Flipkart delivered damaged mobile phone (Lenovo k8 plus). I made a return request on second day after delivery... Return request was addressed only after 10 days... Technician was not well equipped... He didn't resolve problem completely... When called for complain again they are not accepting the report.... Moraless people... No ethics in business.. I am totally dissatisfied..

    I ordered air-conditioning through flipkart and paid while ordering via debit card and it was showing that it will be delivered by 23 sep 17.
    When it was't delivered on 24th it got resudeled to 28 sep 17. Then i got a call from flipkart to cancel this order or waite for 48 hours. When i called your customer care it got resudeled to 30 sep 17. Then i called your customer care it got resudeled to 4 oct17. Then i called your customer care it got resudeled to 9oct17.

    Are really planning to deliver it or not please give a feed back other wise i will report to consumer court.

    hey guys thanks i finally got my AC on Oct 13th 2017, ya correct it was in 2017. now comes the good part now i got ripped off by Jeeves AC installation services.I don't know this why i should pay Rs.2900/- for Jeeves when the manufacture is providing all the accessories even the AC coolant. their was no choice for me cause, i[censored]sed third party installer my warranty will void, this wasn't posted on the website while i am purchasing this dame AC but i was informed from Flipkat call center. "Well done"

      I have ordered adidas shoes wid white color n now after seeing the irrelevant things regarding that shoes i've got a color issue and now i was trying to exchange that n that company totally denying to exchange n behaving very rudely n it's just been only 2 days n while exchanging that shoes they firstly blocked my account from the app and m calling them abt my problem they r just saying that the seller of that product is denying to exchanging... And i've all the msg calls and exchange tagline etc. So this has been disgusting to purchase something.

        I have ordered a philips speaker with order id od[protected] on 24th sep 2017 which suppose to be delivered by 2 nd oct. But they i got a mail saying that it got misrouted. And will be delivered by 5 the but again it got misrouted. Customer care is not replying professionally at all. This is nit tha quality of service expected from flipkart. It's very disappointing.

          I contacted flipkart and they are blaming the customer. Initially they booked for replacement and rejected it. Again they took my replacement and there is no progress in my replacement status.

            Dear sir, i ordered a mobile redmi 4a to flipklart on dt. 24/09/17 vide order no od[protected] by paid rs. 6299.00 through sbi atm card. & on dt. 25/09/17 my order was cancelled by flipkart but till now i cannot received any refund amount from flipkart against this cancelled order. When i called to the customer care of flipkart they told me that your amount is transfered to your account on dt, 27/09/2017. When i check my account the the amount is not credited in my account. I also raise the complain to flipkart many times vide incident: in[protected]. I also confirm from my bank and bank's customer care but they said no refund request is there. Kindly help us for return my money.

                  Myself prabhat. I have purchased red tape shoe from flipkart and did the payment of 1549 rs. Online on 1 oct2017 but after 7 days i. E. On 7 october they cancelled my order for unknown reasons. When i tried customer care for resolving the issue they were unable to fix it. They even not telling me the reason for cancellation and there response was not good. Talking to them was like talking to some illiterate person. This is very poor service from flipkart. Although they have assured me the refund. But there is no point in cancelling the order at the first place. Now they are telling me to again place the order and wait. This is an serious issue that has to be taken care of after all they are using our money for 9 to 10 days and after they cancel the order

                      I have orderd mi max 2 mobile which had some defects i have return the samen and the product which i have received as a replacement has same manufacturing issues and now when i asked customer service executives for my refund they refused to do so citing policy issues. I have paid the money for the genuine product not a defective product and i don't want to go to the service center for the product purchased from a reputed online platform just because of a policy, so kindly assist me in getting my refund as soon as possible.                         I have ordered two items from flipkart with order id od[protected] for which i made online payment and then on delivery executive took money from my sibling by mentioning it as cod when i contacted customer care they told my money will be refunded in 24 hours it’s been two weeks and every day customer care executives seek 24 hours time to refund, 2 nd order id of samsung s8+ od[protected] is supposed to be delivered on 7th october but now customer care guys are mentioning that it will be delivered by 11 th even tough the product has reached bangalore.. Even after worst experiences before with flipkart and good experience with amazon i ordered in flipkart by thinking that it would have improved it’s mistake to think that dog tail can be straightened now i regret ordering from flipkart i will never choose flipkart again even if it’s indian company

                            Hi.. I ordered air-conditioning through flip kart and paid while ordering and it was showing that it will be delivered on 26th.
                            Then on 26th evening i got a sms saying its delivered where as it was not so i called up flipkart coustmer care and narrated the entire story to which i was told to wait till 30th nothing happened on 30th then i was told next 24hours then again next 24hours then again next 24 hours and now it's 7 september still no update.

                              I ordered lg 43 led tv on 21 sep 2017 oder id od[protected]. Flipkart give me delivery date 27 sep 2017 but i received it on 1 oct 2017 almost four days delay. Instalation and demo person came on 3 oct 2017. He open the box and confirm that lg led tv was broken arrived, he also said that he not take any responsibility for this matter. This matter of flipkart and customer that time i feel very bad why i ordered to flipkart for the tv. Then i call the flipkart care she said that over technical person will visit till 6 oct 2017 he will decide to replace the tv. Today 7 oct but nobody call me for this issue.

