in this regard

                                      Had placed order for oppo f3 plus order id for same being od[protected] on 17.10.2017 for delivery at pin code - 421103. Delivery of same was expected yesterday i. E. 30.10.2017 but got sms on 31.10.2017 morning saying "order cancelled as courier partner was unable to deliver on given address".

                                      Previously also several shipments have been delivered at the above mentioned pin code through ekart logistic now all of a sudden how is it possible that they are not able to trace the address. Further why there was no communication from ekart if they were unable to locate the address & why flipkart has cancelled the order without informing me.

                                        I have given order of redmi note 4 on 3 rd oct, still i not got product, i received a broken screen product, i given for return still i not got my product, same city misrouted it is showing, even i changed address, waste of your service, even that delivery boy not calling me to contact and nor i am getting delivery boy contact number to contact and take product,
