This is fo inform you i ordered redmi note 4 during the sale in august 2017. I did not receive any invoice. Now that my charger is not working service center of mi wants invoice to service it for free as its in warranty and accessories hold 6month warranty. Due to no invoice with product i am unable to get your services. Kindly y treat this is as urgent.

    On 20th september 2017.

    The item has not been dispatched despite complaining since 29th september 2017. They have closed my complaint without resolving it.

    Their call centers are only giving time limits without moving a hair.

    Please resolve this. Much appreciated.

        If don't want to sell product then don't put the price tag on it. I had purchase Phillips qt 4011 trimmer which I had not got.
        Wort experience on flipkart. I want to rebuilt product. What you had done with the other costumer who had ordered the same product.

          I have ordered philips qt4011/15 trimmer for men on sat, oct 7th '17 11:02 pm by using credit card and which was expected to deliver on 15th october 2017. Now i have received one sms that it was cancelled and refund will be done. I did not do any cancellation from my part and i want to know why it got cancelled. Please do needful.

              Mobile is not working or touches are not working. Clicking on one app open another app automatically. Keyboard is also not responding well as per the satisfaction.                   I have take one tv unit
                  Od[protected] was dlivered on 3rd oct..

                  Still it was no installed.. Daily i am calling and they are saying in next 24 hrs it will be install.
                  As it completed 10 days.. So i dont have option to return.. Please take appropriate action on this.

                  These guys are mentally irritating me..

                  Every day i am callinv to flipkart they are saying we will resolve this issue in 24 hrs.. I dont understand how many 24 hrs they will take

                    Hello, my name is sumit ohal, i buy online product from flipkart but, it was not good enough as it looks in screen, so i i raised a request via online as well as request to customer care support, but the call center people are not well trained, they not even understand when occurred in my case, every sec keeping the call on hold in 20mins of duration they kept my call mix15 time on hold, now they are saying that your product is ineligible for exchanges, replacement or refund.

                    So its a fake online site, they give good service only for new customer when you order 5-6 item from them they give excuses to your concern.

                    Its my 2nd complaint against flipkart on same case and same issue.

                      They are showing low price during offer period grabing the customers money utilities it for 8 to 10 days after some days you are cancelling the item showing reason of non availability.

                      I placed order on flipkart on[protected] of philips qt4011/15 trimmer at price 999 rs.
                      After 7days they are cancelling the item started refund of rs 999 but current price of that product is rs1699 hence they must refund rs1699.

                          Flipkart sent me small size of crocs slippers i requested exchange with big size.
                          Again they sent me same product. Now i want my money back. But everyday they are escalating this case to senior. Today i called but they put me on hold for 25 mins and disconnected after that. I am very disappointed never expected that.

                            I had placed an order on 7th of oct and the estimated delivery date was 10th of october. But i didn't recived the product on 10th oct 2017 due to which i have to cancel my railway reservation and flipkart promised to delivered the product on 13th oct however they have denied to deliver the product on 13th and reschedule the delivery on 17th of oct which is unacceptable. I have already board a train on 13 oct at 11 pm.

                            Now i dont want this product any more because i m available at delivery place.

                            I want to cancel my order with full refund of product amount with compensation amount of which i bear loss of money and time due flipkart mistake.

                            Otherthan that flipkart agents misbehave and never provide any resolutions, also they just put my call on hold for an hour in the name of transfer and then cancel the call.

                            Please help me out from this situation.

                            We would like to inform you that our seller has confirmed that the refund is already completed on Oct 25, 2017. Closing the complaint from our side.
                            These flipkart guys are liers. Yes i recived my original refund amount after 1 month. However they have never compensate for the loss which i bear from my own pocket.

                            I paid financial charges to the credit card for nothing because they kept my money and i have bear that loss.

                            Secondly due his late delivery and their false statements from customer support team i have cancel my train tickets for which i bear the loss of cancellation charges and even after that these guys had not delivered the product.

                            Thirdly their customer supoort agents are biggest liers and totally useless...these guys just wasted my plenty of hours on call but never gave any reaolution.

                            I hope you can understand my level of frustation which they have created.

