I had ordered a lenovo phone on the big billion sale. Flipkart has canceled the order by their own and not returned the money. I also have a recording where they mentioned that it was a cancelation done from their end. They are just putting blame on seller or logistic person. They are also not giving importance to my phone calls and complaints.
I want my product at the price i ordered.

    I have been shopping from flipkart from past two years. But now they have blocked my account saying i have returned products in more number of times.
    If we are getting different item than mentioned or if they are accepting returns. Then why will we keep unwanted things as investment but just idle to use.
    I loved flipkart but the way they are behaving is disgusting.
    We invest money as well as trust. Then why they are so rude and not clear with me.
    I want my account activated as soon as possible.
    Flipkart has a goodwill. But please maintain it in actions.

      1. Refer to my complaint dated 29 sep 17
      2. Regret to intimate that inspite of matter being reported to flipkart directly on 15 sep 17 and through emails from 16-20 sep 17 and through you, nothing is heard from flipkart which is a matter of serious concern.
      3.in addition separate complants to cuff parade police station on 15 & 16 sep 17 and to sbi gateway of india branch on 16 sep 17 have also been made but nothing is heard from them also which is causing worry.
      4. Not withstandng the above it is requested that all out efforts be made to apprehand the culprit since delivery address must have been mentioned while placing the online orders by using me ibrahim hussain's atm card deatails and amount deaducted by flipkart be refunded to abovementioned account

        Courier service provider expected a prolonged delay in delivering your order
        So I want to know that why r u taken my order and delivery date and time appointment.
        On delivery date you r conform my address and time on phone. 2 to 3 your service provider contacting me on that day.
        I spent my hole day time for waiting to completing my order but you r fail to deliver my order .

          Firstly, the delivery is delayed by more than a week due to the error made by their shipper. On top of it, their delivery boy refuses to enter the building (As mentioned in the address) and instead calls me up and expects me to come down near to some temple so that he is not "inconvenienced" to walk a few footsteps. Extremely frustrating. Pathetic service

            My order id: od[protected] for ipad 32gb was cancelled without my permission. Flipkart guaranteed me to deliver the product by 5th october.

            I want to sue the company flipkart for making false promises and guaranteeing me that my product will be delivered by 5th of october 2017. However, there were no messages from flipkart about the cancellation of my product, every time when i called the customer care executive they told me to kindly wait and the product will be delivered to you, have some patience. The product was supposed to be delivered to me on 27th of september because of some miscommunication that product wasn't delivered to me but i contacted the flipkart customer care i inform them about the problem and they told me that i need to kindly wait they are raising the request they are transferring it to the senior department and someone will definitely get back to me and the earliest i called flipkart everyday after that for 5 days which thing one or two hours of my time everyday making sure that i am doing the right thing from my end but very recently i just got a message from flipkart pe cancelling my order without even my permission and when i called the customer care executive for the very last time they told me they have nothing in their hands and they cannot do anything about it they give me a car and of attitude which was unacceptable day in other words were very arrogant with their tone and it was very disturbing to me. Since i got this product on flipkart big million day with a discount of 6000 rupees i cannot reorder the product as it's available to me now for 25000 instead of 19000 rupees i have been contacting flipkart and they have been acting very rude with me replying to none of my queries.

            I am also attaching a proof of flipkart fooling me and mistreating me.

              I have received a fully damage/ broken screen led of panasonic 43 inch.

              History as below.

              1) ordered on bbd
              2) order not delivered on time
              3) fake status update with "unsuccessful delivery attempt".
              4) delivery person not picked up the call
              5) got delivery
              6) installation process delayed
              7) installation person come and open the box
              8) seen fully damaged product and repack in box
              9) claimed return
              10) technician visit assigned
              11) technician come and seen the product. Verbal comments: "if you have purchased form any dealer we will immediately replace but as its from flipkart, you need to follow up with flipkart only"
              12) talked to flipkart customer care and submit all details
              13) answer received: "we are waiting for technicians feedback. Till then we do nothing"

              Expecting a prompt action and response.

                I'm mohammad mojassam my mobile number is [protected], for two or more years i am with flipkart my experience was very well with you. But today i am very sad due to your service. Before sometime i ordered a product which was bedsheet for 384 rupees, everything was perfect till delivery. But due to some reason i could not took my parcel and delivery boy was returned, and after that on 3rd october 2017 i went to office to receive my parcel but they said to me i can't give you this parcel right now. Because it is locked by executive, first you have to call cutomer care, and tell him to unlock this parcel. On that time i called an executive it was 4:15 pm (03/10/2017) i think he was frustrated and did a very bad conversation with me. Even that time i was in problem too... Please investigate that call, i want information about that executive for fir.

