Date of placement of order - 20 Oct 16 at around 2230 hrs

I placed the order for five Micromax CG666 Mobile sets. After the payment of the cost through net banking and once the money was deducted from my account, when the ste was redirected to Flipkart site to show the order status it showed saying that the bulk order of the item is not possible. My submission is that if the bulk order was not possible why the order was accepted at the very first place. and why the payment was collected. now this money will be there with the company for more than four days until it is refunded in my account. Also now i will not be able to use that money for other purpose until it is credited to my account. this has caused a great inconvenience to me. the amount is Rs 11700. company has been doing fraud by accepting false orders and cancelling it after the money has been transferred to their account.

Is flipkart do these type of activities with their customer. So think people waste their money if they purchase any electronics from flipkart like me

      Ordered a micromax canvas bolt grey coloured mobile phone on 8th october 2016.the company sent it to my destination's nearby couriour center.the courier center phoned me on 18th october to receive my order.i told them to deliver me it on 19th.bt when i rang them the next two days they didnt receive my phone.i again rang on 21th of october as ireceived a msz from them that my order had cancelled and my product had returned.the couriour man said that due to some technical defect flipkart had asked to return the order.bt i was eagarly waiting for that mobile.i want that mobile in the same price that i Ordered.the order ID is OD[protected].// the return ID is[protected].please help me

        Hi i am Md Rafeeq Ahmed my order id is OD[protected] .
        I received damaged piece of Xiaomi Redmi 3s so i requested for refund on the same day my order was received which is[protected]. its been a week since my first complaint. every time i call to customer care they are postponing pick up date to next day . i have spoke to at least seven different customer executives of flipkart and i have recordings of those calls also . this is my last try i need response as soon as possible if not i will be registering complaint against flipkart at consumer court on[protected] and also i'm ready to public shame flipkart in all social media platforms of me and my friends.

        p.s: I am attaching invoice, screen shots of different responses from flipkart for the past week.

            I had found the quality of the product is very poor and not matching the description and hence requested for return and refund on the same date of delivery (17th Oct 2016).

              I purchased a prestige Induction cooktop from flipkart. Today we opened the box to check how the Induction cooktop starts... However its not working we can't see any lights coming up... I need a replacement of this product.
              I even called flipkart customer service they said they can't help me at all.. First of all sending defective products and telling me to go to service centers for repairs.
              Amazon are much better online shopping center who provides quick facilities and replaces products even though it has crossed return period.

                We didn't get any messages regarding the order tracking.
                i came to know that mobiles will be deliver with in 3 to 4 working days of the the order booking, till know we didnt get at lest any message update regarding the order tracking and shipment deatils.

                please let us know the status on this, and we trust you that you will deliver original product.

                  Hi im order redmi 3s prime 32gb in flipkart. The mobile gets over heat and touch issue. When ever im using internet fir more than half hr mobile gets hanging then i want to restatr it. Its my 2nd mibile. My request is kibdly repay my money. And i never face like this in online.                     I have to pay installation charges (4, 380/- Rs) although filpkart offered me 251/- standard installation

                    Normally Customer assume that extra cost of copper wire, drain pipe extension, plumbing., wiring etc. would be market price or little more.. but your service engineer heavily overcharged me.

                    Service engineer of Flipkart/Hitachi has heavily overcharged me for row material used in installation. I had paid 2x-5x for each. example he sold me gray drain water pvc pipe of 100 Rs (5 Rs x 20 feet) for 600 Rs (30 Rs x 20 feet)

                    According to flipkart product page note for standard installation includes drilling of hole in Brick wall for taking out the pipes. But Filpkart service engineer charged me 250 Rs saying its RCC.

                    Fitting charges 1000 Rs (Flipkart says 251 Rs)

                    Two times I complained Flipkart, Flipakart raised ticket of return/replace. - Both times flipkart cancelled.

                    Flipkart has amendment of extra charges Not covered in installation:-Out Door Unit Stand. Extra copper wire if any. Drain Pipe extension if any. Plumbing and Masonry Work. Wiring extension from Meter to site, Power point/MCB fitting and any other electrical work, Carpentry work. Dismantling/Shifting of Old AC's Masonry, Core Cutting Fabrication and Electrical.

                    But nowhere Flipkart has mentioned that service engineer will charge 2x to 5x of not covered in instillation to fulfill his own and/or Filpkart's dream and wishes.

                    Money is not growing in tree, I want justification of my hard earned money. I will go to court for overcharging me.

                    I am asking for installation charges justification as I have valid bill of AC and installation service, I am collecting evidence to present in consumer court (Consumer Protection Act, 1986) against flipkart and his service engineer who did installation at 2x-5x cost of materials used in installation after selling me AC Online.

                      Our mishap story details about the laptop ordered are as follows:

                      1. To put this on record, we had placed an order of a Dell Vostro Core i3 laptop on 7th Oct 2016 bearing order number OD[protected]. We received an SMS on the registered mobile number on 7th Oct 2016 about the receipt of our order placement and shall be delivered by 15th Oct 2016.

                      2. We received a consecutive message on 8th Oct 2016 informing that the laptop has been packed by the seller and is ready to be shipped.

                      3. On 8th Oct 2016 again, we received another message saying that the ordered laptop was shipped at 3.33 pm and shall be delivered by 15th Oct 2016.

