I registered a complaint regarding flipkart account hacking. My flipkart account has been hacked on 16/12/2022 at 8:40PM i got a message from filipkart that my filipkart account's registered mobile number has changed from [protected] to [protected]. Which is not my number Or done by me. Later I got a message that 2 purchases of Rs 3038 and Rs 3758 has done through my account using pay latter option. The same was also not done by me. Immediately I reported this to filpkart customer care and registered a complaint. Incident Id -IN[protected]. I also registered a complaint in cyber cell regarding the same.
. I contacted flipkart many times regarding my complaint but their response was not satisfactory. Whenever I contact flipkart customer care they say they will contact through mail. I got many mails asking my id card and other proof for recovering my account I replied to each and every mail but the are saying that they did not receive my mail. My pan card and aadhar card is linked with the said account and iam afraid that it will effect my future transactions. It has been 19 days since my account has hacked and till now my account is not recovered or flipkart did not try to resolve my complaint .I also registered a complaint in Consumer complaint website on 21/12/2022. I got a mail from flipkart that my complaint has been taken to higher authority and after that there is no communication from the said company.
Now iam getting mail from filpkart that the due amount of 7804 is on January 5 2023.Iam.fequenty getting mail regarding repayment of said amount.They has generated bill of Rs 7850.I am contacting flipkart daily regarding my complaint and they are not willing to resolve my complaint. My pan card is linked with flipkart so iam scared that this transaction will effect my sibil score. It is a serious contention. Whenever I contact flipkart service they are saying tahey will contact within 24 hours and they never contact. It is very disappointment that customer service of flipkart is not at all providing services. Such a serious issue is not given it's importance . Even after this mail if I did not get a satisfactory reply from flipkart i will take legal action against the firm.

    We ordered a whirlpool 6kg top. Loaded fully automatic washing machine on 19 dec 2022 which delivered on 23 dec 2022.
    Product was damaged and incomplete.
    "Dent on it.
    Detergent cup and Ratmash are missing.
    That was a open box delivery so we were not ready to give OTP and accept this product.
    Delivery boys said we can get 20% cashback if we accept this defective item and if we will not get 20% cashback then we can replace it.
    Next day (24 dec2022) we got call from Flipkart that in 24 hours we will get 20% as a gift card in our Flipkart wallet.
    We waited for 4 days there no gift card, . No mail, msgs or call or any kind o[censored]pdate from Flipkart.
    Then we made a call to Flipkart (28dec 2022) they said they raised our complain plz wait for 24 hours only.
    Again we waited for 24 hours and get no update.
    Next day ( 29 dec 2022) again we made a call which took more than 2 hours and talked with 3 agents. Then we send a mail also to Flipkart for our complain again they ask for 24 hours.
    we made call to whirlpool also but they said they can not do anything in this case we need to ralk only Flipkart.
    we made a xall courier partner they said we raised your complain on the same day and now its on Flipkart.
    Then we raised a replacement request (29 dec 2022).
    We waited again and got no update.
    Next day (30 dec 2022) we got call from customer care for confirmation and same day evening a technician also visited us. Technician said we will get a call from service centre at 8PM for confirmation then you will get replacement for sure.
    Then yesterday (2 January 2023), we made call to whirlpool they give us service head number. We made call to service head he said he did his job now its on Flipkart so we can not do anything. We contacted to Flipkart they again said wait for 24 hours.
    I massaged on Flipkart's Facebook page but get no Answer they dont even seen msgs.
    Then yesterday (3 Jan 2023) again my issue marked as resolved but they didn't even provide me any solution.
    I got call and msg that there is a technician appointment for uninstallation as my product going to replace but i want to know who made this replacement process. Why you guys providing me replacement, what if you guys provide me more useless product bcoz now you have wasted 10 days of replacement time limit. Now if i will get bad product you guys will do nothing like always. So on call of that technician i said i dont need uninstallation bcoz my product just packed yet as it is. But i want is just my 20% gift card in the compensation of damaged product.
    Then in the evening i got a call from Flipkart consumer form that please send us a mail with the attachment of that mail in which we promise to give you 20% and i send that mail at the same time and then she said that in 24 hours you will get solution.
    Today 4 jan 2023 again i got a call which hungup by itself then i got mail that i am not reachable so provide us another number again i send a mail for another number( i have send my other number many time before it) but i never get call on my other number too.
    Till now There is no update from Flipkart and whirlpool and that technician and service center and courier service also via call, msgs or mail.
    Now what should we do.
    Just a little work which should done by Flipkart or seller in 24 hours has become headache of my family from 10 days. We need to a immediate action against then, they should be penalised, we need compensation.