                  I have bought samsung washing machine under the 10 days replacement policy in the big billion days, but they delivered me whirlpool washing machine.

                  The product price after discount was 13499 but since there was card offer i paid 12149.

                  Now the same product is available at 14, 499.

                  Since i have under 10 days replacement policy, i want them to replace the same because it is their mistake of misdelivery, but now they are not replacing it.

                  I want either to replace or refund me the current price i.e. 14499.

                      I have ordered a samsung tv on recent big billion day (21st sep 2017) sale under no cost emi for 3 months due, they have told me that for debit card they will charge extra amount for interest and for credit card they will not charge any extra amount. So i choose credit card (Sbi bank) option to pay. After the product is delivered i got a message from flipkart saying that "flipkart inter has been converted to 3 emis at 14% reducing rate of interest". This is not fair i totally got frustrated on seeing such message from flipkart. So, kindly consider my concer and do a needful for me.

                              We would like to inform you that your request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
                              This Product sold by ANMOLARTNFRAMES on flipcart is marked more than the listed MRP of the product. The product costs for 550 rs and is being sold for 575rs. I fail to understand why anyone didnt review this. This reduces confidence and trust for me as a buyer. Very disappointed!

                                I have purchased bosch 290l frost free double door fridge at a discounted price during their mega sale. The payment was made and i was delivery date was given. The product was not delivered at its prescribed time and i was kept updated when it will be delivered. On 3rd october i received a message that order is canceled and i immediately called flipkart customer care and they told me that they cannot do anything and seller can cancel the order.
                                I told them that i spent almost 10 days waiting for the product and they keep me updating the arrival date and suddenly they can cancel the order. Customer care person told me he cannot do anything in this regards and his team will take action. I bought the product in emi and spend lots of time in selecting the product, placing an order and waiting for the arrival. I really feel cheated.

                                  I had ordered hp 4675 printer on 21st september with exchange and bajaj finserv emi option. On 24th got a sms that product was out for delivery. I didn't receive the product on that day and raised a complaint on this. Then rescheduled with next day and complaint was open with maximum date of 28th. I was waited till 29th but the product was not got delivered and got a sms that product was cancelled by the seller. I got a call on october 2 from the flipkart and they informed that product got cancelled by the seller as the contact number was not reachable. My question here is how come seller cancel the order with the reason of mobile not reachable that too even after 5 days of out for delivery. Many time i had raised complaint between 24th to 29th september.

                                  Please check on this and do the needful.

                                    My name is sumit ohal, i purchased online item from flipkart, i paid them cash on delivery. When i check the item it was very thin & size was small. So on same day i gave request for return& refund. I got msg from flipkart that my return item will be picked up on 28/09/2017 but it not pick up for them so i called in customer service so he said me that he has taken the return as well as refund request for item so it, 'll pick up on
                                    4/10/2017. I got escalated complaint msg from flipkart on same day but when, i called in flipkart customer care on 4/10/2017. Now they are saying that because technical issues my refund & return request has been cancelled & now they are saying that this item is not in refund policy u, 'll get exchange but not refund.

                                    How can flipkart mark my complaint as resolved my order is still at me.. No refund, no exchange, no size replacement nothing. Only I got call from your side and said me that my product, 'll be replace with size increases. But no response from there side.. Such bad experience from flipkart ...

                                      Flipkart has cancelled my 14 items in below orders which were pre-paid. No body even asked me or informed me. Most of these items were available and under shipment by vendors.

                                      Surprisingly, all these items were cancelled at 4.12 am on 29th sep 17 and it was mentioned that "i cancelled all these orders"

                                      When i called customer care they told me i did it and if i need these product i will need to order again. Omg. I spend so much time to search and order and these people put me in such a mess. It is a trauma.

                                        I am not satisfied with the moto c plus phone which was delivered by flipcart on 3.10.17 for some reasons - (1) the handset was not in a short plastic packet, which is unusual. As every handset is covered with a plastic packet inside the box. (2) the seal on the screw is leveled as the letter ‘s’. It should be ‘m’ as it is moto handset. (3) the back cover looks is rough and like an ordinary cover, where other moto c plus backcovers are silky. (4) the handset looks like an old repaired set where other moto c plus sets are shining. (5) the screen guard which is on the screen given by company is not well stucked. Some air bubbles and dust show its ugliness. For these reasons i request u to investigate the matter and give me a new same handset exchanging this. I am also going to lodge a complaint against this. My order id is – od[protected]
