I purchased a set of lenovo k6 power from your site near about in february and firstly it was working well then suddenly the 2nd sim slot started showing problem, there was sudden disconnection of the sim in 2nd slot frequently.
Then i took my cellphone to the service center there the opened it to check if there is any problem and it was found that 2 screws were missing even though my cellphone was opened for the first time...
I need you to let me know what steps you would take to sort my problem.

    I ordered the book ias (Pre) 16 years's solved papers worth rs 370. But i got another product by arihant publishers, map the snap.
    It is very depressing...
    If you dont have the right product in stock, you should not send the wrong product.. You should not disappoint your customer by these type of activities.
    I am not going to order any product from the next time through flipkart..

      I am not able to talk to any customer service executive as all are busy

      Please look into the matter.

        I recently bought moto e4 plus model (15th july) to gift someone. I had high expectations from this model with the kind of configuration it supported as compared to other phones in the market. But phone had started malfunctioning within 20 days. Its touch is not working properly, sim card tray is not detecting the sim, its overheating while charging so much. So in the nutshell phone is total crap and complete wastage of money. I didnt expected this from motorola brand at all.. Though i have using moto g previously. Please replace the defective piece. As nothing is working in this phone.
        When i went to serive center with the same they asked me for th invoice.. But flipkart didnt sent me the invoice even. Upon calling flipkart customer care there is no option to talk to some executive directly. Instead they will call u back.
        Due to above missing invoice am not able get this phone checked at service center either.
        Somehow i got call from flipkart they are saying that they dont have option of sending the invoice either.. What kind of customer support is this from flipkart... Totally disappointed

          I had ordered moto e4 (Order id od[protected] and received the product on 15 july in jaipur.

          I ordered this product for my mother and send the product to my hometown.

          After that my mother used it for few days and complained me regarding some voice and network issues. When i reached my hometown then i myself verified the problems in the handset and researched on motorola's website and found out that voice and issues related to the network are a common problem with moto e4 plus and many other users are facing same problems.

          However during all these events the return period for item was lapsed.

          Then i requested flipkart's customer care center to register my complaint to initiate a complete refund request for the handset along with rs 350 extra which i spended on cover and screen gaurd, as it was a totally defected product.
          To which they refused bluntly.

          Therefore i want to complain against flipkart for such an irresponsible and unacceptable behavior.

              My following order id ib flipkart od[protected],
              When i saw the battery cover there is written mrp 689₹ and in bill was taken amount 850₹ with me cash and shown in bill battery values is 999₹. Why did you take 310₹ extra? There is shown gst but in company tags mrp 689₹ with all inclusive tax.
              And also getting bettery quality issue, it did not charged more than 84℅.

                    On 15 july order placed blackberry bold 9900
                    Item delivery on 19 july — item unpacked and inserting sim card
                    After that handset showing insert sim card — sos error.
                    For confirmation i have inserted several service network provider such as vodafone / airtel / tata docomo / idea.
                    Complaint raised on flipkart on next day.
                    Techinician visited on 28 july... But problem cant resolved...
                    Again complaint raised on flipkart on next day...
                    Flipkart customer had given advise about blackberry service centre in thane.
                    On 05 august visited krishna electronics thane blackberry authorised service provider. But answer from them was cant provide service right now..
                    What to do sir because handset is useless for me because handset is used for calling purpose but now also problem cant resolve..

                          I got a call from a person and he is asking about my card details and cvv number as well. If the refund is to be made why at all does flipkart need my cvv number. I wanted to reactivate the account but he said as you had inputted password incorrectly twice or thrice your account can't be reactivated. Surprised to know all this. I would still request to get the issue resolved else I would reach out to consumer forum to get it resolved

                            This is related to an order i placed on flipkart with i'd

                            This product is not as described and also there are touch issues with the product. To my surprise flip kart doesn't seem to be carrying about it
                            It's a newly launched phone and no reference or review is available during order but i trusted flipkart and bought it. Now flipkart says return and refund is not possible..

                            I think this is the time consider trusting flipkart..

                              I ordered a mac lipstick from flipkart. Order number is od[protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. After the delivery i could see that the product is not original and if even if it is, it does not meet my expectation. I want to return the product but there is no option to return the product. I called customer care. One guy called back from number: +[protected]. He also said that i can't return the product. When i asked to transfer to supervisor, he kept my call on hold for few minutes and disconnected and never called back. I need to return the product as rs.1182 is not a small amount for me. Please give me a solution as soon as possible.

                                I have purchased lenovo mobile vibe k5 which was delivered on 25th of july. Its been only 12 days and the speaker of mobile is not working. I have also reported this error to executive officer but didn't received any kind of satisfying action. Whom should i ask for help and who is responsible plz do let me know. I have paid for this mobile and now i want my money back.
                                Plz don't write assured on items if you can't give assurance to consumers... We are not fools.
                                Kindly take pain to resolve my problem as soon as possible and let me also tell you that i m not at all satisfied with the product and services. This is not the way you should fool people purchasing products online

                                  I have booked moto e4 plus mobile from flipkart and it was faulty (Hanging and camera issue). Flipkart has rejected return of this mobile by saying that it will not be returned as we can not replace.in their return policy. It was not mentioned about that. I have requested flipkart to replace my mobile but they are not agree for that also. Please do the needful.
