It was a poison ivy casual full sleeve women's white top. Please look into the matter it is supposed to be delivered on 9th of October, i want it to be cancelled before that. I hope the matter is resolved.

    I bought i phone 7pluse 128 geb from flipkart on date 21 sep 2017. It delivered me at 25 sep 2017. As i open box it has blackish tint/ low brightness at right side of display. Within 2:30hrs i contacted helpdesk of flipkart for replacement. They guide me to contact authorised service centre of apple. I approach to service centre and they’ve agreed on that device has problem. But they denied for replacement saying that only seller could replace device.
    Service centre give me report that device has problem and guide me to approach to seller/ flipkart.
    Then i contact to flipkart for replacement, they denied and said that apple authorised service centre will replace device.
    I am very frustrated after investing huge money can’t get my replacement from either seller or service centre.

      Hi team,

      I have reported my issue at least more than 10 times. I have explained the issue to more than 5 of your representatives, had a conversation with your escalation department as well as senior executives.

      The issue is with the table tennis racket.

      I have received a bad quality product for which i reported few days back, i got a confirmation regarding my replacement but it is not been replaced till date.
      I connected many times and was always told that this is due to the technical fault and this time your racket will be replaced. All was fake, every now and then you people make sure that this will be done next time but it get automatically cancelled. Pfa copy below.

      What i think is you people are making me fool and wasting your's as well as my time. I have already wasted my hell lot of time on this.

      I want a serious escalation on this or i am gonna escalate this at my level. Already had a discussion with my lawyer to lodge a complaint against flipkart in consumer forum.

      Mark my words - i will take you people wherever you belong.

      You people are making fun of your customers, if you cannot provide services you should stop selling products. I have been connected to flipkart from last 4 years and i was biased only to it but this is the last time i have ordered. I have never expected this type of service from flipkart.

      I want this to be escalated within 24 hours otherwise you people are going to bear.

        Sir, i have ordered ifb 6 kg fully automatic front load washing machine at flipkart.com on 20th sept-2017 and my expected delivery date is 21st sept-2017 and they rescheduled to 28th sept-2017. It is not happend.
        So on 29th sept-2017 i rescheduled to 4th oct-2017. And daily i am contact to flipkart customer service they are giving false commitments and promises. Toady morning i. E, 5th oct-2017 i contact to flipkart customer service mrs. Ankitha promises me to send me an email and sms update regarding my product, but still is not happened. They are totally helpless to me. No one is solving my problem. Sir, already 15 days passed and i already paid money of that product. The amount i paid is? 17999/-. My order no is od[protected] and my reg no is [protected]. Sir, you are only my last hope. Otherwise i don’t left with any option i have to go legally then. Sir, please look on this issue & deliver my product.           Philips trimmer which i ordered on march 11 2017. Charger for that trimmer is not working now.

          Charger of philips, which was worked fine at intial stage. After one month it s not working fine.

            I had ordered lenovo k6 power mobile phone on sept 21st and the delivery was supposed to be done on 26th sept, but still i have not received the mobile. I had called the support team many times and i have informed them that my product has reached wrong location and requested them to contact the logistic team to reschedule the order to right destination but the technical issue hasnt been resolved and the delivery date is getting postponed unnecessarily without any knowledge of delivery.

              If you observe the discription of the product which i brought, it can be clearly seen "pack of 2" on the discription, but i received only one piece..., However product is not tampered, but I think it is sealed again after tampering... please look into that and solve my problem

                I had placed an order for dell inspiron 3162 laptop on 21st september 2017 vide order id. No. Od[protected], by paying 25562/- paid through credit card., following this the flipkart had cheated by delivering prestige non-stick cookware costs about rs.[protected]/- only. Therefore, i had informed the same to flipkart customer care but no action is taken by the flipkart team. Hence i placed return request but return request also not processed so far. Before placing order to the above product flipkart site shows that only one item left., after receiving the wrong product shipped by flipkart i had placing return request and after placing the return request the site agains shows only one item left. Therefore i had again placed a order for the same product by cash on delivary, hence the flipkart site sent a message on 05.10.2017 stating that your product is packed and shipped with order id od[protected] and it will be shipped soon. Due to this i had suffered a mental torture. I had also lost my rs25000/-. Kindly look into the matter and initiate action for cheating the public by flipkart.

                  I have received the micromax evok dual note, after unboxing i switched on the phone and in a minute the phone got hangs and switched off automatically even though sufficient battery charge was there by default. Tried to switch on again but couldn't succed. Need a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
                  I didn't expect such a poor quality product been delivered by flipkart where the product is not even working for a minute. Either need a replacement or a good quality product as soon as possible

                    I placed a order for laptop in flipkart on an offer. So i got some discount on product price through bank offer and product exchange offer. Unfortunately during shipping the product got damaged and so they didnt deliver.
                    Now they are saying i need to cancel the order and pay full amount without offer to get the new laptop. It is not at all my fault and they couldn't even deliver to me.
                    I have been waiting for so long for the laptop and so i dont want to cancel the order and place new order for the same laptop at a higher price.

