I ordered a few things by using the “flipkart pay later policy”
My pending bill was of rs 1700.
When i paid rs 1700, after a few minutes i got a message from my bank of two payments of the same amount to flipkart.

The payment resulted in double payment.
That means rs 1700 were charged two times.
Now i’m trying to contact flipkart and get back my money. But they are not responding and not returning my money. This is cyber crime!
I will never shop from this site again, they are cheating me!

    Estimated delivery is 30-9-17
    In flipkart app item delivered on 2-10-17
    But i don't take any flipkart order till 8-10-17
    Customer care says that you have to wait 24 hours form the day 3-10-17
    Every time i call they say you have to wait 24 hours.
    Worst experience of my life
    Never shopping form flipkart in my entire life.

    Yes its 100% true, everytime flipkart care say wait 24hours 48 hours we call you back with any resolution but they don't give any resolution even they do not call back. i m also facing this problem from more than 20 days. this is really worst experience sir plz improve your service, our 100% trust on flipkart so plz don't do that and help customers like customers not like you doing favors on them.

      Flipkart order id od[protected]
      I had ordered a windows 10 operating system (Oem) from flipkart on 23 sep 2017 for rs. 3064. I received it on 3rd oct.
      When i tried installing, it was not able to do it in uefi mode, but later on, could resolve it. When tried activating windows, i t showed that product key is not acceptable. When i contacted customer care, they made me believe that i should wait for their resolution. I followed up when they didnt keep promise and they repeated they would do on next day. I. E on 8th oct 2017, they messaged my refund is initiated. I invested my time and money for a windows product, they refunds it just because they cant ensure genuiness of product. I suspect lot people cheated in the big billion day name. Many fake products.

      I need the product and service for which i have invested time and money, not the refund.

      Flipkart social media executive had called me and provided seller's contact no and email id. I personally contacted the seller. He had agreed to send me the activation key. I provided my email id and again followed up by phone. He confirmed again, he will send by email. However, promise was not met. When I called again, he is not picking up. Effectively, my issue remain unresolved.

        I did a paid order for vu 124cm (49 inch) full hd led tv (50d6535),
        Order id : od[protected], was expected on 27th sept 17. I got notification that it got delayed for 2 days. Since that day i am only getting new dates.

        1) *27 sept 2017* (Committed date)
        2) pushed to *29 sept 2017*
        3) pushed again to* 30 sept 2017*
        4) next date received *3rd oct 2017*
        5) again revised it to *5th oct 2017*
        6) new mail stating its delayed to* 6th oct 2017*
        7) *7th oct* : status is :
        "*delay in delivery - vu 124cm (50 inch) full hd led tv.*
        *we are sorry for the delay in delivery. Please bear with us while we are
        Trying to deliver your order at the earliest. Contact us
        "*
        8) *8 oct' 2017* status is still same!!!

        I tried to call cc many time but no one tried to resolve it!
        Some asked me to be on hold on call and after few minuets disconnected the call. Few replied the same "apologies, we are trying our best etc"

        I have tried sending mails, i am only getting automated replies, stating issue will resolve in 24 hours.

        Its been 12 days now, i dint receive my product. There is no tracking available on flipkart! Flipkart itself dont know where the product actully is is!!! Pathetic isn't it?

        This product was a gift for my parents specially on the occasion of dussera
        ! I am very sad and disappointed and sad that it couldn't happen.

        Flipkart, please look into it on priority and let me know that i am really getting my product delivered??? A product which you have been paid for

        Hope i haven't made a mistake using flipkart!