            I’ve placed an order MOTOROLA e40 (Carbon Gray, 64 GB) costs Rs 7278 in Flipkart with order id as OD[protected] and the seller is MTAILMODEECOM on 21st December 2022.

            I had to cancel the order due to various reasons and I cancelled it on 22nd December 2022.

            Flipkart team is saying seller has initiated the refund amount of Rs 7278 on 22nd December 2022 and my account should’ve been credited by 28th December 2023.

            But I didn’t receive the amount until now, not sure who is playing with customer money here whether Flipkart or MTAILMODEECOM seller.

            After continuous follow ups, Flipkart team provided below two different transaction ids to check with concerned bank.

            Not sure which of the above transaction ids is valid regarding my refund amount.

            I really got fed up with Flipkart customer care team and grievance department for utter failure on taking necessary action on the customer request and their negligence towards addressing the issue.

              Dear Sir,

              This is regarding a Flipkart order with order ID OD[protected] of the amount of Rs.18048 paid through an SBI debit card. The order was placed on 16 December 2022. Due to some reasons, the order was canceled by me on the same day. As per the information provided by Flipkart the refund was processed on 19 December 2022. The amount should have been credited to my account by 23 December 2022 as per Flipkart. But the refund amount has not been transferred to my account till today.

              For this problem, I raised an issue with Flipkart customer care. And here comes the unexpected series of events.

              After multiple follow-ups with the Flipkart call center, I received a mail to share my debit card statement in pdf statement. (Account statements were already shared two times). I sent back the requested statement immediately within 30 minutes.
              After that, I never received a response from Flipkart.
              After multiple attempts, I was able to talk to a so-called senior executive on 01 January 2023. He provided me an Reference number of 23 digits stating me to connect to my bank as they have processed the refund I contacted my bank and they are unable to track that number.

              My concerns are:
              1 Why the account has not been credited if Flipkart has made a successful refund transaction?
              2 Why Flipkart has provided me a wrong transaction reference number?
              3. When will I get my refund amount back?

                I have mailed them multiple times & attached the screen recording files in which the error message is shown when I apply the coupon code. Earlier I have also purchased 2 other paytm mobile recharge coupon which are also showing same error when applying in multiple paytm accounts. All paytm recharge coupon expired on 31th December 2022.Boat products coupon code is showing invalid when applying in Boat Website during purchase. Please resolve this issue asap or else refund used Supercoins into Super coins zone.

                  I would like to exchange my old phone for purchase of new. But Flipkart doesn't recognize the IMEI number and says its not matching with the model.
                  Please resolve this on high priority!!!

                    I ordered ASUS laptop from flipkart for Rs. 62090/- on 21.12.2022 with by SBI debit card ending with 9296 and cancelled the order on the same day.
                    Flipkart initiated the refund on 21th Dec 2022 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account by 27th December. I checked my account on 27th but the amount was still not credited in my SBI account till date, I followed up with Flipkart and they informed me that they have processed the amount and
                    shared the Refund reference id and Payment reference number. I have been following up with them since but still I have not received the amount in my account. I have shared the
                    bank statement as an evidence to them but every time I call them they gave us the payment reference id and Refund reference number and told me that the refund has been done from seller side
                    and asked me to contact my bank. Please find the details provided by flipkart.

