I'm from middle class family, 30k amount means is more important to us,, we saving this from a year... This festival i plan to buy a washing machine from i trusted site flipkart from last 10 year.. I ordered product lg 8kg front load washing machine with payment on 20th sep 2017 with payment and got delivered on 25th sep 2017,, flipkart delivered lg 6.5kg front load washing machine and for replacement there is no stock available in website waited for few days and customer care helped me lot for returning product on 6th oct 2017 and my return will be processing item will picked up with in 27th oct 2017 and my payment will stuck until return process complete, it almost 20th day since i ordered... Ok it get hurt on me and i'm not able to happy on dasara festival... After few days i arranged money with friend source and i ordered another lg 8kg washing machine in flipkart with paid on 10th oct 2017 and scheduled for delivery and assign the couier partner also, but evening i got message from flipkart the item not deliver for my location and return processing again my amount stuck in flipkart and for first and second order i used same pincode/address for deliver and my friend also ordered lg washing machine with same pincode, his order is processed and shipped with same courier.. The seller is omnitechretail and courier partner is same for all product i mentioned above.. When i contacted customer support they telling that cancellation from seller end and suggest me to do fresh order.. That product still available for my location now also.. They giving improper reason for cancellation... How can i order another time without money, my two payments still processing... It hurt me lot.. Not able to concentrate on other thing,, i failed to my home bringing washin machine,, flipkart is just playing customer feelings,, how can i celebrate happily dewali, if they consern about customer they make rightful to customer..
