On 13th october I had placed a order on flipkart for Prym men's solid casual dark blue shirt of medium size. On 18th oct I recieved the order.The shirt which I recieved is completely a different shirt from the one which I have ordered before. I immediately contacted the customer care executive but didnt get any help from your side. I have been shopping with you from a long time but very disappointed with your service this time.Required action should be taken as soon as possible.

        I had placed a order on Big Billion Day. The same product was suppose to be delivered on 12th of Oct. However for unknown reason they delayed to 14th Oct. I received an message it was out for delivery. I did not receive any call from the delivery executive. I called up flipkart to enquire and they said the product will be delivered in 24 hours.
        Same day received another message we could not deliver. And it was postponed to 15th Oct. No call also received. Received an email that they could not contact me. However on the same another product from Flipkart got delivered. It was rescheduled to 16th Oct, however did not receive any contact. The customer support executives are only taking a 24 hours deadline and not meeting it up.
        I have complained 4 times, yet no one has provided any resolution to my issue. Kindly look into the issue.

        I have ordered Samsung Galaxy On8(Gold, 16 GB) on 6th oct'16 during Big Billion Day.I have received the mobile phone but I did't get FREE SAMSUNG Evo 32 GB MicroSDHC Class 10 memory card with it. My other friend's ordered the same phone they get free SD card.Why so????

          Delivered LG 19 litres Refrigerator on Oct 6th which was is not in a working condition, raised return request on Oct 7th however neither pickup of product happened nor Refund. I have been calling customer service people daily but no use as they have been saying it will be resolved soon.

              Today(10/18/2016) i had spoken with higher officers of flipkart they said that to give mobile to Micromax show room and i went to showroom and they gave an report as

              BATTERY CONNECTOR BROKEN
              PCB PROBLEM
              RWR FAILURE

              So directly they told that mobile was destroyed.

              Then i called to flipkart higher officers and i said that the above problems and they told that we will call you with in tomarrow(10/20/2016) 9:00pm

              so now iam waiting for that call.

I have purchased bluetooth portable speaker but sir i do not get accessories such aux cable and usb charging cable with this product sir plz look into the matter and arrange compensation for the missing items. It is a complete cheating. So arrange a good compensation. And sir i even contacted various time for the same issue but no response from their side.                         With reference to flipkart email dt 17/10/16 inform me that supercomnet is not to refund only offer replacement of my od[protected].

                          On 4th oct 16 i had placed an order for the apple iphone 6 16 gb space grey by paying rs.26040 online through net banking. Flipkart promised me delivery by 14th oct 16 and on 14th oct 16 thet extended delivery date to 18th.

                          When i registered complaint with flipkart; i started to get totally bizzare responses.

                          1st mail which i received after complaint on 16th oct 16 said my product will be delievered by 18th.

                          2nd mail which i received on 17th oct 16 directly informed me about cancellation of my order with very fullish reason "unavailibility of courier partner in your area".

                          I stay in heart of mumbai city and this is impossible to say that courier is not available.

                          A. Flipkart used my money for 14 days without interest.

                          B. They cancelled my order without my consent.

                          C. This is clear breach of trust by flipkart.

                              I had order a adidas bag in big billion day sale... They confirm my order successfully and after few days the order reached half the way and then they cancelled my order saying that seller is facing some issue.. We are sorry for that.. How can they do like this.. Now im not able to get a new bag is such a low cost and not getting the product which i ordered.. Its not fair with any customer.. Hoping for a positive answer.

                                  I ordered the product on 10th of October 2016 at Rs.10499, in an offer.
                                  Your courier partner "Ekart Logistics" did not tried calling me even once to intimate me about the arrival of my product if they were having any kind of problem delivering it to the mentioned address.
                                  Yesterday, I received mail stating that "Pincode mismatched".Well if the person responsible for delivering my courier would have contacted me even once I would have surely co-operated him in every possible manner. But he didn't bothered to contact me, even though I have given two different contact no.s in case the courier boy can contact me in the best possible way.
                                  Today itself however I managed to contact Ekart office in Shimla, the person who took my call after knowing the status of my order didn't gave me chance to talk further, rather talked to me so rudely that made me feel as if I was talking to an illiterate.
                                  You people and your pathetic service providers "Ekart Logistics" have left me with no other option left but to file a suit against you. You people have treated your customer as a fool, playing fraud in a worst rather unique way to not let your customer avail the offer which you were intend to give by making such silly excuse.
