Hi on 16th Feb 2022 i have sold my poco m2 pro to Flipkart and they promised ₹5000 for with by giving thank you card as confirmation with amount being credited to my bank account in 24hrs but even after 24hrs no proper response or customer executive has no clear idea about service, multiple times calls got disconnected,

Complaint marked as Resolved my issue resolved after they took it serious when i told them i will file a case in consumer court, Flipkart need to educate customer care executives properly most of them don't know what Flipkart services are and how they work, Concern manager should be blamed for Giving proper KT
