Prepaid product not yet shipped but delivery status showing delivered after raising issue they just have two days but the issue is not solved after more then 15 days and raising the issue couple of times there is no response from flipkart

      On my complaint (Id 1732032) courier persons came to my house today and proceeded to take back the defunct refrigirator without acknowledge and issue receipt for delivery. I think this is one of the modes of delaying tactics by flip cart to harass the cosumers. I once again request flip cart to receive the damaged refrigirator forthwith and refund the money received failing which i will take appropriate legal action claiming damages i suffered

        Dear sir,
        I ordered a new hp i3 6th generation laptop. But you send me defective screen/ graphics item/ peace.
        Then i requested for replesment on dated 29/9/2017. Then you send me a mail that our technician visit service on 3/10/17. After his views we solve your product problem. But technician was not came.
        After 3/10/17 i was called you then your customer care tell me our technician visit and solve your problem and give a new date 5/19/17. After this then give one more date 7/10/17.
        After this date i was called customer center and tell above problem but she tell me same thing and give me one more date 10/10/17. I asked him please cancel my order but she deney. And ask first of you tell for replesment so we cannot cancel your order. She tell me surely our technician come on 10/10/17 and solved product problem.
        But yesterday technician not come only a mail come and give me a date 13/10/17.
        This is tha style of flipkart to solve problems of this product. Now this product is use less to me.

        Meine jis kam ke leya ise khera tha vs kam mujha bahar se karvana pda.

          Order id-od[protected] i have ordered springtek folding mattress 4 inch single high density (Hd) foam mattress (Hd polyfoam) on sun, sep 24th 2017 7:57 am. Due to the festival season it showed expected delivery date as 14th oct 2017. I paid online. I contacted to the senior in flip kart care center for cancel this product but every one lie with me and he told that it has been extended to 25st oct 2017. I want 2000 compensation for untimely delivery and inappropriate response from service representative.

            I own a dcp-t300. Bought a product that said it was genuine brother printer ink, while i still had some black ink left in my ink tank, which was the original ink i got along with the printer an year ago. Printed close to 5800 pages with that first original ink bottle and then unpacked this after that tank emptied. As soon as i put in the ink, there was an immediate change in the black prints and they were much lighter and had gaps after every few lines. I emptied the bottle completely on 9/10/2017 somewhere in the evening. Printed close to 80 pages of greyish looking bills for my office. Suddenly it stopped printing. When i put in a paper, it just sounded like it was printing but would give out blank pages and nothing more. Checked the color prints, they were still printing well. It was just the black that i replaced. So i decided to restart and reset the printer. No change. Standard and advanced cleaning options made no change. Still input and output is a blank page. I called up brother customer care to let them know of the issue, since i had no warranty left, they said i'd be charged for the visit and i agreed as i cannot afford to have a printer down even for one single day. This was on the next day after i had put in the ink. The engineer from brother who visited the site and checked the printer said the duplicate ink has completely jammed the printer head and that i'd need a new one. He also said after checking the ink samples on a paper and after taking a sample to his office that the ink i got was a refill in a brother container. A few other components like the ink tank would need replacement too because the bad ink is all over the printer. Not only do i lose the complete ink i have inside it. I also lose the color ink, something called a purge tank inside. The entire thing is going to cost me close to 5000 inr or more with taxes according to the engineer from brother. All because i chose this cheap ink. The hologram sticker that comes along on the box gives a 7 digit alphanumeric code that says it is genuine. Nothing on the box would help you identify if it is genuine or not. I punched in the 7 digit code on the brother website and it says there's no such id in existence (Fake code). I'm saving the invoice and the box with the fake hologram sticker i received. A 200 rs. Something order ends up giving me damages worth rs. 5000 or more is not done. Original brother ink costs close to 700 inr when you add the taxes. My order id: od[protected]. I'm filing a complaint against this seller and whoever is responsible for this.

            I want the issue resolved and the damages i faced creating a backlog of work and burning a hole in my pocket which i'm yet to get a quote for from the authorized brother service center.

              I have order a lifelong sm21 electric sewing machine
              On fri, sep 22nd '17 & order no-
              Od[protected]. I redeem my gift voucher during purchase of this item. & payment a rs. 3299/- from my gift card balance. Due to some technical defect i return this item on 3rd oct' 2017. The item picked from my home next day.

              But after return the lifelong electric sewing machine i have received partial refund rs. 1800/- against my order no - od[protected] on 6th oct 2017. But reaming rs.1499/- amount against my order no. Od[protected] not received yet.

              I call regarding this matter in your representative on 4th oct, 6th oct, 8th oct & 11th oct ' 2017 respectively. First you representative told me your refund already transferred in your wallet. & then i told him still not received my rs.1499/- in my wallet & after that they always told ok, we check our department & revert back to you. But my issue still not resolve & not yet received my remaining rs.1499/-

              So i request to you please seriously check this issue of my refund rs.1499/- & resolve it as soon as possible for a better customer review & relation in future.

                I was having an order as cash on delivery and the delivery person was swipe my card 6 times and the money was deducted from my account now i am doing followup from last 28th sep 2017 till now i didn't get my money back and the customer support person are telling we are working on it some of them are telling it is resolved and they close my case. And again i called and open a new case. Their ceo also same as their executive i was sent a message on twitter to flipkart ceo mr. Kalyan but no response from him such a irresponsible person don't bother to response. I am keep calling their customer care and waiting for my refund.

