Courier service that the right product was delivered to me. But the product
That came to me, the handset was missing, so after that i called flipkart
At least 100 times. Every time i got a date on flipkart's behalf, i called
Customer care for 45 days. I tagged the video to @flipkartsupport on
Twitter. I did not get my problem solution from flipkart

Flipkart Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that our seller has confirmed that the product delivered to was intact condition. Hence, we will not be able to initiate return. Closing the complaint from our side.
Today I received a call from Flipkart team and they are forcing me to cancel the product I want to buy and asking to purchase another product. It seems very painful for me to deal with such organisation where the problem of customer is not been resolved for 23 days.
Instead of resolving the issue their motto is to harras customers.
Requet you to kindly look into this and arrange for early resolution.
