I had ordered panasonic eluga raymax (64gb) phone on 8th may 2017 from flipkart. Order id : od[protected].

The phone delivered was faulty, the speakers were not working, which the company verified and confirmed they will replace the product. The replacement was delivered after 20 days of continuous follow up on 20th june 2017. The replacement received is again a faulty product. None of the sim...

I received a defective flipkart 11000mah power bank ordered vide invoice no. Fop7y[protected] dated[protected]. The product delivered to me is not getting switched on inspite of continuous charging it for 8-10 hours. Although blue led starts glowing when connected to charger but it does gets on. Pls do needful at the earliest else i may approach to consumer forum....

I complaint about the product that this is used and defected and they registered the complaint on 7 june 2017 but today is 21 june 2017 but the product is not picked up... After contacting costumer care i got that refund would be given the pick up is completed, they are again and again giving me the date of pick up but problem is not resolving. Pls help.....

Sir this is a final email to know why the return not approved by flipcart, wheres several time i was tried to convince flipcart executive through overphone. Now it should escalate to the forum which need.

I had ordered a colorbar lipstick in a one shade and they delivered the wrong shade. I had called their customer care to inform about the same, and had clearly told the cs executive that i had already opened the package/product and then realized the shade was wrong. Flipkart is refusing the return although it promises for free and easy return on the product page.
I am not satisfied with the product but the customer care refuses to refund my money stating its under replacement policy only.

I feel like conned. And forced to take the issue to consumer court for justice.

I had placed for redmi note 4. I got the delivery on 21st june 2017 and as opened the box, i found a piece of tile i informed flipkart on call and concerned police station. I have called and sent messages on facebook after that but am not getting a positive response. Kindly help.
