Ordered this chair on 06/10/17 and bought it through bajaj finserve emi option. Product got delivered on 09/10/17, but the installation date mentioned in flipkart website was 14/10/17, after following with the installation vendor an installation engineer arrived to install on 13/10/17.

As per the installation engineer who is by the flipkart vendor the armrest cannot be fit in the chair because the screw hole in the armrest and in the chair are not matching to get tightened. So declared this as a defective product.

Raised concern with flipkart over the phone and as per flipkart customer care replacement can be taken only after a technician visit to confirm the defect and as per flipkart website the tech visit should have happened before 16/10/17, but it didn't happen at all...

Agin called customer service spoke with rep and then with supervisor and with his boss who is in a managerial level agreed to take action or try to pick the product by today (17/10/17)

Received call from flipkart escalation team, rep said that now the tech visit is approved with skipped or cancelled after which before 21st courier team would come to pack the item and before 23rd the product would be picked back and again by 29th the replacement would be done.

My concerns:
1. By the time they replace, i would get my first emi to be paid, i cannot inform my loan lender that the product got delayed so i am paying it delay. Will flipkart take care of this.
2. When some mistake has happened why flipkart is not trying to rectify it quickly or putting effort to fix the mistake as a high priority one rather taking more time than the regular purchase.
3. What action will be taken against the seller who sent a defective product to me. When checked on the same with escalation team i was informed that they have a separate team to take action on the seller and it cannot be revealed to me. When flipkart takes any sort of action on the seller based on my suffering it should be me who should enjoy the benefits on the outcome. It should not be flipkart who should enjoy any sort of compensation for my suffering. Flipkart should keep informed on what action is taken against the seller and what is the outcome of it.
4. As per flipkart website, the replacement delivery will happen on or before 29/10/17 and installation would be completed on 1/11/17.
A) what if, if the above said date is not met.
B) what if, if the seller sends again a defective product.

Flipkart should answer this at the earliest.

      I ve bought cake mould set from flipkart not through cod i already paid hrough phonepe. And thats all simple and got the product delivered at right time.. Thats all was really fine... And after unboxing my product, i felt not comfortable with its size its too big.. To be precise product is useless for me
      At the box they clearly mentioned size of the product... But at the process of placing order on flipkart, there is no such information.. And flipkart representative says there is no option for refund or replacing smaller size of the product... They clearly explained that you can only go through replacement option.. Then you'll be delivered same product from the coming days...

      Not ready for any compromise either replacement of smaller product or refund

          I had placed order by paying full amount with 2 years extended warranty for order number od[protected]Flipkart assured) vu 4k 3 inch tv. But still my order is not delivered.

          I had called the customer support several time and every time they says that they are closely monitoring and will update in 1 business day.

          Flipkart customer care is nothing more than a joke.

          I have paid full amount and i want my product to be delivered asap.

          I had placed a order on 24th Sep'17 by paying full amount with 2 years extended warranty for order number OD[protected]FLIPKART ASSURED) VU 4K 43 inch TV. Itw was suppose to be delivered on 7th Oct'17, But still my order is not delivered.

            Working as mh in chitlapakkam hub flipkart, diwali bonus is not credited yet (17 october 2017)
            Our contract gets over on (20 october 2017) we doesn't know that we will get the salary for this month. We asked flipkart incharge about this but they are not responding properly and telling us to contact the contractor. If we ask the contractor (Rshr & adecco consultancy) they are telling that amount is not credited from flipkart.
            Sir please consider our complaint, we are not rich people, we working hard to meet our daily requirements, so kindly take actions over this problem.

I ordered united colors of bentton casual shoes worth rupees 1, 539 when i received the shoes they were larger in size so i decided to replace them and i'm happy that they replaced my shoes very quickly but shoes that i received are not original they were damaged and different from the original one so i requsted a return for that product but now flipkart is refusing to take that product please help me as soon as possible.                   Hi am saravanan from chennai i just ordere a mobile moto e4 plus from flipkart on 22nd september and i receive that mobile on 25 th september in a dead condition an then i just make a complaint to flipkart regarding tis issue they just told me to courier to bangalore by myself itself. An then i just spend rs 660 to send courier and then flipkart says we will refund ur courier money to yourself for that i just want send a courier receipt to flipkat customer mail id. I just all process they said but still noe i didnt receive my courier refund and mobile refund too. Daily i just call to customer care regarding tis issue they simply said within 24hr our backend team will assist u burt still now no one will assist me from flipkart team. They are alomost cheating for one month i just spend 10000 without any service from flipkart. I need compensation from him and also i need mu courier charges and mobile replacement. Plz do needful

                    As we are looking, this 4g mobile and supporting – 4g volte in website:

                    I am trying to use jio sim, but it’s not supporting 4g volte.

