DATE -31 january 2023

I have ordered lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop from flipkart in exchange of my laptop ! flipkart offered me 21200 of exchange value and minimum value of 13500 ( if laptop having TouchPad or keyboard damages )

on 31st January a technologically unsound wishmaster came as wishmaster have preconceived notions regarding laptops as follows

1- rude behaviour from start and kept me asking why youare exchanging laptop, when i said i am upgrading, he said this ain't possible and YOUR LAPTOP MUST HAVE FAULTS -this shows he have already decided to reject my laptop without inspection!

2- filled the checklist by himself even without knowing the info about my laptop - HE doesn't have clue about ram, hard disk, etc

3- kept touching lcd panel of laptop hardly and asking that WHY RIPPLE IS FORMING?- your screen is faulty!- I don't know from which planet he came from - obviously liquid displays produces ripple after pressing it because of liquid displacement of pixels!

he marked 3 negative points on checklist and after that proceed hurriedly even without letting me know that what was actual fault ? when I asked him to show what he marked in checklist he denied and I saw that there were 3 negative feedbacks which drastically reduced my laptop price

he offered me approx 7000 only ! which is too less against 21200 or 13800 assured by flipkart!

literally I got scammed by the wishmaster, looks like there are no checks and balances and no review on wishmaster decision! he acted in whims and fancies!

I would like to know the qualifications of wishmaster too! is he computer engineer or specialist in computers ?

      I ordered a parcel on cod but i paid through upi before delivery. I got a code to use on delivery. When it was delivered, I was not home so my family also paid for the same. I am attaching the upi and order details. I need refund.

        I bought 5 giftcards from snapmint, 4 out of 5 added to my wallet, remain 1 was not added showing the message error "THIS CARD BELONGS TO A WALLET AND DIRECT TRANSACTION NOT ALLOWED TO THE CARD", I'm contacted both Flipkart and snapmint customer support, they told like contact your Flipkart support and contact your snapmint support, where can I raise my issue? Please tell me how to solve this issue and is anyone faced it before ?

            I have ordered Nothing Phone 1 from Flipkart and it was delivered on 26th of Jan 2023.
            Multiple issues were found on the same day.
            Phone started to heat right after the first charge itself.
            Phone was getting unlocked by unregistered fingerprints. I only added 2 and it was opening by all 5 fingerprints.
            White light of the phone is actually yellowish
            Proximity sensor sometimes work and sometimes doesn't work.

            Based on all these hardware issues, I issued a replacement request and my technician visit was scheduled. The technician partner was from " Jeeves" and his name was MULASA AMRESWARA LAKSHMANA PHANI KUMAR

            When he visited me, he started to give excuses like this is normal and it is not overheating right now, he even gave himself positive feedback when looking through my phone for issues. This is ethically wrong and he told me he'll approve request after seeing the fingerprint issue. He even told me that you should visit service center for the phone.
            Why should I visit the service center when flipkart is delivering faulty product. Now I had to call multiple times to flipkart and after 3 days, my replacement request is rejected saying that technician not approved my replacement.
            I again raised a replacement request and this time again the same Technician is assigned. He'll again give me the same excuses. Who will look into if the technician is doing his job correctly? How will I get this replaced if again he'll reject my request and replacement period is over by then. After all flipkart is delaying the process, so shouldn't Flipkart be responsible?

            As mentioned earlier, the same Technician was assigned for the 2nd replacement.
            When he visited me for the 2nd time, I asked him why did he reject my phone when it was genuine hardware issue and still persists.
            He started to blame customer care and told me that they didn't approve the request. I had already talked to Flipkart customer executive and requested a callback. The Flipkart executive clearly mentioned to the technician that he had cancelled the request earlier. They started arguing that they'll complain about each other and after 5 minutes, the technician ran away with his bike and did nothing for my phone.
            I didn't even give him the feedback otp or he didn't even saw my phone, he just ran away after talking to flipkart executive.
            Later, I received a text message stating that my replacement is again rejected.
            I don't understand why would Flipkart partner with a fraud company like Jeeves if there are so many complaints about it.
            Today my replacement period will be over and I'm still not able to replace my phone. I have to use this faulty product and no one is taking responsibility.
            The technician was from Jeeves and his name was : MULASA AMRESWARA LAKSHMANA PHANI KUMAR

              I have taken the phone from flipkart and i have completed all the payments on 7th of Nov-22. But my mobile still locked . Before making the payment, the Flipkart team was saying that you will get the unlock pin in 2 hours. Please do urgent please then after my Flipkart account locked

                I have a flipkart account which i have been trying to reactivate it, in otp option it says it's unavailable.

                I only use one number so can't change it.
                And flipkart signup system not letting me signing up using an email account.

                  There is sim defect in this mobile i e which i bought in this order realme 10 pro plus, i am unable to make calls, and i got to know that this is fine manufacturing defect due to which i need to return, but they aren't ready to accept my return at all they were just arguing that it is network provider issue. Then why it is working good in other phones and not particularly on this Phone? They are just trying to deny my return.

