I had purchased this set on 31 st august, 2017. The price of this set is ~10, 500 inr.
At the starting of this phone, this set is not so become hot. But after some times,
I. E. 10-15 days, this set became too much hot when it is charged by ac (Electricity) source. Not only by charging, it became also hotter when i am surfing the net or making a phone call. Please do the necessary step to solve my problem immediate.

    Hi this rediculous response from customer care and product like debris.
    Hilarious sound wrost than local head phoned.

    I have also requested to refund and return but there is no response and till i have not received my amount.

    I have very bad experience with flipkart and i suggest to my frends n colluge that please don't use this.

    I request to you please refund my amount and resolve my issue on priority.

      I received scratched and used vivo v5 phone in open box. I show to the delivery boy at the time of receiving. I didn't open the box myself. I placed replacement but it was automatic cancelled without reason then i placed refund. Your technical from jeeves came and open the box which he mentioned in his report. I got a mail of return approved and a message of pick up but pick up boy didn't come to address and cancelled my pick up without my concern. Now there are more than 10 days against the 10 days replacement policy. But i made it just after receiving so it was delayed from flipkart side.

        I have purchased a mi a1 phone on 21 sept. 2017... There was a battery issuein my phone. A technician visited and told me to go service centre. And suddenly my mobile is not making phone calls. I requested for the replacement/refund... Technician did not respond properly... Now my phone is not working properly. Plz replace my phone and respond within 24 hours... Otherwise i will complaint in consumer forum with all the proofs...

        We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, we have arranged for the Tech Visit and as per Tech Visit, no issue found. Informed customer to get in touch with the Service Center, customer stated that he have already visited there and they also could not give the resolution, (no issue found) Informed customer that if there is any proof from the Sc stating that the device is not working properly and they deny the service we will help you out. Closing the case stating he will have to get in touch with the ASC.

          I wish to complain about order no od[protected] for sansui 1.5 to inverter split ac that i ordered on 05th october 2017.

          I am complaining because one of your executive has given me incorrect information regarding the payment option, he just ask details of my location to be deliver and told me that swipe machine will be available at your area under cod option, but it was not due to which we need to suffer a lot as we were expecting the delivery on urgent basis.

          I had a talk with one of your another executive neha for my issue but she was not able to help me with this, it is really a very bad service expected from flipkart, as the whole world is digital now and that agent of your flipkart is asking me to pay the amount in cash which is 27000rs not a small amount, please rethink on this issue and take proper action on those executives and the delivery person who are just ruining your company.

          I have ordered many items from flipkart you can check my order list but this one was really disappointing.

          I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                I had ordered a mobile phone on 23 of sept and the delivery date estimated was 30th sept, but the product wasn’t delivered. I called the customer care the following day and inquired about the delivery myself as flipkart had failed to contact me from their end. He apologised for it and assured me that i would recive it by 6th oct. But to my surprise i suddenly recive a e-mail stating that the order has been cancelled. I was furious and called the customer care agin to which i was told after a prolonged call to wait until 6th oct. I haven’t received any response from them nor has the product arrived. I am deeply disturbed and furious for this kind of service and would request the co to deliver what they are promising.

                Flipkart provided absolutely no resolution to solve my issue, all I got was apology. This is the worst experience I have had with e-commerce company. Myself belonging to the IT industry will further have no orders placed for work or personal use. As well as recommended my peers and work to keep away from this kind of service. This is no way to provide any kind of service!

                    I had ordered an trouser from flip kart on 24/09/2017 which was delivered to me on 28/09/2017. I had ordered for 44 size and i got 31 size hence i raised the request on 28/09/2017 but still the same is not picked up for return, every now and then they say within 48 hrs it will be resolved but nothing is happening.
                    I raised the issue on 1st of oct 2017 same story was tols 5th oct i raised same story was told as wait for 48 hrs...
                    Now today i raised complaint they are telling me again to wait 48 hrs...

                    How many day will it take to pick the courier back for return

                        Flipkart delivered damaged mobile phone (Lenovo k8 plus). I made a return request on second day after delivery... Return request was addressed only after 10 days... Technician was not well equipped... He didn't resolve problem completely... When called for complain again they are not accepting the report.... Moraless people... No ethics in business..                           I ordered air-conditioning through flipkart and paid while ordering via debit card and it was showing that it will be delivered by 23 sep 17.
                          When it was't delivered on 24th it got resudeled to 28 sep 17. Then i got a call from flipkart to cancel this order or waite for 48 hours. When i called your customer care it got resudeled to 30 sep 17. Then i called your customer care it got resudeled to 4 oct17. Then i called your customer care it got resudeled to 9oct17.

                          Are really planning to deliver it or not please give a feed back other wise i will report to consumer court.

                          hey guys thanks i finally got my AC on Oct 13th 2017, ya correct it was in 2017. now comes the good part now i got ripped off by Jeeves AC installation services.I don't know this why i should pay Rs.2900/- for Jeeves when the manufacture is providing all the accessories even the AC coolant. their was no choice for me cause, i[censored]sed third party installer my warranty will void, this wasn't posted on the website while i am purchasing this dame AC but i was informed from Flipkat call center. "Well done"

                            I have ordered adidas shoes wid white color n now after seeing the irrelevant things regarding that shoes i've got a color issue and now i was trying to exchange that n that company totally denying to exchange n behaving very rudely n it's just been only 2 days n while exchanging that shoes they firstly blocked my account from the app and m calling them abt my problem they r just saying that the seller of that product is denying to exchanging...                                   Dear sir, i ordered a mobile redmi 4a to flipklart on dt. 24/09/17 vide order no od[protected] by paid rs. 6299.00 through sbi atm card. & on dt. 25/09/17 my order was cancelled by flipkart but till now i cannot received any refund amount from flipkart against this cancelled order. When i called to the customer care of flipkart they told me that your amount is transfered to your account on dt, 27/09/2017. When i check my account the the amount is not credited in my account. I also raise the complain to flipkart many times vide incident: in[protected]. I also confirm from my bank and bank's customer care but they said no refund request is there. Kindly help us for return my money.

                                    I ordered moto c plus smartphone and it's cover on 21 September 2017 and today is 07 October 2017, my item is not delivered to me yet while in the Flipkart app showing that they delivered me the items, and when i call them they always tell we will resolve your problem after 2-3 days and they are not resolving my problem and not returning my money

                                      Today i have received below sms from flipkart team, that my order has been cancelled.

                                      "cancelled: sorry, nova silky shine 1300... With order id od[protected] has been cancelled as it could not be delivered even after multiple attempts. Please check your email for more details."

                                      Would like to inform you that my mailing address is very accessible & past also many time have order goods through flipkart.

                                      Please note i want this product to be delivere on my place on time without any excuses, also share courier company details let me check with them how they not able to trace my address.

We request you to place new order for the same product and will do the price adjustment and provide the product in same price of Rs. 339. As discussed. Hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                        Myself prabhat. I have purchased red tape shoe from flipkart and did the payment of 1549 rs. Online on 1 oct2017 but after 7 days i. E. On 7 october they cancelled my order for unknown reasons. When i tried customer care for resolving the issue they were unable to fix it. They even not telling me the reason for cancellation and there response was not good. Talking to them was like talking to some illiterate person. This is very poor service from flipkart. Although they have assured me the refund. But there is no point in cancelling the order at the first place. Now they are telling me to again place the order and wait. This is an serious issue that has to be taken care of after all they are using our money for 9 to 10 days and after they cancel the order
