Omnitechretail and flipkart.com both are cheating. Below is detail: ordered livpure water purifier and got it delivered and installed by livpure technician. Same day problem arises, water starts leaking and machine was continuous working. Called the same technician next day, he visited and told that some parts are defective. I told him to get it replaced, he packed the purifier and left. I raised replacement request on flipkart and waited. 20 days no replacement and every time on calling customer care they repeat same thing and say backend team will call and nothing. Even they are now doing fraud and cheating, they updated that tech visit was completed on 10th oct but no one came. They lying on face, what a #. Flipkart is mentally harrassing me.

My wife was pregnant so, i had ordered sansui washing machine by flipkart with order id : od[protected] on dated[protected] and the product was to be delivered on 28.09.17 as promised by flipkart, but it was reschedule so many times and today[protected] i got a mail regarding cancellation of my order.in this regard i would request you to kindly to take action against company..

      I made orders on flipkart yesterday dated 15/10/207 for iphone 7 (32gb rose gold) with festive offers and payment made thru my credit card. Today suddenly i got an sms stating that refund is under process. My order got cancelled by flipkart, i called customer support on [protected]. I got a return call from flipkart support team from [protected] and these people are not responding correctly. I insisted and requested the customer support executive not to cancel my order, because i never gave any request to cancel. Flipkart executive said the order was out of stock? How can this be possible? Why did flipkart charged me then?? When i got irritated i asked the executive to transfer the call to senior person, he transferred the call to snr executive (Mr. Sarfaraz)? This is how flipkart hide their face once they make mistake? I wanted to speak to senior means a supervisor who is in team leader's post or manager. I was treated as fool, he was not ready to transfer the call, he said no use u will get same reply from all. The reply from him was that the seller could not find a vendor to deliver product so he cancelled? This was 2nd excuse by 2nd executive. He started explaining me the refund process, but when i did not asked for refund how can he do that? He said it will take 6 working day? There will be holiday from 19th oct to 22nd oct, that means i have to wait for more days. Till that time flipkart will keep my money with them and have interest on my money.

        See attached a snapshot of order status.

        I am severely disappointed at the sorry state of customer service provided by flipkart.

        I fail to understand how does flipkart have such poor delivery service.. Even after several calls to the help centre and lodging complaints there is no update as to when i will receive the order.. Neither their is any communication from flipkart. No help received indeed... The customer care representatives are poorly trained and have no answer other than being sorry... Seniors at the help centre simply ignore communications..

        I donot know whether or not i will receive the order... How long do i need to have someone stay put at home to receive the order... I t is really a very sorry state, certainly breach of trust... No flipkart guarantee...

        Is there any scope where flipkart will find it relevant to give a revert on the above..

          Answer:i called [protected] informed regarding mobile number no option to change from flipkart people.
          We need to call at the time of out of delivery product that they will call and inform to courier guy regarding new mobile number said the customer service executive that not happened with next executive.

          Question:issue with installation guy didn't attended to my location for demo.
          Answer:i called [protected] informed regarding demo guy didn't come to my location they simply raised complaint given tat for issue resolve[protected],
          I have received the order on[protected] till[protected] for demo without using it i need to do pooja??

          I have issue with customer service [protected] people providing false information on order product.

          I spoke to four executives for single product even no one responded properly regarding my issues.

          Such kind of offers provided by e-shopping companies. Today i saw a mobile cover with 90 percent offer on flipkart. In that site the actual price of that accessories is more than price of the phone.

              I ordered for a mobile phone sony xperia x dual on billion day05/10/2017) offer period worth 15090/- on exchange of my iphone 5s. I couldn't get my phone yet. When i contacted to flipkart customer care they told that it should be delivered by end of this day. Unfortunately today called me today and they'll cancel my order themselves because of their courier partner issue and i should order once again. I told that i need that however it may be. Because it cost 38990/- today.
              After my request too they cancelled my order themselves. I got message of cancellation. I need a better response from them. Otherwise i should pay 34990/- moreover on my again order for same phone.

