I have ordered woodness engineered wood almirah order id : od[protected] dated 24 sep. 2017

This is the worst ever experience i have faced with flipkart.

Product was scheduled to be delivered on 4 oct which was shipped on 26 sep 2017.

From the 4th october to 9th october, i am asking about the product shipment details or refund process from flipkart customer care executives from junior level to floor area manager level (I will name few - mr. Pushpendra, sr. Executive officer; mr. Shubhendu shekhar jana, floor manager; ms. Mansi, sr. Executive. Mr. David, floor manager etc.). What i have observed is flipkart customer care executives don't have any powers to resolve my problem, they are just saying that they understand my problem, nothing else. Neither they are able to give information for my product delivery details because of large category type product nor initiate refund for the same. They are toothless set up made for customers.

Further, flipkart complaint management system is also poorest, which can't resolve the grievances within stipulated time.

Moreover, the flipkart system to disallow customer to cancel their order during shipment is also draconian while your peers like amazon and paytm are allowing the same. Who is accountable for this delay in my order delivery? This is the question, no one from flipkart side answered. Flipkart have taken my money on 24 sep 2017, now i want my money and they are not refunding. Flipkart cannot play this game according to their wish keeping my money as well as product with them.

Shame on flipkart team.

    During big bullion day sale, i ordered a phone, where 10% cash back offer was expected. Refer to order "od[protected]".
    The 10% offer did not happen and when approached flipkart after completing the order, flipkart said sometimes incorrect din or the transaction has to be done via phonepe.
    But see the attached screenshot, which clearly says that offer is valid on 'all sbi debit and credit card transactions except corporate and commercial cards, and internet banking'
    I did the transaction via sbi e-card which is easier to do and straightforward and frequently & safest used way for online purchases, though i have my own debit card and sbi account (Looking at the offer)
    Now flipkart is denying the claim and since the product is not returnable (Its a phone), i cant return it.
    I trusted flipkart to resolve the issue and that is the reason why i did not immediately cancel the order.
    This is really embarassing and is flipkart misleading consumers to buy product on false/hidden fineprints which is unfair trade practice.

    See attached picture of the details.
    I expected flipkart to provide the refund, not the seller as i have been buying on flipkart since years (See my purchase history).

    We informed customer that he is not eligible for this offer and seller will be unable to provide any cash back amount for this as he would be eligible for the offer only if the payment is made through the PhonePe gateway via SBI Credit/Debit cards.

      Since I have purchased this product it's mechanics not working properly and it was never attempted to repair it and previously return request was approved and still not refunded and now they say refund is rejected. Even after plenty of complains no action has been taken.

        It is first time i am facing issue with flipkart deliver. Give you brief about my order:

        I order lg microwave oven (Model: mc2886brum, black) on date 21 september and received my product on 27th september after 2 days delay. But it was shocking to me as the product delivered to me was not the one which ordered, they delivered me wrong product which was very embarrassing g for me as it was a gift which i have delivered to the friend’s house.
        Still i controlled emotions, and had word with flipkart customer care and they asked me raise return request and assure that issue will get resolve in next 3 days. I raise return request mentioning my issue on 3rd of october after which i keep on getting call from lg customer care for demo, without receiving the original product, no action from flipkart. It was awful experience with flikpkart.
        Please can you look into it urgently.

          I have ordered home city sofa 3+2 worth of rs 52000 on sep 1st with given delivery date as 3rd oct, missed delivery date postponed to oct 6 and missed that date and updated date to oct 10 and as per the response it will also miss, worst experience ever with flipkart. I have learnt a good lesson that we should not buy a high value products in online especially in flipkart store. I have communicated 5-6 times to customer support but they are just saying it will be delivered today... Or tomorrow. I am thinking of going to consumer court as i have put 52000 rs at your bank and am waiting here with empty hands..😡 some one please have seriousness in solving this issue. I will never ever buy a product and never encourage any of my friends to buy and i had enough with this. On this thursday i am definetly filing case against this issue.

            I purchased a vu 4k 45"tv on september 22, 2017 and it was delivered first on 27th september, 2017 and to my surprise after installation the vu tv worked for a few hours and on the same day evening stopped working. I complained vu customer care they asked me to request for replacement from flipkart stating that the tv is under 10 days replacement policy.

