Actually the problem is that i ordered a panasonic eluga i² battey of 2000 mah but after using some days i found that the mobile battery charges in half an hour to 100% i thaugt it is nice that it would get fastly charged but i found that my phone switch of at 70% only after some days to i disattached the sticker of the battery as the battery was very light i found that the battery was not actual a small battery was adjust with some kind of papers i have i wasted 800 rs just on a 80 rs battery flipcart has cheated to me and i am going to upload as many bad vedios related to that battery in youtube facebook whatsapp instagram etc flirted company just refund my money or i should go to consumer court

The courier service took my return on 01/10/2017 and today is 08/10/2017 and i have not been refunded by flipkart yet.. Same way my friend suffered for two months.. Im really scared about the money.. Help me

    We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed customer that the refund is been completed from our end, customer stating that it is not reflecting, informed to get in touch with the bank and raise a charge back. Customer agreed and closing the case.

    Yes I Have been Informed by Fkipkart that refund has been done from their side . And told me to ask about my refund to my bank .. Now I went to bank and asked them About my refund from Flipkart .. Bank is saying no money has been transfered from Flipkart To my Account or Card no. Bank is asking about The transaction id Of My refund by Flipkart or if any proof given by Flipkart regarding refund... Now Flipkart not provided me The transaction id or any proof of refund transaction .. without transaction id of my Refund how could Bank trace my Refund... Please help me

      Hello,
      I ordered a livpure water purifier (Rs 8000) and a bajaj food processor (Rs 4000) from flipkart orderid : od[protected] on 21st of september 2017, money has been deducted from my account and i still haven't received my product, i have to call flipkart customer care everyday but even they don't know exactly where my product is, pathetic customer support by flipkart.

        I bought a vu tv from flipkart. My order id: od[protected]
        As per the rule they have to give installation and demo service by free.
        I was waiting for more than 5 days for installation. But i didn't get any call from them for regarding installaion. But suddenly i got message saying like installation is ended. What is the problem here. It's very worst. I am totally disappointed because of this.
        This is happening second time for me. Its very bad.

          As per the rule they have to give installation and demo service.

            The customer complaint about invoice copy. We had interacted with the customer and asked him to provide us the order id. So that we can generated the invoice copy and asked customer to check the inbox you can find the invoice copy there. Hence closing the complaint.

                Hey flipkart escalation desk,

                I made order on 21st sept for redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) color: black 10 days replacement seller: truenet commerce with flipkart,

                I placed one order as above regarding that i register 3 4 complaints with flipkart as i didn't receive any call or mail or message from the delivery boy of blue dart.
                After escalating this on social media and on email they gave me assurance that they was trying to solve the issue but i didn't receive any resolution on my order it is already prepaid on 21st of september today's 7th of october but the flipkart team still not responding on my complaint and emails and calls.
                I am still awaiting for my order.

                It is already been escalated but i don’t get any call or mail on my order after 30th september i am still waiting my order.

                In very simple words do whatever you want to do! But i want my order and continuously telling you call me on [protected] but staff not called me i don’t know why it happens.

                  I bought an iphone 7 (32gb) last month end which was delivered to me on 28th of september afternoon around 2.30pm. When i was about to open the package all was fine from outside flip kart cover. The real surprise was with unboxing the i phone 7 box oh wait, no need o[censored]nboxing it was already open where out side plastic seal was broken completely and their was no sealed plastic outside box.

                  What next??

                  Called up flip kart customer care, agent a got connected he informed according to their data base parcel should reach me @ 7.00pm and i call log a complaint only after that. (What a mess)

                  Called up again @ 7.30 spoke to agent b, informed top to bottom (Issue)
                  He said issue has been escalated and i will get a call on or before 02 oct, 8.00.

                  28th, 29th 30th 1st, 2nd days counted

                  As they didn't call me i used to call them and ask for update - no use they will direct me to mentioned date

                  Okay finally date was 2nd oct, waited for the call.. No still no

                  I only called around @ 6.00pm, agent f don't know how to deal with that kept me on hold for 10 to 15 min later disconnected the call, later i received the message "we will call you back around 6.30pm" one more message with different date ie : 05 oct, 6.00 pm (Wtf)
                  I only called spoke to agent g who said already escalated, when i was not convinced he transferred call to him team leader agent h. I didn't had any option started counting days 03rd, 4th, finally 5th still no response from flip kart. What a shame for 15, 000 crore revenue company.

                  I used to do same in these days call 8989 and ask for update again same reply that also keeping 10-12 min keeping on hold.

                  Finally its 5th again same thing repeated no response from flip kart,
                  I only called up got a new date 09 oct, 3.30pm, are you kidding me.

                  After so much arguments nothing i got other then dates.

                  Still counting days and asking for update

                  6th, 7th, 8th

                  Is their any solution,

                  1) flip kart promised 10 days replacement??
                  2) such a waste of time and money!!
                  3) customer support team pushing dates!! Y??

                      Dear flipkart buyers, please take utmost care while doing any transaction. There website gets hanged or gets very slow and in the meantime in backend your a/c will gets debited. No order number gets generated and buyer will think the transaction is not successful.in this way if you'll try multiple times, multiple times your a/c will get debited without any notification/email/sms. Later on they will deliver the same product multiple times then you'll come to know what happened with you and you've been cheated. When you'll call to customer care they'll deny saying order no. Is generated and it cannot be returned.

