        First i placed my order on september 21st thursday by cash on delivery after that i got a message to pay by online mode after the placement of order by cash on delivery i paid money through my debit card.. After that the delivery person called me and said please keep money for the order which is 409rs (They didn't get the update which i paid online mode for my order) so i made a call to customer care they said first you pay sir we will refund ur money by online mode.
        Then i paid money to delivery person and after 3days i contacted to customer care to refund money they are saying we will contact hub we will resolve the issue in 48hrs the process so on repeating they did solve my issue until today every time i call they will say we will call to the hub and wait for 48hrs. Poor customer service.

        Refund has been processed to customer. Hence, closing the complaint.
        I ordered a book called pharmaceutical chemistry on flipkart on 5th may 2022, at around 6:38 pm. but as the order was showing "not processed".. i ordered it again. and thus, the money got deducted twice.
        after a while i got a confirmation message that my order is accepted and will arrive soon.
        i would like a refund of my second time payment as it was all a mistake.

          I've ordered mia1 handset on 5th oct but unfortunately it got cancelled since u guys cannot deliver the product at my location.

          Couple of issues that would like to highlight to u guys in order to get your device improved

          1. I've booked multiple items and the same got delivered at my location. With the same address, same pincode and same location but this item didn't get delivered because my area is out of service area. Then how the rest of the orders was delivered in the past (Attached is the screenshot)

          2. No intimation has been sent to me regarding the same. I've been informed when i've called at the customer care.

          3. I've been promised that i get the amount refunded within 6 business days once the order is cancelled, today i've received a msg which states i'll get my amount by 24th oct why? R u guys enjoying interest on that or something else?

          4. I've complaint in social media section but no response.. Complaint at customer service but no response (Called from [protected] and [protected])

          I need you guys to give me compensation or something else for the loss and the time that i've spent by taking leave sitting at home waiting for u guys to call and deliver the product.. Etc etc.. Or else i've to take this up with consumer court

          I suggest u one thing o[censored] guys know that the product will not get delivered by this courier partner why the same was aligned to them.. Think on this and align to them who have delivery options available..

              Sir, i had purchased an air conditioner (Mitashi) on 6.6.2017 through 'sbicard' against 'no cost emi'. Payment of rs.28811/- made by sbicard to flipcart. But from 10.6.17 to 10.10.2017 rs.1131.37 for 'loan interest amortization' and igst rs.101.67 total amount approx rs.1233/- is debited to my sbicard account. If product was for 'no cost emi' than why the amount for loan interest is being debited? Pl. Do the needful to the matter as early as possible.

                    I am facing issue regarding the return of moto e4 plus mobile with order id od[protected].
                    I raised return request mentioning all the issue like blank screen, heating, fingerprint and camera issue on 13th october on flipkart site.
                    I received call from the flipkart that i need to perform some troubleshooting operation on my mobile which is mandatory for replacement.
                    I did all that as suggested as part of trouble shooting but issue did not resolved. Than technician visit scheduled and technician also found issue in the phone.
                    Then i received message as well as mail that i need to courier the phone at banglore address and once received successfully then replacement will be processed.
                    I have concern that why i should courier it to the mention address, why flipkart can't send someone to pick up the phone from the address on which it has been delivered.
                    If phone broken by mishandling of courier person then who will pay for this.
                    Also as part of flipkart return policy it is not anywhere mention that customer have to courier.

                    Can you please work on above mention issue and send someone to pickup mobile for replacement?

                      Redmi note 4 (Gold, 32 gb) order no. Od[protected] amounting to rs. 10999/- was ordered via bajaj finesrv emi card. Order had been cancelled on 4th oct 2017. At 1:08 am. Waited for the amount to be credited to my bajaj finserv account, but still showing debited. The flipkart team told me to wait for 8 active business days without holidays as soon as the seller refund rs. 10999/- to my as bajaj emi account. As per standard banking procedures, it should be credited within 8 business days. It has been more than 10 business days and i have still not received the refund to my emi card account. I dont want to be trouble with payment of a cancelled item on my emi card. The flipkart team is not helping me at all. Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible to avoid false emi payment.

