Dear sir,

I want to register my complain against flipkart.

I buy a phone that was delivered late by one day on 30 sep 2017. This phone was faulty. After technician visit it was replaced on 4th oct 2017 that is also faulty. I contacted customer care but company is not ready to approve replacement /refund against faulty product.

They are saying that as per company policy, second time you have to visit lenovo service center directly.

I purchased this phone flipkart andriod app on which policy says that technician will visit and if issue doesn't resolve then replace/refund will be given within 10 days validity.

When i checked carefully then noticed that on andriod app policy is showing different and in website desktop version policy is showing different. There is big loop hole with policy in flipkart.

I purchased it using flipkart andriod app and i followed the policy from andriod app. But they are telling another policy now. I have attached policy screenshots that i can see on andriod app. My andriod app is updated with latest version also.

This is second time i'm facing issue. With lenovo k8 plus many users facing screen blinking issue in dim light. Now it has been a known hardware issue with this cellphone still flipkart is selling this phone and not helping customer.
My major concern is is with replacement/return policy on flipkart andriod app. I purchased this phone from andriod app so my phone should be replaced or refund the amount according to that only.
Flipkart executives has wasted my valuable time and saying that my concern is correct but they can't help. It not in their hand.
Kindly help to get refund from flipkart with penalty. I would also like to send notice to flikart to keep same policy information on all public platforms.

      I dont want to listen anything just return money which is actual cost of fridge according to 7999 as soon as possible. You guies are simply making me fool i am waiting from 15 days and still you are delaying you just do one thing you just return 7999 and i will order it.
      You guies already kniw that if i would have paid 7999 then that fridge will get deliver in 2 days. If you guies doesnt deliver fridge by noon of 7 oct 2017 or 7999 i will report to consumer court as you guies are using my money from 15 days and now expecting from me to cancel the order after 15 days and then place the same order with extra cost of 7999.
      Its a warning to flipkart either deliver fridge by noon of 7 oct or refund of 7999 to be initiated by flipkart or else i will report to consumer court

        I have ordered a asus mobile phone through order id od[protected] on sep 21st '17. I am facing a problem on this phone (Not able to hear during a phone call) from the first day of my purchase and send many reminders regarding the problems faced. I have received only one call from flipkart customer representative who denied any return or exchange policy in electronic items in any case and gave the reason that there are always differences in quality of product depending upon the price. The issue i am facing now is not related to product quality, rather it is due to some manufacturing defect because i am not able to use even the basic features of this mobile phone. As i have bought this product from flipkart it is the whole responsibility of the company to deal with this situation and provide me with a return and refund.

        I have noted down imei number ([protected], [protected]) and send them many emails through their website messanger but they have only put in the issue in process or resolved repeadly without actually resolving the same.

        As per the talk with representative regarding the problem faced on asus mobile phone through order id od[protected], i want to inform that their representative engineer visited at my place at ludhiana to inspect my phone. On his on-site inspection, he used the phone once and
        Told me to update software again. As i have updated the phone twice and not able to use the phone, i am not satisfied with his inspection visit and
        Services. Being working as a surgeon in dmc hospital, ludhiana i do not have any free time dealing with this issue anymore and even this problem is a
        Risk for human life during emergency calls to me from the hospital. I am now forced to file a complaint in consumer court for a full refund with additional compensation due to negligence of this company.

                  I am totally disappointed with flipkart this time inspite being a loyal customer to it since years. Flipkart has no value for customer service. I had ordered a handset model oppo f3 (Black 64gb) in exchange for my old handset oppo f1 during big billion day sale. Order id: od[protected]. The delivery boy checked my present handset by removing the back cover and tempered glass which he said was totally fine. Then he handed over oppo f3 (Black 64gb) to me and confirmed the delivery as well. I even asked him whether i should wipe out all the data of my previous handset, he said yes and i did that. After wiping out the data he again checked my handset which was not proper on his part once the data has been erased. Again he affirmed that the handset was proper. As i was about to leave with the new handset he passed on my previous handset to other delivery boy who again rechecked it and said there was a watermark on my screen which i had never seen in my handset. They rejected the delivery at once. That day itself i raised a complaint in flipkart (In[protected] attended by mr. Lokesh sharma) which is not yet resolved till day. I want my mobile to be replaced or get it repaired because the watermark was caused due to their negligence. Because of this non ethical service on your part i might not be a loyal customer to you anymore.

                    It continuously gives a beep sound interrupting songs from the first day i bought it and the sound and bass is not so good as mentioned. Also the backup of the speaker is very bad... It takes half an hour to charge completely and gets discharged in approx 1 hour... So what's the use of buying such speaker and also flipkart app is not allowing for refund... Just giving replacement. So what's the use of this speaker if i get same problems again...                       I ordered a 5 seater modular sofa with 48000 rupees from flipkart on 9th august 2017 and it was delivered to me on 30 august. After receiving it i see that the product is fully a crap and not worth of 48000 rupees. Its made of such bad things that its just not a good item. If i sell it in market i will not get even 5k. So i placed return request on 7th september. They send a technician to my house on 8th september and after inspecting the person who visited, he approved the return and refund and he submitted the documents to flipkart. Then i called to flipkart about the pickup date. Flipkart confirmed that on 23rd september, it will be picked up. I called several times on 23rd and 24th. No one came to my house to pick it up. Then flipkart said tech visit will again happen on 28th. Then no one came... Again they confrmed that seller rejected the return. Then i called again to flipkart and they said since seller rejected this, flipkart has to take care fo the return. They placed several tickets for me but they are just telling now refund is not possible and only they can do replacement. What will i do with a replacement if the product is crap. If they cant do the refund they why it was approved at the first place and pick up date and refund was confirmed on 23rd september. Please look into this... Flipkart is just stealing our money with such nasty policy...

