I have order joombox grooves blue wireless bluetooth headset from flipkart on dec 2016, when i ordered it showed six month warranty. From last two month my headset is not working, so i searched many service centers to claim warranty.. I found nothing..

Now what should i must do, say flipkart. Just waste of money spending to you, atleast amazon and snapdeal are better than you.

I ordered 2 moto g turbo mobile and when delivered i found these to be the diffrent to the one moto g turbo i was already using. These does not seems genuine products seems like they are delivering refurbished mobiles. I was able to get the replacement for the 1 while when requested for2nd one, no one contacted and the return request closed on next day. I called their help desk after 3~4 days and now they are saying u have already passes...

Od[protected] received different item flipcart say that they refund after pickup but there is no pickup done
Flipcart courier boy come and say i can, t take different brand
But i get different brand... My amount was still no refund... I, ll never purchase agaain from flipcart i was so disopinted by the service they provide.. I think flipcart loose their goodwill becoz of ekart courier service...
