I ordered panasonic p55max mobile phone in flipkart sale on 26 september 2017. It's touchscreen was not working so i filed a return request with flipkart. They sent a technician to check the claim which was proven correct and he reports for return.
The delivery boy refused to handover the new piece on 7 october citing complaint tech report mismatch.
Then after repeated calls to flipkart customer care, i received nothing but we will call. No communication from flipkart after 5 days. Now they have even erased all my previous orders record on my flipkart online account. This when my complaint is not resolved yet. I have following complaints against flipkart:
1. This is malicious intent by flipkart who doesn't want to replace my faulty phone.
2. They mention return policy, not replacement policy. But they only replace the product, don't return it. I wanted to buy a new brand, but they don't allow it. This is cheating.
3. Flipkart sends email ads, which can't be unsubscribed as the webpage is faulty. So it keeps sending unwanted emails. This is flouting the govt norms.
I want my whole money back with interest from flipkart for wasting my time and energy. Also please take strict action against them so that they won't cheat other consumers in future.

Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the defective device issue. We had interacted with the customer and she said now device is working fine. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
What kind of cheating u people are doing on the apple site mobile the price is showing 58k for 128gb
But how in gods name u pple are selling for 76.5k for 64gb
Do let me know with proper explaination
