I ordered a DSLR camera with accessories and paid the amount online. I don't know why they cancelled it in some 15 minutes and I received a message that they will refund the amount in some 6-7 days.

I am very disappointed with this.I want to know the reason behind this.

    I have purchased redmi note 4 at flipkart, which is delivered 15th of july 2017. The phone have issue with battery, that cant be charged fully with a single charge, stop around 80%. I had notify the issue, they send their technician on 17th july and said the issue is fixed. But next day the problem starts again. Now they refuse for both replacement and to provide a technician again. They product comes with 10 day replacement warranty which suppose to over on 24th july.

    As per the complaint there was technician visit was arranged at customer address as they confirmed no issue hence requested customer to visit the brand service center.

      I make an order earphone for apple iphone. It cost 699rs, but i canceled that order within next minute. Then i got one msg from flipkart your amount will be refund within 8 days like that. Then i got another massage from flipkart like refund completed. But i still did get the any amount the flipkart so please send it back my money to my account.

        I was bought redmi note 4 costed 12, 999 on 21st june and its delivered on 24th jun. I was raised return request after 2days of delivery as phone is having heating issue. They called me one-twice to know whats the issue. I explained them they assured they will come back on same.
        But till yet after that no call issue is not resolved till yet. Even so many time raised issue request online on their site also.
        Calling their customer care also they says there is no return request raised. Its waste of money and time. I need solution.

        As per the complaint there was a followup made and it was informed to customer to visit the brand service center as the product is out of seller replacement policy.
        Madharchood Hai Flipkart ka service, never attend call
        I ordered one tempered glass for my MI note 4 but the packet which i received is empty. This is poor service you provide to your coustmer.

          Dear flipkart executive

          This complaint is regarding my order id - od[protected], a fastrack watch ng3089sl01 black magic analog watch - for man. I got my order on 24 may, 2017 and as the product was not up to my choice mark. I requested to return it. And someday i found that my return request has been cancelled by flipkart. And the return date of product had been expired. I did e-mail twice to flipkart to raise this issue but they even did not interested to reply me. This is not expected with flipkart. I haven't used it since i got it and still want to return it.
          Now this is very clear from my side that either you have to take this order back otherwise i have to file a complaint against flipkart for this fraud action.

            I had purchased a ifb microwave oven on dated june 22nd 2017, but the product which was received was defected. (Defect - vegitable is hot some time, and some time oven is not hot, and some sound was heared when oven is running, like two wire is touched). I had lodge a complain within 10 days of receipts of this item for return. I want to replace this item due to defected of this item, but no replacement was shown in flipkart, then i go for for return.
            That time flipkart said your return will process upto 3rd of july, but no one were came. I had lodge a complain again then you said for processing will be update upto 7th of july, but no one were came, but till date no one has came to resolve my problem.
            Today i had call to filpkart with complain no. In[protected] they said your querry was resolved on 11th july, but no one has came till date. What should i do
            Today 20.07.2017 i had called to customer care they said tech has already visit and issue has been resolved.
            How many times they replied with fake update.

              Ordered a product on 9th july, the product was shipped and reached my nearest hub on 16th july but was not delivered. Since 16th july i have been contacting flipkart for delayed delivery and they keep shifting the date to 17th july, then 18th july, then 19th july. The flipkart executives refused to provide me any reason for the delay or any contact details of the ekart logistics team so that i could follow up with them. On requesting to talk to higher management, the flipkart executive had the guts to put my call on hold, and then come on line again, pretending to be someone from higher management. Absolutely outrageous and misleading approach to customers. On 20th july, i raised another complaint and mr sandesh yadav again claimed that my order will reach on 24th july. He refused to provide any contact details or ekart logistics or any reason for the delay in delivery.

                      I order a tab on flipkart on 7 july 17. On 11 july 17 i receive a product. When i open the box, i receive a some one used tab with lot of scratches and dusty.
                      The product imei number does not match with invoice imei number. So many times i request to flipkart to accept the product return and refund my amount. They didn't response. If they check the quality and product quality before deliver to consumer. These issues may not be raised. They are not done the job. Please help me to solve this complaint. Thanking you...

                        I am santosh from neemrana alwar.
                        Last week i ordered a phone lenovo vibe k5 note. I have recieved it on 16/07/2017 and found a manufacturing defect after i opened up the box (It glass panel is not properly fitted in its mainframe) just after half an hour i requested to return the phone.
                        Till 20/07/2017 i have got no response from flipkart team i have decided to call them on toll free no. After lot of waiting and transferring of call on various levels of authority. They completely refused to return the phone and about replacement they too did not said much.
                        I m very disappointed by flipkart on this incident.
                        If my issue not resolved i will go to any authority level and i will take my money back. Flipkart is a giving a very bad name to online retail market.

                          I ordered two cellphone (Moto corp plus - order id: od[protected] and lava arc grand 2- order id-od[protected] from flipkart. I faced issue with both of the order and i asked them for replacement. The replacement request was accepted. The order was picked up by ekart wish master having tracking id as fmpr[protected] and fmpr[protected] on 13th july 2017. But till date my order is not delivered to me and the delivery date was on 15th july 2017. I tried to contact customer care also but i didn't get any satisfactory response. They are saying that they didn't get any pickup acknowledgement from ekart.

                          Please take action against this issue and make the delivery of the order asap.

                            This is regarding an order that i had placed on 5th of June 2017 for a housefull shoe stand.

                            My order was placed and the shoe stand was delivered on 23rd of June 2017(Friday). To my dissapointment, i saw that the item was missing a hinge due to which a door could not be fixed.

                            The service and installation guy told me to raise a complaint and that the issue would be resolved in 1 week. I tried calling Housefull customer care but nobody answers the call, i sent various mails to them, but got no responses. (Please see attachments )

                            Finally, i called up customer care of flipkart and asked them to help fix the item or replace the item. Flipkart executive told me that they dont see an option of replacement, but only can request for a return. I agreed to return the item and placed a return request on 26th of June. Please note that my order still says that they accept replacements within 10 days. I got neither replacement nor refund.

                            Promised pickup date for the item was 16th July. I tried to call flipkart customer care 3-4 days before 16th of July and kept getting false assurances that the item would be definitely picked up by 16th of July.

                            On the 17th of July, i was surprised to see that the item was marked in flipkart as return cancelled by the seller due to policy terms.

                            After the promised pickup date, also, i kept calling flipkart daily, and I get nothing but false assurances saying that i will be getting calls within 1 hour, half hour, within 24 hours etc.

                            I understand that in my case, the seller : Housefull has not been responding. I do not understand why flipkart has to have such a horrible seller in their website. I also do not understand why its taking so much time to resolve a simple refund issue.

                            I have decided that this is the limit of my patience because, i will be travelling abroad by 24th of this month. I have decided to post this issue on consumer complaints forum, and I have also decided to make this issue of mine public using facebook, and any other social media available to me.

                                      Flipkart, i trusted you till yesterday. But right now i couldn't pick up my product (Lenovo k6 power) due to this rubbish reason. Please resolve my issue and ekart logistics, they are saying that they can't provide delivery due to this mismatching problem. I hope tomorrow i will able to pick up my product. I already paid this product through debit card.