                    Refrigerator haier 320 litres was ordered on 1 oct, item was delivered on 5 oct. The item was unpacked by the service engineer on 7th oct and revealed a dent on the body. The same day request for replacement was made. However till date flipkart has not replaced it. Request for cancellation of order is not being accepted as the item has been delivered. The money has already been paid to them. They are insensitive to time frames and have really caused a lot of mental harassment to us. Flipkart is not worth recommending to anyone. The ccg is insensitive to customer complaints

                      Dear sir,
                      I have ordered sansui 1 ton ac, 6 months back order id:od[protected].
                      Two times the ac has came and it was installed and dismantled due to defect product eanc time i have paid 1500 rs atlast third time product came noe its running well this time also i have paid 1500 rs but flipkart paid installation charges only once. Still 1500 rs for second time installation charges is pending.
                      I hav eraised complaint several time, they calle me to told to provide bill and bank statement which i have provided. After that i have contacted several time they telling that their team will call still i dont received any call.
                      My humble request flipkart dont cheat your loyal customer.

                        I have ordered a vu tv 43 inch full hd on 5th of oct-2017 via order number od[protected].
                        This product has been cancelled on 7th oct-2017, and as per written communication from flipkart, delivery which has been attempted on 10th oct-2017 has been rejected by quoting the reason that product already cancelled.

                        Now, i am getting messages from all mode of communication that product delivered and installation will be do done before 17, which has been cancelled and delivery not accepted.

                        Please look into the matter.

                          Flipkart sells products with assurance and return policy within ten days. This all is false declaration as i bought a bosch fully automatic washing machine and i am cheated by flipkart. They delivered the product and no one came for installation and demo so i had to check the product myself and the product was not meeting my satisfaction level i requested return within ten days but they denied the return.

                              Had ordered a dining table set from flipkart on 23rd sep and promised a delivery by 8th oct 2017. 1 week later the seller called that the stock is not available now for the choice of color i had made in the order. I contacted the customer support at this point to cancel the order as the online cancellation was not available.

                              I was promised that they will work with the seller and ensure the product is delivered by 8th oct and i need not cancel the order at that time.

                              On 8th of oct when i tracked the order online and still did not see any change on order status, i contacted flipkart to know why. At this point the flipkart associate said he would need 2 more days to see what went wrong and get back to me with updates. I declined the offer to wait any longer for the order to be processed and wanted to initiate cancellation of the order.

                              The associate says i cannot cancel the order for this category once placed but also declined to ensure my order will be fulfilled. He was only concerned to close the call saying i have top be patient for 2 days until his team gets back on the escalation raised at this point.

                              When i tried talking to their escalations team, they to denied the option of cancellation of the order.

                              Now the wait is getting longer with no contact from flipkart after the promised timeline has lapsed to resolve the issue.

                              I went public on the fraud by flipkart on social media to push them to act on this on priority but in vain and the only message i keep getting is "@flipkartsupport oct 9
                              We'll be contacting you soon to address your concern. Request your patience."
                              This is the same message through various mediums they have responded than resolving my issue.

                              How do I cancel an order?

                              You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

                              In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

                              Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

                              In order to cancel an item in your order:

                              Log into your Flipkart account and go to the 'My Orders' page
                              Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
                              In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
                              Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
                              Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

                              Based on the above policy i am entitled for cancellation and if denied i will press charges for fraud.

                                Kitni bad service hai flipkart ki aaj pta chla..
                                Ab kbhi bhi flipkart se kuch bhi purchase nhi karunga i sure...

                                  Hi concern,

                                  My faulty tv return approved by flipcart but replacement is pending from last 15 days.
                                  Flipcart technician opened a pack and observed that tv screen is damaged so he took snapshots of device and went.
                                  Post that there is no progress/update on product pick up from flipcart and new product shipment.

                                  Every time whenever i call to flipcart for status enquiry team is giving longer timelines for updates.

                                      Not good, worst and worst service, i have ordered redmi mobile in big billon day, instead of seeing same offer in amazon, i ordered on 6th, now its 11th oct, product not received, 9th excepted delivery, now its showing 17th, two times mis route happened, i am staying in bangalore, in bangalore if you are unable to deliver as excepted, than how other can except your delivery promises, its worst service,

                                        Hi team,

                                        I am raising this concern because flipkart service is becoming worst day by day. Back to back i had 3 bad experience. First thing is product will get delivered in 7 to 8 days most of the time. 2nd thing is most of the time getting damaged or wrong products. Don't have time to explain history about past orders so let me share ongoing experience.

                                        I ordered sneaker on 2nd october. I got my order on 10th. Product is wrong. I have requested to exchange but now i will get new one on 19th oct as per the status. I ordered that on 2nd because i am leaving bangalore on 12th. Now 10 days simply gone i don't have my sneaker. I called support team, spoke to sachin. I requested him to check and get that product delivered by tomorrow morning if possible. For that his answer was like robot. There was no sympathy at all. He was bit irritating.

                                        If i will get correct product delivered by tomorrow it will be great. Hopping for the best but done with flipkart now.
