Flipkart has delivered defective phone during big billion day and now not replacing it stating technician has not found any problems in the phone. I have purchsed phone in sep-17 where as phone is manufactured in 2015. Even after number of complaints on call flipkart has rejected replacement of my mobile and cheated me by giving faulty device which was manufactured 2 years back.

      Dear sir

      I had order a mobile phone by order no. Od[protected] on 25th sep. 2017, i used it two days and feel problem network is coming or missing, then i think its sim problem i change it with new sim but the problem is steal same, then i change the network from jio to airtel, the same problem arise, while i m using two other phones with the both network, and there is no issue at all, then i logged a complain to replace it, and company person came to check it and je told me that its a issue of network not mobile, but he could not answered me why my other sets are working at same place then i ask him to take it any where where u think network is ok, but after that he refused it and went back and update the status of my complain its rejected, i m very fed up with all this this mobile i bought for my wife birthday to gift her, but atlast its all disturbed me and give a mental harassment. Its really a bad experience for me with flip kart, while i was shopping earlier also with flip kart.

      Now i request you please take back this product immediately to reduce my mentally harassment.

            Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

            Then i used forgot button and then received code.

            Entered the code successfully.
            After that it was asking please set a new password.

            Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

            That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

              I had ordered moto e4 plus. As per flipkart delivery person said my replacement phone was not upto there expectations. So he haven't delivery product to me. I have paid via credit card. Phone is returned on 7th sept 2017. But i haven't received my money 7499 yet. I have called many times but flipkart people are not responding properly. They are only keeping me waiting.                   In continuation to our previous conversation about your refund for order od[protected], we're sorry to let you know that there has been an unexpected delay in processing your refund.

                  This is what i've been getting from their customer care operators since one week but still have not received my refund yet. I returned the product the very next day after receiving it and chose phonepe wallet option since it promised one day cashback but it's already been one week and i haven't see my money being returned.

                  On top of this their customer service operators are rude, when asked to talk to their higher authorities i was put on hold for 20 minutes and same operator comes and says their senior is busy and cuts the phone call

                    I ordered puma carme mid idp mid ankle sneakers of rs. 1726 from the sale of flipkart on 20th september, 2017.
                    I got the red tape sandal (Chappal) instead of puma shoes. I immediately logged an complain on flipkart about the wrong delivery. They ensured me that i will get delivery by 27th september, 2017.
                    On 27th september, 2017 the wishmaster (Delivery boy) came and refuse to deliver the product and take red tape chappal back as i did not mention it on site that which product i got instead of what.
                    So i on the call logged an complain about the same with specific description, but then to wishmaster (Delivery boy) refuses to accept my replacement. I logged complain every other day. But they are doing the same.
                    They accepted their mistake but not taking action.

                    no efforts to contact me, as i can not see even a single mail or call.
                    this is completely non sense.
                    I updated my contact number but no sign of contact from flipkart.
                    Its 1 week past i complained but i haven't received any help from flipkart regarding my order.
                    During this week i came across same problem as before, flipkart didn't have any co-ordination over their team.
                    One guy say something and other says the other.
                    The problem with the wish-master remain the same and he suggested me to take strict action against flipkart as he understood the difficulty i was facing.
                    Then i asked for refund instead of replacement as it is already too late for the replacement.
                    The executive told me that it would take 48 hours to cancel the replacement request and initiate the refund request and i agreed to that to but again after 48 hours when i called he told me that refund has been initiated.
                    After hanging up the call, i waited for the message for confirmation but i didn't received it, so i called today, i.e. 12th October, 2017, and inquired about the refund, he told me that refund can't be initiated because of some technical issue.
                    I can't get this thing that why flipkart is always lying to me, someday they say something and the other day they say something else.
                    I am really frustrated calling daily to flipkart and repeat my whole story again and again.
                    I am really looking forward to logged an complain in consumer forum regarding mental harassment and fraud against flipkart.
                    If my refund will not be received within 24 hours then i will sue flipkart against the said charges in consumer forum

                      I had done shopping of more than 1lac during big billion which happened on 20-24 september 2017. Flipkart promised that confirmation email will be send on october 3 2017 but till date no confirmation mail has been send to me till date. I did shopping of more than 1 lac during big billion offer. This is clear case of cheating by flipkart. I called flipkart they said you are not eligible. I said to them that i did shopping of more than 1 lac.                         My order was yepme men's printed casual blue, white shirt size 44, but this was never delivered. Instead i received a product yepme with sku id ypmshrt1230 which is a blue checked shirt and that too with size 38. The invoice for the same still has ypmshrt1083_44

                        Yes i missed the 30 days coz i was out of country and the item was received by my mom, but how on earth you could ship a item which does not even match the sku on the invoice. I never had this experience ever with any other online shopping. This clearly shows that there is no check what so ever with this online shopping website. I will surely avoid any further purchase

                        The case cant be closed as there was no interaction with me on the issue? Why is Flipkart making a wrong statement. If you guys cant solve the issue say that openly.

