Dear flipkart customer care team,
This email is in regards to an issuance of a mobile phone purchased through you.
I ordered a htc company mobile phone on 07th of september 2017 with model “htc desire 728 dual sim (Lte + lte) white luxury, 16gb and the phone were delivered on 07th of october 2017.
The phone that you have delivered has different model “htc desire 728 dual sim (Lte +gsm) white luxury” 16 gb not described by me above.
The phone has no physical damage however phone has software problem, phone keeps continue off itself and i on it again and again.
The phone you have delivered me has different model so why it should not be refund even phone has software problem gets off again and again itself and i am not concerned about the seller, i know you right and i paid to you so i am concerned about you.
I want you to get this phone replaced and arrange to deliver the phone i have ordered you, mentioned above within 3 working days.
I had a firm faith in flipkart but it is second time happened to me that you delivered me faulty product, i am wondering how can the company like flipkart make this mistake, was not it in your attention.

I am experiencing bad customer service.

      I am writing this complaint as a concerned citizen who got cheated by a fraudster and i do not want others to get cheated in the same way. On 10.10.2017, i received calls from mob. No. [protected] supposedly traced to madhya pradesh. The callers very efficiently took me into confidence through talks which proved they were bank officials of sbi bank head office as my sbi account needed re-issue of kyc, they had blocked my card & account, so they need to open the same through a complex process. I panicked & followed their method, in the process discovered i had lost
      Dt. 10.10.17 rs. 19999 at othpg[protected] fx mart pvt. Ltd. Mumbai,

      Fx mart pvt. Lt. Mumbai a gateway acquired by flipkart, to get money from customers. I had purchased nothing from the co. Nor was i liable to pay anything to them. I will be happy if this amount in reversed from the company. It looked as if the caller knew how much i had in my account i do not know how. Please take care of the same. I have also complained to bank.

        I had ordered a mobile (Registered number: [protected]) (Moto g5 plus)
        During the big billion day sale on exchange offer.

        When the wish master had come for the delivery he rejected my replacement
        Mobile on account of dis-colour of panel. On further discussion it was
        Agreed with the head of wish master and the flipkart executive on call
        (Recording can be checked) that i can get the reattempt delivery if i
        Replace the panel. I had raised a reattempt request on the basis of this
        Discussion.

        Further i got the panel replaced on the next day from the motorola
        Authorised dealer @ rs.2000/-.

        However, now i've got an update that a refund has been initiated on the
        Purchase and product has been returned.

        Further, i've raised a complaint against the wish master - complaint number
        - in[protected]

        Also, i've had word with 2 of your senior associates for my concern. Also a
        Promise was made for a call back from the manager of senior associates
        Yesterday before 7 pm. A call was received from flipkart yesterday saying
        That manager is busy at around 6.45 pm and will call you in 15-20 minutes
        However there was no call after that.

        Further, i called today twice for inquiring about the managers call. On the
        First attempt, i call was put on hold for 22 minutes and then disconnected
        Without any word. On 2nd call, the person concerned, said the executives
        Are very busy.

        I am seeking a compensation for my loss or get the original product
        Delivered.
        Further i was given assurance by flipkart twice in mail that my amount will be refunded however i've not got the refund yet.

        The product i had was given was fully intact and working and the wish master had verified the product properly before taking it and subsequently approved the product without any concern

        As i was assured for the refund and only thats the reason i had ordered the product again as suggested by the flipkart executive hence i request for the refund at the earliest.

        Attached are the images of assurance given by flipkart of refund for rs. 3, 290/- twice and also apologising for delay in the refund process. However only assurance was given but no refund was given.

          Order#od[protected]. I ordered this for my family at hazaribagh on sun, sep 24th '17. I was promised a delivery date of 5th which was repromised as 10th and today they cancelled the order leaving with no option of getting a new product delivered to my family before diwali. Who authorized them to cancel my order. Is this democracy or hitler rule in inida where anyone can do anything with your moral values. There is n number of complaints against this seller on flipkart but still no action is being taken. I did order this product on 24th september as a diwali gift for my parents and today this order has been cancelled without my notice. I did call gati the courier partner and they informed that the product reached the destination and delivery attempt would have been made today but before that an update from flipkart was sent as rto (Return to origin). They are saying they will still attempt the delivery if that status is removed and they are informed to attempt delivery.

          Kindly do the needfull. Please have this product delivered because i do not have any other option of making alternate arrangement or separate order because it wont reach my parents before diwali as its just 7 days from today. Please have the rto status changed and have the product delivered.

            I made 2 orders and both they secretly cancelled and refunded and said wrong address couldn’t reach me. I don’t understand how can corrier guys couldn’t locate my address where as all orders from amazon delivered to me at right time. please do not go with flipkart waste of time and money.

