I had ordered moto e gold from flipkart but product is not good lots of problem in this mobile like hanging, heating and camara quality is not good so i raised return request but flipkart denied to refund my money and flipkart also denied for replacement so i called customer care but customer care executive not resolved my problem she out me on old for more then 10 min and after long hold she told me that first one technician will visit in my home after one week then he will resolve my problem but my concern is that how technician will improve camara quality but executive don't want to listen anything she denied to for refund and replacement. I got this phone on 3 oct 2017 today is 9 oct already 6 days gone so pls help me i don't want to keep this mobile, i want my money back

    Hi,

    I have placed a order on 20 september for a 32 inch micromax tv, order no. Od[protected]. I paid the whole amount in advance. They promised me it will delivered by 24th, on 24 i received a mail as well a msg that my product is on the nearest hub. A day past, we didn't receive any update so i called customer care they said kindly wait for 2 more days the product will be delivered. I waited for 2 more days still no response from flipkart.

    I called them more than 8 times they always say within 1-2 working day it will be delivered but it didn't happen. I finally talked to one of the senior executive he assured me that on 9th the product will be delivered. Today i received a call saying that "we are not able to locate your product please cancel it". If flipkart wanted cancel the order they should have done way back so that i wouldn't have missed diwali sale.

    Its almost 20 days, i didn't know that flipkart, one of the reputed company can do something like this with his regular customer. I have too much faith in flipkart please don't let me regret my decision.

    Please have a look at this and try to resolve this asap.

      I purchased a flipkart smart buy selfie stick from the website. But its not working with my mobile and i am not at all happy with the product, its very cheep plastic used in that. Also the stick is wobbling when we place our mobile phone. Totally the product is a waste. I contacted flipkart and they are telling that only replacement is available. Since its a flipkart smartbuy product they must provide a refund. But this was a trap. They are selling cheep chineese product for higher price.

        I bought it along with many other items on bbd sale. All the items have been delivered except this one and the status of the order is marked as delivered. Don't know where my product is and it was a prepaid order as well. Have called up flipkart n number of times but they are too busy to be concerned about. Seems like they working with nasa. If they are unable to deliver then atleast initiate a refund for my order. Worse service this time, should have gone for purchase from amazon. I would take legal action if my complaint is unheard in next couple of days.

            I have ordered redimi note 4 mobile on 21september at rs 9899. Order shipped at 23/09 and dispatched to guwahati. Order was misrouted by ekart logistic courier (Tracking id-fmpc[protected] to nagaon city instead of guwahati city. Hence the seller has cancelled my order and refunded at 28/09. But from nagaon city it can be easily routed to guwahati city. Main problem is that when i ordered it was big billion offer day and when they cancelled the order there was no offer. Now i require another 3100 rupees to give fresh order. That is why i demand same offer or refund of extra price rs 3100. Recent price is rs 12999.

            I have ordered the same product on 15th Oct and its been 24 hours they still didn't pack and ship but Flipkart is saying you'll get your product by 17th Oct. How is that possible. The seller is same as yours. I didn't do any research about the seller before buying, & this is a mistake :(
            after a long wait, finally my product is not in 'packed' status. Hoping it should deliver by 17th Oct.
            I also order same product REDMI NOTE 4 on 17/10 ...when i got that phone at 9899...first my order received at junagadh...100 km far from my city...now on application...it is showing in amreli...nearly 200 km from here...what is happening????and no change in status since last 2 days...

              Flipkart offered for refund but they didn't done yet. When i contacted flipkart they are prolonging time day by day please resolve the issue with refund
              Today your delivery boy came to my house for delivery a mobile phone. But the box tape sil cutting previously. I told the delivery boy, first I open the box, then pay the money. But they denyed and back the goods without delivery. The mobile is very much urgent for me.

                I placed my order for the book on september 15, 2017, following up everyday with flipkart over phone and email to ensure that the product reaches me on time. After almost 4 weeks of empty pacification by flipkart i see on the promised date of delivery, october 9, my order has been cancelled by the seller. I have made over 20 calls to flipkart to urge them to request the seller to ship the product, and over 6 emails. None of them have been of any use. More than anything, i am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed by the attitude of flipkart towards the entire issue, which is essentially, "yes, the seller cancelled it after one month. So?"
                The phone calls and regular follow ups were being made for that very purpose. That this order, which was extremely, extremely important for me to reach on time, does not fail to do so. If instead of offering empty words of placation they'd actually contacted the seller when they'd not shipped the product after three weeks, as i'd requested, then i wouldn't be in the mess that i am today.

