I had received the order on sep 24th '17. Toady (Oct 10th '17) stopped working and not not responding to touch. It didn't work for not even 20 days. I am pissing on the product and flipkart for delivering this worst product.

I want immediate replacement for this. Btw, it is having 1 year manufacture warranty. I need immediate response on this.

    Sir, i ordered redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart on 24 sep 17, but on 2oct 17 when my delivery comes i got three stones in the box. On 2nd oct i complained above matter to customer care of flipkart. Everyday i was calling to flipkart. I had also written 3-4 mails to them, till date no satisfactory action from their site. I already paid for for mobile rs 9507.
    Please see in my matter as soon as possible.

      My flipkart account has deactivated. I don't know why and how was it deactivated. It was very helpful in shopping. Now i am unable to make purchases.         I dushala have ordered 9 pieces of casserole sets of 3 but you first process my order and then suddenly cancelled it make a refund in my account... It was really urgent order for me as diwali is approaching and i have to arrange gifts for my office staff... And now you have raised the price... And is unaffordable for me... I am working as senior branch manager in oriental bank of commerce., in darya ganj, delhi.. This is really ridiculous as i really don't have time... And i really had a trust on flip kart but you have broken it...

            Here it is informed that you i was booked a intex aqua crystal mobile phone on dated 04/10/2017 and also has received delivered on thu, oct 5th '17 at home. Now i have complaint about phone's battery in this phone. But sir this phone as soon as while during of charging time i have removed the phone on the charge after that charged then battery has automatically discharge with in 15 min round off.
            Kindly please replacement this phone urgently because i am not satisfy.

                I had ordered a samsung galaxy on max (Black, 32 gb) (4 gb ram) phone during dussera sale. The order delivery boy arrived late as i was leaving and met me outside. As he wanted to check the old phone completely, i suggested that he came back later in the evening as i was already delayed because of him.

                He cancelled the order. Customer service ensured 2 more delivery attempts. All of a sudden, i get a message that the product has been cancelled by me and returned to the seller. If i wanted to buy that product, have to re-order and pay rs.5, 000 extra.

                  I have ordered one xiomi redmi note 4 mobile. Received the product on 21st september by cash on delivery. Product was missing and got one and a half piece of wheel soap. Request for return and cancelled it by flipkart after one day accept replacement. Track shows delivery on 6th october. Today is 10th of october and i have not get any reply and track shows already delivered on 7th and at same page wrote return and replacement rejected. Daily i used to call your customer care but they says "mafi chahti hun ma'am kal tak 101% problem solve ho jayega". But till now i don't have get any kind of good response. For that reason i have registered one complaint case against this matter to the national consumer forum regarding the above mentioned matter.

                    I have booked micromax canvas lite. It's got delivered on 2nd of oct and i raised the defective complaint on same time. They have cancelled it. Again raised complaint on 3rd oct.

                    This time they have arranged technician visit which should be done within 8th of oct. But that was also not done. When i called back on 10th they have arranged again technician visit which will be done again within 15th oct. They are just postponing the dates. My product is idle within pack even if it is delivered.

                    Worst service i faced with flipkart.

                        I had ordered a double cot from flipkart and due to personal reasons i initiated a return request on 27 th sep. But the product is not being picked up even after 2 weeks. Fed up of calling flipkart customer care everyday. They told product will be picked up on or before 7th oct but did not happen. Later they said it will be picked up on or before 12th oct. And i would be receiving an intimation within 24-48 hrs from 7th oct yet i receive no call. I dont care now if the product is picked up. I just want my re-fund within 24-48 hrs if not i'm filing a suit against their customer service for keep on waiting me and dragging the issue which has frustrated me a lot.

                              I purchased 2 products from flipkart totally worth 27998, and after products ship the order was automatically cancelled by the flipkart after i received the mail that the refund is initiated, in the flipkart site or app it shows refund completed and i am not able to see the amount in my flipkart account wallet, then i was totally confused, i contacted flipkart customer care but they won't take any further action, i need to go for the legal action now, flipkart is very fraud online shopping site

                                    My order id bearing no. Od[protected] with tracking id no. Fmpp[protected] is not yet delivered to me in spite of getting sms from flipkart that it has arrived in my city on dt.04/10/17... Ekart wish master with phone no.[protected] pin 176 confirmed it's arrival in my city but they have not yet delivered my order product to me... This is utter non-sense... Please kindly arrange to deliver the same immediately otherwise i will lodge complaint to local police station.