                    I am contained calling to flipkart customer care from last 3rd october (Last 20 days) around more than 20 times, they are telling only my backend team will contact to you within 24 hrs and giving solution don’t worry, but i am very much worry. Sometimes flipkart customear care told as contact to asus customer care or service center.

                    Also i had visited the asus - service center as my below’s notification:

                    Overall i am not getting any kind of support and solution. I am very much upset from regarding to purchase new mobile from flipkart.

                    Now i want refund or purchase other brand or model phone.

                      If not able to deliver by 19th oct., request please cancel the order.

                      I have ordered for 1 craft mansion analog watch. On 12.10.2017, one damaged wall clock was delivered to us. We have informed flipkart about the same.

                      On 16.10.2017, someone has come to my house to replace the damaged wall clock, but to my utter surprise, after seeing the brand of the clock, he has refused to replace the clock as the damaged clock supplied by you was of harsha make and the one brought by him is of craft mansion analog wall clock, which was ordered by me.

                      I have checked the invoice pasted on the card board box and found that the name of clock mentioned in it is also craft mansion analog wall clock.

                      At the time of delivery of the damaged clock, i was in office. When i came back, i was told by my wife that the clock delivered is a damaged one. I did not check its brand or anything else as it was a damaged clock.

                      The clock was ordered for gifting it to someone on the occasion of his house warming on 20th october at nagpur. Today i talked to your customer care person to whom i told that if the next replacement is given on or before 19th october, 2017, i can accept the same as the house warming ceremony is on 20th. We will leave for nagpur on 19th evening. Thereafter, nobody will be available at our house for 10 days and the gift item will not serve our purpose also.

                        i have assign the request to exchange they provided me the two dates but still the product is not been collected from me .

                          I have bought lg 123cm (49 inch) full hd led smart tv (49lh576t) on september 21, 2017. Then i cancelled my order on september 24'th. I paid ₹47, 999. This is not yet refunded. Its been almost a month, since i cancelled this transaction. I tried to contact the so called 24 *7 support. It didn't even connect at-least once. There is no chat support also. Please do the required to refund my money as soon as possible.

                            Installation was 50 % done by one person.. And since we were not satisfied with the product we placed a return request on oct 4 the.
                            We got a msg saying first uninstallation will be done.
                            Uninstallation is also done by some person sent by flipkart.
                            They told this will be picked up by flipkart people on 8 the oct.
                            When we called customer care after 8 the oct they are telling like return pick up will be done on or before 15 the oct.
                            Today date is 17 the oct.. We have not got any call / message regarding this.
                            Can you please let us know the status and this shud be picked up soon.

                              This is not a complaint, its just a suggestion for you that i have a idea for flipkart to make easy to find customers shipping locations by delivery man, yes i am telling you is that a you can add this feature to app to more easy to find the destination, i am telling about google map, its just a cab formula which is using all cad companies e. G uber, ola etc. As same flipkart customers pin thier locations on map where they want to be shipped. Its easy for both customers and delivery man and it will be plus point for your company.

                              My account was deactivated. But now i want to activate that account. When I enters my phone number, it shows that "your account it not active now, pls call the customer service". What should I do?

                                I ordered a mobile phone (Vivo y69) dated-12.09.2017 costing rs 16190 but i was sent a phone named fly a very cheap product. When i complained flipkart about the matter a pick up was initiated but the pickup agent refused to pick the item as his pickup details didnt match the product for pickup. This happened twice.. Till date flipkart customer care executives are calling me every second day apologising, assuring me to solve the issue but actually doing nothing.
                                I am so very irritated by this and it is causing lots loss to me i. E financial, time,
                                Please help me solve the issue at its earliest.

                                Today for the fourth time my replacement has been cancelled by ekart executive due to product mismatch which I have mentioned earlier. My rs 16100 is not a joke, but my hard earn money..I feel very helpless at this point but to write to u for help.Flipkart is such a fake site was beyond my thoughts and fool people like this.Now again an executive will make a call, take full details of my problem and undersatand and assure me it would be done this time but same thing will be repeated.These people have no proper communication between them n the delevery channel, that is what theproblem is i am facing.

                                  I have ordered a ivoomi mobile, its delivered on 13/10/2017 but it's a faulty mobile then i raised return a technical guy came next day and checked and confirmed that the mobile is fault but the imei number is mismatched (actual imei number of the device is mismatched with invoice copy imei and imei printed on the back side of the mobile)

                                  I have been keep on calling to flipkart customer care and told everything clearly to them but they are saying it will be resolved 48 hours, then after 48 hours i have called them they said it will be resolved with in 24 hours, simply they are adding hours and assigning service engineer to check mobile .