                    I have bought faulty drive and after reaching to customer care which doesn't happen in single connect, only false promises with open and shut down case happen with some other dates
                    Every time I tried to ask resolution they provide new Date with new open case

                    Seriously frustrating and they haven't answered just saying we are can understand your problem but than nothing.

                    I have initiated the return on same day of delivery but they have closed this request and opened another one and after that another one.

                      I ordered a boat storm watch on flipkart which covers a warranty of one year and now i require the invoice to get it repaired or replaced but flipkart blocked my account and now i require the invoice but they won't bother helping me. Flipkart is degrading day by day. They also didn't send any invoice in my email previously.

                        I have placed a retrun request on 23rd jan 2023 with Replacement ID:[protected] for wrong product delivery.
                        I ordered a pc case named – o11 dynamic mini air, colour-BLACK with order id- OD[protected]

                        the case is to be of black colour, perforated front panel, and comes with 3 case fans (one 120mm fan+two 140mm fans), standard ATX psu support as information provided by flipkart on product page instead what received is a different product .

                        The product I received is WHITE colour, Glass front panel, doesn’t support standard size psu (only support SFX/SFX-L psu) and no fans.
                        I informed Flipkart about the same for replacement but the request got rejected without any reason.
                        I would like get the product replaced at the earliest or refunded after pickup.

                          I purchased aquafresh purifier through flipkart.
                          Purifier stopped working within two weeks. Both flipkart and purifier company is not responding. I made more than 50 calls to flipkart and purifier customer service for the past one month, flipkart says they will call me back but never did and they simply sent an email to me saying - tried calling me and am not reachable and purifier customer service never answered my call. Flipkart says contact purifier company and purifier customer service never responds. Flipkart customer service representative is also behaving very irresponsibly. After lot of struggle, I could get local purifier customer representative number from Flipkart and when I called them, they said they won't replace product if purchased online and talking so rude. After losing money, time and energy, you have to go through this pain. If product works fine, we are lucky else set your mind to lose all the money. Hope my review helps someone and they think before purchasing this product through flipkart.

                          Jan 31 2023:
                          Flipkark customer service team promised the resolution by Jan31 in a phone call and I called flipkart customer service again today and they postponed the resolution date to Feb7. When I asked them to connect me to their supervisor, they said he is not available and asked me to contact after one and half an hour. This is how flipkart service center is treating flipkart plus customer.

                          They are not posting my reviews as well

                            The flipkart application is selling the hair dryer prouduct for 850/- and the price on the prouduct I received is 845/-.. this is clearly deceiving the consumer

                            Now flipkart is not taking the product back and saying our policy does not allow us to.. please help me return the product and get refund for same

                                Flipkart has been assuring 'escalation' of 'issue' to higher authority. Requesting me to wait 24 to 48 hrs to 'resolve' issue. For more than 2 weeks. Today they have marked issue as 'resolved' on their own claiming I have done so. Now customer care executive cannot hear me on phone and cuts call. ..And same cycle all over again. I have had 2 bad experiences with flipkart earlier too.

                                  I am writing to register a formal complaint about the Livpure Smart Ortho X Orthopedic Memory Foam Mattress 6-inch Queen High that I ordered from Flipkart on 2nd January 2023.

                                  I received the mattress and found that there was an issue with the size. As a result, I returned the mattress and cancelled the order. However, the pickup status has still not been updated and I have yet to receive a refund for the amount that I paid.

                                  It has been over a month now and my refund has still not been processed. To make matters worse, I paid using Flipkart Pay Later and my EMIs are now due, therefore I will be charged interest on them. I have contacted customer service multiple times and each time, they simply take up my time and then hang up after telling me that the refund will be processed tomorrow.

                                  This has been going on for a month now and I do not think it should take this long to process the refund. I look forward to hearing from you soon to resolve this issue.

                                      I had purchased Flipkart Perfect Home Duo Hard and Soft Mattress on 5th of August-2022 and it has been delivered on 25th of August. Just after received i had raised the product issue, as i am not satisfied with the product quality. Flipkart has raised the service issue and one service person had arrived at my home and check the product. He told me that i am unable to solve this issue as i am not satisfied with the product quality. So i request Flipkart that i want refund. But Flipkart denied and cancelled my request. After that i have to keep the product. In January -2022 i had raised the issue as product is totally in condition that i can not use it. Mattress has been compressed from every side and not feeling comfortable to sleep on that. So Flipkart has accepted replacement and they had picked up request raised. But i wanted refund only. so they cancelled the request. And once i contacted them their executive told me that for 1 time i need to accept the replacement and after if i face the same issue they will provide me refund. So i accept the replacement . On 6th of jan-2022 Mattress has been picked up and received at seller's site on 20th Jan-2022. After that i have not received any update, replacement or refund. Every time i call back to Flipkart they gave me new deadline. Please look into this matter. And help me in this regard.
