Hi team,
I brought the uv tv. You guys can see my order on the database... Not even one month it ran... While running itself it got switched off... Raised a complaint two days back, still there is no update from your team... I dono wat the hell is happening... Ru guys trying to cheat here on deliver non valuable products... And moreover i m unable to get ur folks contact... Keep on trying to reach.

I have gifted this product to my family, but now i feel such a high level bad service.

      Hi my order no - od[protected] contact no [protected] i want refund and wants to return my order as my wife doesn't like the phone.. She was out of town... I had word with ur cc executive she said cancellation is not possible... Refund my amount take the product back otherwise ill file a complaint in consumer forum for the same. I paid through emi option. I have recieved the order on 4th aug my wife was order out of town see saw the product tofay only now she doesnt want the product and i want return my product and wants refund so that ill order some other phone for her.

        Sir,
        I regret to inform you that i purchased samsung on5 from flipkart shopping portal due to some serious issue like network connectivity, low volume, and light censer, notification light not available in phone whenever i am going to outside i am not able to use my cell phone due to light censer so i want to return my phone. Due to this reason i talked to flipkart customer care miss poonam dhar but she can not agree to return my product. And nor forward my call to senior.
        So i request to concern person take action and order regarding this issue.

        As per the complaint we have interacted with the customer but customer says he is not happy with the product hence he want to return hence it has been informed we will not be able take return of the product hence case stands closed.

          I have ordered above mentioned item on 31st july 2017, it was shipped as per expected date. But when opened by technician guy. He told that 1 part is missing without that it can't be installed and that part is the most expensive item in this aquaguard. I registered a complaint regarding this. It took around 1 week and as on expected to be delivered and replaced. No updates found on this after that date also. Where does i need to go and do complain. I have already called so many time to flipkart customer care.

            I bought a samsung a5 mobile phone through flipkart. A defective / sub-standard phone was delivered to me, which loses connectivity while being mobile. A mobile phone, which works only when stationary. I tried everything, but problem persisted. After trying for 3 days, i requested a return through flipkart. Since then, talked to a large number of executives. Every executive at flipkart gives different statement, and they even fall to the level of lying, and rejected my refund request.

            The flipkart representative technician had clearly mentioned problem not resolved in service report, and flipkart person says, problem is resolved.

            Never ever buy anything from these cheats.

            We had arranged tech visit, our service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
            The ordered item is not received, I ordered for two mobile cases i received only one and the amount was paid for two through online, the one which recieved also not fitting to the mobile.

              I had ordered one saree.in app it is showing as delivered but i have not received the product. On july 29th, i have registered a complaint by calling customer care. I called them 50 times untill today and every time i get the answer saying that wait for 24 hrs. Neither i got the product nor the refund. It is really a very bad experience with flipkart. I really hate the flipkart service.

                Delivery problem at aluva hub.

                I ordered moto e4 plus on 6th august.. I got a message in my phone stating that it was out for delivery on tuesday.. Until now i haven't heard a word from them.. When i checked the tracking status it says order received at aluva hub... I also attached my message screen shot.

                We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed as it was a non serviceable area, we could not deliver it, Customer stated it is okay, he had ordered one more and it got delivered, and had no further issues, hence closing the case.

                  I ordered online iphone se and during payment it showed error in transaction and then a message due to heavy rush your order did not go through. So i re-ordered the product then i received message that two same products are being shipped. I immediately called flipcart executive, she assured me to receive the package and we will take one back
                  So i took delivery and took one phone out for use the other is still packed. Now even my numerous calls they are just not returing it back. This is plain cheating. I have ask them to call me back they don't call and when i call, some time they say they will resolve issue no problem and other time its no and put me on hold for ever till i dont disconnect myself. I have call recodings and sms of these conversations.

                    Ordered sansui 1.5ton inverter ac in flipkart on 23rd july 2017, delivered on 26th july 2017 and sent their people for installation on 27th july 2017. After installation cooling was not there even after 1 hr so called the person who installed it, he came and checked and confirmed as the condensor was not working so asked to request for replacement. I requested for replacement on the same day 27th july 2017 (Thursday). A person from sansui has also checked and confirmed that the product is defective.

