I bought an iphone 7 (32gb) last month end which was delivered to me on 28th of september afternoon around 2.30pm. When i was about to open the package all was fine from outside flip kart cover. The real surprise was with unboxing the i phone 7 box oh wait, no need o[censored]nboxing it was already open where out side plastic seal was broken completely and their was no sealed plastic outside box.
What next??
Called up flip kart customer care, agent a got connected he informed according to their data base parcel should reach me @ 7.00pm and i call log a complaint only after that. (What a mess)
Called up again @ 7.30 spoke to agent b, informed top to bottom (Issue)
He said issue has been escalated and i will get a call on or before 02 oct, 8.00.
28th, 29th 30th 1st, 2nd days counted
As they didn't call me i used to call them and ask for update - no use they will direct me to mentioned date
Okay finally date was 2nd oct, waited for the call.. No still no
I only called around @ 6.00pm, agent f don't know how to deal with that kept me on hold for 10 to 15 min later disconnected the call, later i received the message "we will call you back around 6.30pm" one more message with different date ie : 05 oct, 6.00 pm (Wtf)
I only called spoke to agent g who said already escalated, when i was not convinced he transferred call to him team leader agent h. I didn't had any option started counting days 03rd, 4th, finally 5th still no response from flip kart. What a shame for 15, 000 crore revenue company.
I used to do same in these days call 8989 and ask for update again same reply that also keeping 10-12 min keeping on hold.
Finally its 5th again same thing repeated no response from flip kart,
I only called up got a new date 09 oct, 3.30pm, are you kidding me.
After so much arguments nothing i got other then dates.
Still counting days and asking for update
6th, 7th, 8th
Is their any solution,
1) flip kart promised 10 days replacement??
2) such a waste of time and money!!
3) customer support team pushing dates!! Y??
