I purchased an iPhone6 from Flipkart and I received a damaged product, the charging port is damaged and hence the phone is not charging and hence its not powering on. I have filled a complaint with Flipkart and their pick guy comes and tries to power on the product to check EMEI number. The phone is not powering on so he is not authorized for pick up.
I have called flipkart several times and have the call recordings with me, where...

I ordered earphones (JRO INFOTECH vivo0 Wired Headset With Mic (White, Grey) from flipkart on 27th june, 2017 received them today.
When I opened the package, the box was empty... the product was missing... I was shocked to see such kind of irresponsibility by flipkart...
Please look into the matter as soon as possible so that I could get my money back or get back my earphones that I ordered......

I have ordered a massage gel vide order no OD[protected] from flipkart which was delivered on 1st July 2017 but the product bottle was broken and gel was spilled inside the packing. I ordered a samsung inverter ac from flipkart on[protected].

The installation of the ac was done by the samsung people but there was no gas in the compressor. The samsung technician came for gas filling and found that there is a leakage in the compressor and declared it defective.

I was ordered a Hicks bp instrument model no. LD 581 but I received wrong model no. LD 575 then I complained for return of this wrong model and again received wrong model no. Ordered for a vest, got a swim suit instead .
They are insisting that the product is not returnable, while there is no such return policy .
They are not willing to own up mistake on description correctness, despite verbally agreeing .
The call center staff is grossly under empowered to resolve a genuine grievance ....

Pathetic product, never ever order from anywhere especially flipkart.com. I ordered it on 4th, delivered on 6th june. From day1, i started facing the following issues...