                                  I don't know why you are unnecessarily assigning service engineer to check mobile each and every time when i called to customer care. The technical guy came once and told me clearly its a fault from seller side and you guys knew it too. then why are you making the customer wait for the seller's mistake.

                                  If the device IMEI number has a mismatch with that in the cover, then it is flipkart's responsibility because I bought the device from you. You should have checked for this before selling the product to the customer. Why you people make the customer pay for your mistakes. Please don't put the blame on the seller. I don't know who is the seller. You are one who is selling the product. It is your responsibility.

                                  Either replace the device for me or initiate the refund. I don't want to build up anymore email chains on this.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    My ticket is still not resolved. None of my queries answers have been provided. Backend team called and updated me the resolution after investigation by your so called "Concern Team"?, that I will get refund. I was very surprised that this is first time ever discovered solution by your "Concern Team".

                                    I have sent this email to Flipkart customer care ID number of times but even after specifically mentioning it very clearly none of your Flipkart members seen my entire email.(sorry to say that but I can say they are negligence or illiterate or blind). This time again I expect (as that's the only thing I can do) some one will read my entire email and respond to all concerns I have asked for. Don't overlook and ask me to pin point each and every issue again and again wasting your and my valuable time. Whoever is looking into this case, please be responsible.

                                    I don't want refund for this order for the Seller mistake or false offer. What was seller doing since last 6 days since I ordered and same was accepted on the same day, until I made a call to Flipkart to made them aware that my item status is not yet packed? As soon as I made a complaint how come Seller cancelled my order and initiated refund. Wow so super fast this time?

                                    I had made clear to Flipkart representative on 13th Oct morning in my first call that since I made a call to you, I don't want Seller to cancel my odder in the response and refund my money which is the best and simple way to run out (or so called easiest resolution to the issue) and same thing happened. I want the same item at same price from the same Seller. I don't want refund.

                                    Due to this offer on Flipkart (and I am regular customer of Flipkart) I skipped/rejected other offers and ordered this product? I also ordered suitable case for the same item as a bundled offer. Case has been delivered to me today and 2TB Seagate Slim HDD was supposed to be delivered today itself as per OD[protected]. What am I going to do with the case which I received today?

                                    Why you guys make such false offer if you can not fulfill it. Even if I agree that by the time my order was placed on that day, all available items in the offer might sold out. Possible... Then why the seller accepted my offer and what the hell he was doing for last six days to update me until I checked online status (which was not packed) and called Flipkart for update.

                                    I want Flipkart to arrange the same product from the same seller at the same price along with penalty for such delay and trouble I had.

                                    Please read and answer my all questions or if you are incapable ask some one who can answer.

                                    What was Seller doing for 6 days?

                                    Until I open a case, why didn't he take any action?

                                    How come he took super fast action of cancelling my order immediately I raised complaint?

                                    Why Seller has cancelled the order after 6 days?

                                    Who will bare the cost of my loss since I missed all other available Offers after I ordered from Flipkart and seller cancelled the order even after specifying in my first complaint?

                                    I want same product at same cost from same seller, you make seller pay the cost difference.

                                    Take away INR 200 you have credited to my account. I don't want it.

                                    What action you are taking with Seller?

                                    What if I ordered INR 50000 or 100000 item and cancel the order on the day once I receives message "item out for delivery"?

                                    Hope you will not take any action against me because you cant take any action against Seller so you will do same with me?

                                    What if I do multiple times same thing? I know you will not take any action against me.

                                    If you are going to take any action against me then why not with Seller?

                                    If no action then let me do that with seller for at least 10-20 times? Let me teach him lesson as you cant.

                                    Please give me answer in writing.

                                    Call me if you don't understand any of the things mentioned here.

                                    Everybody I have spoken in Flipkart until now ( I have all recordings) none of them had any answer and all said our Concern Team will work on it and you guys don't contact customer to know the fact?

                                    What king of Customer Service you have?

                                    Pathetic... Non Sense..

                                    Awaiting response from someone who can Solve my problem.

                                      I bought a gfive w1 mobile from flipkart with order id number od[protected] showing from thier app as 2.9 inches display, but when i received it, it was 2.4 inches display. After making the complaint i was replaced with the same identical piece. When i again complained and told them of it, they refused to refund my money, and gave dates regarding solving my complaint. They had given dates of 12th october 2017 and 16th october 2017, but no message or call was received by them.

                                        My new handset purchased from flipkart, the le eco le max 2 is not showing response over the fingerprint panel. It's only nearing 2 weeks after the purchase. As per the rules it has 1 year manufacturer warranty. So i kindly request you to provide me with the information on how to return this product to yourself inorder to solve this issue. Also i want to know whether replacement is provided for this phone so that i can purchase a new phone from flipkart itself. Please provide me with a reply.
