Its a 3 month now when i buy redmi note 3 mobile from flipkart. I am not understanding that why i haven't received make my trip coupon for below order yet when it is a offer at the time of buying this product.

What i can say is flipkart service is worse i ever seen because there customer care even don't know what to do. I am saying this because if flipkart does not want to give mmt coupon then why they offer this scheme.

    I have ordered redmi note 4 order id is (Od[protected] doesn't flipkart take card payment? I am asking you this question because when delivery boy came to deliver this product to me, then i was going to pay that money by card but he said that they don't take card. You (Flipcart) does not inform me about this issue i want to know why you don't take card. When i was not ready for cash. It was so embracing moment happened with me.. I had to gift that item to my brother on his birthday... Shame on you.

      flipkart worst response, to, customers no escalation matrix no customer executive to attend customers

      Dear team,

      If flipkart is unable to work on this then let me know. If their is some issue then they should tell me over my first call only. Why flipkart team lying with customers??? If the thing is not possible then they would have tell me this initially & i will not take follow up further.

      If flipkart is not responding customer promptly then pls remove the sentence that flipkart will support 24x7 to customer....

      I Mr Sagar mayanak ordered a Moto e4plusin July 2017 and within 2 days I noticed that phone has problem with display. I opted for replacement and then phone was replaced but new phone is having same problem. Flipkart is giving defected phone to customer and now refusing to give refund or replacement.

        Myself subrata pal from bankura, i had purchased a mi redmi note 4 64gb gold from flipkart on 30th june 2017, order i'd - od[protected] price - 12999, which delivered on 4th july, after using the device i am facing mobile heating and hanging problem as well as ram is not working properly, so i need to replace the device. So i have requested to replace or return the mobile for several times, which return i'd is [protected], i am contacted to flipkart care, every time they're told to wait 72hrs the requested pickup will done but after two or three times request the replacement is rejected. Till now no solution given to me. So i need full support from you, they have to replace the mobile or refund the money, please help me. My contact no- [protected]

          I had ordered eye bhaskar 12 led solar bulb two numbers with charge rechargeable solar light which cost rs 799/- on 3rd aug 2017. Order was placed and payment was also completed through net banking. But same day afternoon i got a message on my mobile that your order couldnot be completed. Refund has been initiated for payment amounting to 799. But no money has been refunded to my account.
          Now i want to know whether my order is placed or cancelled? If cancelled then why no money is refunded to my account.

            I bought a new mobile from flipkart on 30th july. There was network connectivity in that mobile n i lodge a complaint about it. They sent a technician to check my mobile on 2nd august n he checked the device n said that there s a problem in it n u all get replacement soon like that. While checking my device he erased all through restore factory setting. After that he entered new security pattern n did not tell me properly n went away. I tried to open it but the mobile was locked. I called the technician n asked pattern n i entered it again but it did not open. And on 4th august courier executive came to deliver my replacement mobile n he checked device n refused to give new mobile due this lock problem. Its not my mistake. Due to this i m depreesed from 31st july. Please help me to get new mobile or refund

              Dear sir,

              We order football vide order id no. Od[protected] from flipkart and after delivery as on 02.07.2017, i kept it intact with me. On 05.08.2017 when i refill air in the football, i found manufacturing defect and air is flowing out.

              When i call on customer care no. Of the flipkart, i was informed that they are having 10 days replacement policy and they are not ready to get it either replaced or repaired inspite of non use of the product.

              Pls. Help me in this regard.

                  We purchased one lenevo phone (Model no a7020a48) from flipkart on 19.04.2017. Last week while changing sim trey gets locked and unable to open it using the pin provided with the box. We went to lenevo service center nearby and they after checking the phone suggest me to purchase new one. I asked them the reason they said sim tray gets badly locked in the board and they cant help us on this. Replacement of board will cost approx 10000 inr. Now please do suggest what to do this phone now.

When i complained about this to flipkart people they had refused to refund the amount saying i have already opened it. Without opening it how can i know if it's a fake one or original.                     We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stating that she got only refund for one product, though two quantities have been picked up, Apologized created return for the other quantity. Customer stated she have used the other quantity little, and she had health issues since the product is fake. Apologized and created return for that as an exception. Informed the TAT for all the returns. Customer stated she do not have the box of it. Informed we will try to pick the product by contacting the logistics. Customer agreed and had no further issues, seller feedback taken and closing the case.

                      I bought 2 mobiles for me and my wife and delivered on 27/7/17. I called customer care of flipkart but they denied. And said to contact service centre. Since my delivery date as per their answer is 21/7/17. So please kindly have fare so that no other can get disturb economically and emotionally since we are dependent on mob in today's scenario.                       As my tracking details shows the delivery date so from that date 10 days are not been finished. At least so at least kindly tell me how to replace both the mobiles because in both the mobiles I am getting the problem

                          I, subhajit daripa had purchased a phone on flipkart but turns out the phone is damaged. I have requested a return of the product but haven't got any proper neither service nor any assurance of getting cash back and not even replacement. Besides the phone is also both hardware wise and software wise.in order to get volte on my phone i have to update my system but system update is not taking place at all.

                            I have already compain in indian consumer service (Complain no. 377652). I have ordered a motto e4 plus mobile on 26/07/2017 but i found this product in another site very cheaply so i cancelled it after 30minutes after order but refund (10298/- including tempered glass) did not come yet.                                   Very bad replacement of flipkart courier i bought a redmi note 4 in which some problem than i called to customer service of flipkart he told me that 1august pick up my product and new product will be send soon but not yet picked up my product by the courier boy he told me that living area is so far you have to pay me than i picked up your phone. I want to say that why flipkart told us free home delivery. When i bought your product than your courier boy came at my living but when pick up time he treat me why. Got on flashing on flipkart both email address and contact number are invalid. Then searched for onida.com where again all the contact information is invalid.

                                      I'm not satisfied with the product tablemate, i purchased the product because of dual foot rest stand. However there is no provision available with the product to fix one foot rest. I'm trying to return the product, i initiated the return on 27th july, however it got rejected without any reason. Again i requested for return of the product for refund on 2nd august. I am not receiving proper response, i tried contacting customer care and i have been told to get a call back on 4th august, till now i did not receive any call back.
                                      Please look into this matter and refund my money at the earliest.

                                      We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stating that he did not get a satisfactory response from our side, informed feedback taken, confirmed the refund status. Customer stating the product is of very cheap quality, hence he did not want to keep it. Closing the case by taking the feedback.
                                      I was placing order for a VU Smart TV on 25 th of July. Payment of rs 33999 got deducted but order not placed. Customer care is only giving assurance but no refund so far. Kindly resolve the issue.
