    Had ordered a dining table set from flipkart on 23rd sep and promised a delivery by 8th oct 2017. 1 week later the seller called that the stock is not available now for the choice of color i had made in the order. I contacted the customer support at this point to cancel the order as the online cancellation was not available.

    I was promised that they will work with the seller and ensure the product is delivered by 8th oct and i need not cancel the order at that time.

    On 8th of oct when i tracked the order online and still did not see any change on order status, i contacted flipkart to know why. At this point the flipkart associate said he would need 2 more days to see what went wrong and get back to me with updates. I declined the offer to wait any longer for the order to be processed and wanted to initiate cancellation of the order.

    The associate says i cannot cancel the order for this category once placed but also declined to ensure my order will be fulfilled. He was only concerned to close the call saying i have top be patient for 2 days until his team gets back on the escalation raised at this point.

    When i tried talking to their escalations team, they to denied the option of cancellation of the order.

    Now the wait is getting longer with no contact from flipkart after the promised timeline has lapsed to resolve the issue.

    I went public on the fraud by flipkart on social media to push them to act on this on priority but in vain and the only message i keep getting is "@flipkartsupport oct 9
    We'll be contacting you soon to address your concern. Request your patience."
    This is the same message through various mediums they have responded than resolving my issue.

    The only cancellation policy I see is given below:

    How do I cancel an order?

    You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

    In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

    Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

    In order to cancel an item in your order:

    Log into your Flipkart account and go to the 'My Orders' page
    Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
    In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
    Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
    Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

    Based on the above policy i am entitled for cancellation and if denied i will press charges for fraud.

        Hi concern,

        My faulty tv return approved by flipcart but replacement is pending from last 15 days.
        Flipcart technician opened a pack and observed that tv screen is damaged so he took snapshots of device and went.
        Post that there is no progress/update on product pick up from flipcart and new product shipment.

        Every time whenever i call to flipcart for status enquiry team is giving longer timelines for updates.

              Hi team,

              I am raising this concern because flipkart service is becoming worst day by day. Back to back i had 3 bad experience. First thing is product will get delivered in 7 to 8 days most of the time. 2nd thing is most of the time getting damaged or wrong products. Don't have time to explain history about past orders so let me share ongoing experience.

              I ordered sneaker on 2nd october. I got my order on 10th. Product is wrong. I have requested to exchange but now i will get new one on 19th oct as per the status. I ordered that on 2nd because i am leaving bangalore on 12th. Now 10 days simply gone i don't have my sneaker. I called support team, spoke to sachin. I requested him to check and get that product delivered by tomorrow morning if possible. For that his answer was like robot. There was no sympathy at all. He was bit irritating.

              If i will get correct product delivered by tomorrow it will be great. Hopping for the best but done with flipkart now.

                This is to inform you that 27-9-17 i have purchased hp laptop orders no. Od[protected]. At the time of purchasing flipkart has mentioned that the product will include windows 10 but after receipt of product the same is not available in laptop. I had word with flipkart customer care they have told me to visit hp center for updation, because i have not received product activation keys from hp or from flipkart to activate the windows 10. I have visited hp care center on[protected] they have informed me that they will not provide windows 10 inbuilt for the product which i have purchased from flipkart. They have told to speck with microsoft people to activate the windows 10. There is in build trial office provided by windows 10 the same is also not working.
                I just want to say i want window 10 inbuilt hp laptop from flipkart or refund of my payment.

                  I had placed the order on 25 september... Money paid already... Till now not yet delivered... No information... No news... Cannot even track the order... More than 15 days is too large a time for anything to be delivered in india even remotest area... Then for it to be delivered in major city...                     Dear sir/madam,

                    Greetings of the day!

                    I have purchased - furniturekraft metal wooden arm sofa with light
                    Brown mattress metal 3 + 1 + 1 black sofa set on 31st may 2017 and the package was delivered during july 2017 at my residence. During installation by their approved engineer (From jeeves) it was learnt that 6 legs out of 8 legs of both single seater sofa were not available in the package. I have complained to flipkart customer care and requested for providing the missing part or replace the sofa or return it with refund. On 12th july 2017. No action was taken by the flipkar for almost 1 month in spite of my weekly repeated emails on this. Neither they provided missing parts, neither they replaced or accepted the return. Then later in after 3 weeks they sent engineer at my home to inspect the package. After almost complaining for 2 continuous months they have accepted the return on 2nd aug 2014 and promised to refund the amount in 8 working days.

                    It is now more than 2 months since then but no refund is received. I have been writing complaints to them every week and they promised again and again for the refund will be done in next 8 business days. Everytime i write written complaint for refund, they will again promise to give 8 business days for refund. Now it is more than 2 months but their 8 business days never get completed.

                    Sir/madam, due to this there is so much of tension in my family. Everyday my wife fights with me for this as this non functional sofa set is occupying my entire living room. For pickup also they always say it will be done by next 3 days. They are saying this for the past 3 months since i started complaining way back from 12th july onwards. We are not even able to buy other sofa set because there is no space left to accomodate in my living room.

