Uske bad flipkart customer care pe call kiya ur complen kiya ta customer care ne bole ki eak technician jaya ga ur check kar ke ayaga. Fer technician aaya tha ur check kar ke btaya microphone karap hai ur aap ka mobile replace ho jaya ga. Me return request dala tha lekin customer care ne aaj phone kar ke return request calcel kar diya ur bola service centre lejao. Mera order ka 10 days ka replacement policy ha. Aaj 6 days hao hai.

So I want refund my money but they are not giving .I totally dissatisfied with the flipkart.please solve my problem .if it will not solved then I will complain in police station. I will do FIR on flipkart.

      Hi.. I placed an order for bicycle on flipkart on 20th september. However its been 15 days but the product has not been delivered. The screenshot attached shows delivery date as 2nd oct.

      As i have to gift this bicycle to someone on 2nd oct flipkart was not able to deliver on time that is why i bought it from open market. As of now this product is not of my use. Flipkart is not agreed for cancellation of this product and refund.

      I discussed this with flipkart customer service to cancel the order if cannot deliver the order, but he said he cannot do it now.

      Why do you take the orders when they cannot be fulfilled. Either deliver the order on time or i will have to file a case in consumer court.

        I ordered the television during flipkart sale on 23rd september 2017, received it on 28th september 2017. And when the installation guy opened the seal packed box on 29th september he found that the screen is broken, he immediately took pictures and sent the report, he told me to send a replacement request, which i did on the spot, nest day on 30th september a technical visit was made and the technician said that the screen is indeed broker and he will send the report to flipkart to replace the tv. Ever since then i have been chasing flipkart customer care regarding the return but they are continuing to extend the response date, with no answer about the return.in turn they are making false statement saying the report has not been sent to them, and there is some error regarding the report. I have personally confirmed with both installation and technical person and both have confirmed that they had already sent the report. After more than a week of follow up and extremely unprofessional attitude by call centre guy, as the hang up the call or put the call on hold for almost half hour and not responding after that, i sense a foul play by flipkart. Also note that i have recorded all the calls from flipkart as well as from the technical and installation person to prove how flipkart is harassing me.

        I am attaching the number of the technician and the installation person as much to my surprise flipkart does not know who came to visit and always asks me to provide the number.

                I am deeply pained, annoyed and irritated by the delayed response and attitude of the flipkart team with reagrd to the recent purchase i made. I hv orderd whirlpool refrigerator through flipkart. The delivery date was 24-25 sep 2017, but till date i hv not received the delivery of fridge, however i hv registerd my complaint through flipkart customer care several times, but they are not able to provide me next due date. While i am asking for due date of delivery they are saying me to wait for 24-48 hrs, while i am waiting since last 12 days.

                Company has told over phone to cancel the order and place a fresh order. They also told that company will reimburse the balance amount. Accordingly I have canceled the order and placed new order, but the delivery date of new order has passed today & neither company has delivered the product nor they have reimburse the balance amount till date. I am very frustrated by behavior of company.

                    Dear sir, i ordered a lenovo k6 power mobile to flipklart on dt. 24/09/17 vide order no od[protected] by paid rs. 7199.00 through sbi atm card. & on dt. 25/09/17 i cancelled the order but till now i cannot received any refund amount from flipkart against this cancelled order. When i called to the customer care of flipkart they told me that your amount is transfered to your account on dt, 25/09/2017. When i check my account the the mount is not credited in my account. I also raise a complai to flipkart on dt. 30/09/17 no in[protected]. But till now my complain is not resolved. Today i go to bank & asked about the payment but they ask me the utr no. But the flipkart customer care denay to give the utr no. Which my amount is transfered. Kindly help us for return my money.

                        Its a bad experience with my first purchase product of lenovo k6 power smartphone order no. Od[protected], imei-[protected],

                        In between last 2-3month, i'm facing big problem/issue with my mobile, that it submitted in service centre for 4times beacuse of-
                        1. Ur system ui has stop
                        2. Poor battery service.
                        3. Screen got blank.
                        4. Poor sound quality.
                        5. Headset issue, at the time of listning of music as well as having calls.
                        6. Over hitting.
                        7. Camera quality.

                        And still it is not solved, i'm frasted with this #.

                        I'v lost my 4 days for all day sitting at service centre..

