I purchased an item in flipkart on 23rd sep 2017 with order id: od[protected].. Flipkart has given delivery date as 26th to 29th of october. It was supposed to be my dusshera gift. On 28th when i tried to contact my local ekart services here they have confirmed the package was not recived. On 29th i have again visited them, with no use, ekart guys told the package was given to some third party guys for delivery, i tried to get the office address of the third party courier service but they didnot have it, same was the response from flipkart customer care. My delivery date was automatically updated to 4th of october, after dusshera. Still i was waiting for my product to be delivered. On 4th of oct i got a message from flipkart that the product was out for delivery and gave me the wishmaster number also. I tried calling that number and he told me he have not received my package. I tried calling him time and again and he was not lifting my calls. Neither ekart nor flipkart was unable to track my package, so i was vexed with this process and cancelled the product. While cancelling the product i have clearly mentioned that i have cancelled the order as the order was not traceable. And i was told the refund is processed and i will get it by max 6 business working days. Today on 11th of october i have again called the flipkart customer care, they have updated the refund date to 16th of oct. I have planned to buy another phone for diwali, but flipkart has again planned to ruin my diwali gift also. I have purchased the earlier product with flipkart vouchers only, so the refund process should be very easy.
I request to process my refund as soon as possible so that i will get time to purchase my diwali gift.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Information already shared to customer due to delay in delivery customer requested to return the product hence closing the complaint.
My flipkart account connected with my mobile number and email and when I enters the mobile number and email it saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
Plz solve this problem fastly.
