This is pathetic service by flipkart. My recent order id on which i faced this repetative problem is od[protected]. At the time of purchase of product flipkart says that it would deliver to mahindra world city (Sez) jaipur, pin 302027 but at the time of delivery the guys from ekart etc don't come to deliver at my company inside mahindra world city (Sez) and ask me to come to gate of mahindra world city which is around 2 km from my company and i don't have any vehicle to come to the gate. My simple question is if flipkart can't deliver in mahindra world city then why does it is being listed as a delivery option. With amazon i had never faced this issue and next time onwards i would only buy online from amazon only not from flipkart or myntra. I had enough of this non sense and i can't tolerate it anymore.
#amazon you are simply the best. #flipkart cheats its customers by giving fake promises and fake assurances. I am an old customer of #flipkart but it seems #flipkart is not trust worthy anymore.

    Sir/maam i have ordered a jbl flip 3 (Order no - od[protected] amounting rs4500 from flipkart on 21/9/2017 and it was delivered on 23/9/2017. The product which i received was in a box which was already opened, the seal on it was not there. Further the speaker in the box was also had manufacturing defects on its body. When i tested its audio quality, it was also not up to mark. So i decided to replace it with genuine product, but the flipkart app only show an option for return, in clear violation of the promise to provide free 10 days replacement opportunity. I had registered my complaint with flipkart on 25th september and further on many occurrences and also contact to its customer care services but they didn't answered satisfactorily, so after approaching all alternative forums, i had no other option but to approach you to look into the matter and do justice.

      As per order id od[protected] for hp deskjet ink advantage printer model no. Hp 3835, order delivery date: 08/10/2017, 8.00am to 8pm.
      We received your ekart delivery schedule massage 09/10/2017 on 7.35am with tracking id: fmpc[protected]. And your ekart wish master also call by mobile no. [protected] on 8.20am.

      After a long time past your ekart wish master not to delivered my ordered material till now.

      Your ekart wish master call on 7.37pm and tell please rescheduled the materials delivery on 10/10/2017 for some problem.

      I think flipkart is a big company with a lot of rules and regulations. But in this case i think it is maintain.

      Please take care for this and give necessary action for delivery of this materials as earliest.

        Hi team,

        Worst experience with flipkart, i received defective piece, i requested for replacement within 2 days of delivery, there is no reply from their end for 2-3 days, after 10 days they are telling stories, technician comes to check the product and didnt do anything and given false report to flipkart and they agreed close the my replacement order.
        I created 10-15 incidents but no one help. There is no meaning if customer support not works, it will not resolve simply creating the incidents. If this is a attitude than its very difficult to maintain the relationship with flipkart. I lost may calls and important meetings due to this defective handset.
        Just i want to replace my handset, please let how to go next level.
        Its very bad and feeling that customer dis something wrong. After 15 days i am struggling a lot,

        Now their executives are telling replacment will be done only technician will visit and based on his update.
        My question is what you mean by 10 days replacment after delivery?, We purchased based on this.

        They are just fooling the people of the country.

        Please let me know to whom i should contact?, to escalate, I created replacement within one after delivery.
        Kindly escalate this issue on high priority to higher managment, Let them understand how customers is effecting.Totally false promises by the company. Its allready 20 days over no action taken from their end.

        If you mention like (Technician Visit) we never purchase the product from Flip kart.

        Flipkart arranged 2nd visit for technician, and technician did not came, Please let me know to whom should i escalate? if this is the attitude than its very difficult to sustain in this competition market.

        If you have some courtesy towards the customer satisfaction than help.

            Received defective mobile phone xiaomi mi a1 on 23-09-17. Within a couple of days i noticed that the cellular network was fluctuating quite often and even in open environment the network used to go down to 0bars, and even wifi network reception was not good and when ever i used to make calls dnd mode used to get activated but also used to disable after call end but sometimes used to stay active due to which i used to face a lot of trouble being a working professional when i raised the replacement request (As per the company policy only replacement was possible - no return), a technician call was arranged and he asked me to do a factory reset as i did the problem didnt solved so again i complained the same to cc & technician arrived after 4 days. He saw the problem and identified the same as a sim issue. To solve the issue, he said he had to do hard reset & as he wasn't able to figure out how to do he said he'll do factory reset, resisting the same in fear of data loss eventually i agreed in anger, which resulted in deletion of a few very important data of mine later blaming my sim card for being fault for cellular netwrok issues even me helping him out wit different sim card, and for dnd mide issue he took a picture in his phone and said would update me about the glitch, lately on 5th of october when i call'd the cc team for replacement they said that the technician he updated the false status update on website as 'issue resolved'. There is a difference between 'finding the issue and blaming on a blank shot' and 'finding and fixing issue'. A phone which was just couple of days old had to be factory reset-ed twice in order to make it function. The replacement policy of the company doesn't mention that the phone will be reset-ed if any issue is found. Still then the issue persisted and when contacted the website, they said that they would not replace as technicain has marked the issue resolved and i would have to go to a service center. Now, software/hardware issues in a mobile handset very much comes under their replacement policy. And so called technician fixing the software/ hardware issue cannot be an alternative to replacement. A brand new phone should function correctly and should not require a forceful factory reset/repair. Flipkart has delivered a defective phone and on top of that they are harassing me with the return.

              I have pre-ordered a product "pro evolution soccer 2018 (Premium edition)" on aug 02, 2017. It was expected to reach by sep 16, 2017. Flipkart delayed the product delivery.                   My flipkart account has been deactivated but now when i want to reactivate it it's not happening.
                  Whenever i try to reactivate my account by my phone number it shows invalid and whenever i try to login by my email then it shows that account doesn't exists. I'm not able to use my flipkart account as it is not activated.

