I ordered a redmi note 4 (64gb + 4gb) from flipkart. When i
Opened the box, i found the handset missing in it, so i put flipkart back
On the request. When i opened the box, i had also made a video of it. After
That, i took 12 days to check for flipkart customer care. Later on, when i
Called, i was told that there is a confirmation from flipkart's cellar and
Courier service that the right product was delivered to me. But the product
That came to me, the handset was missing, so after that i called flipkart
At least 100 times. Every time i got a date on flipkart's behalf, i called
Customer care for 45 days. I tagged the video to @flipkartsupport on
Twitter. I did not get my problem solution from flipkart

    On 10/10/2017 Flipkart executives told me that my issue wld be sorted by 14/10/2017 but don't trust them Any more. For the past 20 days hearing the same thing. One HP technician visit was done on 26/9/2017 nw again they r sending a technician. Y r they wasting so much time in a simple replacement process. Till now have got 5 dates but problem is pending.

      Hi, this is shagun pawar i have mistakenly ordered for micromax led 32 inch order i'd - od[protected] and same i cancelled by 26th september and it is delivered on 30th september. After denying the recieving of the same they dropped the led on my address from 30 september to 10th october. Till now buddy came for pick up the led and yet not received the refund. I have done several request to your flipkart complaint centre still issue not resolved every time have called they said your earlier return request is cancel i have to do a new request it is very disappointed and bad service of flipkart

        I purchased lg 123cm (49 inch) full hd led smart tv from flipkart, with order id od[protected]. I asked for return with in stipulated time of 10 days and they have been delaying the technician visit. Kindly tell them to provide technician or replace the tv. Order came in on 21 sept and i raised return request on 28th and still no visit has been made.

          I have purchased a refrigrator below as exchange offer in bigbillion sell offer from flipkart.

          They cheated me by delivering a display used piece in a condition of torn factor packaging and re-labled bar codes and all. The exchange process is not happening since last 7 days and i am sufferring from it by multiple people visiting my home with the name of inspection. Now i got the info of my replacement is rejected without being any communication to me. This is ridiculous. I am now helpless as i have availed exchange offer and my old good working condition fridge is gone and i am not getting any replacement or return of the product.

              Hi team,

              30+ items... More than 0.1 million rupees of purchase... Over 365 days of belief...

              This is my relation with flipkart but recently you have made me to get upset with the declined quality of the service. Being a valued customer, i got the worst service ever.

              I have purchased a washing machine, mitashi 7.5 kg automatic top load. I have received the item and when was about to start i heard different sounds that made me fear. Astonished at that.

              I have made five (5) times, the complaint and there is no response from you guys. I don't want to continue with this, and made me to feel as if i was in non sense. Why haven't you people respond for my last 5calls. I gonna give one more chance now. I want to replace the senseless duplicate product with the new or make my payment back with all the tension i felt.

              I will be waiting for 48 normal hours, else i will be proceeding legal.

              However, i don't understand a thing, can't you people even respond or at least message back. I can't wait anymore.

                    Sir i bought lg 255 l frost free double door refrigerator from flipkart on 22nd september 2017 against order number od[protected] and expected date was given on 23 sept 2017 by flipkart and payment already done through credit card (The sum of rupees 18999) at the time of booking. But the item is not deliver to me up to till date (10 sept 2017) i contacted flipkart costumer care but sufficient answer not given to me and every time i contacted them they are extending the delivery time of the product (When ever i call to flipkart customer care they were telling with in 24 hours update your status but they were not send any update through call/sms/email every day i am calling they were telling like that only) doesnt know when will be the product delivered by flipkart so kindly take action against the concern company for cheating customers by showing any delivery date.

                      I ordered a few things by using the “flipkart pay later policy”
                      My pending bill was of rs 1700.
                      When i paid rs 1700, after a few minutes i got a message from my bank of two payments of the same amount to flipkart.