          I had placed an order on flipkart for two lenovo k8 plus. On the offer day of 21st-24th of september with a discount and i had put my two old lenovo k4 note for exchange. I used the flipkart app from my lenovo k4 notes to place the order and the app auto-detected my phones (Old lenovo k4) imei, hardware and gave me an exchange discount price for the new phone (Lenovo k8 plus) i was happy and i placed an order. But when the delivery person came to deliver the product and take my old phone (Lenovo k4), he said that the imei is not matching. I explained that i've used the flipkart app to exchange this and it auto-detected everything, he asked me to call customer care and resolve the issue. He didn't deliver my phone on that day. I called the flipkart customer care multiple times and no agent helped me, the always placed me on hold and disconnected my calls when i asked for a manager. Everytime i called back i had to explain everything all over again, which is pretty frustrating. I got hold of a manager finally and i explained the issue to him, again. After i made a resonable argument he was ready to help me. And agreed that it wasn't my fault and it was a technical error and that he will correct it. I gave him the imei numbers and he corrected it. I asked him multiple times that if both my orders will get delivered and not cancelled and he promised me it will get delivered and not cancelled (This was on 3rd). The next day only one of my phone got delivered and there was no imei problem, so i thought he had resolved my issue but later i received a message that my other phone has been canceled and been processed for refund. I called the customer care multiple times again about this and they did the same thing again (Placing me on hold and then disconnecting). And i've been talking to many managers and the only thing they tell me is to re-order because there's nothing they can do as it has been processed for refund (When i was promised by one of their manager that it won't be canceled, because the imei mismatch was not my fault) when i explained it to them that it wasn't my fault and that this is unfair they took down my complaint and again promised my that it will be resolved and someone from the right department will call me with a resolution. I was waiting for the solution and someone did give me a call next day and told me that nothing can be done in a rude fashion. When i told them the problem, he kept on telling me the same in a rude way. I even asked him if there's someone i can talk to other than him regarding thithis as he was ruse and he said there's no one that can help me. I got frustrated as this was suppose be a resolution call for my problem and i told him i'll take this to the consumer court. He told me i can do whatever i want in a rude sarcastic tone. I wasn't happy about this, so i even asked him if he was making fun. This is not customer satisfaction, it's customer harassment. Right after i called the customer service again, spoke to a manager again and they said they will re-raise the complaint with stronger words this time and that someone will get back to me before 24-48 hours. Its been more that three days now, i haven't got a call from anyone. So i called customer service today again. I explained this again to an agent and they say that the matter is been resolved so i asked for a manager, agent placed me on hold and he transferred me to his senior and he again told me that it's been resolved, i told him that i've been waiting for a call. He said that there is no such request here. I got frustrated and asked for a manager to resolve my issue. He put me on hold and disconnected my call. Again. And then mentioned the note as "customer not aware of cancelation, now resolved." (I checked this on flipkart app under 'recent issue raised with us' so i left a note on that note sayin that it is not resolved. Now i can see that they have deleted the note completely, i am so frustrated by all this and decided to write this big note today for justice) please help me. It's not about money now. Its about disrespect that customers receive even when it's not their fault. Thank you. : (

            My refrigerator was delivered on 27th sept which turned out to be defective and i immediately raised a replacement request, it's been more than 10 days now, i haven't received my replaced refrigerator.
            I am without any refrigerator since 10 days as you took my old refrigerator in exchange. Pathetic service by flipkart. Kindly get my replacement done or refund my money asap

              Hi - my order at flipkart has been pending since a long time. They have a very poor operations and no action is being taken on my complaint as well.
              I am extremely unhappy with flipkart service. The dining table wood blocks have been delivered after 2 weeks of delay but the installation is not being done. I am not sure how to escalate this and the customer care people jus keep assuring that someone will call me back. I just don't want this similar experience to happen with anyone else. Please avoid buying any flipkart products

                  My complaint has been reported on 29th sep 2017, about the product its not good
                  After i received one call to your customer care side they are said some steps, i follow all steps but not cleared my problem,
                  Then on 1st oct 2017 i again call back to customer care they are not responding correct way and finally on 3rd oct i get technician visit scheduled sunday oct 08, 2017.
                  But hold day i have waiting no one contact to me, after i call to again your customer care around 0412hrs spoke to the one of the senior executive, she informed we have escalated your issue to concerned team, wait again till 12th oct.
                  I don't know why your not understanding to the customer problem. And your giving faking product, how we are hoping to your product,
                  Why your delaying to the product replacement please resolved my issues immediately as soon as conceivable.

                    I received broken washing machine, registered complain with 10-15 minutes of delivery. Replaced was promised by 5th october, not kept. Again promised technician visit by 7th october, not kept. I'm calling them everyday since 5th october, every executive have different story.