                            On big billion days i purchased iphone 7 by paying 18666 from egvs and around 19833 from sbi debit card but on next day my order got cancelled and flipkart gave me reason of cancellation that u r purchasing this phone for resell purpose... How crap okkk now we come to the main point on next day when i tried to open my account it shows login unsuccessful i contacted to customer care but they say reply on mail but whatever i writes they only sent me copy paste reply my question is only this how they takes someones hard earned money 18666rs is not a small amount... Its more than 15 days passed now and i m also fed up of copy paste reply i m also in touch of a consumer complaint firm and they suggested me to file a complaint in consumer court i m also thinking about this becoz 19000 is not a small amount which i forget

                              I purchased a mobile hand set from your online shopping site on cod. My id is[protected]. The hand set was non operative and it was registered for replacement on the day of delivery itself.
                              I was contacted after three days on phone by poona executive and he told me that by 06/10/2017 the set will be replaced but after a technical visite by an engineer.
                              Today i got a sms from jeevi that they are unable to contact me and after three tries they will not take up the technical visit and i was needed to speak them, i did so from the same number on which they are not getting connected to me. They are even unable to explain why they send such sms. They tried to fool me by not putting their executive on line. That's just harrassment.
                              It shows negligence and an unfaithful behaviour to your customer on your part.
                              The set needs to be replaced immediately and i am not in contract with jeevi or technical team. My contract is with flipkart. They violation in any form will be deemed as non adherence of contract and allowing me to go for legal remedy at suitable level.

                              The Flipkart executive contacted to me and informed that the set will not be replaced in any condition . He was asking for credit or debit card number and details of that to refund the amount which was denied by me. It seems that the person appointed there is not aware of basic banking rules. He seems to be basically mannerless person and went on to say that money will be laps by Flipkart and nothing will be refunded . It is for higher authorities to ask him to behave properly and make him to understand the consequences..

                                Horrible experience. I am awaiting my refund which as per your customer care has been completed. Amount has been refunded to my citi account but i cannot see it. Citi is asking for 16 digit arn number that flipkart customer care cannot provide. My order id # od[protected], return id #[protected], reference nos #[protected]...                                   Actually we have taken ifb microwave from flipkart in big billion days.
                                  Its has been delivered on 30th september. They had given date of 6th october but till time no one had came for installation and now got a message that installation had been cancelled. Without any information how can they cancel and till now we didnt even got a call from demo person. Is this way flipkart will behave with customers need immediate response.

                                    Am mejo johnson from kerala, thrissur. I have ordered a tempered glass for honor 8 lite. From the seller name ecartworld, order id : od[protected]. (https://www.flipkart.com/tempered-glass-guard-honor-8-lite/p/itmetq56ygyvyqg3?p... this is the product i have been ordered from the seller but the seller cheated me, after delivery i found that it was not that product, no curved edge and totally difference. Then i found that no return for this product, so the seller cheated me. So i request you to make an immediate action to this thing. This is the first time i was cheated by seller, am a flip kart buyer, so this is so ridicules to me. So take possible action as soon as possible.

                                      I literally dont like the "replacement policy" of flipkart.

                                      Is there anybody on earth who can get the quality of audio speaker by looking 2-3 pictures of it.

                                      I experienced the issue. I ordered a home audio speaker - altec lansing al-snd325f bluetooth home audio speaker (Black, 2.1 channel) - order# od[protected]
                                      I had previous impression on altec as i have already used a product of it in pat. So i opted for the same brand.

                                      I ordered a different model, however i didn't like the sound quality of the model at all. I have already spent 7k for it. I thought of replace it with a different brand /product.
                                      Agree to loose[protected] bucks but i dont want the product i received.

                                      However, due to flipkart's policy even if i return, i shall get the same product. So no point of returning it.

                                      I did the mistake - ordering a home audio speaker from flipkart - i would rather say flipkart should not sell audio products - if they are selling, then they should have return policy with different model/brand /product!

                                      Being a music lover, i shall consider this a loophole of flipkart!

                                        I ordered iphone 6 space grey on 29 sep 2017 and flipkart delivered me the karbonn k9 mobile handset on 2 oct 2017 and i have also raise the complaint they are saying that they will get back to me on 5th oct but no resolution and positive response provided by cs team till now.

                                        I had pay 26k and got the stuff of worth rs. 5000.

                                        My order's resolution still not given by fipkart. They cheat me again and again when i call to CS team they are not able to give resolution. And now i am going to launch FIR against flipkart and the owner's they cheated me...
                                        Still no resolution and not any positive response given by flipkart please help me out from this

                                        Thats what they have done with me.I ordered iphonr 6s durinf big billion days but they had sent me redmi note 4 in iphone box . I have been contacting them since 15 days.They are not doing anything to it.