                      This type of problem happens in normal as well as during festival season offer. I'll discourage every buyers and be careful. Its better opt amazon for buying. Also they deliver cheap quality product. Flipkart is not trust-worthy anymore. They're taking undue advantage of their customer base.

                      I've ordered one piece "lenovo hw01 plus smart band with pai". Due to this error 3 order has been generated without my knowledge and they delivered and my a/c gets debited without any notification/email/sms. Order no. - od[protected], od[protected] & od[protected].

                      Once again i would like user to take care. Save your hard earned money from this cheaters.

                        I m totally shocked as well known online selling portal service to costumers

                        I have purchased chair by above mentioned order id delivery time showing 8 -10 days but delivered after 1 month

                        After checking i knew that its damaged and same day i complained for return and replacement

                        But after 1 month 1 person visited my place for installation even he dont know i have given replacement request

                        Finally today one person called me today he is coming to replace my chair

                        This is purely cheating to customer and no body responding properly
                        I am also going to register complain at consumer court

                          As per the previous discussion with flipkart consultant, he has promised that after 10 days replacement police the balance amount of rs. 2880/- will be credited to my flipkart wallet for the new order. I also sent reply to the mail which i receive after the discussion but delivery failed. This is ridiculous.

                          Kindly check and credit the amount of rs. 2880/- to my flipkart wallet account. Please find the attached pic for your kind reference and action.

                            I ordered moto z play mobile. And i am not satisfy with this product. And i applied for return policy. Then i received a msg that they will contact up to 18th oct but for return the product i applied on 7th oct. They are taking to much time. This is to disgusting service of flipkart. Now i have to wait for the more than 10 days.
                            Even though amazon and paytm they are giving better service than flipkart in this area.

                              I placed order RM WORLD Tempered Glass Guard for Lenovo K8 for my K8 Plus mobile. But I received the small size of Glass Guard. Regarding this I called, request them to take it back and refund my money. They refused to do so. Previously also I returned mobile cover which was bigger than my mobile size but they did not refund my money.

                                Placed ordered for lakme 9to5 primer + matte compact power on 5th oct 2017. I got the delivery of product on 7th oct. After unboxing the product i found that it's completely damaged from inside and broken into small pieces i immediately want to return the same through flipkart app in my order - retrun option but i didn't found any such... Have attached the screenshot for same.

                                I need my product to be replaced asap.

                                  I have cancelled an order on 21st september 2017, vu tv and it's been 17 days still the order has not been cancelled and have not received the refund, my credit card bill date is by next week.
                                  Flipkart is held responsible for the inconvenience caused to their customer
                                  Very disappointed with flipkart every day they ask 24hrs time to resolve due to technical issue and now it's 7th oct.
                                  For flipkart 24hrs = to a month.
                                  I want this resolved within a day.

                                  Have attached the screen shot from flipkart with a promised date of sept 30th bt it's nw 7th oct and still they want more time.

                                    I purchased panasonic 109cm (43 inch) full hd led smart tv (Th-43es480dx) on 24th september 2017 through flipkart. Product got delivered on thu, sep 28th '17.

                                    For installation flipkart have contracted to thirdparty firm jeeves. From jeeves guy came for installation on 2nd oct 2017. He did installation and found that the tv was defective. Its led screen was not at all working and damaged. He took all the photographs for proof.

                                    I initiated the replacement of tv on same day 2nd oct 2017. Flipkart sent technical person from panasonic to verify the case. Technical person came to check tv on 4th oct 2017 and found the same defective item.

                                    He sent the status to fiipkart about defective item on 5th oct 2017 and approved for replacement. I also received message on my mobile on same day about it. But no action taken from flipkart till 6th october.

                                    I have called flipkart customer care many time but every time i only hear one thing they do not have any status update from technical person. Flipkart customer care are saying that it will take them 5 days to check email response from panasonic team. Even though i have got sms about same. They are asking me to wait till 9th oct only for followup status. They are not guarantee that they will do replacement after 9th. Panasonic team have sent response multiple time on my request but still flipkart says that they have not received it.

                                    It is not the first time i am facing issue. My friend also purchased same led tv with me and his item was also damaged and he also required lots of followup with flipkart to get it replaced.

                                    I has been headache to deal with flipkart as nothing is getting done. I think now i should never buy any thing from flipkart. Amazon is far better then this people.

                                    We had interacted with the customer, customer confirmed that pick up done and replace product is delivered and customer is providing feedback that flipkart is taking more time to deliver and installation of the product. so told the customer that we will take the feedback. Hence closing the case

                                      I have cancelled an order on 21st september 2017, vu tv and it's been 17 days still the order has not been cancelled and i have not received my refund, my credit card bill date is by next week and will flipkart pay me this money.
                                      Very disappointed with flipkart every dat they ask 24hrs time to resolve due to technical issue and now it's 7th oct.
                                      Fr flipkart 24hrs = to a month.
                                      I want this resolved within a day.

                                      Have attached the screen shot from flipkart with a promised date of sept 30th bt it's nw 7th oct and still they want more time
