Myself pinaki konar... I bought redmi 3s prime form flipkart on 03.10.2016 & received the device on 13.10.2016 but i facing some problem with the device like system volte option is not working...& sometime red spot blinking on the display then phone is automatically restarted... So that i want to place a return request form but after several times not able to do it... I also contact customer care of flipkart... They are not able to solve my issue.. So, please take immediate action to solve the issue. My contact no. Is [protected].

    I purchased lenovo vibe k5 plus mobile phone and when i went to reliance digital store for JIO sim, the authorised person of this store generated BAR code which is necessary to initiate JIO sim and told me your BAR code is already used or redeemed. then i called customer care of flipkart and said the same incident then they are just kidding with me day by day...And like a boorish person they tell me please contact JIO customer care ...Ha ..Ha...Ha!!!

      I had placed an order for Antivirus on Flipkart with order no OD[protected] on 13/10/2016. The ordered CD was for TOTAL PROTECTION which was mentioned completely on the product advertisement in the cart.

      But, the product i have received is NOT TOTAL PROTECTION. I dont want this product. Kindly replace the same or Cancel my order and pay my money back immediately.

        On 5 oct 2016 i ordered iphone 6 on discount of 7k in big billion sale through flipkart and made payment through debit card.Today they have sent a text mentioning that they are unable to deliver product giving filthy excuses.This worst company have wasted my time .that time amazon was also giving big discounts on mobile, it was better to go with them...Will file a case against this fraud company and bogus big billion sale

          I have ordered Macbook Air(order id:OD[protected] on 6th oct and was supposed to be delivered on 13th oct and today is 16th oct they have auto cancelled my order. First they have sent the shipment to Kolkata instead of Bangalore(delivery was to be in Bangalore). I was tracking the shipment it showed misroute. Now I have ordered my Laptop with credit card and paid 48290 to flipkart and now I have to pay the bank 52000. Now I am suffering a loss of Rs 4000 and I waited for two weeks for my product.

                  I purchased stag ninja pro racket on 2 of oct and they delivered me very poor quality racket and also of different name. I purchased pro and they delivered me Attack whose price difference is about Rs.700-800.
                  The cost of bat is Rs. 2500 and it deosn't look like its worth of Rs. 500 also.
                  I made complaint regarding this on 8th of Oct 2016 and they have not yet resolved the issue.
                  Please look into the issue and take some action.

                    I have made an order and paid full amount with flipkart( order #- OD[protected] for cordless landline phone & Emergency light. After around 8 hours my order with them has been cancelled with message 'due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order.' which is not fair and I feel like I have been cheated by Flipkart. I mean, After paying the amount & after getting the confirmation mail from flipkart if they cancel my product then its really shameful act. I would have been happy if they didn't send me the confirmation mail. But after confirming the product, how can they turn back by cancelling the order. It's like they are breaking promise and trust, which takes a long time to build. I will probably file a case against Flipkart in a few days as they broke the trust.

                        I had purchase moto x play black 16 gb
                        In big billion deal which was started 02oct 2016 to 6october 2016 by flipkart..
                        And i had purchase this product online by flipkart there seller which is name is supercom net.

                        But i have recieved my order by sherays pvt ltd
                        And camra was not working properly so i replace that product and again i have recieve my product by shreyash pvt ltd.
                        Which seller name is not mentioned on flipkart and again product is not working properly... Flipkart exicutive said that now i can only refund my money and there is no replacement this product anymore..
                        Than how could flipkart assured???
                        And what is the benifit for custmer about flikart deal??

                        Please if you can help me thn please i want to buy this product genuinly.

                            I had placed an order with flipkart on 3rd October 2016 vide Order No. OD[protected] & OD[protected] for 3 shirts amounting to Rs. 3007/-(including delivery charges). I had made the payment for the same and the expected date of delivery was 20 Oct 2016. No dispatched details of the items were provided. After about 12 days the company is informing that the item cannot be delivered at the pin-code and my order has been cancelled. While placing orders companies always verifies the pin-code it can service and after it confirms the order. Flipkart has crossed all barrier by just playing with the numbers it made on BBD sales and no responsibility of delivery of the same. Need urgent steps against the company fooling the public with false information.

                              I ordered a Lenevo Vibe K5 note & a Intex power bank on 06-oct-2016 under the big billion days offer on flipkart. The order no. was OD[protected] and OD[protected] respectively.

                              I paid the amount of Rs. 11608 for both the products via my SBI debit card. The expected delivery date was 19-oct-2016. I was tracking the product. It was about to reach.
                              Suddenly on 15-Oct-2016 they cancelled the order without any information. This was intolerable after 9-10 days how could they cancel the order ?? After making so many calls to flipkart customer care, they stated that your pincode is not valid, we can't deliver the product on the given address & will refund the amount.
                              This is not fair & if the pincode or address was unreachable why did flipkart approved it at the time of ordering & making payment ???
                              However, They also approved the address & pincode I entered ( earlier I have got many products delivered on that address through other shopping sites). I want proper reason along with my REFUND instantly with the interest & flipkart should stop such scams. My Money was blocked for more than 10 days due to this & don't know how much time it will take to get refund & I was confined in order to take delivery, waited unnecessarily.
                              Total wastage of my time, money. Flipkart should compensate.