                    By flipkart. I asked the procedure for installation to the delivery person but
                    He told that they inform flipkart about delivery and intern flipkart inform canon for its installation. But till[protected] no person has contacted me
                    For its installation.
                    When contacted the customer care, flipkart, i am told that it was not their
                    Task to make arrangement of installation for any product brought from flipkart. If it is right, then who has to arrange to install the product?
                    I deeply regret for such attitude of flipkart.

                          I oredered redmi mobile id (Od[protected] and opened instead of mobile stone was there. So gave replacement request and call to customer care. They told me to wait till october 9 special team will contact me. But no one contact me and they simply cancel my replacement request also. You can trace by imei number. Really i am not happy with this. Please resolve my problem soon

                            I have bought asus zenfone 3s max (Black, 32 gb) in the exchange offer. It was hanging and automatic key pressing problem from the very first day. When i was opening whats app or messenger it was automatically writing random words.in dial pad also i cannot enter the desired number, rather it is automatically writing random numbers (1 and # frequently). Within 10 days from the date of purchase, i requested for replacement. They sent a technician. What he did. He just reboots the phone and goes away. After 1 hour i was facing the same problems. I told to flipkart. They sent another technician. He came and restart (Switch off & on)!!!
                            After that flipkart reject my return request, says that the technicians said that the customer is happy and the problem is resolved. Now, what to do?

                              Before i cancelled one item in flipkart. I got refund in my wallet rs.257. I want to change the amount to bank account from wallet. I lost my registered number. So if i change the amount to bank account it asked otp. But am already update my new number in my flipkart account. But the otp message was going to that old number only. I cant order anything for that small amount. If i ordered something add wallet and from my atm card, that is also asking otp. I am using same number for all. But i lost that number. If this is possible kindly make this process. Thank you.

                              I ordered a men boxer but when i open the parcel there was a wrong product in the parcel. The seller is not ready to return only that's why they send me this wrong product, the quality of cloth is very dull and low quality.they are not match with order photo.
                              We are a company that is into interpretability testing of mobiles and usually purchase 10-15 devices in a month for testing purposes and now Flipkart has blocked our purchasing account I think they don't like having a good business. I think switching to Amazon would be better

                                My shipment no[protected] which delivery date was 07/10/2017as confirmation sms by flipkart and ecom express but till now (09/10/2017) my product is undelivered. Can you tell me the reason why ecom express undeliverd my product till now. After inform into the ecom express customercare they have not any respons about to delivered the product.                                   I order moto e4 plus on the sale days dated 6. Oct. 2017. On the delivery day we on flipkart website midnight early 11:45 pm that our order was canceled. Then i call coustmer care. But they can not setisfy me. They said now u can do order now & get your product. But i say i am losing rs. 1360 on now order. Beacuse i order this on sale or debit card offer. So they reply now we can not say about this if you want to your product now you pay rs. 9999 (Real prize of mobile after sale) & get your product. Otherwise i have no any soluations.

                                      I have ordered woodness engineered wood almirah order id : od[protected] dated 24 sep. 2017

                                      This is the worst ever experience i have faced with flipkart.

                                      Product was scheduled to be delivered on 4 oct which was shipped on 26 sep 2017.

                                      From the 4th october to 9th october, i am asking about the product shipment details or refund process from flipkart customer care executives from junior level to floor area manager level (I will name few - mr. Pushpendra, sr. Executive officer; mr. Shubhendu shekhar jana, floor manager; ms. Mansi, sr. Executive. Mr. David, floor manager etc.). What i have observed is flipkart customer care executives don't have any powers to resolve my problem, they are just saying that they understand my problem, nothing else. Neither they are able to give information for my product delivery details because of large category type product nor initiate refund for the same. They are toothless set up made for customers.

                                      Further, flipkart complaint management system is also poorest, which can't resolve the grievances within stipulated time.

                                      Moreover, the flipkart system to disallow customer to cancel their order during shipment is also draconian while your peers like amazon and paytm are allowing the same. Who is accountable for this delay in my order delivery? This is the question, no one from flipkart side answered. Flipkart have taken my money on 24 sep 2017, now i want my money and they are not refunding. Flipkart cannot play this game according to their wish keeping my money as well as product with them.

                                      Shame on flipkart team.

                                        During big bullion day sale, i ordered a phone, where 10% cash back offer was expected. Refer to order "od[protected]".
                                        The 10% offer did not happen and when approached flipkart after completing the order, flipkart said sometimes incorrect din or the transaction has to be done via phonepe.
                                        But see the attached screenshot, which clearly says that offer is valid on 'all sbi debit and credit card transactions except corporate and commercial cards, and internet banking'
                                        I did the transaction via sbi e-card which is easier to do and straightforward and frequently & safest used way for online purchases, though i have my own debit card and sbi account (Looking at the offer)
                                        Now flipkart is denying the claim and since the product is not returnable (Its a phone), i cant return it.
                                        I trusted flipkart to resolve the issue and that is the reason why i did not immediately cancel the order.
                                        This is really embarassing and is flipkart misleading consumers to buy product on false/hidden fineprints which is unfair trade practice.

                                        See attached picture of the details.
                                        I expected flipkart to provide the refund, not the seller as i have been buying on flipkart since years (See my purchase history).

                                        We informed customer that he is not eligible for this offer and seller will be unable to provide any cash back amount for this as he would be eligible for the offer only if the payment is made through the PhonePe gateway via SBI Credit/Debit cards.