                      The payment resulted in double payment.
                      That means rs 1700 were charged two times.
                      Now i’m trying to contact flipkart and get back my money. But they are not responding and not returning my money. This is cyber crime!
                      I will never shop from this site again, they are cheating me!
                      It has been 5 days since this issue. I called up a staff of theirs named - bhanu, he said system is not working. And responded very rudely and fully disagreed to help me.

                      Then a backup team member named - “kamini chouhan” called me. Even she was very rude and she did not help me.

                      This is how they are cheating a poor person like me. I hardly spend money on these items, and when i spent they are cheating me.

                        Regarding the cancelation of mobile a guy name sachin jadav from flipcart tells no to replace the brand new mobile purchased on 30 september. When we purchased there was your policy of changing mobile. Under this policy you have to change mobile within 10 days and this sachin jadav called and he tells no to change mobile. He tells if we do case on flipcart then also he will not replace mobile now diwali festival is coming and he # tells us that his technician will come on 15 oct till that date we have to keep this # phone. What the hell is flipcart workers doing if they are living in india then they should know diwali is coming all goes out of town and sachin jadav tells that his technician will come in 15 oct to just see the condition what the #*k so we have to sit at home and wait till the technician come

                          Its really disgusting the way you treat the customers. Don't think that we are fools & just hanging around to loose our wallets unnecessarily. If you have mentioned an offer in which the customer could opt to buy the procedure of purchasing a certain product then that offer should really work. Like i wanted to buy redmi note 4 with bajaj finserv card then its ending up like "we a seing a surge in the number of shoppers".
                          On the other when i opted for cod my request got submitted & the order got placed in no time. This is absolute shame & disgrace that you think we would not mind. Really if any offer is not working properly then don't put that in the category.

                            I have ordered a refrigerator on 21st sep and received a damage product under pcb section. Requestd for replacement nd they delayed delivering the order on sep 28. This happened multiple times inspite of callimg them. It was supposed to replaced by sep 30, oct 4, 6 & oct 8. I hve requested for refund for which they say there is no refund policy. Now that they are not replaving my product and providing poor service what should i do. The worst service of flipkart taunting me. Parents are primitive in nature and they are cribbing me fpr results. Flipkart people are making me offended. Every call i hav done to them led to 30 to 40 mnts. Still no result.

                              I received message for 3 transaction done on my card and it was not done by me. Reversal for 2 has been received and it was by flipkart. Big brands making so much fraud to make money. I guess laws should be made strict and such fraudsters company should be closed. I am still waiting for 1 transaction for 11 thousand. Help me with one more reversal.

                                The subject order for moto e4 plus was delivered to me on 11/09/2017 and return request for the same was placed on 19/09/2017. The return request was placed as the mobile phone's display is defective (The display goes blank often and it is very irritating as i cant dial or take any calls).

                                In reply to my return request, customer service support arranged a technician visit to resolve the issue (The technician updated the software and told the display issue wont arise again) but in vain the problem still persist. On reporting the same, there was another technician visit and this time the technician simply listened on what the problem was and told that nothing can be done and he would update flipkart for replacement. I have not gained any help from the two technician visits and so far, i have not received any positive response from the customer service support. On my replacement request (Every time replacement request is cancelled without taking/considering the customers feedback about the technician help).

                                There are only a series of disappointing conversations with customer support executives.

                                I want my replacement, my request is pending for almost a month and each time my request is cancelled without resolving the issue. This very frustating to wait for a replacement while using a defective phone.

                                    My tv already deliver - 28 september - 2017 (Still installation not done - jeeves have no record regarding installation,

                                        I am from darbhanga bihar .i have purchase havells momenta 600 w juicer mixer grider, i received on 26 sep 17. i was open this product 8 octuber, all part available of mixer
                                        BUT KNEADER/GRIDER is not available in this pack
                                        i complained before 2 days but not any response from flipcart...
                                        this is a very big cheating with me