                                Flipkart is harrasing the customers by giving exchange offer and during pick-up they are rejecting the old handsets by saying minor lining on display. We are using the same old phone for more than five years and just at the replacement cost of Rs.700/- they are demanding the old sets as new (attached picture of old set). I have paid the complete amount 10 days back at credit interest rate of 14% and after 10 days they are making me feel as beggar by cancellation of order.
                                Flipkart is fraud company and I request all the customers to never purchase anything from Flipkart.
                                Customer care service is very poor and has no immediate decisions just acting as show-pieces.
                                Please don't be part of fraud company.
                                I was regular customer and never use exchange offer but first time I used exchange offer and I am very much puzzled and situation like beggar. I request Flipkart team to cancell all my order number OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected] and refund my prepaid money at the credit interest of 14% for more than 10 days till datemy complete amount is refunded.

                                  What happened during the period of 12 days (From[protected] to[protected] :

                                  I ordered moto E3 on[protected]. While placing an order Flipkart promised me the date of delivery will be on[protected].
                                  But on[protected] i got a mail from Flipkart by stating due to unforeseen issues the delivery of your product postponed to[protected]

                                  I called to Flipkart customer care and raised a complaint on[protected]. While raising a complaint customer care informed me that my issue will be resolved by[protected]. But I didn't get any response by the end of that day[protected]

                                  After that, I again called to Flipkart customer care 0n[protected]. Flipkart executive transferred the call to Manager(Mr.Gourav) . Manager promised me that your issue will be resolved by[protected]. But i didn't get any response regarding that too.

                                  On[protected] I again called to Flipkart customer care and spoke with the supervisor of Flipkart complaints. He informed me that Your issue will be resolved within 48 hours (i.e[protected] . But i even didn't get any response in this regard too.

                                  Finally, I sent one mail from my Flipkart account . Your team informing me that we received your query and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

                                  Today I got another mail from Flipkart that we will get back to you by[protected].

                                  Customer Inconvenience with Flipkart false promises & Need final action Immediately :
                                  I am very much fed up with your false information and False promises. This not the way to behave with the customer. I aviled two offers while placing this order. I want the exact issue of delay till now and exact status of my order.

                                    I ordered Iphone 7 Black 32Gb on 3rd October whose order no. is OD[protected]. They promised me to deliver it by 14th October. When I checked my status on 13th October, it still shows just an approved status. I was shocked and called the customer care. An executive Amit told me that my product has been shipped by 9:30 pm on 13 October. When I checked the status on 14 October, there is no change in status. I was so angry n again contacted the customer care. I told the executive to transfer my call to the seniors. He transfered it to Mr. NIKHIL n he told my that my product has been delivered by 7pm of 15 October. I waited for it but in the evening the status was still just approved.
                                    Again I contacted them n they told me that there is some problem due to which my product cant be delivered n they did not promised me for any date. They did not tell me the exact issue after asking many times.
                                    I need a compensation from them for a ridiculous service.

                                      Making Fool in name of BIG BILLION DAY they give discount and don't deliver the product to you. says incomplet address. my question was to coustomer care that my mob. no was also incomplete? there was a silent for 10 sec and said we are sorry for that . i said dont b sorry re sent my oder then they say you have to re-oder that product but this time there is no discount. whats the use of big billion day sale & i bet 30 to 40% coustomer havent recived their oder.

                                        I would like to bring to your notice that i have made purchase order od[protected] on flipkart

                                        Redmi 3s (Actual cost rs 6999/-) in offer where i got discount of rs 500/-.
                                        Unfortunately the product was defective for which i have raised request
                                        *[protected]* for replacement of product.
                                        But flipkart executive informed me that replacement is not possible due
                                        To unavailability of stock and hence i will get refund amt rs. 6499/-, with
                                        Which i can not buy another redmi 3s phone.
                                        For this i have to bare loss of rs 500/- due to defective product.

                                        Now i want flipkart to help me with:

                                        - replacement of the product
                                        - refund amount with discount amount i. E. Rs. 6499/- + rs. 500/- = rs.
                                        6999/- with which i can buy another phone when the sale is up.

                                        But instead i got this mail as per their flaw policies
                                        "i would like to clarify you that the offers and discounts for products vary from time to time and are valid only for a certain period and hence we will be unable to provide the discount amount of rs.500/-"

                                        As for the fault of the product why should i bare the loss of rs. 500/-?

                                        This people sending defective product and not helping customer with proper resolution. Where executive is ask to bear the loss of rs. 500/-.

                                        So this is my fault that i bought product from flipkart?