                I have ordered philips s5050/06 shaver for men on sun, oct 8th '17 6:54 am

                Two days before i reached an update from flipkart that the order is cancelled due to pricing issue.

                When i ordered the price was 1199 and now flipkart says the price is 2999.

                I was cheated by flipkart and this is for second time (Last time the same cancellation done by flipkart for order id

                    I have claimed for an replacement for the product lenovo k8 plus on 30 sep 2017. But that are asking me to courier the defective product to their warehouse. For me, couriering is not possible.
                    So, i called the customer care and told them to pickup the product from my home itself where they have delivered the product when i have ordered it.
                    But they are repeatedly saying that pick up options are not available for that region at that moment.
                    Today is 16 oct 2017. I have been waiting for more than two weeks, but there weren't any good move till now from the company side.
                    So, it is better to come and collect the defective product from my home itself instead of couriering and giving me the new product.
                    You are also taking two much time and this is not a good service from your side. Please make neccessary steps within two days from now.

                      I had ordered perfect homes by flipkart sirena tv entertainment unit with order id : od[protected]on dated[protected] and the product was supposed to be delivered on 24.09.17 as promised by flipkart, but it was delayed and delivered on 06.10.17 and they informed me that product installation will be on 09.10.17, that too has been delayed.                         On 21/09/17 i ordered "hero frolic 12t single speed cycle" for a special offer from flipkart rs.999 and paid for the same.

                        The reference number for my order was od[protected]Seller: omnitechretail) and mentioned delivery of the item on 03/10/17.

                        But its not delivered and i have registered compliant for the same and untill 14/10/2017 flipkart customer care executives are called regularly and informed every time within 24 hours item got delivered.

                        On 15/10/2017 i got a call form flipkart customer care and informed the same cycle not available and cancelled the order with refund.

                        I feel it is a completely cheating customer, keeping our money 24 days and refunding like item not available information. Even who may know the offer simply showing and collecting money?, flipkart collected money and agreed the item will deliver in my bangalore location, latter how you can tell the item not available (That means we cant trust flipkart listed product in thier website) they are not tried even deliver any other cycle form same vendor!!.

                        Its completely breach of contract and cheating customer without a propper reason.

                          I have purchased a mi a1 on 5th oct and it delivered to me on 9th oct monday.
                          But when i opened the product it was a faulty product with lots of issue in the product. So i called flipkart for it and informed them about the defects and problems in the product. They imitated a technician visit and he did not turned to come and he called me on a non working day sat and informed that he is reached sakinaka at 6.15pm on 14th oct.                                 Today also technical visit was not done. I hv been patient for these many days (10 days) daily i hv been talking to you customer care executives. Only reply that i get is tomorrow it will happen.. You hv been testing my patience. Refund my amount. This is the limit. Im going to see this legally. I have all the conversation that i have done with your customer service executives and your technical social media team. Laptop amounts about 48k. You this as a joke. This is the kind of service you do to your customer. You will face the consequences.

                                    I ordered for 'royal oak l 3 seater leather recliner manual' on 23rd september 2017 for an amount 35550 rupees during the discount sale. It was supposed to be delivered on 30th september 2017. I contacted the customer service on 1st october 2017, when i did not receive the item nor was there any tentative date of delivery. I was told that there was a delivery delay from the seller and it would be resolved in a 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours, i contacted again. Same another 48 hours deadline given. Again and again and again, they are going on giving deadlines without resolution. I even asked for cancellation of the order and refund since there is no option for me to cancel. For that also, they are giving deadlines. Worst is they do not give complaint number. There is no facility to complain by email also. So, there is no option to keep the proof of complaint. Hence, flipkart is shamelessly and ridiculously not caring and resolving the problem. I have even warned them of legal recourse, but they don't care. I want them to send the item immediately or refund the money immediately

                                      I received damaged washing machine product and i immediately raised return request but after two week also i got assurance from flip kart, technician will contact and visit your site, but nobody has contacted yet not even refund has initiated.

                                      On return request initially got response as seller has refused to return the product but still flip kart assuring about refund but after technician visit.

                                      Its on long hold but no action yet taken.
