I recently purchased a weight machine from flipkart. I opened the package and saw the machine was not working. And therefore arranged for it to be returned the very same day on 16th july. They said the package would be picked up on monday but it never was. After that i contacted them a week later. This time they apologized and said they would have it picked up by the 28th of july but haven't done so as of yet.

Please bring it to their attention immediately. I'd like to return it as soon as possible

    There is a problem in the set. It gets heated up easily. And since 30th july 2017, the display is not being visible without getting fallen and without any mishandling. The battery doesn't last long. There is also charging problem, it get hanged when the phone is plucked in the charger. This is my humble request to return the product and return my payment by your scheduled process.

      मैं 14 जुलाई 2017 को रेडमी नोट बुक किया था फ्लिपकार्ट दुवारा। जिसकी डिलीवरी डेट मुझे 16 जुलाई दी थी। जो की मुझे 18 जुलाई को मुझे मिला पार्सल देके डिलीवरी बॉय मैं पार्सल खोला तो उसमे फ़ोन टुटा हुआ और बंद निकल IMEI और सिम ट्रे भी नहीं थी मैंने तुरंत कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल किया। जिन मैडम ने फ़ोन उठया वो ज्यादा जल्दी में थी। उन्होंने मेरी कम्प्लेटे आधी लिखी वह फ़ोन डेड लिखा ही नहीं था। 3 4 दिन लगातर कस्टमर केयर में फ़ोन करने के बाद फ़ोन रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए आया परन्तु डिलीवरी बॉय का बोलना था। के मुझे IMEI के बारे में कोई जानकारी नहीं है। अगर IMEI मिसमैच है तो मैं फोन नहीं देके जाउगा। मैंने कस्टमर केयर में फोन किया तो उन्होंने दुबारा मेरी कंप्लेंट लिखी बोल आप को अभी ये फ़ोन नहीं देके जा सकते आपको फ़ोन 27 जुलाई को बेजा जायेगा। 45 मिनट बहस करने के बाद वह डिलीवरी बॉय फ़ोन रेप्लस नहीं करके गया। मैंने कस्टमर केयर में फिर बात की उनलोगो ने बोलै आपको 27 जुलाई को फ़ोन मिल जायेगा 27 जुलाई को उनलोगो ने मेरी रिप्लेसमेंट की रिक्वेस्ट को ही रद्द कर दिया जब मैंने कस्टमर केयर कॉल किया तो उनका जवाब था की आपको आपका फ़ोन ३१ जुलाई तक मिल जायेगा। एक बार और रिप्लेसमेंट कर दीजिये। परन्तु आज फिर फ्लिपकार्ट के जरिये मेरी रिप्लेसमेंट रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट कर दी गई है। मैं पिछले १५ दिन से परेशान हो रहा हु परन्तु फ्लिपकार्ट की और से कोई न जवाब मिल रहा है न ही मुझे मेरा पार्सल मिला।

      इसलिए में दिल्ली पुलिस की साइबर क्राइम से ये गुहार लगता हु की आप लोग इस बारे में छानबीन करे। और इसकी एक कॉपी कंस्यूमर कोर्ट में भी दी है। ताकि उन्हें भी सूचना मिले की फ्लिपकार्ट की किस तरह फ्लिपकार्ट अपने कस्टमर के साथ धोका कर रहे है।

          Somebody did fraud by my father's sbi account and used that money to shop from flipkart. I have made police complain also but till the time they act delivery would be made to the customer. Please stop the delivery. He would done shopping by using his aritelmoney because he made fraud transaction ot airtel money account and then used that amount for online shopping.

            This is my first review after two years ([protected]@yahoo.com) as flipkart customer and i got chance to know about the customer service from flipkart is worst. If product is good then we are safe if it's not good then we will not get support as replacement is very difficult. I am not feeling good with this product moto e4 plus and previously i owned two moto (Moto e, moto g) and happy with that (Old) products but this product moto e4 plus 5000mah and it's coming 48hrs for normal usage (No mobile data, no social network, only one games (Gold run) used only for calls) even-though if i am not using phone in standby also battery is draining and heating issue while using phone calls more than 15 min. Then i raised return request and flipkart told technician will test the product. Technician came at last movement in grace period.
            1) he installed cpuz app.
            2) started recording video for 15min and 6% of battery gone and lot of heat after recording.
            I asked him why this much heat and no reply from him. I didn't sign the paper for testing as not satisfied but case closed as issue resolved. Second time i fight with customer care and raised return request and technician visit arranged but request closed as issue resolved without visiting.
            So don't buy products here better go with amazon (So for no complaint from my side till now) as return and replacement is guaranty.
            I am sure replacement will not happen and customer care people is not respecting phone calls properly.