                              I am a very honest customer of flipkart they used to give the best service, on time delivery... Etc but i am completely fed up with the order i placed last time... I bought a fastrack watch (1, 800₹) from their website and they sent me completely different model (1, 400₹)... Isn't it a scam? Whatever even then i was just relaxed and was sure that they will provide refund or replacement... But when i placed return request the seller rejected it... I was just wondering... The return request completely falls under their return policy...

                                My phone got switched off suddenly. It is not turning in again. After 15 days only i got my first problem with phone. I want replacement ro my phone. I got lenovo phone. Kindly replece lenovo phone. Phone was fully charged. I don' t know problem with that phone. I got my phone on sep 28 and it went switched off on october 13 th. Kindlt provide replacement to old one.

                                This is bad from flipkart. My shopping with flipkart started with lenovo phone and I got this bad phone.if I got problem with in 15 days then there will be so many problems will occur in future days. The first product shopping with flipkart is bad experience. Even I got warranty for phone, how many times I have to go for service centre ?. This is really bad. I want replacement from flipkart. This is really bad lenovo phone.

                                  I had complaint to customer care and they promised to resolve the problem upto 13th oct 2017 but action not taken. I submitted return request and refund of money. I am old customer of flipkart but im totally disappointed. Kindly refund my money immediately. Item sent to me was similar and not original as ordered by me. Flipkart goodwill is not good now.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    On 27 sep 2017, i ordered online "moto e4 plus (Oxford blue, 32 gb) from flipkart (Order no : od[protected] and which i received on 29 sep 17. While using the same i felt that the touch screen is not working well so on 02 oct 17, i put return/replacement request (Return id -[protected]). On 07 oct 17, flipkart sent their technician for checking/repairing the same handset in my address. While checking the set, technician also felt that touch is not working perfectly so he done the factory resetting and return the mobile back to me and told if you face the same issue again in next 2 days then you can put the return request again and will refund the amount (Which he given in written also). Same day after 3 hrs only i felt the same problem so i put the return request again on 08 oct 17 but this time flipkart rejected the return request. As per flipkart customer care executive, they already sent their technician so now they are not going to replace the handset and now i have to visit the nearby service center of that handset company.
                                    Now there are few question to flipkart:
                                    1) wats the meaning of 10 days replacement warranty if they are really not int to replace the handset within that time frame also.
                                    2) as per customer care executive, now i have to visit nearby service center for this issue. But flipkart suppose to know that service center always repair the handset, they don't replace the set easily thats why we purchased the handset through flipkart not from the local retailer moreover if there is problem with touch then also service center can't do anything as it require replacement only.
                                    3) while speaking to customer care executive and even senior supervisor (Mr shivam raghuvansi), both of them told me they don't have any option to put complaint or to take any request for the same. Now tell me how can i contact to flipkart back office or concerned department if i want to speak to those people as flipkart customer care executive is not ready to take call back request also.
                                    4) flipkart technician already felt the problem and he only told and even gave in written that if problem remain same then we can put the complaints within 2 days and the same statement is updated in flipkart website also but then also flipkart is not ready to replace/refund.
                                    Last but not the least, i think its better to do shopping through amazon instead of flipkart as amazon is much better then flipkart in term o[censored]ser friendly, friendly customer care executive, easy to connect with customer care executive.

                                      Hi team, i ordered a lenovo k8 plus phone from flipkart on 24 sept, was delivefed late from the delivery date on 5 oct. On the same say a raised a replacement request as the device is faulty. I was supposed to receive a tech visit but no one showed up till 10th. I called up flipkart again and complained about the same stating that i need a new device as this is faulty and i have a flight to australia on 14 oct. The advisor raised a replacement request and stated that the new phone will be replaced on 13oct by 12 pm. Today when i checked, my order replacement was cancelled. Luckily me flight got postponed to 27 oct. Now i contacted flipkart again today, and the associate replied that the replacement request e as cancelled as the reason for replacement was not feasible. I clearly repeated the faults in the phone
                                      1. Microphone not working properly
                                      2. Touch and fingerprint sensor not working during charging
                                      3. Frequent call disconnections
                                      4. Phone not reachable all the time
                                      5. Device hangs and restarts frequently.

                                      Now the associate stated again there would be a reach visit. Even after so much delay from flipkart's end they are still looking forward for delaying the resolution further. It's just that i need a new phone asap.