                        I need my shirt to be replaced with the one that I ordered. This is ridiculous. NO CALLS MADE, NO EMAILS SENT and FLIPKART MAKING A FALSE CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE INFORMED.

                          Then my brother call me and tell that the product is duplicate, its not divinecrafts its any other brand and pickup boy not take it back. Then i am trying to call customer care of flipkart but they are not giving me positive reply

                            Hello sir,

                            I ordered sony bravia led tv in flipkart site on 21st sept 2017 and they agree on to do installation on 26th sept 2017 during booking time. After delivered the product on 26th sept 2017 they update their site on 28th sept for installation. I waited for 28th, but installation not happened, i called the customer care and complained, then the customer service promised the installation will be happened by 30th september. On 30th september i called the guy, he responded, again we raise a complaint and the installtion on or before 03rd or 04th october. Then 04 th october morning only lady called and she told, the installation will be happened on 05 th october. On the same day 04th october, i got an sms from flipkart, the installation will be happened on 06th october.

                            I am really frustrated. I called so many times to the customer service, every time one new guy is taking the call and he is asking the story. I always tell the same above story from day 26th to till date, but no resolution. I ask that guy can you share the sony installation guy contact number, but he said, he cannot provide because he don't know. I ask that guy can you esculate this issue to senior manager or can you transfer this call to senior manager, so that i will talk to you manager about this issue, then immediately they put the call to hold for more than 15 mins, finally the call is disconnected.

                            I don't know how to approach this to solve this issue. I am wasting my 27000/rs. I ask the guy can you take return of this product, but he is not agreeing. The customer service guy always tell the two words

                            I wrote mail, every day I called those guy Morning and evening, they always tell the same response "Sorry sir, Again we raise a complaint, you get an update on your complaint in 24 hours", but as of now, I didn't get any response from Flipkart. Every day I called the customer care and every time a new representative is taking the call, he is asking the whole story from day 1 to till day, and finally he said "you get an update on your complaint in 24 hours".

                            Even I speak to Senior Manager, she is also tell the same sentence "you get an update on your complaint in 24 hours" but no update I heard from their side till now. Worst customer service given by flipkart.

                            God only knows whether flipkart is send a technical person for installation or not.

                            Almost 36 days completed, no one is visited for installation. What a great service you provide!. You guys collect the money but you didn't give service? Irresponsible employees are working in flipkart They never mind customers. I request other customers, please before buy any product in Flipkart, think multiple times.

                            Only of the worst, no 1 fraud company in India is Flipkart.

                              Hi,
                              I had purchased a phone from flipkart and delivered on 24/9/2017.
                              The phone purchased was of asus.
                              I experienced difficulty and inconvenience in using the phone, so had launched a compaint with flipkart on 26/09/2017.
                              So after a technical guy from flipkart confirmed that the product i received is faulty on 30/09/2017. So, the complaint has been forwarded for replacement for the same on the same day to customer care but it's been 10 days & i have not received my product or any feedback from flipkart.

                              Customer care is never been denied for replacement nor they had replaced my product neither they have refund the money for default product.

                              Now it is becoming torture for me to followup with our great india's best selling online website i. E. Flipkart.

                              Hope best selling website in india won't take so much time to handle the complaint.

                              Now i m looking for refund of my product with the compensation as now it is very difficult to contact flipkart customer care email id too. As they don't have customer care email id too.

                                I ordered a refrigerator on 24th sept 2017. The product was expected to be delivered on 28th sep. To my disbelief, on 28th sept, they updated the delivery status as "delivered". But the product was never delivered on my address. When i called the customer care, they made stories and excuses rather than promising delivery. Flipkart is untrustworthy.

                                      Just when i wanted to buy the Alcatel A3 10 tablet on Diwali offer as i missed that on Big billion day sale, i see that there is no offer at all on the product.

                                      I have waited for so long just so that i could get something on Diwali offers but whats the use of offers, i really need to buy that and there is no other source for me to buy that.
