I had ordered a mobile (Registered number: [protected]) (Moto g5 plus)
During the big billion day sale on exchange offer.
When the wish master had come for the delivery he rejected my replacement
Mobile on account of dis-colour of panel. On further discussion it was
Agreed with the head of wish master and the flipkart executive on call
(Recording can be checked) that i can get the reattempt delivery if i
Replace the panel. I had raised a reattempt request on the basis of this
Discussion.
Further i got the panel replaced on the next day from the motorola
Authorised dealer @ rs.2000/-.
However, now i've got an update that a refund has been initiated on the
Purchase and product has been returned.
Further, i've raised a complaint against the wish master - complaint number
- in[protected]
Also, i've had word with 2 of your senior associates for my concern. Also a
Promise was made for a call back from the manager of senior associates
Yesterday before 7 pm. A call was received from flipkart yesterday saying
That manager is busy at around 6.45 pm and will call you in 15-20 minutes
However there was no call after that.
Further, i called today twice for inquiring about the managers call. On the
First attempt, i call was put on hold for 22 minutes and then disconnected
Without any word. On 2nd call, the person concerned, said the executives
Are very busy.
I am seeking a compensation for my loss or get the original product
Delivered.
Further i was given assurance by flipkart twice in mail that my amount will be refunded however i've not got the refund yet.
The product i had was given was fully intact and working and the wish master had verified the product properly before taking it and subsequently approved the product without any concern
As i was assured for the refund and only thats the reason i had ordered the product again as suggested by the flipkart executive hence i request for the refund at the earliest.
Attached are the images of assurance given by flipkart of refund for rs. 3, 290/- twice and also apologising for delay in the refund process. However only assurance was given but no refund was given.

Flipkart Customer Care's response informed the customer about the terms and conditions of the exchange product should be in proper working condition without any physical damaged and order is cancelled because the exchange product was not eligible for the exchange offer.
