I had ordered a double cot from flipkart and due to personal reasons i initiated a return request on 27 th sep. But the product is not being picked up even after 2 weeks. Fed up of calling flipkart customer care everyday. They told product will be picked up on or before 7th oct but did not happen. Later they said it will be picked up on or before 12th oct. And i would be receiving an intimation within 24-48 hrs from 7th oct yet i receive no call. I dont care now if the product is picked up. I just want my re-fund within 24-48 hrs if not i'm filing a suit against their customer service for keep on waiting me and dragging the issue which has frustrated me a lot.

    I have bought panasonic eluga 700 from flipkart due to its poor performance i had requested for refund but flipkart policy does not allowed for return. They clearly said we can take it return.
    Whats the foolish policy isnt it?
    Why flipkart allow these type of retailers on their portal.
    I am very disappointed with the flipkart service and their product.

    Heating issue

      Flipkart seller shipped via speedpost even here exist ecom or ekart but the post officers says that yet they didn't got item and it shows already delivered in tracking

        I purchased 2 products from flipkart totally worth 27998, and after products ship the order was automatically cancelled by the flipkart after i received the mail that the refund is initiated, in the flipkart site or app it shows refund completed and i am not able to see the amount in my flipkart account wallet, then i was totally confused, i contacted flipkart customer care but they won't take any further action, i need to go for the legal action now, flipkart is very fraud online shopping site
        Dear friends please don't buy anything from flipkart
        Sad inspiration from a simple man
        Flipkart will destroy in future
        Because the had stolen my money
        Flipkart is going to pay for this

              My order id bearing no. Od[protected] with tracking id no. Fmpp[protected] is not yet delivered to me in spite of getting sms from flipkart that it has arrived in my city on dt.04/10/17... Ekart wish master with phone no.[protected] pin 176 confirmed it's arrival in my city but they have not yet delivered my order product to me... This is utter non-sense... Please kindly arrange to deliver the same immediately otherwise i will lodge complaint to local police station.

                On[protected] i received wirl pool refrigerator w101368for rs22568-00 which is not functioning. L returned under id[protected]. Flip (Fraud) cart is not receiveing defunct product and refund money. Deliberately delaying refund.

                        I have bought panasonic p85 order no. Od[protected]. When i got the item i saw that display was faulty one. I raised the request same day for refund. They arrange the technician to visit on 23rd sep they accepted that the item is faulty. They have mailed me that item is picked up by 03.10.2107. But they did not and suddwnly on 6.10.17 they have cancelled my refund request without any explanation. Since then i have called so many times but they have not come with any solution. They are pathetic in his service. I want my refund pls help...

                          I ordered 3 bedsheets from flipkart. I did not like one of them so I returned it but my money hasn't been refunded yet. The flipkart website shows that the money has been returned but my bank account doesn't reflect any such transaction. Its been more than a week since I first complained about this and the customer care service is really poor. One of the customer care guys told me to contact the bank about this and I've asked the bank about this twice in last week but they're telling me the same thing that no such amount has been transferred to my bank account. I have no idea what I should do. My friend keeps telling me to complain about this in the consumer court. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible or I'll have to take some serious action against you guys.

                              I still not received it some e kart person send a message saying the address is incomplete to which we checked with Flipkart saw the address was correct now last six days we are trying to know the status of the delivery of the product which we have payed iN full via debit card
                              I will wait for another day or else I will have to take some legal course to settle this issue which has caused me harresment and waste of time and no support from your customer care executive

                                  Flipkart's logistic service is horrible. It is sheer harassment to the customers. They will disturb you with sms but would suddenly cook up a story and cancel it. Recently i had a pickup to be made by ekart and things turned nasty. Please check the video and you will know why did i say such a thing.

                                      This is pathetic service by flipkart. My recent order id on which i faced this repetative problem is od[protected]. At the time of purchase of product flipkart says that it would deliver to mahindra world city (Sez) jaipur, pin 302027 but at the time of delivery the guys from ekart etc don't come to deliver at my company inside mahindra world city (Sez) and ask me to come to gate of mahindra world city which is around 2 km from my company and i don't have any vehicle to come to the gate. My simple question is if flipkart can't deliver in mahindra world city then why does it is being listed as a delivery option. With amazon i had never faced this issue and next time onwards i would only buy online from amazon only not from flipkart or myntra. I had enough of this non sense and i can't tolerate it anymore.
                                      #amazon you are simply the best. #flipkart cheats its customers by giving fake promises and fake assurances. I am an old customer of #flipkart but it seems #flipkart is not trust worthy anymore.

                                        Sir/maam i have ordered a jbl flip 3 (Order no - od[protected] amounting rs4500 from flipkart on 21/9/2017 and it was delivered on 23/9/2017. The product which i received was in a box which was already opened, the seal on it was not there. Further the speaker in the box was also had manufacturing defects on its body. When i tested its audio quality, it was also not up to mark. So i decided to replace it with genuine product, but the flipkart app only show an option for return, in clear violation of the promise to provide free 10 days replacement opportunity. I had registered my complaint with flipkart on 25th september and further on many occurrences and also contact to its customer care services but they didn't answered satisfactorily, so after approaching all alternative forums, i had no other option but to approach you to look into the matter and do justice.