                    I want my product as soon as possible

                      I ordered a sanyo nxt 49" tv on 23 sep 17 which is not yet completed processing from the seller as of 5 oct 17. On the other hand flipkart is showing the same product on it's site as available for delivery by 06 oct. This looks like a major gap between flipkart and the seller.

                      I have already called customer care twice but they don't have the current status of my order and keep mentioning that the delivery will happen by 9th oct.

                      Highly unsatisfied with this service.

                          I ordered a vans shoe online. Just 2 days before delivery my account is not existing anymore. I paid for the shoe online. Now i cannot track my order, and there is no updates about my order. Please deliver the shoe or return me my money. Very disappointing experience. I loved flipkart. But due to this type of errors i can't fully trust flipkart or any other online shopping app. I have the messages sent by flipkart about shipping my order and the transaction number from the bank. Please fix my problem.

                            I purchased moto e 4 plus phone from flipkart. I am facing weak signal and signal flactuation issue in phone. It came to know after taking with motorola customer care centre that these phone model has some technical issue and they are working on it to update software to resolve the issue. I also talked with flipkart customer centre and got replied that you are already late, you should contact to us within 10 days after receiving the phone. Why flipkart is selling such type of phone which already had some technical issue and why they are making fool to customers. If phone has technical issue then why motorola or flipkart are not recalling the product. Pls. Suggest should i go to consumer court for the same.

Sir, i’m complaining daily from 23 rd sept. And daily they all give fake commitments and promises. Last tym when i complained on 30 th they said u will definitely get product before 3rd oct but on 23rd sept product is shipped & still it is there in ur bengaluru hub. Sir, i complained hundreds of times but no one is solving my problem. I also registered my complaint in media support on twitter also but no one is solving my problem. They always give me a new date.                                 I was browsing the flipkart on[protected] at 12:00 am as it was the first day of the 3 day sale. As soon i opened i saw jbl tune speakers being offered for rs 1499, but when i clicked on it, the price displayed was rs 3745. When i again opened the same, i was prompted to item's page where the cost was rs 4777. I did verify whether the price did differ for the color variants and it was not.

                                When it was mentioned that the speakers are offered for rs 1499, it is just to mislead the customers into increasing the traffic since they do feel that there are many items on the offer.

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I am writing this mail to inform about the worst ever experience with flipkart service.

                                    For this particular order#OD[protected]Macsoon Cover Accessory Combo for Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 G7102 G7103 G7106), I have received the combo product with missing one of the items(ear phone) and the other item (back cover) is worst. After following up so many times yesterday, flipkart care arranged the refund of the order to my bank account, so I have shared my account number also and flipkart care has scheduled a return pick up by 7th oct. Yesterday during the call I have informed so many times to make aware the Wish master about the missing product, so that he will not ask for the missing product during return pick up and I was assured about that. But flipkart has failed to inform the Ekart pickup service about the missing product and the wish master denied to pick the return unless I submit the whole combo(which I did not receive). After that when I reached out to flipkart support today around 2 pm, I was told that the system is having some issues so they are unable to do any changes in my order but the person has mentioned a note so that I dont have to explain again in my next call and I was asked to call after 5pm. When I called after 5pm today, I spoke to one of the senior support member and after I discussed about 30mns with him he assured me that he has rescheduled the pick up and I dont have to go through all the issues again. He also sent a message with return ID[protected]. But when I checked around 9 pm again, to my surprise all the return and refund requests has been cancelled with out even informing me. When I reached to customer care the person straight away denied to process the refund with out even letting me know the reason for the cancellation of the return and refund requests.

                                    Till yesterday I was very satisfied with flipkart service and filling secured to associate with flipkart but this order has created a very bad impact and I will have to think twice before purchasing anything again. One thing I am mentioning here very clearly. As per the mails and telephonic discussions I was assured about the refund of my money. But now denying it by cancelling the requests in such a manner is not so flipkart standard. So do the needful ASAP.

                                      I placed the order on 24th Sept and when I placed it showed 2-5 days free shipping but the product reached us late and by then we bought other product from some other website. The product seal is intact and we need to return the product. We do not need money back, you can give us money in our Flipkart wallet which we will use to buy some other product. I have been buying from Flipkart regularly and will request you to please take the product back as we do not have any use of it anymore as we have already bought it from somewhere else.
                                      I will kindly request you to take the product back as we do not need it anymore. All the seal and packing is intact.

                                      The customer executive behavior and response is just pathetic. In the last 2 days I have conversed with an executive named Mohan Singh and an Escalation specialist, Return department named Jibraeel mansoori, but they were constantly saying to use the product atleast once and then raise the request even after describing the whole issue that the product is of no use to me now. Their response had no relation to the problem I was facing. I do not know how they handle customer grievances and even are qualified enough to handle customer issues.
