    Dear sir
    I had purchased spl wallet from flipkart on 24 june for rs 1399. I had got the wallet and started using it. But after some days i started experiencing problem with it. The chain was not working properly colour started fading and stiches were coming out making the wallet unusable. I called the customer care on 20th july and they denied the replacement and refund of product. And kept calling them. And the return period closed and i am helpless now. I had paid rs 1399 for such a product that is cheap in quality. Please help me in getting my problem solved and save my hard earned money.

      I ordered redmi note 4 on 26 july 2017, i got a product which is not working properly. They are offering replacement but again the product they will give will have the same problem. The product they are selling is not eligible for refund only they can give is replacement. I want product refund not replacement.         This is to inform you that i have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart which instructed me to pay 70/- extra to ensure that the dekivery is done within 2 days.. It was very important for me to get the delivery within two days as i wanted to gift it to my father on his bday.
        But without any infornation to me, the phone was not dekivered in time. All above this, when i tried to check it with flipkart customer care, they rudely informed me that it will not be delivered on time, and if i want to cancel the order u can do so.. But in no case, extra 70/- will not be refunded to me. I fail to understand that what kind of customer service flipkart is giving to its customers. There is no one sensible sitting in customer care who can respond to the customer with some respect.
        Its not about 70/- infact its about the commitment which you people are giving to your customers and still not fulfilling it.. I am very hurt with this kind of service, flipkart used to be one of my favourite ecomnerce site but now i have changed my thoughts..
        And i will try that this story of mine reaches to as much people as i can make it reach..

        I have paid the money for the product through online, but the Flipkart does not delivered my order, when I'm trying to contact with customer care they are not at all responding.

            I have ordered a mobile redmi note 4 on 26th july 2017 for ra.10999. The amount was deducted from my account and i received a message that the item is supposed to be delivered on 28th july 2017. But on 27th july i received another sms that the order have been cancelled. I haven't cancelled the order then how did it happen. I had waited 1 week for redmi note 4 flash sale and once i ordered this happened. I need the product. Without me cancelling you cant cancel the order and if the product is out of stock it must have been mentioned while ordering. Please deliver the product asap or refund the money.

              I purchased dell inspiron laptop but i received defective piece which has following issues like keypad not working touch problem & some function not working properly.
              I choosed flipkart for shopping just because of good service and quality.

                Dear forum
                As committed by flip cart they will refund my money before 14 july its 27 july i didn't get any refund from them. This shows how they screwing there customers. Website is showing they have refund but i gone through my bank statements i got nothing. They commit so much but they deliver nothing. Its not about refund of just 2020 rupees its about how they take order from market by virtue of this they use this bulk money of others for there own purpose.

                    If we keep for charge it didn't get charged as compare to earlier and it also get hang sometimes. It shouldn't be happen because it's ram is 3gb. As the lenovo k6 power is a latest model it's charging is too slow. It's my humble request to you that please get my phone repaired as soon as possible. This problem is from since 2 weeks. It's also get many tough charges when we go to shops.

                        Complainting two times for replacement moto c plus within replacement offer time. Flip cart provide technishion by jeev.co.in, for solving problem, but problem is still persisted and much panic by product. Reports by problem resolved by customer but i'm not satisfied this report and get surprised, i have some screenshots about mobile temperature, still in visited of 5 mi n how can problem is solved?? My problem while talking browsing playing video and app playing mobile heated slowly slowly grossly increases temperature and picked high temperature after 15 to 20 min. It not to be touched @particular back mobile camera region. Mobile battery while full charge it's drain very fast. While all this problem persisted how can anyone submitted complaint resolved. Plz take proper action and replacement of moto c plus,. Bz it's making lots of panic.

                            I have send request return for mobile-moto e4 plus.

                            The main issue of mobile :

                            Poor camera quality - worst camera both rear and front. Camera is not of good quality. The camera clarity is worst comparing too moto g3 and other moto mobile. There is a difficulties in camera
                            Poor camera both front and back, even with flash, pics are hazy with poor quality and like motion blur picture, not showing actual color and bright picture. I try to take pics, i have to wait till its's software proceed it. If i move my hand picture goes hazy. My all pic with dark color contrast and showing like very poor and dark and video quality is also very bad & dark.
                            That are not showing proper good and bright video with actual shoot. It has bad quality camera with low focusing no hd quality.

                            My first smart phone is moto g3 is having less price and less processor and everything it is having better performance and better quality, sound and camera clearity superb.

                            Poor sound quality-dolby atoms is only for name. It is not working properly in device. When people call me, sometimes people can't hear my voice.

                            Poor flash range

                            Display-no gorilla glass, display resolution is bad. When see shoot video not showing in proper with clear and actual color, show in dark light like night view.

                            Camera and display are very bad.

                            1st time flipkart follow-up to me and also they guide for what to do.
                            They say try the app of open camera for camera issue.
                            I try to do. But not satisfying this app. Video and pic are come with dark color contrast, not show actual picture quality colour. Video is also bad. That time i understand display is also defect and problem.

                            I Have requested reurn oder on 21st july 2017. Flipkart first time reject my return request, with out customer permission.than again when i request for return.they only send message for calling, not given response. they are lying to customer and saying only replacement is given refund is not our policy. but in flipkart replacement policy are written
                            ( You may request for a replacement within 10 days of delivery/installation (as applicable). In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement, the seller will offer a refund to you.).
                            My Replacement is also rejected showing in order.
                            now flipkart duty is given refund to me,
                            but they are not given refund to me.

                                    Sir this is in regard to my redmi note 4 (Black - 64gb) that i have purchased from flipkart having order no od[protected]. Sir the accessories with the handset is faulty and are not in working condition. Sir i even visited a service center they refused me for providing a replacement of the accessories. Sir kindly look into the matter and resolve it at your earliest.

                                      I have ordered a laptop with order id od[protected] as no cost emi (9months) from flipkart.
                                      However while going through my credit card transaction it was observed dat i have been charged the interest portion also.
                                      This should not be charged.
                                      I have purchased @rs.53073, so no cost emi for 9 months should have been rs.5897 per month. But my cc statement shows rs.6306.12. Kindly consider
