I have ordered woodness engineered wood almirah order id : od[protected] dated 24 sep. 2017
This is the worst ever experience i have faced with flipkart.
Product was scheduled to be delivered on 4 oct which was shipped on 26 sep 2017.
From the 4th october to 9th october, i am asking about the product shipment details or refund process from flipkart customer care executives from junior level to floor area manager level (I will name few - mr. Pushpendra, sr. Executive officer; mr. Shubhendu shekhar jana, floor manager; ms. Mansi, sr. Executive. Mr. David, floor manager etc.). What i have observed is flipkart customer care executives don't have any powers to resolve my problem, they are just saying that they understand my problem, nothing else. Neither they are able to give information for my product delivery details because of large category type product nor initiate refund for the same. They are toothless set up made for customers.
Further, flipkart complaint management system is also poorest, which can't resolve the grievances within stipulated time.
Moreover, the flipkart system to disallow customer to cancel their order during shipment is also draconian while your peers like amazon and paytm are allowing the same. Who is accountable for this delay in my order delivery? This is the question, no one from flipkart side answered. Flipkart have taken my money on 24 sep 2017, now i want my money and they are not refunding. Flipkart cannot play this game according to their wish keeping my money as well as product with them.
Shame on flipkart team.
