I have purchased a laptop model lenovo ip 320e from flipkart.com, order id od[protected]. The order was delivered to me on 28 september 2017. But the laptop has defect like it is showing blank/black screen when i switched on it. So i requested flipkart to replacement of my laptop 2times. First time they cancelled my order without solving problem/technician visit, second time also they are not resolving the problem. So please help me to solve this issue and get my laptop replacement

    Product not delivered.. Status showing it is delivered.. No response from flipkart team about not delivered product.
    Delivered status updated on 28th september 2017.. Same day i have raised the issue to flipkart. But there is no positive response from flipkart till date.

      Sir,
      I have booked redime note 4 on 24/9/2017, which is not delivered yet. When i consulted customer care services they gave me 7 different dates of delivery... I had complained about this issue 4 times... But i did'nt get any call back...
      If i don't get my product till the last date that i had got by the customer care service then i have to take help from the consumer court...

        Sir, I orderd oriflame skin night youth cream, it's price 860/-. When i got parcel from flipkart, it was packed, when i opend it, there was another oriflame cream, which price 324/- on flipkart websight. So i got wrong product. I paid 1720/- for 2 packs, and they sent product worth 648/-. I complaint at that moment in flipkart's customer care, they told me that they will change it in 2 days. But now when i contact them, everytime they ask me, what's matter, and say it'll be resolve in 24 hours, but still i didn't get any help by company. Even they ask me again and again what's matter, like they didn't know anything.

          This is regarding the purchase of dslr d3300 nikon camera.

          I purchased a nikon d3300 camera on 21st aug 2017 9.34 pm using my union bank credit card and i cancelled the order on 22nd of aug'17 as i no longer need the product. When approached flipkart regarding my refund they said it's already processed and they asked me to contact union bank. When i contact my bank they said on 21st your account was debited with amount rs.24999 but the amount was not approved by flipkart hence it was pending at the intermediary. And on 18th of sep flipkart approved the amount and hence it got credited to flipkart account and it got reflected in my credit card statement too. I have checked with the bank and confirmed that the amount was not on their side and it's in flipkart's account. I have attached the bank statement and approval no for your reference. Please find the attachement.

          I was in touch with your customer care executive for the past 50 days but no proper response and they disconnect the call frequently and no proper follow up.

          I request you to solve the issue immediately. Don't let me take flipkart to court regarding this. I expect a positive response from your side at the earliest.

          Flipkart are fraudsters pls don’t buy anything from flipkart.They didn’t refund my 25000 hard earned money even after i have cancelled the product.They are a cheat.Registered complaint and calling them daily for the past 60 days.Really cheap people, cheating the customer’s hard earned money..cheap flipkart.

              I have ordered a hero frolic 12 t single speed recreation bicycle (Order no. : od[protected] on september 21st. We have the payed the amount on the same day and they gave the that is going to be delivered by 3rd of october but yet they didn't deliver the product.                   I have booked a micromax led (32 inch). I have paid for the product. The delivery date was 28/09/2017 but it has not been delivered yet. The flipkart people are only saying that my team is working on that. Flipkart people are not resolving the issue. The bluedart courier service person is also updating wrong and false information on the portal. Today in evening i received a call from bluedart delivery boy, he asked me about any landmark, i told him the landmark. I receive every consignmenont and letter from different agencies on the same address which i have mentioned in the order. But the bluedart delivery boy updated that the address is unlocatable in spite of giving landmark. And landmark is already given in the address.

                    When i bought a shoe of size 9. There were no brand name written on it.
                    I wanted size 8 so i asked for exchange.. After 10 days the delivery man came.. 5th october. And he verified the shoes.. He then told that no brand name is written here so i can't exchange it.. And the sole of shoe was a bit dusted that happened during trial of shoes. For that the delivery man said that u have used it for many days so i can't exchange it... Dont know what to do..

                      Order with tracking id fmpr [protected] was asked for return and refund due size issue of the product.

                      After confirming return message was recieved saying date of pickup.
                      But same day evening recieved a message saying pickup cancelled as i decided to keep product.

                      Again asked for a return pickup and the same happend.

                      I contacted the delivery executive before and after maximum expected time for pickup and recieved very arrogant misbehavior from him.

                        I want to lodge a complaint against the on-line store, ‘flipkart’ for delivering a faulty mobile handset which has been giving me trouble from the day i purchased it.

                        I placed an order for the moto e4plus model (Order no. Od[protected] and paid an amount of rs.9999 using credit-card on 8th september2017. The product was delivered on 11th september 2017 to my address by delhivery courier company.
                        The purchased handset had several problems like overheating and used to automatically turn off. I tried to fix the problem after speaking with their help-desk representatives, but the handset still remains unserviceable.
                        Service guy from flipkart came to my place on 19th september 2017, checked the item and found out that my complaint was genuine and had asked me to ship the product to their warehouse in bangalore for replacement (Return id.[protected]). Since they had delivered the product to my address in the first place, i had asked them to arrange a pick up for the replacement of the product. But they rejected my request stating their courier partner delhivery doesn’t have return pickup for my address. Yet i had approached several courier companies to ship the product back, but most of them rejected stating the product worth more than rs.5000 has to be shipped by the store itself in case of replacement. Professional courier, one of the courier companies later accepted the product and was shipped on 20th september 2017 to flipkart’s warehouse in bangalore. Invoice, return id and order no. Was mentioned on the packing during shipping. On 3rd october 2017 i received the faulty product back again because the shipment from professional courier was rejected by flipkart warehouse for no reason. I had informed flipkart about this but still their representatives are asking me to ship the product again through some other courier company. So i asked them to mail me the same but they disagreed to mail me stating they don’t have email service. I have written umpteen mails and called to different officers at flipkart, but had no satisfactory response. I need flipkart to arrange a return pickup and instant replacement for my faulty product or else i need to get compensation. I am enclosing payment proof, and courier receipt along with this complaint letter.
                        I request your forum to intervene and get me justice at the earliest by instructing them to replace my handset immediately or necessary compensation.

