My name is sumit ohal, i purchased online item from flipkart, i paid them cash on delivery. When i check the item it was very thin & size was small. So on same day i gave request for return& refund. I got msg from flipkart that my return item will be picked up on 28/09/2017 but it not pick up for them so i called in customer service so he said me that he has taken the return as well as refund request for item so it, 'll pick up on
4/10/2017. I got escalated complaint msg from flipkart on same day but when, i called in flipkart customer care on 4/10/2017. Now they are saying that because technical issues my refund & return request has been cancelled & now they are saying that this item is not in refund policy u, 'll get exchange but not refund.

Only I got call from your side and said me that my product, 'll be replace with size increases. But no response from there side.. Such bad experience from flipkart ...
