Dear team,

I have ordered a lenovo laptop with the order number od[protected].

Not even ten days into use, the mouse pad has stopped working, the system hangs and doesn't work properly until i restart. Not worthy of a lenovo laptop and flipkart deliverable.

I want to return my laptop and get a complete refund. The cancellation panel doesn't take my cancellation request.

Kindly respond the further modalities and arrange for picking up the laptop.

    I ordered a speaker and the flip kart send me a selfie stick, and when i request for replacement they delay about 10 days and after that they are not ready to give the speaker. When i talk to customer care he make a lot of excuses and they didn't take their responsibility of their delay. The delivery boy also show the attitude that he didn't deliver the product on the given date, he said that he will deliver the product tomorrow.

      I have purchased lenovo phab 2 on 19th june 2017. I am getting "no sim card" messasge whenever i insert the sim in mobile phone. I am not able to use the mobile phone. I have applied for technical assistance 4 times but it is cancelled automatically & i am not able to replace the phone till date. Every time i am getting message that "we are sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue."

          Hi,
          I am biren nayak have purchased swipe elite max and after 12days i faced huge problem in this. The battery is not efficient as mentioned. Phone gets discharged automatically to 0. If i charge in the night, till morning it get switched off without using it. Camera quality is very poor.

          I have requested for return or replacement with any other mobile but not getting any positive response. Please help me otherwise i will have to put it to consumer court as the last option.

              उपरोक्त विषयान्तर्गत सादर विनम्र निवेदन है कि --
              1. आपकी कैशलेस खरीदी कर राष्ट्र निर्माण के आह्वान एवं अपील से प्रेरित होकर मैंने दिनांक 05 जुलाई 2017 को ई-कॉमर्स कंपनी फ्लिपकार्ट से एक Redmi Note4 4bg 64gb Gold Mobile डेबिट कार्ड द्वारा 12999/- का ऑनलाइन भुगतान कर मेरे कार्यालयीन पते – कार्यालय जिला महिला सशक्तिकरण अधिकारी (महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग), कक्ष क्र. 42, कलेक्टर कार्यालाय भवन, नीमच, जिला-नीमच -458441 म.प्र. पर मंगाया था जिसका विवरण निम्नानुसार है - Order id OD[protected]
              2. फ्लिपकार्ट कंपनी द्वारा मुझे दिनांक 12 जुलाई 2017 को उपरोक्त पते पर ई-कार्ट कुरियर Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected] के द्वारा एक पार्सल मेरे कार्यलायीन कर्मचारियों श्री जमील अहमद काजी (सामजिक कार्यकर्ता, आईसीपीएस) एवं श्री महेद्र सिंह पान्या(सहायक ग्रेड -03) के समक्ष डिलीवर किया गया A किन्तु जब मैंने यह पार्सल तत्काल मेरे कार्यालयीन कर्मचारियों एवं कुरियर बॉय के समक्ष खोला तो पार्सल में मोबाईल नहीं निकला तथा उसके स्थान पर केवल नकली चार्जर निकला तथा उपरोक्त मोबाईल का बिल भी नही निकला A
              3. इस संबंध में मेरे द्वारा तत्काल दिनांक 12.07.17 को कंपनी के कस्टमर हेल्पलाइन नं. [protected] तथा कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर इस संबंध में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गयी (शिकायत क्र. IN[protected]
              4. इसके बाद मेरे द्वारा लगातार दिन में 3-4 बार कंपनी के निम्नलिखित न. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected] पर आज दिनांक तक 100 से भी अधिक बार एवं वेबसाइट पर भी शिकायत की गयी किन्तु आज दिनांक तक न तो मुझे उपरोक्त मोबाईल प्राप्त हुआ है, और नहीं राशि 12999/-रूपये का रिफंड किया गया
              5. कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर उपरोक्त पार्सल दिनांक 12 जुलाई मेरे कार्यालायीन पते- कार्यालय जिला महिला सशक्तिकरण अधिकारी (महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग), कक्ष क्र. 42, कलेक्टर कार्यालाय भवन, नीमच, जिला-नीमच -458441 म.प्र. न बताकर दिनांक 12 जुलाई 2017 को ही सायं 5:29 बजे खरगोन में डिलीवर होना बता रहा जो को नीमच से 400 कि.मी. दूर है
              6. मेरे दवारा दिनांक 20.07.17 को स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से फ्लिप कार्ट कंपनी के सी.ई.ओ. एवं मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर को भी इस संबंध में पत्र द्वारा अवगत कराकर समस्या के समाधान अंतर्गत आर्डर अनुसार मोबाईल दिया जाए अथवा सम्पूर्ण राशि 12999/- का रिफंड किये जाने हेतु निवेदन किया गया, किन्तु उंके द्वारा भी मुझे समाधान प्राप्त नहीं हुआ
              7. मेरे द्वारा भारत सरकार के Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर भी शिकायत क्र. 354152 दर्ज कराई गयी है किन्तु आज दिनाक तक समाधान नहीं हुआ है

