I purchased redmi note 4 (Gold, 64... With order id od[protected]
Which was delivered on 31st july 13.30 hrs. Opening the box i got the
Mobile with damaged display. Immediately at 13.37 hrs i informed the
Delivery boy and he advised me to put a replacement request for the
Product. I followed and request was confirmed by seller. After a while
Cancellation massage came to me at 17.49 hrs. Again i registered another
Request and the same process was repeated. I informed the delivery boy and
He advised me to wait for next day, as i complained, any executive may come
To me to check the product. No such body came to me. Again i tried to file
A complain, but surprisingly this time i found my order for this product
Has been removed from the order list.in fact all my orders of current year
Been removed from order list. Now what am i supposed to do?

    Well, i buy a wrangler jeans from your online shopping site on 18th july.
    After wearing one time i found out that the fabric of jeans is not good, and i fell like i got thugged by flipkart because i m not satisfied with the quality of jeans. And now i can't even replace or get refund just because i don't have m. R. P tag on that jeans. I[censored] can't get me refund then please exchange the jeans with good quality of wrangler jeans. Please fix this asap. I m very disapointed.

      I had placed an order for purchase of onida 109cm (43) full hd smart led tv. The order id is : od[protected], dated 15.07.2017.

      The order was against exchange. However, the delivery boy had refused to take the old tv and hence, i had cancelled the order and raised request for refund.
      Though various mails and calls on the toll free number were done, till date even after two weeks, no refund is given. They are just sending msg and emails, stating there was some technical issue and the refund would take place in couple of days. However, nothing is progressive.

              On fri, 28th april i bought i phone 6 gold, 64gb mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problems
              1. Main warranty issue (Device is out of warranty)
              2. Getting mute and also going to silent mode automatically.
              3. Display cracked and blinking problem..

              The [consumer rights act / sale of goods act] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

              As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone [repaired/replaced or refunded] and i would request that you confirm that you will as soon as possible.

              I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

                I have purchased mobile phone intex aqua star 4g from your website on 29/5/2017 order id - od[protected]For more details please check attachment).

                When i received the phone its keypad was not working. I have called many times to our customer care officials. They used to told me to wait on call as they are processing the request. Than your officials kept me online and then they cut my call in between. So i was trying to call them again. Then new customer care official do the same thing.in this process, they have wasted 15 days and one day they said they cant able to see my request as someone of your official has deleted it.

                Later on they have given me customer care address and contact no. I searched for the place which is very far away from my place. When i reached to the address no such address present. I have called on contact no. Given by your officials which is also not reachable.

                After that i have got authorized intex phone service center. They told me that the phone is not in warranty period. Due to this i have paid rs. 750. As you have sold me fake product i have lost so much of extra amount.

                I request you to reimburse the amount which i have spent on this phone or replace the phone as it is. As its a purely your mistake that you have sold fake, defective product to us.

                      To whomsoever it may concern,

                      I have ordered l'oréal hair spa deep nourishing cream bath from you and received a fake one. My order id is od[protected]. The packaging and fragrance gives it away. I received a new one but that too was fake from the same seller. I own the same original product which i bought from a salon therefore i can easily compare.

                      Never experienced receiving a fake product buying online and let alone such a famous famous online shopping portal. I later read the reviews for this product on your page and found that so many customers had the same issue of receiving the fake product and despite that, this product was not removed from flipkart. I also found that someone had complained about this issue for the same product on online consumer forum. Please find all the proof below.

                      That being said, i would like my money back and i will be contacted l'oréal and letting them know that you're site is selling counterfeit products and fooling customers.

                            I ordered moto e4 plus (Od[protected] on 17th july 2017 nd was delivered on 20th july 2017.. After unboxing the product jst supported for 4-5 days nd later strtd facing prblms.. The display wasn't being visible without any physical damage nd even the phn was not getting charged when connected to the power/charger.. I even tried to reach the customer care but left without success.. I couldn't understand how come u ppl be so irresponsible.. I jst hope i get a replacement nd my issue will be resolved as early as possible.

If at all customer comes after policy, he will have to get in touch with the Authorized service center. Here customer came post 10 day policy. hence request to visit the ASC.                                 I ordered moto e4 plus (Od[protected] on 22/07/2017 and it was delivered on 25/07/2017. Only one day i have used this phone and now it's display is not working.
                                And now when i 'm returning it, then it is not accepting my request.
                                Kindly take urgent action on this matter as i have only 10 days replacement time.

                                    We have been suffering since the last 20 days because of mismanaged services of flipkart. We had ordered a asus gold order id : od[protected].
                                    We paid rs.9, 500 cash for it in 'blind faith'. The outer cover and the receipt said 'gold' but when we opened the pack we were shocked to find a black mobile which costs rs. 1000 less.
                                    We complained and were promised 'quick response' which happened after almost 15 days. The delivery man came, checked the imei no. And went back saying they did not match. Is it our fault?

                                      Hi sir,

                                      I have booked a gold coin through flipkart and it got delivered yesterday but gold coin missed inside the box, i have raised a complaint to flipkart team but they are not responding to the issue properly. To safe i have recorded the video while opening the product and the same video shared with flipkart team after discussing with the flipkart person he said that within two days i will get the amount but today another team is saying that it will take 15 days minimum to resolve the issue, i said during the initial conversation customer care team member accepted to transfer two days.

                                      I don't know why the flipkart is having contact with such a worst seller

                                      I need to pay the credit card bill and i need compensation on the same,
                                      Can you help me to get the same.

                                        Hi,

                                        My name is navin keshari, i had ordered moto c plus from flipkart and i received the same. But its getting auto switch off. When i asked for resolution flipkart sending technician who doesn't have any kind of knowledge they just do faatory reset and saying now phone will work properly. Again facing same issue. When i called customer care they are saying take it to galary. Even i raised complaint under return policy.
                                        Its completely wastage of time and money, never trust on flipkart products
