Regarding the cancelation of mobile a guy name sachin jadav from flipcart tells no to replace the brand new mobile purchased on 30 september. When we purchased there was your policy of changing mobile. Under this policy you have to change mobile within 10 days and this sachin jadav called and he tells no to change mobile. He tells if we do case on flipcart then also he will not replace mobile now diwali festival is coming and he # tells us that his technician will come on 15 oct till that date we have to keep this # phone. What the hell is flipcart workers doing if they are living in india then they should know diwali is coming all goes out of town and sachin jadav tells that his technician will come in 15 oct to just see the condition what the #*k so we have to sit at home and wait till the technician come

    Its really disgusting the way you treat the customers. Don't think that we are fools & just hanging around to loose our wallets unnecessarily. If you have mentioned an offer in which the customer could opt to buy the procedure of purchasing a certain product then that offer should really work. Like i wanted to buy redmi note 4 with bajaj finserv card then its ending up like "we a seing a surge in the number of shoppers".
    On the other when i opted for cod my request got submitted & the order got placed in no time. This is absolute shame & disgrace that you think we would not mind. Really if any offer is not working properly then don't put that in the category.

      I have ordered a refrigerator on 21st sep and received a damage product under pcb section. Requestd for replacement nd they delayed delivering the order on sep 28. This happened multiple times inspite of callimg them. It was supposed to replaced by sep 30, oct 4, 6 & oct 8. I hve requested for refund for which they say there is no refund policy. Now that they are not replaving my product and providing poor service what should i do. The worst service of flipkart taunting me. Parents are primitive in nature and they are cribbing me fpr results. Flipkart people are making me offended. Every call i hav done to them led to 30 to 40 mnts. Still no result.

        I received message for 3 transaction done on my card and it was not done by me. Reversal for 2 has been received and it was by flipkart. Big brands making so much fraud to make money. I guess laws should be made strict and such fraudsters company should be closed. I am still waiting for 1 transaction for 11 thousand. Help me with one more reversal.

          The subject order for moto e4 plus was delivered to me on 11/09/2017 and return request for the same was placed on 19/09/2017. The return request was placed as the mobile phone's display is defective (The display goes blank often and it is very irritating as i cant dial or take any calls).

          In reply to my return request, customer service support arranged a technician visit to resolve the issue (The technician updated the software and told the display issue wont arise again) but in vain the problem still persist. On reporting the same, there was another technician visit and this time the technician simply listened on what the problem was and told that nothing can be done and he would update flipkart for replacement. I have not gained any help from the two technician visits and so far, i have not received any positive response from the customer service support. On my replacement request (Every time replacement request is cancelled without taking/considering the customers feedback about the technician help).

          There are only a series of disappointing conversations with customer support executives.

          I want my replacement, my request is pending for almost a month and each time my request is cancelled without resolving the issue. This very frustating to wait for a replacement while using a defective phone.

              My tv already deliver - 28 september - 2017 (Still installation not done - jeeves have no record regarding installation,

              Flipkart have no information regarding my tv deliver or not.

              I already pay - 15500 tv + 1313 (2 year extended warrenty) = total 16813

              I already spoke to your (Flipkart) 4 to 5 executive within 12 days. Still they are giving another date.
              Please solve my problem.

No from last 10 days i am following up with flipkart team but no one is able to give proper solution.                     I order for a product and cancelled the order (#od[protected] and flipkart has not refunded my money even after 14 business days (Excluding saturday, sunday and bank holidays). Flipkart refund policy is saying that they will refund the money back within 6 business days. My home loan emi is still on due because of this delay in refund. I have contacted so many times with flipkart customer care and back end support team but till now there is no resolution and expected date for the resolution. As a customer i will have to bear the loss for not paying my emi before the due date.

                      Flipkart delivered me a cheap and different products. My demand was timex be15 wrist watch price rs 979/- however they delivered me a timex tw000a300 price rs 795/-.
                      Flipkart order id od[protected]. Please take necessary action against this useless online business company. Last time also faced late delivery problem. Two times promise date changed the i got collect my package from the warehouse. Called to cc reply only sorry sorry.

                        Dear sir, i ordered a ho laptop and jbl headphones to flipklart on dt. 25/09/17 vide order no od[protected] by paid rs. 18189 through sbi atm card. & on dt. 26/09/17 i cancelled the order but till now i cannot received any refund amount from flipkart against this cancelled order. When i called to the customer care of flipkart they told me that your amount is transfered to your account on dt, 26/09/2017. When i check my account the the mount is not credited in my account. I also raise a complai to flipkart no in[protected]. But till now my complain is not resolved. Today i go to bank & asked about the payment but they ask me the utr no. But the flipkart customer care denay to give the utr no. Which my amount is transfered. Kindly help us for return my money.

                            I had received the order on sep 24th '17. Toady (Oct 10th '17) stopped working and not not responding to touch. It didn't work for not even 20 days. I am pissing on the product and flipkart for delivering this worst product.

                              Sir, i ordered redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart on 24 sep 17, but on 2oct 17 when my delivery comes i got three stones in the box. On 2nd oct i complained above matter to customer care of flipkart. Everyday i was calling to flipkart. I had also written 3-4 mails to them, till date no satisfactory action from their site. I already paid for for mobile rs 9507.

                                My flipkart account has deactivated. I don't know why and how was it deactivated. It was very helpful in shopping. Now i am unable to make purchases.                                   I dushala have ordered 9 pieces of casserole sets of 3 but you first process my order and then suddenly cancelled it make a refund in my account... It was really urgent order for me as diwali is approaching and i have to arrange gifts for my office staff... And now you have raised the price... And is unaffordable for me...                                       Here it is informed that you i was booked a intex aqua crystal mobile phone on dated 04/10/2017 and also has received delivered on thu, oct 5th '17 at home. Now i have complaint about phone's battery in this phone. But sir this phone as soon as while during of charging time i have removed the phone on the charge after that charged then battery has automatically discharge with in 15 min round off.
