I have placed an order for the springwell mattress on 24.09.2017 on flipkart. As per the delivery schedule, the item was to be shipped by 28/09/2017 and to be delivered on 05/10/2017. It is sad that the item has not been delivered yet. I raised the issue with customer care on 04/10/2017 that the item has not yet been shipped; the customer service assured to get back to me with the problem resolved by 07/10/2017 before 8 pm. But on 07/10/2017 at 14:41 hrs, received a text message and email stating that “we are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue”. Further, they requested me to provide them time till 09/10/2017 5:30 pm to get back to me. As nobody from their backend team called till 7 pm on 9th oct., the deadline committed by them, i made a call around 7:00 pm and the customer service was successful in buying another 24 hours time from me to look into the matter. The executive on line told me that she is placing the complaint on priority channel and the issue will be sorted out within 24 hours. I even made an attempt in the facebook and a gentleman from social media team gave a call back promptly and assured to resolve the issue within 48 hours!!
On 10th oct 2017 at about 6:30 pm, i made a call back to the customer support since nobody from your backend team, who are busy checking the status why the shipment is not done, mind to call me to inform the status. While talking, your executive (Name: mr. Mahesh) told me that “it may take upto 30 days for the delivery sometimes and you have to wait will our backend calls you”. Then i made again a call to talk to some other executive who told me that the complaint is already elevated and will be resolved by today i. E., 11th oct 2017 evening. Even email sent to them is unanswered.
The thing i don’t understand is that it is taking more than 12 days to find out why the item has not been shipped by the seller; and the seller still shows availability of stock of the said mattress as on date (11/10/2017). The main attraction to the order is: “cancellation of the order is not possible!!”.

This may be flipkart or my os problem but i am changing my emailID to nitish.[protected]@gmail.com . but after some time it gets changed to [protected]@outlook.com this unknown user ID. How this is happening i do not know.
