I purchased a 340l double door frost free refrigerator on 21st september on big billion days sale. It was supposed to be delivered on 23rd september. But, till now (2/10/17) there are no updates regarding refrigerator. I already paid for the refrigerator by debit card. I've ordered a leptop on 21st september and the promised delivery date is 1st october..
The product is shipped on 25th september which is expected shipping date
But the product stayed in their sorting office for 3 days in banglore and then transfered to chennai..
It took 3 days to transfer the product from banglore to chennai.
Now the product stayed in chennai sorting office for 28th october till the date i am...

Flipkart delivered a duplicate product (L'oreal paris professionnel liss unlimited masque conditioner) and not ready to replace or refund because of non-availability of the box in which the product is delivered although the refund request has been made the same day when the product got delivered. I have all other details like order id, order dates, invoice but they are not sufficient for them.

Wonder why flipkart let the seller...

During the big billion days offer on flipkart, i ordered a product namely mudshi tempered glass guard for honor 4x on 21st september 2017 and i recieved the product on 27th september 2017. The order id for the product is od[protected].

I am unhappy with the product quality and stability due to the below reasons;
1) poor display quality and resolution
2) freezes randomly
3) poor touch sensitivity

Reported the problem to flipkart the same day i received my order however they are not ready to refund money as credits to purchase another tab instead forcing me to get it replaced.

Always i received a message regarding out for delivery, but there is no calls by courier agent, also i have mentioned a home address but they don't deliver, now product is returned and not be reinstated by flipkart... Meine flipkart se 15 sept 2017 ko shoe order kiyea it cost around 4100.. Meine ussko 5 - 6 baar use kiyea. Uska pasting ukhar gyea. Ense baat kro to bolte hai company outlet pe jao. Waah jate hai to bolte hai aap ne online leyea hai kuch nahi ho skta humare side se.. They are always misleading to the client so need a urgent step for them.. Big lier. And fake company...
