I am priyanka, i purchased moto e4 plus on 18th of july, but mobile having lot of problems, then i called the flipcart executive for asking refund, they told me that technician will visit they try to solve the problem, they visited, but same hanging, heating, logging problem still there, i am requesting for refund for this mobile, mob no-[protected]

I am priyanka, I purchased Moto e4 plus on 18th of July, but mobile having lot of problems, then I called the flipcart executive for asking refund, they told me that technician will visit they try to solve the problem, they visited, but same hanging, heating, logging problem still there, I called 20 to 30 times to flipcart customer care, they told they not provide refund for this mobile, I complainted when mobile received 4hrs o[censored]sage, this problems r still exist, pathetic service center they didn't connect call to senior manager, this mobile phone is lots of problem, I don't want replacement I want refund or replacement with redmi note4 for same price, ,
