Per order no. Od[protected], i have purchased ifb 23l convection microwave oven on sat, sep 23rd 2017 and the product was delivered to me on wed, sep 27th, 2017.
my ticket number for the installation and demo with ifb is [protected]. I was informed by you on sep 28th, 2017 that the installation and demo will be completed by sat, sep 30th, 2017. However, with deep regret i have to report that till today i. E. Oct 4th, 2017 no installation or demo has been done from your seller.
It seems that neither you nor your seller has any concern for the customer. If this is the quality of your service before i begin to use the product, then what kind of service can i expect from you if any problem arises in future? I lament my decision to buy this product from you.
I call upon you to make the arrangements for the installation and demo of your product within 24 hours else pick-up your product and refund my money with interest at 18% p. A. It may be noted that i reserve my right to claim compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused to me due to the deficiency in service from your end.
