I have no problem with product till now because i have not received it the product have been been shipped but because the card payment has been already made the delevery guys of sangli are delaying if it would have been cod they would come running to deliver the product card payment have been made they are deleverying the product the person whom i was talking to hung up twice and now his mobile is also not available delevery must have been made by i placed the order at 7 oct and made the payament but still havent received the product my humble request by any senior authorty to look in this matter and get it sorted the worst part is i have been waiting for product no contact nothng and yesterday evening i receive a message saying we tried to reach u bt u were not available this is the limit.

Spoke with customer as he said that there was a delay in a delivery so apologies to customer and informed to him that we will look into it that we can have a improve on delivery. Customer agreed.

    I have purchased xiaomi 3s from flipkart and it was found defective in 15 days after purchasing. I asked flipkart to get this replaced but flipkart suggested me to visit service center since they have 10 days replacement warranty. Why they are not giving replacement when other competitors are giving 30 days replacement warranty? Also when i visited service centre they are asking to wait for 15-20 days since it will take time to arrange for part.

    Flipkart has 10 days replacement policy not 30 days for Mobile Devices.
    As you said it has been 15 days after the delivery of the mobile, you have to contact the Mi Service Centre.

    MI is asking for 15-20 days for repairing.

    its mistake I have taken from flipkart.

    Will never advice anybody to purchase from flipkart. competitors are giving 30 days replacement policy and also take care of customer incase of any issue.

      I don't want replace this phone with again this model. This model have problems. Signal problem and it's hanging problem. Please i[censored] don't return my money than change phone with new lenova knote 5 4 GB RAM. I will pay additional money. Otherwise return my money. I am old customer of filpkart first time I am facing issue with filpkart so please help

      You'll only get replacement. You could have done some research before buying that phone

          i placed an order with order id:- FMPP[protected]

          1.On 31-OCT-16, order was out for delivery and i was waiting for my order, after 4 hours i received an sms that ORDER REJECTED:- customer refuse to take order.
          NO CALL, NO one visit to my home, how it can be possible to refuse.
          I raised a complaint with complaint no:- in[protected] on customer care.
          they said wait for 24 hours.

          2.On 1-NOV-16, after 24 hours i called up and they said request has been fired for reattempted wait for 24 hours.

          3.On 2-NOV-16 at 2 A.M, i received an SMS that your order has been canceled,

          I am foolish over here, i was waiting for my order very desperately since 3 days
          I again raised a complaint complaint no:-in[protected] and he said we will give you proper crosscheck who is culprit n again wait for 24 hours, now when i called up after 24 hours
          a flipkart executive (SONAM) said u have to place order again nothing can be possible now and no offers will given to you because offer date have gone away.

          Means if you can't give offers to customers then why you release offers.
          Who is responsible for this?
          i am very disturbed because of you. You have betrayed me.

          now, i want full explanation and conclusion

            I ordered a SanDisk 64 GB memory card for my camera on 4th October 2016, The delivery was supposed to be on 15th October but when the time arrived, I got a mail saying 'due to some unforeseen circumstances the delivery will be done on 18th'. I waited for 18th, but no delivery same mail came with a new promised date 20 Oct 2016, again the wait was waste, new mail new date 25th Oct it went on till 28th. Then I got a mail saying I will get the order on 2 Nov 2016. I became very angry all my patience was gone and I screamed at them for near about an hour, seeing no resolution they disconnected my call. Today on 2nd November 2016, I got a mail saying 'due to some unforeseen circumstances faced by our logistics department the order is delayed and will be delivered on 5 Nov. Now I feel I have been harassed mentally and I want to lodge this complaint because now I don't seem to important enough for them to listen to me, so I had to choose this option.

            One thing that I would like to mention is that the tracking shows the order reached my local hub on 17th Oct 2016 but I don't know why they are not giving it to me. Also they do not explain thin so called unforeseen circumstances because I think I have a right to know. I needed it for Diwali but now that is waste because all the planning and expectations have gone waste, I had been laughing stock among friends and family as even though I had my 30000 rupees camera, I did not take it out on festival, ALL BECAUSE OF FLIPKART.

              Delay in order and then cancelled it in name of not possible of exchange. my home is hardly 10 min away from mahadev pura hub.. why it went to budhighere?

              1) They delayed order more than 4 days even though it was hardly 10 min away location from my home on 28th of October.
              2) Exchanging phone off course doesnt look like new one..It might have some scratches and tears but functionality wise and physically it is in very good condition. Still person refused to take it.

