The subject order for moto e4 plus was delivered to me on 11/09/2017 and return request for the same was placed on 19/09/2017. The return request was placed as the mobile phone's display is defective (The display goes blank often and it is very irritating as i cant dial or take any calls).
In reply to my return request, customer service support arranged a technician visit to resolve the issue (The technician updated the software and told the display issue wont arise again) but in vain the problem still persist. On reporting the same, there was another technician visit and this time the technician simply listened on what the problem was and told that nothing can be done and he would update flipkart for replacement. I have not gained any help from the two technician visits and so far, i have not received any positive response from the customer service support. On my replacement request (Every time replacement request is cancelled without taking/considering the customers feedback about the technician help).
There are only a series of disappointing conversations with customer support executives.
I want my replacement, my request is pending for almost a month and each time my request is cancelled without resolving the issue. This very frustating to wait for a replacement while using a defective phone.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, we have arranged for the technician Visit and we haven't found any defect in the mobile, so informed customer to visit the authorized service center for further assistance . Hence closing the case from our end.
