Placed ordered for lakme 9to5 primer + matte compact power on 5th oct 2017. I got the delivery of product on 7th oct. After unboxing the product i found that it's completely damaged from inside and broken into small pieces i immediately want to return the same through flipkart app in my order - retrun option but i didn't found any such... Have attached the screenshot for same.

I need my product to be replaced asap.

    I have cancelled an order on 21st september 2017, vu tv and it's been 17 days still the order has not been cancelled and have not received the refund, my credit card bill date is by next week.
    Flipkart is held responsible for the inconvenience caused to their customer
    Very disappointed with flipkart every day they ask 24hrs time to resolve due to technical issue and now it's 7th oct.
    For flipkart 24hrs = to a month.
    I want this resolved within a day.

    Have attached the screen shot from flipkart with a promised date of sept 30th bt it's nw 7th oct and still they want more time.

      I purchased panasonic 109cm (43 inch) full hd led smart tv (Th-43es480dx) on 24th september 2017 through flipkart. Product got delivered on thu, sep 28th '17.

      Order id: od[protected]

      For installation flipkart have contracted to thirdparty firm jeeves. From jeeves guy came for installation on 2nd oct 2017. He did installation and found that the tv was defective. Its led screen was not at all working and damaged. He took all the photographs for proof.

      I initiated the replacement of tv on same day 2nd oct 2017. Flipkart sent technical person from panasonic to verify the case. Technical person came to check tv on 4th oct 2017 and found the same defective item.

      He sent the status to fiipkart about defective item on 5th oct 2017 and approved for replacement. I also received message on my mobile on same day about it. But no action taken from flipkart till 6th october.

      I have called flipkart customer care many time but every time i only hear one thing they do not have any status update from technical person. Flipkart customer care are saying that it will take them 5 days to check email response from panasonic team. Even though i have got sms about same. They are asking me to wait till 9th oct only for followup status. They are not guarantee that they will do replacement after 9th. Panasonic team have sent response multiple time on my request but still flipkart says that they have not received it.

      It is not the first time i am facing issue. My friend also purchased same led tv with me and his item was also damaged and he also required lots of followup with flipkart to get it replaced.

      I has been headache to deal with flipkart as nothing is getting done. I think now i should never buy any thing from flipkart. Amazon is far better then this people.

      Request the replacement of tv

            I hv bought ifb washing machine through u.
            The said installation has been cancelled without my consent. Past 14 days i m contacting i get same reply, give us a one day
            The bulk pack machine is laying in my hall, n old one is exchanged. It a lot of inconvenience to wash clothes on my own.

              I order a puma shoes from flipkart on 20 sept and receive my order on 26 sept and the product which i recieve was a old use shoes. And when i proceed for return, they refused to return my order many times. Still now the product has not been return. What's wrong with the flipkart.                   I bought a phone in flipkart on 23rd of october. It was not working properly when i called for return/replacement the technician said that there is no issue with the phone and if any thrn you need to provide a video proof.
                  Now again i am facing the same issue with the phone and i have recorded it.
                  So kindly come back and check the issue and replace me a new one.

                    At the starting of this phone, this set is not so become hot. But after some times,

                        I received scratched and used vivo v5 phone in open box. I show to the delivery boy at the time of receiving. I didn't open the box myself. I placed replacement but it was automatic cancelled without reason then i placed refund. Your technical from jeeves came and open the box which he mentioned in his report. I got a mail of return approved and a message of pick up but pick up boy didn't come to address and cancelled my pick up without my concern. Now there are more than 10 days against the 10 days replacement policy. But i made it just after receiving so it was delayed from flipkart side.

And suddenly my mobile is not making phone calls. I requested for the replacement/refund... Technician did not respond properly... Now my phone is not working properly.                           We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, we have arranged for the Tech Visit and as per Tech Visit, no issue found. Informed customer to get in touch with the Service Center, customer stated that he have already visited there and they also could not give the resolution, (no issue found) Informed customer that if there is any proof from the Sc stating that the device is not working properly and they deny the service we will help you out. Closing the case stating he will have to get in touch with the ASC.

                            I wish to complain about order no od[protected] for sansui 1.5 to inverter split ac that i ordered on 05th october 2017.

                            I am complaining because one of your executive has given me incorrect information regarding the payment option, he just ask details of my location to be deliver and told me that swipe machine will be available at your area under cod option, but it was not due to which we need to suffer a lot as we were expecting the delivery on urgent basis.

                            I had a talk with one of your another executive neha for my issue but she was not able to help me with this, it is really a very bad service expected from flipkart, as the whole world is digital now and that agent of your flipkart is asking me to pay the amount in cash which is 27000rs not a small amount, please rethink on this issue and take proper action on those executives and the delivery person who are just ruining your company.

                            I have ordered many items from flipkart you can check my order list but this one was really disappointing.

                            I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                                  I had ordered a mobile phone on 23 of sept and the delivery date estimated was 30th sept, but the product wasn’t delivered. I called the customer care the following day and inquired about the delivery myself as flipkart had failed to contact me from their end. He apologised for it and assured me that i would recive it by 6th oct. But to my surprise i suddenly recive a e-mail stating that the order has been cancelled. I was furious and called the customer care agin to which i was told after a prolonged call to wait until 6th oct. I haven’t received any response from them nor has the product arrived. I am deeply disturbed and furious for this kind of service and would request the co to deliver what they are promising.

                                  Flipkart provided absolutely no resolution to solve my issue, all I got was apology. This is the worst experience I have had with e-commerce company. Myself belonging to the IT industry will further have no orders placed for work or personal use. As well as recommended my peers and work to keep away from this kind of service. This is no way to provide any kind of service!

                                      Dear team,

                                      I had ordered an trouser from flip kart on 24/09/2017 which was delivered to me on 28/09/2017. I had ordered for 44 size and i got 31 size hence i raised the request on 28/09/2017 but still the same is not picked up for return, every now and then they say within 48 hrs it will be resolved but nothing is happening.
                                      I raised the issue on 1st of oct 2017 same story was tols 5th oct i raised same story was told as wait for 48 hrs...
                                      Now today i raised complaint they are telling me again to wait 48 hrs...

                                      How many day will it take to pick the courier back for return

                                        I have purchased a redmi note 4 phone through flipkart. Yesterday suddenly the display went blank. Today when i went to the service center of mi they says that there is some software issue. If a phone purchased on 28 th september starts giving problem what a customer can do. There is no replacement. This i feel is a serious issue and would request flipkart to resolve immediately. Thanks
