My order id : od[protected] dated: 21st sep 2017 (During sale).
Total "5" products booked in above order #, out of which "2" qty of (Bosch gsb 10 re kit power & hand tool kit) has been ordered, only one got delivered on 23rd sep' 2017, another bosch product not yet received.
I have been tracking since 23rd sep 2017, spoke with many people over phone, but no proper response.
(Shubham/ rizwan ahmed/ anand jha/ naveen r/ neeraj sharma/ farhana khan and (Sonali from flipkart media)...
Even they hung me over phone for more than an hour, which is so ridiculous.
On 16th oct' 2017 (Almost a month from my order date) farhana khan came up with solution, advised me to book same product again with full amount (As there was no sale) so that they will adjust internally.
As per her advise, i booked and sent her an email, next day she called and said, that i booked through a "non flipkart assured seller" so they cannot adjust.
Till today i have not received my "bosch gsb 10 re kit power & hand tool kit" for which i paid already.
If you need, i can send all email conversations and recorded phone calls.
None of them are bothered to resolve the issue, i need my product asap, please do the needful.