                    I and my family is so much frustrated due to this and there is grave tension that is building up at my home. Family members think that i am not making any efforts to return the sofa. I am writing to you anticipating you can escalate my problem to appropriate forum/authority for speedy resolution. I am giving the details of the item that i am talking about below:

                      I have ordered a vivo 7 plus mobile on recent big billion day sale under no cost emi for, they have told me that for debit card they will charge extra amount for interest and for credit card they will not charge any extra amount. So i choose credit card (Sbi bank) option to pay. After the product is delivered i got a message from flipkart saying that "flipkart inter has been converted to 12 emis at 14% reducing rate of interest". This is not fair i totally got frustrated on seeing such message from flipkart. And i have lodge the complaint in flipkart (In[protected] but still i have not get any resolution.
                      So, kindly consider my complaint and do the needful for me.

                        This is to inform you that i had ordered a bicycle hercules topgear 18 speed 26 t 18 speed road cycle from your trusted site on 23.09.2017 but still not received bicycle yet from you but its showing delivered on date 05.10.2017 at 07:51 pm so what is the reality behind this? I logged complaint twice in customer support of flipkart, firslty they given me date of 08.10.2017 and after this they given me another date of 11.10.2017. But still no action has been taken or most surprising they didt making me call related to this issue.
                        I think its my fault that i have paid online payment through my credit card because this kind of behavior was not accepted from trusted site.
                        Company intended to defraud me. If not then why company unable to tell me real position of product. If i didt received then to whom my product was delivered if not delivered then why they are not unable to give me correct information and why this much time is consumed?
                        If company not provide relevant information or my money back i'll surely loge f. I. R and sue to court on 12.10.2017
                        Take a relevant action against this concern as soon as possible because i wait a lot.

                                Hi team,
                                I received i faulty lenovo ip 320 laptop and i have also requested for the replacement.

                                The flipkart customer care team updated me that the technician will visit at my place on 5 oct 17 before 9:30 pm.

                                After the date passed, they convey a message again that the product will be delivered by 9 oct 17. But the worst thing is it never happened.

                                After date passed i received a message again that the technician will visit on 10 oct 17.

                                Date passed away again.

                                I will surely go to court as i am not able to understand why fake promises have been done?

                                Resolve my issue asap, as i suffered much with it. I can't handle it anymore.

                                  I ordered lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb) on 21 sept 2017 from flipkart and received product on 24th on next day i found some problem with mic then i called customer care and explain the issue and i request for replacement.

                                  But their is not any pickup provided and told to courier the product to this seller address no. 42/1 & 43, kacherakanahalli, hoskote taluk, bengaluru[protected] karnataka as they also asked flipkart will pay the charges
                                  Consignment number eh[protected]in

                                  I am yet waiting for the product every time when i call and want status they told me wait for 24 to 48 hours concern team will call you and your problem will resolved

                                  Although i called them every alternate day but get same response everytime

                                  I had purchase this phone on the brand name of flipkart not in the name of lenovo. I would purchase any other phone t from retail store but prefer flipkart to save my time and get best deal with quality but i got faulty product and when i required to return and pick phone from my home they told me to courier

                                  I have to take a one day leave to courier the product to seller and i dont purchase this to make n number of call to your customer care executive. Each and every time i have to explain the issue from beginning because every time my call was answered by new person and get same response as mention above

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that the subject order was out for delivery as the order was in exchange offer.

                                    But when the delivery guy came for the delivery he rejected saying that the mobile display has dot. I would like to inform you that my brother is using the phone and no such problem came and display is awesome and he has removed the tempered glass too.

                                    Request you to kindly notify ekart and arrange the delivery of the material.

                                    I regret to inform you that i am loosing hope with the company for these silly things. This is not the first time happening.

                                    I have also raised a previous complaint still no response for that for almost 3 days??

                                      I ordered samsung mobile on monday, payment mode was cod. Today the delivery boy came with the parcel, he refused to give me the parcel and asked for the cash first. This is not the first time i've ordered anything from online website. I kee on buying from amazon and other websites however this is the most bizarre experience i've faced with flip kart. He was so rude, snatched the parcel from me. I wasn't asking to open it, i was asking to give the parcel first but he didn't gave it to me and very ill manneredly asked me to give cash first. I need a response at the earliest for this kind of conduct by your delivery boy otherwise i've to reach out to the consumer court for this ill conduct with the customer.

                                        I had ordered acer aspire laptop on 6th oct 2017 11.47 p. M through phone pe gateway. And cancelled on same date due to some reasons after that flipkart promised me that i will get my refund amount on 10.10.2017, but today 11.10.17 i didn't get any amount till date. And several times i contacted flipkart & phone pe but any fixed date not given.
                                        So, please help to get refund the same amount.