                                Dear sir,

                                I want to register my complain against flipkart.

                                I buy a phone that was delivered late by one day on 30 sep 2017. This phone was faulty. After technician visit it was replaced on 4th oct 2017 that is also faulty. I contacted customer care but company is not ready to approve replacement /refund against faulty product.

                                They are saying that as per company policy, second time you have to visit lenovo service center directly.

                                I purchased this phone flipkart andriod app on which policy says that technician will visit and if issue doesn't resolve then replace/refund will be given within 10 days validity.

                                When i checked carefully then noticed that on andriod app policy is showing different and in website desktop version policy is showing different. There is big loop hole with policy in flipkart.

                                I purchased it using flipkart andriod app and i followed the policy from andriod app. But they are telling another policy now. I have attached policy screenshots that i can see on andriod app. My andriod app is updated with latest version also.

                                This is second time i'm facing issue. With lenovo k8 plus many users facing screen blinking issue in dim light. Now it has been a known hardware issue with this cellphone still flipkart is selling this phone and not helping customer.
                                My major concern is is with replacement/return policy on flipkart andriod app. I purchased this phone from andriod app so my phone should be replaced or refund the amount according to that only.
                                Flipkart executives has wasted my valuable time and saying that my concern is correct but they can't help. It not in their hand.
                                Kindly help to get refund from flipkart with penalty. I would also like to send notice to flikart to keep same policy information on all public platforms.

                                    I dont want to listen anything just return money which is actual cost of fridge according to 7999 as soon as possible. You guies are simply making me fool i am waiting from 15 days and still you are delaying you just do one thing you just return 7999 and i will order it.
                                    You guies already kniw that if i would have paid 7999 then that fridge will get deliver in 2 days. If you guies doesnt deliver fridge by noon of 7 oct 2017 or 7999 i will report to consumer court as you guies are using my money from 15 days and now expecting from me to cancel the order after 15 days and then place the same order with extra cost of 7999.
                                    Its a warning to flipkart either deliver fridge by noon of 7 oct or refund of 7999 to be initiated by flipkart or else i will report to consumer court

                                    We have interacted with the customer, product got delivered, but as the lock system of the refrigerator is not working return created, informed the TAT for tech visit, hence closing the case.

                                      I have ordered a asus mobile phone through order id od[protected] on sep 21st '17. I am facing a problem on this phone (Not able to hear during a phone call) from the first day of my purchase and send many reminders regarding the problems faced. I have received only one call from flipkart customer representative who denied any return or exchange policy in electronic items in any case and gave the reason that there are always differences in quality of product depending upon the price. The issue i am facing now is not related to product quality, rather it is due to some manufacturing defect because i am not able to use even the basic features of this mobile phone. As i have bought this product from flipkart it is the whole responsibility of the company to deal with this situation and provide me with a return and refund.

                                      I have noted down imei number ([protected], [protected]) and send them many emails through their website messanger but they have only put in the issue in process or resolved repeadly without actually resolving the same.

                                      As per the talk with representative regarding the problem faced on asus mobile phone through order id od[protected], i want to inform that their representative engineer visited at my place at ludhiana to inspect my phone. On his on-site inspection, he used the phone once and
                                      Told me to update software again. As i have updated the phone twice and not able to use the phone, i am not satisfied with his inspection visit and
                                      Services. Being working as a surgeon in dmc hospital, ludhiana i do not have any free time dealing with this issue anymore and even this problem is a
                                      Risk for human life during emergency calls to me from the hospital. I am now forced to file a complaint in consumer court for a full refund with additional compensation due to negligence of this company.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I want to register my complain against flipkart.

                                        I buy a phone that was delivered late by one day on 30 sep 2017. This phone was faulty. After technician visit it was replaced on 4th oct 2017 that is also faulty. I contacted customer care but company is not ready to approve replacement /refund against faulty product.

                                        They are saying that as per company policy, second time you have to visit lenovo service center directly.

                                        I purchased this phone flipkart andriod app on which policy says that technician will visit and if issue doesn't resolve then replace/refund will be given within 10 days validity.

                                        When i checked carefully then noticed that on andriod app policy is showing different and in website desktop version policy is showing different. There is big loop hole with policy in flipkart.

                                        I purchased it using flipkart andriod app and i followed the policy from andriod app. But they are telling another policy now. I have attached policy screenshots that i can see on andriod app. My andriod app is updated with latest version also.

                                        This is second time i'm facing issue. With lenovo k8 plus many users facing screen blinking issue in dim light. Now it has been a known hardware issue with this cellphone still flipkart is selling this phone and not helping customer.

                                        My major concern is is with replacement/return policy on flipkart andriod app. I purchased this phone from andriod app so my phone should be replaced or refund the amount according to that only.

                                        Flipkart executives has wasted my valuable time and saying that my concern is correct but they can't help. It not in their hand.

                                        Kindly help to get refund from flipkart with penalty. I would also like to send notice to flikart to keep same policy information on all public platforms.