                    But still now they have not issued the product for replacement its already more than 15 days. I have followed up many times with their customer care through calls and mails also through facebook but no progress in replacement.

                    I asked atleast to refund the amount paid but they didnt they are least bothered and very poor customer service

                      I have bought a cloud walker tv 43 uhd 4k on 5th august. As per the description in flipkart it says the tv is uhd 4k, but when we connect to the ps4 the tv said "tv does not support hdr" i changed the hdmi cable still it shows the same. I request for return flipkart has 10 days replacement option but they are not responding now. They are delaying. I request for refund they said they wont do. But the tv does not support hdr as per spec uhd 4k.

                      I requested return on 7th august. They scheduled tech visit on 8th august, but till now no one called me or came. Very dissapointed. There toll free ivr option does not allow me to talk to the technician. Every time it says all technicians are busy and gets disconnected.

                        Dear Flipkart,

                        I'm ordered Lenovo K6 power on 1st Aug 2017 by online debit card payment..
                        & the delivered date is 3rd Aug 2017. But i'm received product on 4th Aug 2017.

                        Okay, i like to use it inserted my sims and check. and it is not reading sims & showing no service.

                        Restarted it multiple times but no use at all.. Then i rise a requested return but there is no option for return the product only replacement. on 11.22 am 4th Aug 2017.

                        Then the replay is we will update you on your return request.

                        Update is flipkart technical person will call you for troubleshooting at 7pm 4th Aug 2017.

                        He called me, i supported for troubleshooting but problem is not rectified.

                        Then i called customer care they said after technical person visit we will approve return (i.e. replacement of same product) depending on his feedback.

                        Technical person visited on 5th Aug 2017 with my continuous follow up.

                        Return request accepted & delivery will be done by 8th Aug 2017.

                        And i received a message on 7th Aug 2017. i.e. delivery of product is scheduled on 8th Aug 2017.

                        But i didn't received any info regarding delivery. Product not delivered till 6pm 8th Aug 2017.
                        Again i called customer care they said wait till 7pm delivery will be done by today itself. by end of that call i received a sms that item will picked by 6.29pm 8th Aug 2017.

                        But nothing happen, i called around 8.30 pm, they saying wait till 9pm 8th Aug 2017. by end of that call i received a sms that item will picked by 6.29pm 8th Aug 2017

                        I called at 8.30pm 8th Aug 2017, i received sms that item will be picked by 6.29m 8th Aug 2017.

                        And too much irresponsibility towards customers by you customer care executes every time i called.

                        Now my call also not connecting...

                        I order the item to get in two days or three days but till now i didn't get right product. And lot of process i have to follow because flipkart delivered the defected problem.


                        What is the meaning of easy returns... ?

                        you're just replacing the same product.

                        We request the return when we are not happy with that product. But you're replacing the same product. Then how customer will satisfy with that.

                        When i received new seal product it is defected why i should take the same product again.

                        Even you're not replacing on time... And the lot of process we have to follow if flipkart delivered the defected product.

                        Flipkart services become too unsatisfactory with in no time.

                        Why should we waste our valuable time for your unsatisfactory services.

                        I'm purchased product to get Good product & on time i.e. 3rd Aug.

                        Neither to get disturbed by your defected product nor to follow up your customer care executives nor to waste my valuable time & to get mental tensions.

                        Please respond as soon as possible... Refund my amount & pickup the defected product.

                        We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, checked with the customer that does he require the replacement product, apologized for the misscommunication and informed cx should visit the ASC if he faces any issue with the replacement product, and informed it was clearly mentioned in the website regarding that. Customer was very adamant that he needs refund if in case any issue with the replacement, but as we have promised before we can provide the refund if in case any issue with the replacement. Customer needs mail regarding the same. Informed we will provide and sending mail to hub to reschedule the delivery.

                          Ordered moyoe4+, defective product received mobile phone with hanging problem and later replaced mobile also defective with display problem

                          Now flipkart not accepting replacement or taking return.

                          This is worst customer experience with flipkart

                          Please suggest me on this for resolving my problem.

