I order medicines from the Flipkart health plus app but when i opened the box, it was empty
I received empty box .. the order id of the product is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected] ..the order amount was 767 ...plz help me .when i contacted the customer service representative, they are only saying to keep wait ..i want my refund back. Delivery date was 29 January

    Hello dear sir.

    Order ID - OD[protected]

    I ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart on 14 Jan 2023 which was delivered to me on 20 Jan 2023. But I could not find the shoes inside that box, inside it there were some pieces of paper and newspapers and the box was empty. I have written several times to the representatives of Flipkart regarding this. Tried to get in touch with them through multiple channels but I haven't got any resolution. You are requested to help me properly and help me to get my money back from Flipkart.

      Refer to. OD[protected] dt. 16/01/23, i have cancelled the order based on request from Flipkart due to there internal issues with supplier and they have confirmed that refund will be processed in 4hrs but as on today i.e 30th Jan'23 i have not received any refund from Flipkart and every time they have given false commitments. i am fed up in following up with Flipkart.

          I bought a Wildcraft trolley bag from Flipkart and I am trying to return it from last 14 days, it keeps getting delayed, and everytime I am getting new return date

            Flipkart doing fraud with incorrect information in site

            My name is Santosh Kumar Sahu, I have purchased a Product Canon EOS 3000D DSLR Camera with OD[protected] on 20th Jan 2023 from Flipkart. As it is mentioned in website the camera should have 35x Optical zoom but as I have received the item & checked the product I didn't found the 35x optical zoom when half of that also not coming. When I talk with can non customer care about this they have asked me to contact to Canon servicecenter...

            I’ve received the Airpods Pro on 29th Jan 2023. And the product is intact. Later when I activated it is showing 9 months of warranty covered which tells me this product has already been activated on Sep 2022. Apple official support confirmed the same for me. I raised a complaint on Flipkart. They said they’ll look into it. And closed the issue without any resolution within 6 hours

              I ordered "Mi 5A 100 cm (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Audio" product from Flipkart with "Order ID - OD[protected] " on date - Wed, 19th Oct '22. And i was expecting the delivery by Thu 20th Oct but didn't received the product till date and I've been calling and raising complaint since than but company is not responding properly nor given me the proper reason for not delivering the product after so many back to back calls I did. They are telling that the problem is solved as per our conversation after 2-3 call without providing me any solid information or taking my call to any senior. I just wanted the amount that was rs18249 and some compensation for the inconveniences. So please help me to get my money back I'm attaching the photos of all the information I've provided. The seller name is Hydtel RETAILSsales.

                I have ordered a sweatshirt from Flipkart but I got fitting issues so I wanted to return the product but there's no return or any help related option there... I have also contacted customer care but they ask my bank account details I don't whether they are genuine or not but I won't give my bank details and I have done online payment refund can be done through UPI no need to ask for bank details... horrible customer service by Flipkart.

                  I have given order of Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Core i3 11th Gen - (8 GB/256 GB) from Flipkart on 18th Jan with Order id-OD[protected] at FLIPKART with Petilante Online and delivered defective piece of laptop with auto restart even not pressing power button after unfold and also deemed screen.
                  I raised return request on 25th Jan with all asked proof and confirmed with Flipkart customer executive but again asked to provide proofs of image on 28th Jan mentioning return would be cancelled if I fail to provide even if proof already shared.
                  I provided immediately the same but return was not approved and every time date line was extended with the remarks that team is verifying.
                  The intention is clear, this seller selling duplicate and defective laptop but no action taken by Flipkart.
                  Pls help to take action and blacklist this seller and refund my money back.

                    Have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                      I have ordered allen Solly jacket worth INR 1649 and Flipkart sends me a wrong jacket of same colour from different brand. I have raised for return but no one listening to my complaint and still it's not picking up. And customer care just procastinating by false hopes. And packaging was also very poor.

                        I have a flipkart account which i have been trying to login time to time, but always it's wrong password and in otp option it says it's unavailable.

                        I only use one number so can't change it.
                        And flipkart signup system not letting me signing up using an email account.

                          Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                          I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know. My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.in

                            This is very unfortunate that you have come up with very insubstantial reply. I selected this product looking at your esteemed brand, standard and assurance, which you failed to maintain.

                            How can you come to conclusion that it is due to "mishandling of the product/ Usage issue?" Prima facie defect could NOT be determined as to the quality/standard of your product; however, it is on usage of the product the defect came to light and that too immediately on first use. Hence, comes under manufacturing defect.

                            Moreover, you have defectively assembled/fixed the wheels as they are quite evident from the pictures shared with you that there is gross asymmetry in diameter between the wheels especially non-functioning one, by virtue of which it comes under manufacturing defect.

                            You are aware how critical/important wheels are for the usage of the product and unquestionably wheels are the fulcrum of this product and obviously these are going to be affected the most, but acknowledging fully its importance you have mentioned in your mail this significant part of the product is out of cover under your warranty policy. This shows negligence and your admission proves your standard/quality of the product is not up to the required standard. Hence, this comes under negligence and deficiency in rendering adequate services to your customer.

                            You have not provided me any "OK tested" final certificate, which raises the question in the mind if this product was meant for sale/discount and eventually I became the victim.

                            Therefore, I would urge you to rethink, consider or assess as to how can you give fix the issue and give me relief on this matter by way of replacement/repair and/or otherwise.

                                Dear Flipcart head team,

                                I want you to please look in to my complaint seriously.
                                I have been trusting in flipkart more than any other online shopping company but this time I have been disappointed very badly.
                                I ordered 4 bottles of jk farm fruit & berry syrup (Paid INR 11988/-) product delivered on 16th Jan 2023.
                                I asked the delivery boy to open and show me the bottles and he refused since it was a sealed pack.
                                Later when I opened the outer carton box, I found syrup leaking inside a plastic bubble pack. I immediately called customer care and some one named Harsh asked me to open all the bottles and see the entire 4 bottles condition. I opened it while I was on call with him (in a hands free mobile), I found 2 out of four bottles were damaged and syrup was leaking outside.
                                Harsh approved a refund amount (INR 5, 994/- of 2 bottles and arranged for the damaged bottle to be picked up the next day (17th jan)
                                But since then My pick up has been cancelled more than 12 times. it's been 14 days I called more than 30 times to your customer care team, in that more than 5 times talked to your senior executive customer care representative. Everytime they raise the complaint and the next day without the solution, I see the tracking in your site that my complaint is resolved.

                                I want to know what kind of coordination you have between your pick up agent and customer team.
                                Why was my pick up postponed for 2 weeks? who updates on your website that my complaint is resolved.
                                Is there any solution or I have to keep calling you.
                                I want a proper answer and my issue to be resolved and a refund asap so that I can order this syrup again. I really need this syrup for my patient and family. That's why I ordered 4 bottles. I don't complain about the quality of the product. My complaint is that I received product damaged & crushed bottles inside the packing
                                sending you the pictures I have clicked while opening.
                                Thank you for reading my long complaint.
                                I hope you understand the feeling I am going through right now . as a customer u can imagine.
                                I am sick of calling and explaining every time. I hope this will be the last time I have to write a complaint.

                                Please let me know, if you cannot resolve, to whom I should approach your company or outside the company.
