I had placed an order on flipkart for two lenovo k8 plus. On the offer day of 21st-24th of september with a discount and i had put my two old lenovo k4 note for exchange. I used the flipkart app from my lenovo k4 notes to place the order and the app auto-detected my phones (Old lenovo k4) imei, hardware and gave me an exchange discount price for the new phone (Lenovo k8 plus) i was happy and i placed an order. But when the delivery person came to deliver the product and take my old phone (Lenovo k4), he said that the imei is not matching. I explained that i've used the flipkart app to exchange this and it auto-detected everything, he asked me to call customer care and resolve the issue. He didn't deliver my phone on that day. I called the flipkart customer care multiple times and no agent helped me, the always placed me on hold and disconnected my calls when i asked for a manager. Everytime i called back i had to explain everything all over again, which is pretty frustrating. I got hold of a manager finally and i explained the issue to him, again. After i made a resonable argument he was ready to help me. And agreed that it wasn't my fault and it was a technical error and that he will correct it. I gave him the imei numbers and he corrected it. I asked him multiple times that if both my orders will get delivered and not cancelled and he promised me it will get delivered and not cancelled (This was on 3rd). The next day only one of my phone got delivered and there was no imei problem, so i thought he had resolved my issue but later i received a message that my other phone has been canceled and been processed for refund. I called the customer care multiple times again about this and they did the same thing again (Placing me on hold and then disconnecting). And i've been talking to many managers and the only thing they tell me is to re-order because there's nothing they can do as it has been processed for refund (When i was promised by one of their manager that it won't be canceled, because the imei mismatch was not my fault) when i explained it to them that it wasn't my fault and that this is unfair they took down my complaint and again promised my that it will be resolved and someone from the right department will call me with a resolution. I was waiting for the solution and someone did give me a call next day and told me that nothing can be done in a rude fashion. When i told them the problem, he kept on telling me the same in a rude way. I even asked him if there's someone i can talk to other than him regarding thithis as he was ruse and he said there's no one that can help me. I got frustrated as this was suppose be a resolution call for my problem and i told him i'll take this to the consumer court. He told me i can do whatever i want in a rude sarcastic tone. I wasn't happy about this, so i even asked him if he was making fun. This is not customer satisfaction, it's customer harassment. Right after i called the customer service again, spoke to a manager again and they said they will re-raise the complaint with stronger words this time and that someone will get back to me before 24-48 hours. Its been more that three days now, i haven't got a call from anyone. So i called customer service today again. I explained this again to an agent and they say that the matter is been resolved so i asked for a manager, agent placed me on hold and he transferred me to his senior and he again told me that it's been resolved, i told him that i've been waiting for a call. He said that there is no such request here. I got frustrated and asked for a manager to resolve my issue. He put me on hold and disconnected my call. Again. And then mentioned the note as "customer not aware of cancelation, now resolved." (I checked this on flipkart app under 'recent issue raised with us' so i left a note on that note sayin that it is not resolved. Now i can see that they have deleted the note completely, i am so frustrated by all this and decided to write this big note today for justice) please help me. It's not about money now. Its about disrespect that customers receive even when it's not their fault. Thank you. : (

Updated by RockyBopanna They keep mentioning all the wrong reasons after disconnecting the calls. Here are some screenshots and I have everything recorded too, all the calls.