                            L'oreal paris deep nourishing creambath with water lilly (490 g)
                            Received duplicate product with pungent smell. I have already used the original product purchased from loreal salon.
                            Product is unused from my end. From the smell itself i cound make out its duplicate. It says non-returnable in my order history.
                            What the hell would i do with this crap product o[censored]rs.
                            Its high time you ban such sellers.

                              I purchased motorola moto c plus mobile amounting 6999/- from flipkart.com delivered on 20.07.2017 under 10 days replacement policy but from the very beginning o[censored]sing this mobile phone i am facing a lot of problems i. E - 1) battery draining very fast, 2- big software issue in this phone, 3) each and every apps not responding after using few minutes, 4) once battery fulled up with 52% charge but after changing the sim card reinserting the battery i just got shocked that the power decreased to 4%, later again battery fulled up with 72% charge but after changing the sim card reinserting the battery i just got shocked that the power decreased to 4%.

                              I request for replacement 3 times but all the 3 times my replacement cancelled by flipkart even after the technician noted down that there is hanging issue, battery issue and also software issue in this phone.

                              Now please take necessary action for replacement otherwise i would have no other way except going to legal procedure.

                              Please inform me under which ministry e-commencing site i. E flipkart.com being regulated.

                                For my product, i was continuously following with flipkart and remind there executive about delay as my product was lying in vizag courier centre for more than 2-3 days. They told me confidentiality that i will get my item by today i. E 8th aug. Now i m getting mail that my item cannot be delivered n will be delivered by 14th. Its simply cheating customers as the item had charged with delivery charge also.

                                  They are simply harassing the customer and they are giving fake features and fake promise to the customers..

                                  When we called for complaint without our issues resolved they are closing the issues and disconnecting the calls.

                                  If we ask many questions they are asking the customer like who told you purchase from online if you want to buy mobile as per your expectations go and buy it from local shop.

                                    I ordered panasonic elluga arc2 handset.
                                    When i recieved it i found that it is an used phone
                                    I complained for refund
                                    After approval of refund i recieved a msg in which i got an email id for refund of my courier charge, when i mailed my courier bill i got an email from gmail in which i got information that given email id [protected]@flipkart.com is not in use
                                    After that i made a call to flipkart customer care they prompted that in my flipkart app i'll find the option to mail my courier bill
                                    But in my app i didn't find any attachment option

                                    Your representative are changing their statements. And I think they don't have proper information to satisfy consumer
                                    Kindly give me the proper solution.
                                    Before this order two times I received wrong product.
                                    But this time I am truly disappointed with your service.

                                      I had ordered tv, freeze and washing machine with subjected order no, before order delivery i found gap in price as i have seen before order and after order, i immediately called the customer care on this, the executive suggested to cancel this product order and do a fresh order which i did immediately, but in same evening they delivered product and cancelled the cancellation request. I called then again on this issue they said me to raise a refund request online and mention the concerns, but again they rejected this request i recalled them they said they will call me back but i could not get any call from them now when i am calling them they are not responding over my calls.

                                      And meanwhile tv which they delivered was broken and they said they will deliver this within 72 hours but now they have cancelled this order as price has gone up.

                                      I am requesting to cancel all the order but they are not responding.
                                      Please help me in this regard.

                                        I had ordered a skull candy headset on flipkart for which i made advance payment through my debit card. The order was placed on august 3, 2017. On saturday, august 5, 2017, i recieved a message stating "the order will be delivered today". I waited for 3 more days, but didn't hear anything from them. When i checked the shipping details, i found that, the order had indeed reached the ekart logistics, aluva on august 5. But as of august 8, the status of the order is showing that there is an address-pincode mismatch (Which i can confirm is a false claim) and the location is out of delivery area. I can also confirm that i have received multiple products from flipkart to the same address before without any issues. I could find that multiple complaints were logged against ekart logistics, aluva, in this portal. Although all of them were resolved, it seems the root cause is not addressed yet, as they keep repeating the same. This is by far the worst experience i have had from any e-commerce website. As a regular customer of flipkart, i am really unsatisfied and deeply frustrated about your service. I hope necessary actions will be taken not only to resolve my issue, but to prevent this from happening in future. Please see the shipment details and screenshots.