                          I have ordered samsung 123cm (49 inch) full hd curved led smart tv (49k6300) on 24th september. I got this product for ₹58, 499. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But after 22 days (Almost one month) the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. Now product price is ₹70000. After so many followups they have cancelled it saying phone was not reachable at that time. This should be purely considered as breach of contract!

                              Hi, i bought lg 255 l frost free double door refrigerator from flipkart on 22nd september 2017 against order number od[protected] and expected date was given on 23 sept 2017 by flipkart and payment already done through credit card (The sum of rupees 18999) at the time of booking. After long time[protected] they are delivering the washing machine instead of refrigerator, i was denied the product because wrong item delivery. When i call to flipkart customer people they were telling first take that product after that we will replace the product, other wise they were telling will cancel the product. Already i waited 25 days for delivering the product.
                              I already file a case against a flipkart in consumer court. My track id 464536.
                              If you people's are not taking action i can legally proceed when i call to flipkart customer care they were telling it's mistake from delivery people side, if i call to delivery people's they were telling it's mistake from seller side

                                Omnitechretail and flipkart.com both are cheating. Below is detail: ordered livpure water purifier and got it delivered and installed by livpure technician. Same day problem arises, water starts leaking and machine was continuous working. Called the same technician next day, he visited and told that some parts are defective. I told him to get it replaced, he packed the purifier and left. I raised replacement request on flipkart and waited. 20 days no replacement and every time on calling customer care they repeat same thing and say backend team will call and nothing. Even they are now doing fraud and cheating, they updated that tech visit was completed on 10th oct but no one came. They lying on face, what a #. Flipkart is mentally harrassing me.

                                    I made orders on flipkart yesterday dated 15/10/207 for iphone 7 (32gb rose gold) with festive offers and payment made thru my credit card. Today suddenly i got an sms stating that refund is under process. My order got cancelled by flipkart, i called customer support on [protected]. I got a return call from flipkart support team from [protected] and these people are not responding correctly. I insisted and requested the customer support executive not to cancel my order, because i never gave any request to cancel. Flipkart executive said the order was out of stock? How can this be possible? Why did flipkart charged me then?? When i got irritated i asked the executive to transfer the call to senior person, he transferred the call to snr executive (Mr. Sarfaraz)? This is how flipkart hide their face once they make mistake? I wanted to speak to senior means a supervisor who is in team leader's post or manager. I was treated as fool, he was not ready to transfer the call, he said no use u will get same reply from all. The reply from him was that the seller could not find a vendor to deliver product so he cancelled? This was 2nd excuse by 2nd executive. He started explaining me the refund process, but when i did not asked for refund how can he do that? He said it will take 6 working day? There will be holiday from 19th oct to 22nd oct, that means i have to wait for more days. Till that time flipkart will keep my money with them and have interest on my money.

                                      I am severely disappointed at the sorry state of customer service provided by flipkart.

                                      I fail to understand how does flipkart have such poor delivery service.. Even after several calls to the help centre and lodging complaints there is no update as to when i will receive the order.. Neither their is any communication from flipkart. No help received indeed... The customer care representatives are poorly trained and have no answer other than being sorry... Seniors at the help centre simply ignore communications..

                                      I donot know whether or not i will receive the order... How long do i need to have someone stay put at home to receive the order... I t is really a very sorry state, certainly breach of trust... No flipkart guarantee...

                                      Is there any scope where flipkart will find it relevant to give a revert on the above..

                                        Question:issue with changing mobile number?
                                        Answer:i called [protected] informed regarding mobile number no option to change from flipkart people.
                                        We need to call at the time of out of delivery product that they will call and inform to courier guy regarding new mobile number said the customer service executive that not happened with next executive.

                                        Question:issue with installation guy didn't attended to my location for demo.
                                        Answer:i called [protected] informed regarding demo guy didn't come to my location they simply raised complaint given tat for issue resolve[protected],
                                        I have received the order on[protected] till[protected] for demo without using it i need to do pooja??

                                        I have issue with customer service [protected] people providing false information on order product.

                                        I spoke to four executives for single product even no one responded properly regarding my issues.

                                        The customer complaint about the installation and demo. We had interacted with the customer and he confirmed installation and demo is completed. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
                                        Such kind of offers provided by e-shopping companies. Today i saw a mobile cover with 90 percent offer on flipkart. In that site the actual price of that accessories is more than price of the phone.