            After that i called flipkart and they helped me with my replacement request however the flipkart customer care executive was not well aware that instead of providing me a replacement he cancelled the order and processed a refund request. Out of frustration, i have to call them back again to rectify whats going on? To my surprise another executive informed me that i have ticked on my account requesting for refund for vu tv which was not right. I spoke to flipkart previously for more than 45 minutes and clearly asked for a replacement of my vu tv. I then again requested to cancel the refund and process for replacement, which the executive did.

            After repeated calls and attempts to contact flipkart they finally started my tv replacement process, until then it was okay. The real problem started when my vu tv which was not working got picked up by the executive from"ekart logistics"on october 5, 2017 and gave me an acknowledgement for the same. I repeat he was here only for the pickup of the vu tv which was not working. He did not brought any new vu tv.

            And then finally i got a message on sunday october 8, 2017 from flipkart that my vu tv will be delivered on october 8, 2017 between 7:00 am to 9:30 pm.in the evening the ekart delivery guy came to my residence with the new new vu tv and was asking for the vu tv that has to be picked up.

            I happy to hear that he was here to deliver the new vu tv and was shocked to hear that he is here to pickup the tv which was not working earlier. I told him and showed the acknowledgement of the vu tv which was picked up on october 5, 2017. Then the ekart executive made repeated calls to his office who in turn asked him to bring the vu tv that he is here to deliver.

            I immediately called flipkart and reported the issue to them and requested for an instant resolution from them but they only made me wait on the call by constantly keeping me on hold and after 45 minutes the senior executive tells me that i will be provided with a resolution by october 11, 2017.

            For gods sake i am not asking for for resolution. I just need an answer, why is it happening to me in the first place?

            Only impotent and inefficient people are working with the flipkart customer support and ekart logistics.

            The problem is very simple, just call the logistics check the tracking id's and verify whether the tv is picked up or not they will get the answer. Why did they don't check their systems/records and give inconvenience to the customer, i still don't understand?

            They (Flipkart/ekart) must learn"customer service does not mean providing inconvenience to the customers and apologizing again & again and also that they need training and potent & efficient people to resolve customer issues".

              I bought a syska power bank and from the first day of its use it was troubling me, like after its battery get drained after its use, even after keeping it on charging for 2 days, it doesn't turns on then i thought to let you guys know about it, then again after two days i tried and it starts taking charge.                 Hi everyone,
                I order red mi 4a on flipkart (Fake kart) on 21 sept. Which was expected to be delivered on 25 sept.
                But on 25 sept they told me to wait for 28 sept,
                Later on 28 sept they told me to wait for 29 sept,
                But on 29 sept they told me to wait for 3rd october,
                Later on 3rd october they told me to wait for 4 october,
                Later on 4th october they told me to wait for 9th october,
                &kn 9th october no response from them.

                I have been tired of trying to call them every time.

                I have been mentally harassed as everytime i have to explain my issue to these cheap people, and get the same monotnous reply. And no help whatsoever, the same answer every time that "i can understand your concern and we will work on it", but no work actually happens backstage.

                Please do something about it as this is very lathargic and mentally i have been exhausted, i have spent more on calls than on the product now. Very unprofessional behaviour. Don't buy anything from flipkart.

                  I have ordered seagate 1tb external hard disk on 6th. When i was ordering it shown expected delivery date : by 7th of october 2017. So only i have ordered and i have mentioned same that i need it by 7th and mailed to flipkart customer care by expecting that they will take care of its delivery time.
                  Today 9th. Today got delivered but delivered defective one.. Again need to wait until 11th of october it seems..

                  Trusting flipkart is customer's mistake? I have paid amount from credit card.. If i cancel the product also it take 4 to 7 working days to refund my amount to card. So cant cancel even..

                  Paid amount.. Delayed delivery.. Got defective product.. Again waiting for replacement..

                  I have ordered seagate 1 tb external hard disk on 6th of october. While ordering it shown me that expected delivery 'by 7th of october 2017'. So only i have trusted flipkart and ordered. And on same day 6th, regarding this i have mailed for thrice to flipkart that i need it by 7th. If i request by mail, they will take spl care in delivery i thought. It delayed due to flipkart's some (Mis routed it seems) issue.