                  First in my phone the home key is not working then i went to mobile service center. After 4-5 days the bettry backup goes down in any use. The problems will increase in my phone. Samsung service center said that i should complain on filpkart to change the phone. But flipkartcoustomer care will not respond my phone your service is very poor.                     I ordered a lenovo laptop on 20th july to give birthday gift to my wife. My wife's birthday was on 22nd july. The delivery date was 22 but i got it on 23. On 22 it was arrived the nearest hub to me but the delivery boy did not come to deliver at my home for such a silly reason rain. Actually there were no rain on 22.

                    After opening the laptop i found that the color near to keyboard is different than i ordered laptop. The ordered laptop contains dark black finish color near to keyboard, but i got lining texture design laptop which does not look good.

                    The laptop stopped working on next day. Sometimes it starts very smoothly and sometimes it does not start and just gives the blank screen which blinks constantly. I have taken a video for it as well.

                    I have requested for return as well and the return date was 31st july. Today is 1st august and nobody has come to check my laptop.

                    Now i do not want this laptop and i want my money back.

                    Same issue faced with lenovo laptop backpack. I ordered a lenovo laptop backpack and i got dell laptop backpack.

                    I do not why they are doing such a silly mistakes. On invoice they says that lenovo laptop backpack and inside of the packet it gives dell laptop backpack. Anybody can understand this huge different.

                    I would like to request you please help me to get my money back.

He also told me that we will give you refund and today morning I got message from Flipkart says that your lenovo laptop has been shipped. I do not want replacement. I want refund. Why you guys do not understand the meaning of refund?

                      Hi bought mi note 4 on 10th april, 2017 from flipkart and i got my product sucessfully. After few months, i have seen that his color was fading. I didnt infomed you as i dont have a time to email or call you. Now days i am having many more problems with this product. I have already mi note 3 and i bought this product from amazon till now i didnt have any issues with them. Although, i brought mi note 3 from amazon in july, 2016 and now its one year is completed i didnt have any problem. I know that your replacement policy is 10 days but i would request you to exchange my phone and give a original problem, for which i am entitle for. I dont have time to go their servies centre and wait for a long time. Please find the imei details below:

                        I ordered a fourstar brand's trimmer which was described by flipkart that it is beard and hair trimmer type. But when i received product. It is printed on package that it is only for men hair, for all lengths and hair styles.
                        When i complain about it on[protected] and ask for refund or exchange with other product, the representative didn't listen any thing, he was only offering me replacement as per policy.
                        As per me clearly it is a cheating how can they described a product on own thought.
                        When it is clearly mentioned on product package as hair trimmer.

                                I have provided doa certificate by panasonic service center for the purchased panasonic smart phone from flipkart dated 2.2.2017 and panasonic service center has provided doa certificate 19.7.2017. Flipkart is not providing any option to replace the defective product. Attached both invoice and doa certificate.in this case flipkart and panasonic both is not co-operating to replace my smart phone. Phone was kept most of the time in panasonic service center for different issues. Now after taking so much time panasonic not willing to do anything and provided doa certificate and asked me to go to flipkart for replacement. Flipkart saying within one month they can replace its product. I have no idea who should fix or replace my smart phone. As a seller of the product flipkart should take back the dead product and ask panasonic to replace this.

                                  My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
                                  My flipkart account is connected with my mobile no. As well as with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password it shows me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"

                                  Worst service of Flipkart delievery sply when you require your courier on urgent basis.. there serviceman say I forgot to bring your parcel will deliver it by tomorrow... Ridiculous serice. Will not advice anyone to buy from your site

                                      I bought iphone 7 though flipkart on 17th may 2017. Since the first day the phone has a floating part inside which is rattling. Upon shaking or moving the phone, the part inside is also moving. I have been visiting apple service centers since a month now. All in vain. Finally after a month of agony i am told that the parts inside the phone are not genuine. There has been an unauthorized access. Apple service center refused for helping saying the product is not genuine and upon contacting flipkart customer care i am told that i need to get a proof of it in written from apple about the product being not genuine.
                                      As a customer, i spend money, take all the pain and now still, there is no resolution. I feel harassed and am suffering for the decision of buying a phone.
                                      I have been a regular customer of flipkart and have never faced something like this.

                                      I need a resolution at any cost now. It has gone above the tolerance.
