Hello sir,
I ordered sony bravia led tv in flipkart site on 21st sept 2017 and they agree on to do installation on 26th sept 2017 during booking time. After delivered the product on 26th sept 2017 they update their site on 28th sept for installation. I waited for 28th, but installation not happened, i called the customer care and complained, then the customer service promised the installation will be happened by 30th september. On 30th september i called the guy, he responded, again we raise a complaint and the installtion on or before 03rd or 04th october. Then 04 th october morning only lady called and she told, the installation will be happened on 05 th october. On the same day 04th october, i got an sms from flipkart, the installation will be happened on 06th october.
I am really frustrated. I called so many times to the customer service, every time one new guy is taking the call and he is asking the story. I always tell the same above story from day 26th to till date, but no resolution. I ask that guy can you share the sony installation guy contact number, but he said, he cannot provide because he don't know. I ask that guy can you esculate this issue to senior manager or can you transfer this call to senior manager, so that i will talk to you manager about this issue, then immediately they put the call to hold for more than 15 mins, finally the call is disconnected.
I don't know how to approach this to solve this issue. I am wasting my 27000/rs. I ask the guy can you take return of this product, but he is not agreeing. The customer service guy always tell the two words

I wrote mail, every day I called those guy Morning and evening, they always tell the same response "Sorry sir, Again we raise a complaint, you get an update on your complaint in 24 hours", but as of now, I didn't get any response from Flipkart. Every day I called the customer care and every time a new representative is taking the call, he is asking the whole story from day 1 to till day, and finally he said "you get an update on your complaint in 24 hours".
Even I speak to Senior Manager, she is also tell the same sentence "you get an update on your complaint in 24 hours" but no update I heard from their side till now. Worst customer service given by flipkart.
God only knows whether flipkart is send a technical person for installation or not.
Thanks Flipkart, you are giving a wonderful shopping experience. Keep it up, Give this type of support to all customers.

Almost 36 days completed, no one is visited for installation. What a great service you provide!. You guys collect the money but you didn't give service? Irresponsible employees are working in flipkart They never mind customers. I request other customers, please before buy any product in Flipkart, think multiple times.
Only of the worst, no 1 fraud company in India is Flipkart.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have tried to contact the customer several times, as there was no response from the customer we had to close the complaint.
forgot my flipkart password after many forgot attempts I could not able to update my password as it is giving an error "unable to update password" please solve this issue