                  It delivered on 9th of october (Today). And its defective product.. Its not working.. I asked to replace.. Again i need to wait until 11th of october it seems...

                  If i cancel, it take 4 to 6 working days to refund my amount to card. So cant cancel even..

                  Paid amount.. Delay in delivery.. Got defective.. Again waiting for delivery...
                  My need didn't fulfilled.. Paid amount and here i am...? Totally disappointed.. Only because of flipkart..

                  Even delay in delivery also flipkart's issue only..

                  I have trusted flipkart for things..
                  1) delivery service
                  2) product quality

                  In both things flipkart failed now.. May be product will be replaced by 11th.. But my time?

Flipkart People called from banglore and promised same that it will get delivered by 11th of October and they also promised that they will be tracking this order and they will be following up this order.. From yesterday it showing same status that misrouted. So today(now) i have called and asked regarding this. Representative Peeyush spoke to me and rashly he saying that it will take 48 hours to deliver.. I asked to transfer call to Team lead or any superior.. He saying they are not available..

                  Is this the head office following up??? Cheaters.. Sitting like a fool as by paying money before.. Made a mistake by trusting flipkart..

                  I tried to call Grievance officer extension which provided in this site, .. Not working..

                  What the hell is this for me? Worst service by flipkart..

                  Yesterday at 5.00 pm IST, i got call from flipkart executive in escalations team.. His name is Anand.. He saying that it will be delivered by yesterday or else today(12th October) for sure.. And he said that he will call me today(12th October) morning at 10.30 am and follow up that product is delivered or not..

                  Now time is 11.20 am. He didn't call.. This is how flipkart's escalation team punctuality and caring for customers..

                  Yesterday at 5.53 pm IST, i got a mail from flipkart that it will be delivered by 13th october..
                  No communication between you people? One person says one thing.. Different different mails will come..
                  I didn't see this type of service any where.. Its my mistake to shop with flipkart..

                  When you please can't deliver on time, when you people unfit to give promising service, why you show put in your site by mentioning delivery date and etc? Why you people cheat your customers? How you people cheat customer's trust?

                  Yesterday i tried to cancel product. So call back service person called and saying that if i want to cancel ok, they will cancel. But they wont refund my amount it seems.. Cheaters.. Fraud.. Simply you people eat customer's money like this? When you are unfit to stand on your word, you should refund. How you fraud masters eat customers money simply??

                    Per order no. Od[protected], i have purchased
                    Ifb 6.5 kg fully automatic top load washing machine on sun, 1st oct '17 and the product was delivered to me on tue, oct 3rd '17.

                    The mobile number provided in the order detail was wrong and i think that is the reason that installation and demo was canceled without mentioning the reason. I have contacted flipkart to arrange it again, but no action from them still.

                      I deactivated my flipkart account. Now i want to reactivate it but i'm unable to do so.                         The complaint is regarding the ekart logistics by flipkart delivery. On the first day of delivery itself i rescheduled my delivery dates. Then, tried cantacting to the delivery boy and he was reluctant and not at all considerable about the delivery and he chose to deliver it on his own terms and so postponed the order, further the day i was there to exchange the product then the delivery boy calls me to another place where he was and then says to me with a false reason that my phone has got a bend then i made him check too that there isn't any possible major bend that i can see so as to assure him that he might be wrong but he refused and cancelled the order. Due to this i was late again for my daily schedule and neither could i exchange the product when i was ready with a formatted phone in my hand and there i get a very absurd excuse for the same. Let me know if there is any possible way that u can check for the same issue and continue with the delivery of the same item.

                        Order rejected: lenovo k8 plus (Venom... With tracking id fmpp[protected] will be returned to seller since the product was not accepted during delivery.

                        There was a false issue that was provided by the ekart delivery boy that shows wrong part on ekart delivery.

                          Dear gentlemen at flipkart.
                          In kerala there are certain mafia goons who undertake criminal activities. Anyone can hire them by paying certain sum of money. They are locally called quotation gangs.
                          Unfortunately i am compelled to say from a series of encounters that your engagements with ekart-logistics partners at thiruvalla, kerala is a kind of engaging such quotation gang to bully the general public.

                          They misbehave, tease the customers, harass to make them additional expenditure, create enormous hardship both mental and physical. They act against all the fundamental principles how an e-commerce logistics business expected to run.