                        I don't want to use this device any more where i'v lost my all data for 4times software updates, and worry about the future failure.
                        I need a exchange for the same with urgent basis.

                            One of the item (Ifb 20 l convection microwave oven) of my placed order (Oder id# od[protected] has not even processed and delivered yet. Its pending from last 15 days and whenever i called customer care, every time they don't have any update and they are very unprofessional as well. They always kept me on hold to speak to their supervisor and then they disconnect my call forcefully.

                            I am really very-very disappointed with the services by flipkart.

                            Hi, i have ordered ifb 20 l convection microwave oven (Color: silver) on 21st sep'17 (Order# od[protected], but still its in "order placed" phase, its not even dispatched. Moreover till now delivery date of this order has been changed 3 times.

                            I am totally disapointed with the services and even called multiple times to customer care but they don't have any update about my order status, as they are saying its pending with backend team.

                              Flipkart — mobile phone is missing from box

                              Incidence in detail:

                              I purchased a lenovo k8 plus phone on flipkart (Order no. Order id: od[protected]
                              For 11999 rs. From seller jeeves consumer services private limited. He sent me only charger and usb cable and did not sent mobile phone handset inside the box, i filed the complaint on flipkart and created return request twice (Return req id[protected] and[protected]).in flipkart app it is showing return rejected. I called up on customer care and spoke with sameer who asked me to wait until 18th october 2017. Online companies like flipkart are actually looting customers for either sending refurbished products or missing items from the box. Please take necessary action and help me to get justice either by getting a replacement or refund.

                              Flipkart sent me another box pack product. Since I was not at home hence the product was received by my father. I asked my father to open the product in front of delivery executive to ensure that the handset is available inside and it was there along with accessories. Thanks to this forum and Flipkart for their help and understanding in this regards.

                              This is not actually acceptable at all. Today is 7th Oct and you want me to wait until 18th Oct. My Dad's existing phone got damaged hence I ordered new phone from flipkart.

                              11 days may not be a long period for you but it is for me.

                              Would request you to either initiate full refund or send another shipment as I can't wait that long for your internal investigation.

The ac i purchased had a serious gas leakage while installing and leaving it like that, no one turned up again, neither from micromax, nor flipkart, despite constant reminders n requests. I have spent all these hot summer nights without the product i paid for. Do u think i purchased it to use during winters?

                                  I have been heavily penalised for having trusted u guys. But i wont let others repeat my mistake. I am now going to make this issue viral over fb, twitter n whatsapp what horrible services you have become. Let the world know what they're gonna face when they show faith in you!

                                    I ordered a pair of headphones from flipkart... I paid for the headphone in advance when i received the delivery after opening the outer packaging there was a box inside once i opened the box and the box was empty i called flipkart and they assured that it will be delivered again after 2 days seller cancelled my order id - od[protected] i called them again why it is cancelled flipkart agent said that was cancelled by mistake he ordered again and this time he assured like sir it's a guarantee this time it will be delivered by 10th of october 2017...
                                    Today they cancelled it again and no response from flipkart now. Worst customer service ever.

                                      1. I had booked one hero frlic 12t single cycle on 23 sep 17 during big billion day offer, the expected date of shipping given by flipkart was 30 sep 17 and delivery was 04 oct 17.

                                      2. I requested customer care of flipkart to deliver me at the earliest because the requirement was urgent. They assure me they will deliver it before 30 sep 17. When the item was not received i called customer care and they told me it will be delivered before 04 oct 17.

                                      3. I was continue in touch with flipkart and they assured me the item will absolutely deliver before 04 oct 17. On 4th oct at 5.16 pm i received one message from flipkart that the item has been dispatched and will be delivered by 07 oct 17 and tracking id will be send you at the earliest.

                                      4. On 06 oct 17 i had called about the tracking details of item then i was surprised, they told me the item can not be delivered because it is not available.

                                      5. I tell him why they bluffed me when item was not available how i was able to book the same and why they didnt told me before.

                                      6. I want my item at the earliest and necessary action may be taken against flipkart on the same and if they are not able to deliver the item then why they had open this type of e marketting.

                                      7. Pls investigate at the earliest, the details are as follows:-

                                      Item name - hero frolic 12t single seater cycle
                                      Payment mode - cash on delivery
                                      Date of booking - 23 sep 17
                                      Expected date of shipping and delivery by flipkart - 30 sep and 04 oct 17.
