This is to bring to your notice that a prestige omega festiva with an order no odi[protected] was placed last tuesday that was 18th july around 9 o'clock in the morning, the the delivery was suppose to be given today but still am yet to receive. Not a single message or call came in to say that the deliver will be delayed for what so ever the reason the customer services people gave.
It very annoying to know that being a customer for last 7 years this is how one is treated.

                  मैंने फ्लिप्कार्ट से दो houge stack शूज ऑर्डर किये थे जो की 5-6 जुलाई कोम डेलेवर हुए उनमे दोनों प्रोडक्ट के साथ में मुझे कोई भी एमआरपी टैग और ब्रांड टैग नहीं मिला, दोनों ही प्रोडक्ट डुप्लीकेट थे था ख़राब क्वालिटी के थे इसलिए मैंने रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट डाली फ्लिप्कार्ट के एप और coustmor care दोनों जगहों से पर जब उनका ekart executive आया तो उसने प्रोडक्ट रेतुर्न नहीं लिया ये कहकर क अपके पास एमआरपी टैग और ब्रांड टैग नहीं है मैंने उनको बताया क मुझे पार्सल बॉक्स में ऐसा कुछ मिला ही नहीं है तो आपको कैसे रिटर्न करू तो उसने कहा के आप दुबारा काम्प्लेन करिए, ऐसा मई 6 बार कर चूका हु हर बार मुझे फ्लिप्कार्ट के executive सोरी कहकर अगले तिन दिनों में प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न की surety देते थे पर अब तक मेरा प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न नहीं हुआ है और अब वो अज रेतुर्न लेने से मना कर रहे है क बिना एमआरपी टैग और ब्रांड टैग क रिटर्न नहीं होगा मैंने 4 बार ऑफिस से छुट्टी लेकर उनक excutive का इंतजार किया पर अब वो रिटर्न लेने से मना कर रहा है pls हेल्प me

                      This is wrost service in flipkart side, i ordered shoes but iam received different item. Ofterords i will decide to return the item also i will put a request to return policy. At the time of delivery iam not receiving any price tag. Today morning same team came for pic the item that are asking 3rd time price tag.                           I studied the rules of flipkart which said that account can be reactivated anytime by logging in with my mobile number after deactivation. I tried to do that but it's not happening. It is continuously showing that my account is not active and try contacting consumer support. Delivery boy from ekart has confirmed that the product is sent back to the seller and also informed flipkart about the not delivering the product due to exchange reject. But flipkart executive is telling they haven't received information from logistics team (Ekart). I have asked for refund which is not provided. Please provide me refund immediately.
