I am following with your team from last 35-40 days for one replacement or refund of my product which was delivered in damaged conditions.
I have written 9-10 mails to your cs team,
But every time i am getting one # 3 line auto reply from your cs team. Saying my return history with flipkart is bad, i am buying 3rd product from flipkart and this is my 1st return with flipkart, then how can your team reply me like this shiy readymade autoreply, even your team has deactivated my account due to which i am not been able to return this product.
I have made around 30 calls to your customers toll-free no's, every time i am getting same reply to wait 48 yo 72 hrs.
But no body replying to my queries and concerns, all the guys are replying the same saying just send us mail only and wait for 48 hrs to 72 hrs.
I am warnings you guys, this is the last attempt i am trying, and if i would not get satisfied even after this, then i will left with the only option to go to consumer court.
