30+ items... More than 0.1 million rupees of purchase... Over 365 days of belief...
This is my relation with flipkart but recently you have made me to get upset with the declined quality of the service. Being a valued customer, i got the worst service ever.
I have purchased a washing machine, mitashi 7.5 kg automatic top load. I have received the item and when was about to start i heard different sounds that made me fear. Astonished at that.
I have made five (5) times, the complaint and there is no response from you guys. I don't want to continue with this, and made me to feel as if i was in non sense. Why haven't you people respond for my last 5calls. I gonna give one more chance now. I want to replace the senseless duplicate product with the new or make my payment back with all the tension i felt.
I will be waiting for 48 normal hours, else i will be proceeding legal.
However, i don't understand a thing, can't you people even respond or at least message back. I can't wait anymore.
