On Oct 3rd, we made full payment for Space Wood study table . They did not deliver the product. When we called on 26th, they assured us to deliver within two days. To utter surprise, their system showed that the product has been delivered at 11:55 PM. Without my signature, without any SMS, without entering in our Apartment entry gate security log book, they are claiming that they have delivered the product. When I enquired again, they apologized for the same and told that it was a system error and assured that they will deliver the product. They kept on assuring to deliver within 24hrs, 48hrs and so on. Nothing happened and they are not even ready to refund my money. I dont know what type of hell magic they have used to deliver the product. On calling help centre, they are literally playing with us, and they do not reply at all.
In spite, if you go for any purchase through Flipkart, be sure of wasting your time, money and mental peace.

    The flipkart has given the estimated date of delv on 28oct. But till now they had not delv the product. Its fine that the date is estimated.. But the issue is they had not delv the product after, at the stage of out of delivery for last three days...

          I ordered a microwave on 5 oct 2016 and it was supposed to deliver on 18 oct 2016 but it was delayed i mailed them regarding this many times but they keep on delaying the date. and then today i. e 30 oct 2016 they cancelled my order at their own without mailing me and when i asked them that i want my order they mailed me to order again at high price then the previous one of the same product.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have been trying to get a responsible answer from past two weeks and i have been calling your customer care toll free number many times from a week in regard to the return and refund.
                  I have also sent a mail in regard to the same (incident: in[protected] each of the customer care excecutive is giving different date and answer in regards to the pick up date.
                  Still the product is not picked up as per the flipkart scheduled time

                  Please sort this out asap.

                      I hv purchase laptop in diwali sale. On site prises are increased as I have purchase one by rs 2000. It shows flipkart data analysis. The delivery guy refuse to deliver By mentioning t&c which is not mentioned anywhere on site. On complain at customer care many times only false assurance no implying. Dnt allow the delivery boys to deal with ladies at home. They are rude and disrespectful

                        I ordered a apple iphone 7 black on 4/10/16. And it show the delivery date 14/10/16. On 12/10/16 flipkart executive call me and talk about the problem of shortage of black and he told me black colour are not available till 7/11/16 if you want to it at a time then you change the colour then i corporate with flipkart and told to change the colour black to rose gold.
                        But at 14th october no phone are delivered then i call costumer care and he told me your delivery date was extended to 17/10/16. At 15th october the phone are reached at my nearest hub dilshad garden. But now at 29/10/16 no phone delivered by flipkart and the costumer care are not tell about any problem and he extend the date 17 to 24, 24 to 25, 25 to 29. Every time he told a new date.
                        I am very disappointed with flipkart.
                        Please take a action as soon as possible because the costumer care of flipkart are very helpless. It nothing help me in any situation.

                          I bought lenovo vibe k5 plus from flipkart on 16th oct.
                          It had some issue with its calling speaker. They sent a "technician" (I wonder if he really was.) to my place to solve the issue. He tried poking a safety pin into the holes of speaker to check if there is any dust in it. (That's how their technician experts are!) my friends who have the same device also said that there is problem with the speaker. But their (So called) technician guy said that the speaker is working very well. I don't understand why he lied. I can't even request for replacement or refund.

                            I've been following up since past one month now for my refund of the i phone 6s 16 gb rose gold colour which i have returned to flipkart after going through a lot of headache and efforts... Finally on19th of october 2016 my handset was picked up and i was promised refund of my money within 24 hours. It's been 10 days now since my handset was picked up and i have yet not received my money. Please find the email acknowledging the pick up and promising the refund for your reference. Please refund as soon as possible.

                            I've been talking to different different executives everyday but no one is responsible enough to get it resolved... All they do is give you a date and before that date arrives you get an email from the company saying we've cancelled all your returns since we've too many return request from you. Basically just playing around.

                              After acceptance of refund & pick up of Redmi 3s prime mobile by flipcart on 10th October, after 5 to 6 times of conversation with flipcart associates refund was accepted. I got pick up dates by flipcart more than 4 times and lots of apologies but still waiting for their courier partner to be pick up the item.
                              I am tired off and irritated by flipcart's worst service, I'm in problem by this as unable to go out of station or locate anywhere else. So writing against it.

                                I have ordered a mobile phone on 23rd Oct 2016. The phone received is not as per specification given on net. There is no battery backup. They have mentioned a c type adapter on the net but they didn't mentioned that it was for the headfone. I continously used headfone for calling and I can't everytime carry the adapter. So I have initiated a request of return on flipkart . I just want to return the phone. I am calling customer service from 5 days but there is no positive response from the people.

                                The flipkart technician visited and noted the problems. They are saying that the phone cannot be returned but it can only be replaced. But I don't want the phone. I just want the refund of my money as soon as possible.

                                    I purchased a moto e3 power from flipkart after got product i found its hanging problem so i contact to flipkart and that said i replace your product with same retailer.

                                    But when i got product its used product and other retailer which its mention on site.

                                    Regards that when i contact with flikart then stupid guys chandrabati said flipkart is not responsible for that we said any retailer product who are you for saying that. Such type of commitment i got from flipkart service center [protected].

                                    I request all of guys to beware to cheating site flipkart, its totally fraud with users .

                                      3 days ago (26th oct, 2016) i ordered leeco le 2 mobile (Order id : od[protected] to my college address (Jaipur) in exchange to nokia lumia 730 so i got 2500 +1500 extra off due to the diwali sale now the tracking status is showing out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). Then i contacted flipkart people using toll free number[protected], they said "nothing can be done about it". I requested them to hand over the package to me at the courier service office/warehouse in the city but they couldn't do that. I'm paying them for the exchange transport (Rs 50) but they are unable to come. Worst delivery service by flipkart when compared to amazon.in, snapdeal etc

                                        I returned bhane slim fit jeans on 07/10/16. After successful reverse pick up i am not provided with the refund.
                                        I have contacted flipcart approximately 20 times. I have contacted them by all means incluging mail, app and telephone.
                                        Every time i contact them i am given a date for resolution but no resolution is yet provuded.
                                        In thus regarg i would like to further mention that even my request for return was also cancelled twice on flipcart app. I could return the item on my third request that too after contacting their helplne phone.
                                        I am getting frustrated as i am forced to put extraordinary time to get my refund that also my all efforts before this date have been unsuccessful
                                        This cannot be expected from the service of a reputed company