                          Order an apple iphone 7 plus on flipkart big billion sale and received a damaged piece.
                          Raise the complaint and have asked for replacement, they gave me 4th of october as resolution date and also asked to submit service report from authorized apple center which i did, i have sent them scanned copy of service report confirming the damage of phone but still have not received any update from escalation which is not acceptable at all. I have been calling and raising concern but no appropriate response is provided by flipkart customer service. I need this concerned to be actioned immediately. My 60000 is at stake just because of flipkart

                            I had ordered nilkamal passion chair for my home on september 1. I got the same delivered by september 14 th. At the time of delivery it was broken and the company was not what was mentioned in the site. I came to notice the same and was unwilling to accept the same. But the flipkart or athome delivery guy pursuded in accepting the same and left the same with me telling that some other guy will pick up and i will receive the repayment. Same time i called flipkart and enquired the same, then they said i would get the same taken away by their person by next week and after wards you will receive the refund. After this nothing came no message or email regarding the same. And then again i rang them to look the same. It seemed they do not know anything regarding pick up or refund. This time they said that it will be fine by next 12 october. Till now i have not received my refund or any positive reply from flipkart. They seem to cheat the customer in name of refund.

                            Till now nothing action has been taken. They keep changing the dates and chat has been removed in which they mentioned the date of resolving the complaint. I need my money with interest for beeing in your account for more than one month. Now they are telling to resolve in next 2 days . It has been now about 6 weeks and they need more.

                            no response from flipkart they did even change the dates to 30 now. That too a product delivered on 14 september. And they can t make a refund after 2 months. What a pathetic company flipkart are you.

                            None of the flipkart executive have not contacted me via mail or any form till now. I can see no status change in my complaint . Nothing have been done from flipkart to settle the issue till now. As of now i am waiting for my pick up and my money. The flipkart is so tricky so that i am not able to give review about your product and service they have blocked the same for me.. So they know their mistake and also need new customers without settling the previous ones.
                            Flipkart is a thief. They don't have proper information of their registered sellers. It is a joke to believe that they have ever verified their sellers and the damaged products they sell to loot and fool masses. This company should be sacked for selling sub standard products. They change order purchase date and delivery date at their will, in order to avoid making 10 day replacement of their delivere damaged products. Their customer service representative are silly and have no respect for their customers. Its a shameless company, so no worries for them if they loose a customer, or if they damage someone's work plan. They provide no help at all, diverted me to service center for getting my phone repaired, it's just been 12 days since I purchased this costly dual camera Lenovo K8 plus handset. Flipkart is rubbish, will never repeat this mistake of shipping on Flipkart.

                                  Still waiting for refund since one week, flipkart customer is denying for help. Already contact my bank many times, no amount is flashing over there. After fighting with flipkart somehow i got the utr no but that no is not showing any details about the transaction when given to bank employees, flipkart is giving wrong utr no.                                     Executive was not educated to identify difference between tampered glass screenguard and original screen... He assumed the scratches on tampered screen guard as scratches on my phone
                                    I explained him on phone as i was in office and left the phone home for pick up

                                    My parents said he was illiterate to identify screenguard and screen photos attached

                                    He went without delivering my product and not even picked my phone bad service of ekart

                                    Now my tracking details are update as customers rejected photos attached
                                    Such a big fraud...

                                    Now delivery is extended again not sure if i am going to get the phone

                                    I already raise a complaint with samsung india to choose flipkart though provided extremely poor service

                                    Only thing is left is file a case

                                    Please if you can do something before i take the last step

                                    We had interacted with the customer, she said the order is cancelled WM updated the status wrong that customer is rejected the delivery apologized for the same informed we take the feedback, apologized and also informed the refund will be done on or before[protected] and closing the case.

                                      Dear sir/ madam,
                                      As per mentioned subject, i have ordered dell vostro laptop on sun, 24th sep. 2017 (See the attached) through flipkart application, i paid through debit card item value 37490 inr.
                                      When i placed order on flipkart, firm has accepted delivery address as mentioned.
                                      Now a problem is that time of delivery on thursday 5th october 2017 but flipkart said that "item is out of delivery area (Pin code - address mismatch)" as tracker shown.

                                        Od[protected] order id. Morphy richards otg was sold at 8549/- and sent a product with physical damages. When replacement request was placed, flipkart suggests to take a refund of 8549/- and buy the new one at 11200/-
                                        There are more items on sale from the same seller on the site. But neither flipkart nor seller are ready to do a replacement since they know it was sold at cheaper price and the amount is not worth a new one.
                                        This is the concept of big billion sale to do a clearance sale of defective products at cheaper price and who ever do not identify the defects will live life with those defects..

                                        Another order.. sold at cheaper price during Diwali.. cancelled by the seller.. Flipkart says buy a new one at new price.. I am not ready to accept wallet amount this time..

                                        Thanks to flipkart for resolving the complaint on my first order.. I am closing this and creating a fresh complaint for the new problem.. but please note this is repeating.. when there are sales and offers, you cannot sell beyond the availability of stock or whatever reason.. and later force us to take refund..