                          There are dozens of e-commerce online shopping websites. But none, except flipkart do such mischievous engagements and support such substandard activities.
                          It is very sad that the guys at customer service of fk are at two steps ahead to act in tandem with these criminals.

                          My latest experience with purchasing a computer monitor is yet another example:
                          I am a nri from gulf.
                          My security surveillance cams of my establishment in native place went offline. To fix i needed a computer monitor. I searched fk to find a suitable product. Found a dell model which the seller is able to deliver to my locality pin no. 689501.
                          After waiting for two weeks, the item reached fk's ekart logistics center thriuvalla in kerala (Pin code. 689621). Online status shown out for delivery at thiruvalla.
                          They usually employ a guy on a motor bike to deliver item from this point on wards up to 50 kilometers like pandalam, adoor etc.
                          This guy carry only small documents that he can keep on his lap while riding the bike, leaving bigger items in the office itself.
                          Even for those smaller items, m he will not deliver to the customer address. Instead throw them to any highway side shops known to him and ask the customers to go there for their own and collect.
                          For slightly bigger sized items he demand the customers to reach their thriuvalla ekart office.
                          In my case the given acceptable pin code no. Was 689501 pandalam whereas ekart is around 50 kilometers away at thiruvalla (Pin code. 689621).
                          They bully customers to take their own taxi to reach at their place and collect at certain time.
                          I am an nri sitting in a guld country. I purchase item for my brother who is a senior citizen.
                          Why fk is compelling a senior like him or whoever to take a taxi and travel 50 kilometers to reach thiruvalla and spend his time, energy and, money to collect ietem from there whereas they promised to deliver to pandalam at the time of purchase?

                          In the last instance which was for the computer monitor, when i found the remark online as out for delivery at thiruvalla, having ample of such experiences in the past, i contacted fk customer service to the ensure product to be delivered to the designated place pandalam. (Both are almost 50 kilometers away and connected by the arterial sate highway.)
                          To my utter amazement the guy at fk stated that he got feed back from his ekart partner that they are unable to deliver the product to the designated pin code area (689501) at pandalam. And the guy at fk-cs without waiting for a second and allow to say a word, he cancelled the purchase instantly.in fact i was in urgency to get the product due to the security issues at my establishment and was ready to send someone by taxi. But he cancelled as if taking vengeance.

                          So my question is that, why fk wasted my time and money then by giving false promises and keeping items on sale publicly but they cannot deliver?
                          Fk deliberately allow the customers to go on confrontation with the local logistic guys and for street fight on delivery arguments?

                          Even as of now sending this mail, the same item is available online from the same seller and available delivery pin code area as 689501-pandalam. That means fk still out there waiting to trick customers again which is obvious that they cannot deliver.

                          Fk faulty phone wallet system:
                          Fk has a phonepe wallet system. I filled this phonepe wallet from my savings bank account using debits card. When tried to return money back to my bank account from phonepe wallet it does not allow return money and lock amount. However filling wallet from bank happens in a flash.

                          Therefore in this case, fk trap the money from me for around 11600 rupees by promising a new wallet system. Fk allure public by showing heavy shopping discounts.
                          Once the money is gone in to wallet, it can not be returned back to bank account.
                          Now, if the customer choose to buy an item, there is no guarantee that the item will be delivered.
                          This phonepe wallet cannot be used in any other popular shopping site.
                          In short, fk loot public money and cheat by offering online shopping.

                          All these bad practices happens just because they engage a ‘quotation gang’ as their ekart logistic partner at thiruvalla, kerala.

                          It is ideal for fk to stop their services in kerala state together and openly declare their logistics deficiencies to the public with apology.

                          I am waiting to stop my shopping with fk for ever till the money trapped with their wallet is somehow utilized.

                          Latest: i opened another fk account, and saw another seller of the same product who deliver item to 689501. After making a buy i called fk-customer service to inform them to avoid ekart logistics and choose any other courier company or even indian postal dept. Because same result is expected to repeat.
                          They said no. They will can contact their seller and ‘there is no facility to contact a seller’.

                          Fk-cs is almost a machine automated system, where seldom anyone from overseas can talk or make use of any helpline-chat etc.

                          God bless flipkart, india’s no.1 ecommerce mafia..!