                    Now i don't want anything from flipkart, want my money back. I paid using credit card.

                            I have ordered moto e4 plus from flipkart on "3 october 2017" & the product delivered me on "5 october 2017" with order id :- "od[protected]"
                            When i opened the flipkart wrapped packet from the product i found that the seal of product is broken & the plastic wrapper outside the box is cut by some sharp material... So immediately i take some snaps of the box... &when i opened the box i found that main hendset - from the box is missing... Only charger-earphone & some user manual present in the box.. After that i immediately called to flipkart customer service & after that they assure me that they solve my issue... But now they emailed me that we unable to provide you replacement or refund because our seller is confirmed that all product is inside the box... I just want to know is where is my main product & is this right way to to deal with customers & flipkart is trying to scam with his customers... Please provide me my main hendset.. I already
                            Filed a police complaint on flipkart on this matter... I request you to please deliver my product or give me my money back... Because what can i do with only charger-earphone. Without main hendset... I am attaching some snaps which i took at time o[censored]npacking the product..

                            We’d like to let you know that your request for a replacement/refund of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to the customer with the product being intact.
                            Please Solve my problem as soon as possible
                            But i didn't receive my Product..
                            If you are So Sure that you Deliver me the complete Product then i request you to please provide me proof.. because i have proof that i didn't receive my Product... You have 100% Faith on your sellers.. so What about consumers.. ???
                            no faith on Consumers.. I don't want to lost my 1000INR .. so Now I Also suggest my all of my friends that don't use Flipkart ... Because they doing such kind of scam With customers... Now you Guys don't lose a single customers.. Now you lose 100000 customers.. because i have Youtube Channel with 100000+ subscribers & now i am making video That how flipkart looted me...

                            & I also raise this issue that Flipkart don't trust customers they only trust his sellers..
                            I already Filed a police complaint against flipkart... Now i don't want anything i just want to show the real face of Flipkart to everyone... Flipkart is a scamer company...

                              My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
                              My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"

                                My order has been delayed for 6 days. And still there is no reaponse from the courier company. I need the product in time as i will be going home by 12th of october.. And my expected date if delivery for the product was 3rd october.. Now i would have to cancel the product if it doesn't come by then. It is all so sad.. Such an esteemed company and such a poor service.

                                From 25th september to today being 10th of october...wow! I recieved a call from someone of the filpkart customer care person..he did say that he has e-mail-ed the wishmaster..i could call him and see to it..i called him yesterday and today..and he has no idea about the product! I believe flipkart should stop blaming other people and own up to their own goof-ups. I wish asus had given this opportunity of launching this mobile phone on amazon..they have a far better delivery than this!!

                                  The product delivered on 14th sep 17. Damaged product received and reolacement processed on 20th september. Expected date delivery given 06 oct 17. Technician visits on 04th Oct. Original damaged product not yet picked up. Replacement not het arrived. Fliocart given date of 06 oct for delivery of replacement redundant as even pick up of damaged product not taken place. New date for pickup on cutomer care is 13 Oct 17. Its mental and financial harassment and violation of contrctual obligation and clear case of lie and cheating.

                                    I got sms from flipkart (Mentioned below the msg). I had urgent work so i tried calling the delivery person even after dialling 25 times the delivery person didn't pick the call. I had to sit at home helpless.

                                    Out for delivery: panasonic 108cm (43 in... With tracking id fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered between 08am-08pm today by an ekart wish master (Call [protected])....

                                    After 3 months my watch was stop working, then automatically started.
                                    Again and again i am facing problem. Now the watch is totally damaged its minutes hand is not working, unnecessarily moving here and there. I have 6 months warranty period. I hope the flipkart will take action for this fake watch.

                                      We placed an order in flipkart for a gym kit which includes 9 items in sep 24th, 2017. But we received only 2 items in the box on oct7th, 2017 and rest all missed in the order. We didnt find any return or replace option in the my orders tab. The item still showing as shipped but not delivered. We tried to contact customer care too but didnt get any response.

                                      We want our money back and want to return the kit.