                  I received my product on 24th september 2017 but wasn't updated. I called up customer care. Then they updated it and said installation will be done by 29th, today is 9th still it isn't installed but in my orders it's showing on 29th it's installed. I. Don't know why inspite of calling so many times things are not done. Please don't break my trust on you because whenever i call they ask for 24 to 48 hours time but things will not be solved.

                    I ordered 8rapter wireless cameras but received 8empty shells of cameras, an empty tvr box and 8inappropriate chargers of different makes. The entire set is unusable, old, dirty and broken. Please help me to get my money back (40064inr) as soon as pissible. Inspite of repeated complaints to flipkart i have not received any cooperation from the company. Pick up of the product was scheduled 4times in september 2017 but due to reasons unintelligible to me every time it was cancelled. I am feeling helpless and dissapointed at the loss of my 40, 064 rupees.

                      I have placed an order for american bag pack order reated - od[protected] on 22nd october 207 which was supposed to be delivered on 27th october, but till date it is not delivered. When raised the complaint to flipkart customer care thrice, i am being told that the product has been delivered.

                          I would like to put my complain that i have placed an order (No. Od[protected] of centuary mattresses jyothi 5 inch king coir mattress on sat, sep 23rd '17 2:06 pm & delivery was scheduled by me on 07 oct, 2017. However i have not yet received my product & my whole day wasted.
                          Therefore please cancel the order & refund money on priority against my order no. Od[protected] other i will take legal action. Just because of bad services from next time i never ever going to buy anything from flipkart.

                            I ordered a few things by using the “flipkart pay later policy”
                            My pending bill was of rs 1700.
                            When i paid rs 1700, after a few minutes i got a message from my bank of two payments of the same amount to flipkart.

                            The payment resulted in double payment.
                            That means rs 1700 were charged two times.
                            Now i’m trying to contact flipkart and get back my money. But they are not responding and not returning my money. This is cyber crime!
                            I will never shop from this site again, they are cheating me!

                              Yes its 100% true, everytime flipkart care say wait 24hours 48 hours we call you back with any resolution but they don't give any resolution even they do not call back. i m also facing this problem from more than 20 days. this is really worst experience sir plz improve your service, our 100% trust on flipkart so plz don't do that and help customers like customers not like you doing favors on them.

                                Hi sir,
                                Flipkart order id od[protected]
                                I had ordered a windows 10 operating system (Oem) from flipkart on 23 sep 2017 for rs. 3064. I received it on 3rd oct.
                                When i tried installing, it was not able to do it in uefi mode, but later on, could resolve it. When tried activating windows, i t showed that product key is not acceptable. When i contacted customer care, they made me believe that i should wait for their resolution. I followed up when they didnt keep promise and they repeated they would do on next day. I. E on 8th oct 2017, they messaged my refund is initiated. I invested my time and money for a windows product, they refunds it just because they cant ensure genuiness of product. I suspect lot people cheated in the big billion day name. Many fake products.

                                I need the product and service for which i have invested time and money, not the refund.

                                Flipkart social media executive had called me and provided seller's contact no and email id. I personally contacted the seller. He had agreed to send me the activation key. I provided my email id and again followed up by phone. He confirmed again, he will send by email. However, promise was not met. When I called again, he is not picking up. Effectively, my issue remain unresolved.

                                  I did a paid order for vu 124cm (49 inch) full hd led tv (50d6535),
                                  Order id : od[protected], was expected on 27th sept 17. I got notification that it got delayed for 2 days. Since that day i am only getting new dates.

                                  1) *27 sept 2017* (Committed date)
                                  2) pushed to *29 sept 2017*
                                  3) pushed again to* 30 sept 2017*
                                  4) next date received *3rd oct 2017*
                                  5) again revised it to *5th oct 2017*
                                  6) new mail stating its delayed to* 6th oct 2017*
                                  7) *7th oct* : status is :
                                  "*delay in delivery - vu 124cm (50 inch) full hd led tv.*
                                  *we are sorry for the delay in delivery. Please bear with us while we are
                                  Trying to deliver your order at the earliest. Contact us
                                  "*
                                  8) *8 oct' 2017* status is still same!!!