              अत: माननीय महोदय से करबद्ध निवेदन है कि फ्लिपकार्ट कंपनी के विरुद्ध दंडात्मक कार्यवाही कर मुझे आर्डर अनुसार मोबाईल अथवा मेरे भुगतान का रिफंड दिलाने का कष्ट करे A साथ ही निवेदन है कि इस प्रकार की ई-कॉमर्स एवं ऑनलाइन व्यापार करने वाली समस्त कंपनियों के विरुद्ध सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करे ताकि उपभोक्ताओं के साथ किसी प्रकार की धोखाधडी ना हो तथा मेरे जैसा अल्प वेतनभोगी संविदा कर्मचारी के साथ-साथ आम भारतवासी भी cashless transactions के माध्यम से एक महान एवं समृद्ध भारत के निर्माण में छोटा ही सही पर कुछ तो योगदान दे सके

                  Dear sir,
                  I have placed an order of fastrack m083br2f aviator sunglasses (Brown) on 21st july, 2017. Flipkart has given expected delivery date of product was 25th to 27th july, 2017. Suddenly i got email that flipkart has cancelled my order without concern to me. During the same time of the order, i can get better deals from another web portal, but i have choose flipkart due to lower price of the product. Now suddenly they have refused for the delivery i. E. Cancelled the order.
                  Flipkart has to provide product in their time limit. We know the flipkart not their supplier so why should i suffer because of their supplier.

                  I have talked with their customer care executives yesterday, I told them transfer my call to their senior but they were trying to transfer and its taken 15 min everytime and finally I didnt get connected during the whole day. Today I called customer care, talked with Ms Zeenath - Senior Consultant, She has refused the compaint. She said Flipkart is market place where sellers are sell the products and seller will cancel their order anytime. I told her that we know the Flipkart not to the seller and you are not providing seller's contact details. Whatever I have asked she told me its market place. So why should we are ordered to flipkart. I also told her that his seller doing this kind of mischief from 2015 onwards, what action has to be taken then also she told me its our policy and its market place.

                    I ordered a moto e4 plus on thursday 13th july from flipkart. After unboxing, i noticed that proximity sensor is not working... When i restarted the phone till it's not working. Front camera quality is like not the original one.. Because my elder sister got the same phone and when i compared i saw the difference. Within these 10days this moto hanged 5-6 times... I have paid flipkart 10000rupees for this defective phone... I requested return but they rejected it by giving some troubleshooting policy... And assured me that if any problem arises after that they will proceed further... But now this phone is just getting worst day by day... I feel like i m using 1yrs old phone..

                      I was trying to open my banking app in my redmi note 3 & it's showing your device is rooted. But i didn't root my device.. I have reinstalled the application. But problem remains. Contacted bank they told to contact you. And i have a problem with ear or pocket sensor is not working properly. Always i have to press volume dawn key and back key to activate the display. Please do the needful for those complints

                        Dear Sir/Madam

                        I am order a spice handset Online from Flipkart order number OD[protected]attached invoice for your reference) on 15th July 2017 they deliver that product on 19th July but they are defective and that was also accepted by flipkart give me replacement on 25th July but they were also defective mobile they were automatic switch off, battery died also give used set.
                        I am immediately call flipkart helpline and politely said please return your product and give me my money. They refuse to return that product and said go Spice Service Centre for that product.
                        I am frustrated with flipkart service I am trusted on Flipkart that why I give replacement order on 1st time received defective product but again they give me defective product and also not accept my return request.

                        I am Chartered Accountant and busy on my office work that why I am mostly do online shopping but now flipkart broke my trust on online shopping they said go spice service centre and they were not responsible for that. I am go service centre because I trust on flipkart. I am very frustrated and they broke my trust and mentally disturb me.

                        So kindly requested please flipkart take his defaulted handset and give me my money.

                          HI Team,

                          This is regarding one of biggest mistake which I made I ordered a Samsung EVO card for my mobile. I have placed this order on 1nd July 2017 I was told this will be delivered on 3rd of July. So I checked my order status on 3rd and found a fake status on tried to deliver and user was not reachable so I called flipkart and requested them not to put a fake status so I was informed that it will be reattempted on 7th and found again a fake status tried to deliver and user not reachable so I called again and they gave a again a date that it will be delivered on 8th. On 8th i was shocked to see that this was delivered to my neighbor called sonu(no full name) with no mobile number and with no details. I searched all of my society and even Next Street I found no one by this name. when I called flipkart they gave me a date that this will be resolved with in the week and again surprised to see that its resolved however I have not received any call from courier no email from flipkart. So I called again and they gave me one more date 20th I called again on 20th and found they have changed the status to resolved so I requested them to recheck it again finally today I have called after listingin to my issue the helpdesk person told me that he is transferring this call to senior level and suddenly my call was disconnected.

                          Today is 25th and still I don’t have any update what happened with my order. Is it a professional company or what ? 24 days to resolve the issue this really shameful
                          Can I have any answer from anyone finally I have spoken to my lawyer and need to go to consumer court to solve the issue. This is serially a big question mark on your shameful service my case will be biggest hit on your entire company is it how you function I must say shame on you guys.
                          I will never ever use your services. I will not leave my money like this I need it back on any cost and that is my warning to you.