                      4. We received a message on 10th Oct 2016, 8.42 pm saying that the laptop is on its way and will reach by 15th Oct 2016.

                      5. We received another message at 11.23 am from a source "VM-EKARTL" on 11th Oct 2016 saying that the laptop was out for delivery with a tracking ID : FMPP[protected] and shall be delivered before 7pm by an EKART wish master.

                      6. We awaited the whole day of 11th Oct 2016 and were constantly co-ordinating with the courier executive who kept giving lame reasons like being in surrounding areas, being stuck in traffic, "just about to reach", will not be able to deliver at your door-step, not being in the same region, tire puncture etc etc.

                      7. We received a message on 11th Oct 2016 at 8.24pm again from VM-EKARTL saying that the laptop could not be delivered today and said that the will try again on 12th Oct 2016.

                      8. This kept repeating till 14th Oct 2016. We used to receive a message every morning saying that the laptop is out for delivery and by the evening another message informing that the laptop is undelivered.

                      9. Finally on 15th Oct 2016, 9.04 am we received a message from VM-FLPKRT saying that our order was cancelled and reason mentioned was that it could not be delivered even after multiple attempts.

                      10. After sharing our concern about this mishap, we received an apologetic mail from flipkart with incident number - IN[protected]. This mail also mentioned that our money shall be refunded within 8 business days.

                      Now, our issues are:
                      1. How would flipkart compensate the amount of time we lost and the mental harassment caused to us due to the irresponsible and arrogant behaviour of respective courier executive?

                      2. Even after ordering on 7th Oct 2016, we do not possess a laptop on 20th Oct 2016, i.e today, which was an urgent need for carrying out our professional works. How does flipkart pay for the professional damage caused to us ?

                      3. We were not able to proceed with buying a laptop from any where else as our money was stuck with flipkart.

                      4. Today the price of the same laptop has gone up by 3, 000/- and has become unaffordable for us.

                      Since it is the responsibility of flipkart to ensure timely delivery, we would want flipkart to compensate the above mentioned damages accordingly.

                        I had purchased Onida 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine purchased on[protected] and it was delivered on[protected] still today(i.e 20/10/2016) the demo is not happened for the product and i have esculated the issue their cc an d still i dont get any status and they were always saying it will be done within 24hrs. Because of this i was frustated mentally and my family memebers are insisting me everytime to call cc. PLease take an action against the loss and damge caused by flipkart sinsce it has been not used after purchase for the last 10days.

                          I have the order for Redmi 3S (Dark Grey, 16 GB) mobile phone & when i broken the seal of packet then i found Fena soap cake instead of mobile phone.

                            I order li-ning shoe from flipkart which had a 30 days return policy. When i used that product 2 or 3 times its sole got separated from back both the pair. Then i lodge a complain with flipkart, they want to take back that product only when i provide the plastic rapper, invoice and box. They give excuse that their seller will not accept without that.                                 Issue in brief:I ordered moto e3 in flipkart. They cancelled the delivery without intimation.
                                When i call called them the said it cancelled due to in complete address but i have given a pakka address before it got cancelled.
                                They are not responding properly. And instead they are blaming me.

                                This was ordered on big billion day, They simply accepted the order and the provided tracking number . Instead of that they didn't provide any type of communication. By seeing tracking status i comes to know the order fails to delliver, i immediately provide clear cut address and they people accepted and said to me that we will resolve in 2days. After 2 days at 2am the simply cancelled the order with out intimation.
                                After that i called and argued...they were saying that they cant reinitiate the order plz place the same order with increased price.
                                Finally now they were not replying at alll...

                                  Hello,
                                  I am mayur i ordered a slippers from my moms id and registered phone no. Is [protected]. I never face such disappointed with flipkart but noe. I found the parcel has different slippers. That i order. But the different slippers are used one. And after that they arrange pickup only and no action. And pickup boy is also refused to take it.
                                  What the hell is that. I paid for the sleepers and now its fraud to me. And if now i do not get resolution i will go anywhere for it. And post this everywhere. So please help me.

                                    I had been ordered for fashion car perfume blue via flipkart on last week to my home address and it has arrived on 20/10/3016and the courier agent from ekart logistics aluva, ernakulam called me and he says that he was not supposed to deliver the product outside his service area, instead I have to collect from him .this is unfair ...I was not in a position to do that.I requested him to came a little distance from his region but he refused and simply says that he had no interest whether the product had to deliver or not ...this type of business is unfortunate ...please do necessary action.

                                        I ordered Moto e3 power on Oct 17th Midnight around 12:30 AM. There was three offers displayed in the product page:
                                        1. Exchange offer
                                        2. 10% cash back offer
                                        3. Extra Rs.1500 off on exchange
                                        When I gave my old phone details, only the old phone value was deducted in the final amount and the extra Rs. 1500 mentioned in the product page was not applied. I placed the order after double confirming with Flipkart customer case executive and he asked me to place the order and send the screen shot of order confirmation, which I did. Today 20th Oct, I got the product delivered but the offer is not yet given to me and my old phone is taken from me.

                                        I've sent mails with screen shot of all offers and have informed what customer case executive asked me to do and I was told my issue will be resolved by 19th 11 AM but nothing happened, then got a mail telling it will be resolved by 20th 10 AM and after no mails and no resolution.

                                        I got the product delivered and still the offer is not given to me. I demand a solution for this from Flipkart.

                                        This is the second time they are doing such bad behavior to me in same month, previous case being same product sent to my place with message communication telling item is in transit but suddenly the order got cancelled by itself.
