I have ordered a asus mobile phone through order id od[protected] on sep 21st '17. I am facing a problem on this phone (Not able to hear during a phone call) from the first day of my purchase and send many reminders regarding the problems faced. I have received only one call from flipkart customer representative who denied any return or exchange policy in electronic items in any case and gave the reason that there are always differences in quality of product depending upon the price. The issue i am facing now is not related to product quality, rather it is due to some manufacturing defect because i am not able to use even the basic features of this mobile phone. As i have bought this product from flipkart it is the whole responsibility of the company to deal with this situation and provide me with a return and refund.
I have noted down imei number ([protected], [protected]) and send them many emails through their website messanger but they have only put in the issue in process or resolved repeadly without actually resolving the same.
As per the talk with representative regarding the problem faced on asus mobile phone through order id od[protected], i want to inform that their representative engineer visited at my place at ludhiana to inspect my phone. On his on-site inspection, he used the phone once and
Told me to update software again. As i have updated the phone twice and not able to use the phone, i am not satisfied with his inspection visit and
Services. Being working as a surgeon in dmc hospital, ludhiana i do not have any free time dealing with this issue anymore and even this problem is a
Risk for human life during emergency calls to me from the hospital. I am now forced to file a complaint in consumer court for a full refund with additional compensation due to negligence of this company.
