My footwears has not been delivered and a ekart executive miss call me and disturbs me too and didnt delievered my footwears from past 2 weeks a, he constantly drops msg that we can not reach your destination...

I have ordered for htc e9+ od[protected] and received just earphones and charger in it. When i call customercare they don't seem to care about it and i don't know where and how to escalate this as i have lost 20k and noone from flipkart care!!!

If someone can please resolve it or show me a way to get my issue resolved i would be more than thankfull...

Moto e4 plus was delivered to me as per my order on 23rd sep 2017 as i bought it on big billion day.. After just two days o[censored]se the product started having call quality issue and network problem. I requested a replacement of the product on 25th of september 2017 and they provided a technician visit for the phone.. However my issue was not resolved and flipkart rejected the replacement.