                    I have called the SBI customercare to regarding the same but my sbi bank says I myself should contact flipkart as they do not find those reference number valid to trace from bank branch.

                      I had ordered a product from Flipkart and when I received it, it was totally different than what was shown on the flipkart page. So, i decided to return it instantly and opted for return and refund on Flipkart. The next day someone came to my doorstep and asked for the item which was to be returned. He simply collected it and started walking away. I asked him if there needs to be any kind of OTP or proof that i have returned the product to you in the original condition but he denied and said all has been taken care of. After an hour i got a message that the return has been cancelled since I changed my mind and wanted to keep it. This literally shook me and immediately called the customer care but they had no clue about it and told me to call back after 24 hrs. I called but then also they didnt have any update on it and finally on the 3rd day it showed on the Flipkart that the return has been cancelled. Now, if i am trying to reach Flipkart, they are simply rejecting my request. This is a kind of scam where delivery guys are exploiting a loophole in Flipkart return system.

                            I was trying to put my for on exchange and while I am entering the right imei number it is showing as my IMEI number doesn't match to the device. this is very strange as I have connected with customer care team and they had no answer for this.

                              My complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusually high Returns in my account to which the account is blocked.

                              It is to submit that the Returns in my account is in account of a mistake on the part of the seller or Flipkart. My reason for the return was only due to incorrect products, expiry products, damaged products and similar. Also whenever the return was requested at the Flipkart it was supported by proper evidence as per their policy, i.e., they require a photo of items, also their investigation team does the investigation related to return which after being satisfied by the team was returned. I have been using my Flipkart account for more than three years. Multiple times the complaint is raised at Flipkart support through calls as also email but no solution received till date.I thus request your forum to intervene in the same and get my account unblocked with all the benefits. Otherwise Consumer case file on Flipkart

                                Flipkart Order not shipped waiting for the courier partner to pick up

                                I bought mivi collar classic neckband from flipkart and it has charging issue so I to replace it on 1.01.2023 . The seller approved my replecement. But the order has not been shipped as it showing waiting for the courier partner to pick up from 1st of jan till now, very bad experience and worst service, please help me as soon as possible.

                                delivery date - 13/11/2022

                                I had ordered 2 shoes from Flipkart mobile app. both of the shoes had different order id but when the delivery boy came to deliver my product he gave only 1 shoes and asked for the OTP AND I gave the OTP thinking that it was for the adidas shoes (order id-OD[protected].
                                but when I checked the app its showing that both my products have been delivered and I have been contacting the customer care but are not solving the issue.

                                even after 20 days and many return and refund requests they have not solved my problem and are just mentally harassing me.
                                i am feed up of all the excuses they give and deny my refund
                                i am literally calling them everyday and begging to give my money
                                they are just scamming the people
                                pls help me get my money back
                                i am emotionally and mentally frustrated from last 20 days

                                  I have ordered the Elitty pop eyeliner from flipkart on January 3rd at 10:43 AM and the payment is done through UPI but the order is still pending. I couldn't get a call from the customer service too since it's too busy. I need a refund.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    Please take note that the received item color is completely different and also fitting is not as per order & the specifications listed on Flipkart (jeans fitting is not 'Boot leg' type, whereas received item fitting is 'Skinny' and same information mentioned on the attached tag (Please refer to the attached pictures)

                                    I've raised a return request on 30-Dec-2022, and itcwas supposed to closed on 03-Jan-2023.

                                    I've received an email from Flipkart customer service asking to provide multiple pictures and documents stating that if this doesn't fall under return policy it may be cancelled.

                                    As a customer, we're not responsible to experience such things for a bad seller mistakes.

                                    Please, kindly look into this and help us to process the return request and refund the amount!
