Hi team,
Worst experience with flipkart, i received defective piece, i requested for replacement within 2 days of delivery, there is no reply from their end for 2-3 days, after 10 days they are telling stories, technician comes to check the product and didnt do anything and given false report to flipkart and they agreed close the my replacement order.
I created 10-15 incidents but no one help. There is no meaning if customer support not works, it will not resolve simply creating the incidents. If this is a attitude than its very difficult to maintain the relationship with flipkart. I lost may calls and important meetings due to this defective handset.
Just i want to replace my handset, please let how to go next level.
Its very bad and feeling that customer dis something wrong. After 15 days i am struggling a lot,

Now their executives are telling replacment will be done only technician will visit and based on his update.
My question is what you mean by 10 days replacment after delivery?, We purchased based on this.
They are just fooling the people of the country.
Please let me know to whom i should contact?, to escalate, I created replacement within one after delivery.
Kindly escalate this issue on high priority to higher managment, Let them understand how customers is effecting.Totally false promises by the company. Its allready 20 days over no action taken from their end.
If you mention like (Technician Visit) we never purchase the product from Flip kart.

Flipkart arranged 2nd visit for technician, and technician did not came, Please let me know to whom should i escalate? if this is the attitude than its very difficult to sustain in this competition market.
If you have some courtesy towards the customer satisfaction than help.
Its worst part what i am getting with flipkart.