                                  I tried to call cc many time but no one tried to resolve it!
                                  Some asked me to be on hold on call and after few minuets disconnected the call. Few replied the same "apologies, we are trying our best etc"

                                  I have tried sending mails, i am only getting automated replies, stating issue will resolve in 24 hours.

                                  Its been 12 days now, i dint receive my product. There is no tracking available on flipkart! Flipkart itself dont know where the product actully is is!!! Pathetic isn't it?

                                  This product was a gift for my parents specially on the occasion of dussera
                                  ! I am very sad and disappointed and sad that it couldn't happen.

                                    I had placed an order on flipkart for two lenovo k8 plus. On the offer day of 21st-24th of september with a discount and i had put my two old lenovo k4 note for exchange. I used the flipkart app from my lenovo k4 notes to place the order and the app auto-detected my phones (Old lenovo k4) imei, hardware and gave me an exchange discount price for the new phone (Lenovo k8 plus) i was happy and i placed an order. But when the delivery person came to deliver the product and take my old phone (Lenovo k4), he said that the imei is not matching. I explained that i've used the flipkart app to exchange this and it auto-detected everything, he asked me to call customer care and resolve the issue. He didn't deliver my phone on that day. I called the flipkart customer care multiple times and no agent helped me, the always placed me on hold and disconnected my calls when i asked for a manager. Everytime i called back i had to explain everything all over again, which is pretty frustrating. I got hold of a manager finally and i explained the issue to him, again. After i made a resonable argument he was ready to help me. And agreed that it wasn't my fault and it was a technical error and that he will correct it. I gave him the imei numbers and he corrected it. I asked him multiple times that if both my orders will get delivered and not cancelled and he promised me it will get delivered and not cancelled (This was on 3rd). The next day only one of my phone got delivered and there was no imei problem, so i thought he had resolved my issue but later i received a message that my other phone has been canceled and been processed for refund. I called the customer care multiple times again about this and they did the same thing again (Placing me on hold and then disconnecting). And i've been talking to many managers and the only thing they tell me is to re-order because there's nothing they can do as it has been processed for refund (When i was promised by one of their manager that it won't be canceled, because the imei mismatch was not my fault) when i explained it to them that it wasn't my fault and that this is unfair they took down my complaint and again promised my that it will be resolved and someone from the right department will call me with a resolution. I was waiting for the solution and someone did give me a call next day and told me that nothing can be done in a rude fashion. When i told them the problem, he kept on telling me the same in a rude way. I even asked him if there's someone i can talk to other than him regarding thithis as he was ruse and he said there's no one that can help me. I got frustrated as this was suppose be a resolution call for my problem and i told him i'll take this to the consumer court. He told me i can do whatever i want in a rude sarcastic tone. I wasn't happy about this, so i even asked him if he was making fun. This is not customer satisfaction, it's customer harassment. Right after i called the customer service again, spoke to a manager again and they said they will re-raise the complaint with stronger words this time and that someone will get back to me before 24-48 hours. Its been more that three days now, i haven't got a call from anyone. So i called customer service today again. I explained this again to an agent and they say that the matter is been resolved so i asked for a manager, agent placed me on hold and he transferred me to his senior and he again told me that it's been resolved, i told him that i've been waiting for a call. He said that there is no such request here. I got frustrated and asked for a manager to resolve my issue. He put me on hold and disconnected my call. Again. And then mentioned the note as "customer not aware of cancelation, now resolved." (I checked this on flipkart app under 'recent issue raised with us' so i left a note on that note sayin that it is not resolved. Now i can see that they have deleted the note completely, i am so frustrated by all this and decided to write this big note today for justice) please help me. It's not about money now. Its about disrespect that customers receive even when it's not their fault. Thank you. : (

                                      My refrigerator was delivered on 27th sept which turned out to be defective and i immediately raised a replacement request, it's been more than 10 days now, i haven't received my replaced refrigerator.
                                      I am without any refrigerator since 10 days as you took my old refrigerator in exchange. Pathetic service by flipkart. Kindly get my replacement done or refund my money asap

                                        Hi - my order at flipkart has been pending since a long time. They have a very poor operations and no action is being taken on my complaint as well.
                                        I am extremely unhappy with flipkart service. The dining table wood blocks have been delivered after 2 weeks of delay but the installation is not being done. I am not sure how to escalate this and the customer care people jus keep assuring that someone will call me back. I just don't want this similar experience to happen with anyone else. Please avoid buying any flipkart products
