Never expected such a bad cheating behavior from flipkart. I ordered a moto c + on july 4th. The device to my surprise is not moto., its completely lenovo.
Although lenovo has bought moto company, there was no mentioning in flipkart that this is a moto + lenovo device. For 1st five days i couldn't use to new phone because i wanted to use only after i am receive nano sim, backcover, tamper glass and belt pouch all for safety reasons. Once i started
The device got highly heated up in my pocket and was as hot as furnace suddenly without any process running in it. This happened the next day also and i placed a refund within 10 days policy. The customer service guy compelled me to for service center or do troubleshooting (Factory reset)., while i was performing the steps what he said, he has cancelled my refund request unethically without my consent. When i immediately called the cust care, they accepted this fraudulent activity by his seniors and apologized and promised escalation and refund. But to my surprise next day i got a message "your refund is cancelled"., i talked for 2 hours from (11 - 12:30 midnight)., losing my sleep and peace the whole night. I was scheduled a service engineer visit, who in turn checked my mobile and said the temperature is 41 degree. I said when the whole phone is fresh and has been formatted without any app or processes running the heating to this extent. He recorded that am not happy with the product also. The service engineer is from jeevs and i added saying i will donate this mobile moto c to jeevs and flipkart. If you still compel me to use this, could you give me a confirmation / responsibility if any incidents (Mobile burst) happens and give it in writing. www.jeevs.co.in who takes care of flipkart customer services said he cannot guarantee and moreover confirmed that the processor is also responsible for overheating. Now that when i checked the flipkart site, the refund history is totally deleted. I was shocked to see this kind of fraudulent behavior from flipkart. I was once a delighted customer who still owns moto e for last 3 years. My question is.
1. I applied refund within 10 days of purchase as per the policy. Why flipkart is giving a bad behavior.
2. The overheating, volume adjustments are reducing very horribly that you cant hear anything when the volume is 60%. Not happy with the performance as with no major applications in
3. No peace of mind using this device. The device is not moto as advertised in flipkart.
4. Why the refund / return details are been deleted from my account/ orders?
5. I want the refund of money back. I am ready for any other solution from flipkart since no more belief or trust due to continuous fraudulent activity resulting in lose of mind peace. If no response i'll pack the mobile and send to flipkart as donation, moreover, i've already packed it in the same box, not using it anymore.

Updated by vasanth678 So, what's your take on this?., Well., apart from mobile heating, absurd volume controls, Hard touch screen (bang screen), black out while trying to open any other applications during call (eg: if I need to check contacts while talking on a call to someone). New hassle is 1. Contacts even after saving doesn't show up on search, 2. Saving a contact name cannot be done if the name is more than 10 - 12 characters ?., What am I working on ?., Have you collaborated any other primitive model of phone?