              Spoke with customer as he said that the exchange product which he was giving is new but there were some scratches so the FE didn't accept the product and they cancelled the product. So apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed to him that there will be a sale once again you will get the notification so you can place a fresh order.

                Hello team, I had placed an order on 24thoct ( order id: OD[protected]. It was cancelled by your courier service on the next day.. At that time I had contacted customer service team to reinitiate my order (as the reason the item was sold out and I can't place a new order)but they didn't do that... I begged your customer service team about my order by calling more than 100times but nothing happened but some of the manager from your customer service team promised me that she will help me to place a new order for the same price (which I placed the order during big billion diwali sale) when the item will get back in stock. Now the item is back in stock but now when I am contacting your customer service team they are not doing anything and telling me to place with the price which is now available on the website... I am seriously very disappointed with this kind of behaviour... I am waiting for the product to buy for the price which I already bought and I feel this is my right please help me

                  I had ordered two moto g turbo edition (white, 16 gb) phone. one is cancelled on 1st november 2016 and another is shows that out for delivery. they didn't contact me yet by phone. the address i gave for delivery is proper. becoz i have ordered an item before in this address. i baught this item in an offer price. if it get cancelled i won;t get it for that price. i have contacted many times to flipkart costomer service. they didn't share any of the details about the courier partener.

                    1. i have order 2 asus zenfone max (black 32gb) on 3 october, 2016 1:29 am big billion day.

                    2. i have received two mobiles, imei number below

                    A) “[protected]” “[protected]”

                    This mobile working perfectly no issue.

                    B) “[protected]” “[protected]”

                    This is mobile touch screen not working while receiving itself, the display is blank not working.

                    Three time the technical person checked the directly to my place, and he has confirmed the problems.

                    3. i have requested return replacement of new mobile for above mention (b) imei number,

                    4. ekart delivery person iniated to delivery replacement mobile, as per the rules he has checked with imei and the mistake is he having imei of (a) mention above, that is working mobile. how can i replace for the working mobile.

                    5. the mistake is not happen for single time, its been 3 times and its taking one month,

                    6. now, am very worried whether mobile will replaced or not,

                      My self mohammad asim my order id is od[protected] for bajaj majesty new swx 4 grill sandwich toast i have registered return and refund 3 times and they confirm person will come to collect item but nobody came simply sending massages unable to contact you and rescheduled
                      I am really frustrated i already submitted return request 3 time 10 days back but no body taking action in this regards. i think customer and feedback is not matter for flip kart that's why no body listening.

                          I ordered one product spacewood engineered wood queen bed with storage on flipkart on 2nd oct, 2016. 2nd nov is the last date of delivery but till now we are not getting any status of our product.                             I ordered a lg tv on 18th oct and was scheduled to deliver on 25-10. I called custmr care almost 2 3 times but all i got was we will update you in 24 hours. Same was ongoing till yesterday but i did not get any response yet. Infact, when yesterday i asked customer suport, abhinav from flipkart that this time also if i do not get any repsonse then what should i do.. And he said bluntly to go and tweet to @flipkartsuport again. I am really frustrated, please proivide me some updates or any guidance.

                              My order id od[protected] was to be delivered on 29th otober, it was a comic magazine for my daughter. the delivery time in itself was pretty elongated with 10days of tat. now i received a message at 5:50pm that the consignment would be delivered on 28th oct and within 10 mins the blue dart delivery boy knocked at my door, i was out for some work and requested him to come back in 30mins since i was not informed only 10mins prior to final depatch, however the delievry boy refused and said he would now come back post diwali.

                              I have been requesting ever since 28th october but my item is still not delivered, when iam trying to follow up with blue dart regarding my awb no [protected], iam not getting a clarity regarding the despatch details. iam extremely fed up with the kind of service being provided, i expect the resolution to happen today else i will need to escalate the matter to highest authorities.

                                  Hi kindly help me in regard to the problem which i am facing is that i have two tp link power bank and as i was having some issue with them i took them to the service centre . There i was told that we will not entertain your warranty claim as the bills are not having serial number of the products. They said that we will entertain your warranty claim if you will bring us the bill with the serial number on them. Kindly oblige me by helping me to get my problem resolved keeping in mind the problem which i had to face due to this issue. I am attaching the invoice copy of both the products for your reference and please reply back as early as possible.