                            Flipkart is fraud online site. Dont trust flipkart, i have purchased "hitachi 1.5 ton inverter (3 star) split ac - white (Rsi/csi/esi-318eaea, copper condenser)" on no-cost emi option under sbi bank. At the time of placing order i have contacted customer care executive and they said i need to pay monthly emi installment of rs. 4167 which is total 37503 divided by 9 months and no need to pay any extra charges except that, so after getting confirmation from customer care support. I have placed the order and now after getting bill cycle from sbi card they are charging 18% tax rate extra which is nearly rs 671 for 9 months. I have called both bank and filpkart they are telling me contact to bank and bank telling me to contact flipkart.

                            Finally flipkart customer care people are saying due their miscommunication from their end, i have to bear the amount. Its open loot in name of offer. I even asked them to cancel emi payment option so that i can pay the total amount in single installment they are refused and saying bear the amount or contact bank.

                            Bank people asking to contact merchant for cancellation and from their end only preclosure is available for which again i need to pay 3% preclosure charges and 18& tax which is againg bearable by me.

                            No cost emi means customer will have to pay the amount that is promised at the time of purchase. But flipkart cheating customer later purchase, your emi will include extra charges too. Pls do not trust this fraud site. If there are any hidden charges you should have informed it beforhand so based on that customer will take decision but this is not the way you loose trust and cheat customers.

                            Really disappointed with the services provided by flipkart.

                            Dear flipkart if you are loyal site then can you check with the customer care executive who provided with wrong information on[protected].

                                I had ordered for a product from flipkart and the cash was paid upfront. The scheduled day of delivery was 5th october, 2017 and scheduled day of installation of the product was 8th october 2017. But, till today, according flipkart's site, the product has not been delivered completely and hence the installation has also not done yet. I called to flipkart customer care centre several times, but they are not providing me proper details regarding the issue telling that there is a technical issue. This is been told to me for the past 4-5 days. And each time, flipkart asks me to wait for another 48hrs.

                                  I had ordered moto e gold from flipkart but product is not good lots of problem in this mobile like hanging, heating and camara quality is not good so i raised return request but flipkart denied to refund my money and flipkart also denied for replacement so i called customer care but customer care executive not resolved my problem she out me on old for more then 10 min and after long hold she told me that first one technician will visit in my home after one week then he will resolve my problem but my concern is that how technician will improve camara quality but executive don't want to listen anything she denied to for refund and replacement. I got this phone on 3 oct 2017 today is 9 oct already 6 days gone so pls help me i don't want to keep this mobile, i want my money back

                                    I have placed a order on 20 september for a 32 inch micromax tv, order no. Od[protected]. I paid the whole amount in advance. They promised me it will delivered by 24th, on 24 i received a mail as well a msg that my product is on the nearest hub. A day past, we didn't receive any update so i called customer care they said kindly wait for 2 more days the product will be delivered. I waited for 2 more days still no response from flipkart.

                                    I called them more than 8 times they always say within 1-2 working day it will be delivered but it didn't happen. I finally talked to one of the senior executive he assured me that on 9th the product will be delivered. Today i received a call saying that "we are not able to locate your product please cancel it". If flipkart wanted cancel the order they should have done way back so that i wouldn't have missed diwali sale.

                                    Its almost 20 days, i didn't know that flipkart, one of the reputed company can do something like this with his regular customer. I have too much faith in flipkart please don't let me regret my decision.

                                    Please have a look at this and try to resolve this asap.

                                      I purchased a flipkart smart buy selfie stick from the website. But its not working with my mobile and i am not at all happy with the product, its very cheep plastic used in that. Also the stick is wobbling when we place our mobile phone. Totally the product is a waste. I contacted flipkart and they are telling that only replacement is available. Since its a flipkart smartbuy product they must provide a refund. But this was a trap. They are selling cheep chineese product for higher price.

                                        I bought it along with many other items on bbd sale. All the items have been delivered except this one and the status of the order is marked as delivered. Don't know where my product is and it was a prepaid order as well. Have called up flipkart n number of times but they are too busy to be concerned about. Seems like they working with nasa. If they are unable to deliver then atleast initiate a refund for my order. Worse service this time, should have gone for purchase from amazon. I would take legal action if my complaint is unheard in next couple of days.