                            On 20 july 2017 i buyed fidget spinner from flipkart and it broke on same day and i want flipkart to return me a new one or give my money back and the colour was wrong the quality of the fidget spinner is not good and i think that flipkart has given me a old fidget spinner
                            I placed an order for 4 items worth 1500 and I payed through debit card and money was deducted from my account according to the message I got from my bank... but my order was not placed.                               This is to bring to your notice that e - cigarettes are openly being sold on your internet site, namely, flipkart.com via the link:

                              The most important ingredient of e - cigarettes is nicotine. Exposure to nicotine during adolescence can harm brain development. Kindly note that only nicotine preparation that is approved by the drug controller of india are nicotine (As polarcrilex) lozenges 2mg and 4 mg, nicotine as (As polarcrilex) gums 2mg and 4 mg and nicotine transdermal therapeutic patches. Selling any other nicotine product without a license is a punishable offence under drugs and cosmetics act, 1940. As per notification issued by state drug controller, punjab, letter no 16988-89 dated 5/9/2013 e - cigarettes are declared as "unapproved drug".
                              E - cigarettes do not emit a harmless water vapour, but an aerosol that has been found to contain at least 10 chemicals that are known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. It is also to bring to your notice that a health advisory was issued by commissioner food and drug administration, department of health and family welfare; punjab highlighting that e - cigarettes are not a safe product. E - cigarettes are not fda - approved cessation devices were also mentioned in the advisory.
                              As per drugs and cosmetics act, 1940
                              Section 18 (C) no person shall himself or by any other person on his behalf manufacture for sale [or for distribution], or sell, or stock or exhibit [or offer] for sale, or distribute any drug [or cosmetic], except under, and in accordance with the conditions of, a licence issued for such purpose
                              It shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to three years and with fine which shall not be less than five thousand rupees (Section 27 (B)
                              This is to bring to your notice that drugs and cosmetics act is a central act applicable all over india. Already court cases have been launched in punjab, haryana and ut of chandigarh.
                              As per punjab poisons possession and sale rules, 2014 under the poisons act, 1919:
                              Rule 4: license for possession or sale.-no person shall store or sell for sale any poison specified in the schedule, unless he possesses a license in form-a, granted or renewed under these rules.
                              Note that as per entry 69 in the schedule - nicotine is a poison)
                              It is a common knowledge that e-cigarettes is being bought by children and youth of impressionable age through e commerce sites like yours. Therefore it is brought to your kind notice that selling of e-cigarettes is prohibited. So you are kindly requested to stop all sales of e - cigarettes/e-hookah for the good of all.

                                    This is unusual experience am having with flipkart am completely flipped, feeling no customer friendly and no value for customer feel about a product. I disliked product having issues, i told them multiple times to multiple people.. There is no point as flipakrt not listening to customer voice.

                                    Policies are there in place.. But however if there is no exception on genuine case.. Then e-commerce is all about much fooling people with photos and english statements by adding colors.

                                    Moto c plus i bought, it is exclusive only on flipkart, bought the mobile faced problems, arranged technician visit.. He did not approve

                                    Reason being for every replacement they approve from iquor (Company who certifies) personnel they cut salary of employee 400/- rupee hence they do not approve, they do not know english and say they are technical engineers... Who do not know android issues.

                                    If i ask about android widget issue it was straight away said not an mobile issue contact flipkart and flipkart says our technician has to approve.
                                    However approached social twitter spoke to a lady she arranged again a technical visit also promised to do best irrespective of replacement once technical person approves problem.

                                    Now on second visit problem identified and automatically system arranged a replacement. However i am unhappy with the product, product is not user friendly. Again today morning spoke to flipkart personnel social media he is telling only policy policy and being a customer its my fate to use the same... Mobile as it is my bad choice i choose flipkart to buy.

                                    Overall iquor company type with flipkart is cheating to customer i want value for money, i need my money back. I was asked to give feedback for motorola which i have done.

                                    After all i loosing so much of my time with flipakrt feeling like i lost 7k totally. One promised to do the best for cash reversal on first call and other noooooooooo.

                                    Life is in problem with this virtual world, mobile is not like a cloth somehow will accept and use. And when for a cloth try and buy option is there but not for mobiles, we will never come to know the feel or quality until it reaches however a customer voice being vanished today. But i heard one of my friend case where redmi-4a after 10 days replacement warranty request was taken to reverse money. Here flipkart says only policy.

                                    I dont want to use moto c plus anymore. Either i give back the defective now and do not return 7k thats fine for me.

                                      I had order a product via flipkart
                                      First of all it was delayed by 1.5 days
                                      And on asking the delivery guy about the update, he was rude
                                      Hence raised a complain with flipkart but the customer care took it very lightly and was very much unprofessional.
                                      When i asked to speak to the managed i was kept on hold from some guy named kunal for 35 minutes and thus i had to disconnect the call
                                      Highly irresponsible and unprofessional behavior from flipkart
                                      I wont be ordering any more stuff from flipkart