              I just bought digiflip pro tablet few years ago.. And after using for 6-7 months it stopped working.. Till now i went to 4-5 authorised service center to repare my tablet but from last 1 years no one can solve that problem some says that they dont have parts, people or they don't know about the tablet and they can't solve the problem and they just told to take a new tablet from u and give u my old tablet...
              Sir please do something and replace my tablet with new tab or atleast make my tablet working.. Sir please look into this matter and solve it fast..

                I had choosen debit card emi option while checking out... I have received the product but i have not been updated with any kind of emi details... I had contacted the bank authority they said i need to contact the merchant... I had been contact flipkart or this isse for a very long time.. I have not been provided any kind od solution... They always say to wait for 24 hrs.. This is the last way to get the solution...

                We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stated that he got confirmation from the bank that EMI will be converted by 4th dec and the amount deducted will be 2352. Customer enquired about the cibil score, informed that he have to get in touch with his bank to get the details for that. Customer agreed, and informed if at all after EMI gets charged asked to get back to us and we will try to get the issue resolved. he agreed and closing the case.

                  I booked vu tv 39 inches, which delivery man informed me on 8 oct 2017 that he will not deliver the product since this includes replacement of the product. Upon this unusual reason from delivery man, i logged complain on same day with no. In[protected] with flipkart and again did a followup complain after one day and assured that complain would be resolved by 12 oct. Despite for taking action relating to delivery of product the return n refund process initiated on 10 oct by flipkart on its own. I find this very unethical way to cancel a product order despite of my several timely complains how delivery man is denying his duly.

                  I want cancellation of this return process and actual delivery of same product. Relogged complain number is in[protected]

                    I placed an order (Order number od[protected]​0) on 11th september and paid immediately via credit card, flipkart promised to deliver the product before 3rd october, i waited till 4th october and then i communicated them through facbook about the delay delivery, they called me back me next day and ensured me that the product will be delivered before 7th october, but in the evening i got the mail saying that due to some unforeseen circumstances, they will not deliver the product and refunded my money. My problem with all the situation was why they took 24 days to cancel the product and even after mailing them numerous time they have not explained yet what was the unforeseen circumstance that leads to the cancellation of the product.
                    I am requesting them to deliver the product to me asap as i waited 24 days for that, in those days i didn't ordered the product from anywhere else because i was ensured by them till last moment that i will receive my product.

                          I had purchased moto e4 plus on 22 sept & product suppose to deliver on 28 sept. On 28 sept delivery boy rejected my exchange phone for minor defect & product get returned without delivery. Now today is 10 oct & i haven't receive refund.                             I had purchased a new vu 43s6575 4k tv from flipkart on 24.09.2017 during big billion days sale, which was promised to be delivered by 07.10.2017 (15 days later).

                            Today its 10.10.2017 and till date the same is not yet processed/shipped either. I had called 4 times to their customer care and also sent e-mails for issue resolution. But what i have been receiving is only extension of dates without any proper response. The money paid by me is already been invested for 18 days now, which is in the pocket of flipkart, received by them for nothing.

                            It seems a new investment strategy by flipkart team. Hats off to the fraud mastermind!!!

                            Now they are asking me to cancel the purchase as the same is not in stock (Then what have they sold to me for the money i paid). Thus i dont want to cancel the purchase as i have eagerly waited for these days. What i want is to get the product delivered on high priority.

                            Seeking your support for resolution of the issue asap.

                            Today I received a call from Flipkart team and they are forcing me to cancel the product I want to buy and asking to purchase another product. It seems very painful for me to deal with such organisation where the problem of customer is not been resolved for 23 days.

                            Instead of resolving the issue their motto is to harras customers.

                              I ordered samsung galaxy on max (32gb black) mobile id (Od[protected] and opened instead of mobile salt was there. So gave replacement request and call to customer care. They told me to wait till october 20 special team will contact me. But simply cancel my replacement request also. You can trace by imei number. Really i am not happy with this. Please resolve my problem soon.

                                  I want to return my moto c plus phone which onei purchased yesterday. Its speaker is not working properly and both camera's result is not as expected.. I applied for it on same day. However no one call me just gave missed call and msg for next call.
                                  I received it one time however nobody talk with me and cut it after 1.4 min.

S from pondicherry my contact number is [protected] my email id is [protected]@gmail.com my alternate contact number is [protected] i have ordered an mobile lenovo k8 plus in flipkart on 24th september of rs. 8098 when i call them they are each an every time they are giving a fake transaction number but still now today 10th of september i haven't received my money, they are not responding to the call and just disconnecting the call when i speak please get my money back as soon as possible
