I purchased 4 items from flipkart 2 shirts and 2 pants
Among all 1 pant is good other pant they give a description as slim but it was regular and it is large to me. coming to shirts i ordered large size but medium is perfect to me. since both are not having medium size.
I kept 1 pant and 1 shirt return and 1 shirt for exchange.
But the issue was i removed the tags from cloths and after knowing the fitting issues i put the tags in the pocket of the cloths itself.
In the return conditions i didt found any thing about cutting of tags.
I found only all accessories and tags should be there for return or replacement.
The pickup was rejected due to this issue.
They are not at all giving good assistance. first time they told return will accept but after the time coming near to a month they are playing and rejecting the returns.

Plz dont buy goods in flipkart, their assistance is not at all good.

I spoke to the customer assistance more than four time, some people are say they will take returns they willcome again and some people saw wait for some time.

Product was delivered on 12th Oct and customer created return on 28th by telling size issue, as its under return policy we approved return but at the time of pickup wish master found all tags are removed and stick manually which is not covered under policy hence we cant approve return.

    I bought 1 painting from flipkart, and that time the price was 439 rs. And they had a refund policy also for that product.. Bt when i received, i did not like it... And i want to return.. Bt now when i want to return it.. They are saying that as per flipkart policy, they cannot give refund, and now policy has changed.. Within 2 days.. They told to give a replacement only. Since the customer does not want that product, how they can offer the same product.

    Spoke with customer as she said that she didn't like the product and the price is also too high regarding that product so she had already raised a refund request but it has been disapproved informing that the product cannot be returned. So informed to customer that as you didn't like the product on exceptional basis we can provide the refund. But customer said that she wants the pick up to be done on january as she is in punjab now and the product is in karnataka. So informed to customer that we would not be able to do that so customer wants a mail regarding that so mail has been sent to customer .

      Hi,

      I have ordered yu yureka plus (moon dust grey, 16gb) mobile from flip kart and received the order two days back. when i started to update my contacts in that, it was over heating and very slow in performance wise also. i would like to return the product and opt for refund. but the option is not available in the site and i was doing the follow up with customer care personnels from today morning onwards (1st nov 2016). they are saying that as per flipkart policy, they cannot give refund. and then i suggested for a replacement with new brand, but they are not ready to that also. instead, they are ready to give new piece for the same brand. since the customer doesnot want that product, how they can offer the same product with same brand. i am very much disappointing and not expecting this kind of service/ irresponsiblity from a company like flipkart. i couldn’t see this policy in their site. if they are telling like customer can replace the item with same brand, then they are supposed to update the same in site. its moreover like a customer cheating.

      Now i am not asking for refund, instead i am asking for a different brand with high price. this is not the right way to treat valuable customers. since they have not updated the policy in the site as they said, i have two choices only. flipkart is cheating their customers.

        Ordered a Sony TV from you guys which got delivered on 24 of October, As per communication & commitment from you guys installation would have happened on 27th of Oct, but I am still waiting for the same .

        Every day I am following up from you guys for installation of my TV and every time you customer care says that it will happen today, and now it's almost 3 days of follow up and even the Diwali festival gone.

        Yesterday I asked your customer care representative to forward the phone to some senior person and he connected the phone to some other friend/college, after asking who is the senior most with whom I can speak they said that we are the senior most only and nobody else is there.

        I then asked if you people can't get it installed then refund my money and take your product back, on that also they said we are helpless and can't able to refund the amount once we sell the product to any of the customer.

        And its really vague explanation which your team is stating to me and now i clearly knows that how you people are cheating the customers by using the brand name and i can assue what kind of customer services you guys providing.

        This is my last visit for flipkart online shopping and in my life i will never visit and recommend to any of my friends or family.

        Now with no other option I will have to move consumer court as you people are careless in after sales promised services to your customers, I need resolution by tomorrow noon or else with no other option left I will have to move to consumer court .

        Spoke with customer as he said that it has been a pathetic side from Flipkart he didn't get any help from Flipkart regarding the installation so his friend is working in sony he had arranged the installation. So apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed to him that we will look into it that such things does not gets repeat again in future. Customer said there should be a esclalation matrix in the app where customer can raise there complain. So informed to customer that we will definitely take up your feedback so that it can be done on our app.
        Today nobody delivered the shipment, but in tracking site, you have updated that "customer refused to get the order".

        I am not expected from Flipcart this type of service.
        Shocked.

        Pl send me your representative contact number or order collection center to collect my order.

            I have bought an apple iphone 6s. while placing the order no cose emi offer was visible. but i could not get the offer, so i contacted the customer support about the issue and then they replied:

            We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

            As mentioned in the previous email, we would like to inform you that 'no cost emi' offer was not applied on your order. however, the offer was displayed on your order page due to some technical issues.

            Kindly contact your bank for any other emi related queries.

                I booked a Vu 40 inches TV on Flipkart on Oct 2. Received it on 12th Oct. Cash on Delivery. Paid in full.

                The sturdy brown box majestically galloped to our living room, but we couldn't touch it. Installation and demo services had to come. We simmered down our curiosity to peek inside the box and lay low for the demo. The day finally arrived. Excited, our family huddled together to witness the glorious moment o[censored]nveiling the TV. We opted for a table top installation, by the way. Stand fitted, wires connected, remote ready, switch on and pooof! The screen was blank. No lights. No sound. Not a sign.

                He tried again. This time, we saw a flicker. It was faint. Slowly, it unfurled. Enlarged a bit. But then, it went out again. Darkness embraced the screen in its tight wraps. Ever since, only half of its screen lights up feebly.

                We were devastated. It was a hard decision. The TV was ours. The quality of our TV's life was miserable. It just laid there and suffered, in agonizing pain. We frantically opted for a replacement. And that was on October 16th. It's November 1 today, and the TV is still with us. Ailing. Sick. Waiting to die. Calling Flipkart Customer Care became one of our daily duties. They too, repeated to us the same line, day and night. I'm frustrated. Angry. Feeling helpless.

                I politely offered to drop the TV to the courier office myself. Declined. I desired a refund. Declined again. I ransacked online sites in hope of a different contact number. Every call begins with the same lifeless tone - 'Ab har wish hogi poori'.

                Sigh!

                    The laptop is not up to mark it has a battery problem and it get turn off time to time in 30min and after a lof process of haring sometimes it does not turn on...we have earlier compint to flipkart officers but no action is taken. The motherboard problem and battery problem is continous .kindly see the product and refund it. It has been only 2dys gone we have buyed it.

                      I ordered pigeon small size baby bottle nipples from flipkart (seller mahindra retail) but they send me medium sized nipples. flipkart citing no return policy for hygiene products, is not ready to co-operate despite of sellers mistake. also, medium sized nipples costs rs 395 and small sized nipples costs rs 518. so i already paid rs 123 more for wrong product send to me by mahindra retail.

                        I purchased a bpl washing machine of 6.5 kg from flipkart when i received the product it was very small as compared to other washing machine of similar capacity, i requested them for refund and flipkart arrange a tech visit, the tech was completely satisfied as i show him my older and the new bpl machine as well as on the call bpl tech accepted that the washing machine was very small but still they cancel my refund after 10 days

                            I have been complain about the hand set for last three days countinously regarding my handset getting hanged which i got on big billion day of 2016
                            I got the delivery on 6.10.16 as we we just started using the peice couple of days back the peice is getting hanged

                            I recd a call from shilpa from punjab no [protected] said she would be forwarding me a mail through which it would get resolved within a weeks time but she failed to do so i.e on 30.10.16

                            The next day i gave her the call on the above no and reminded her about the think but yet she failed to do so dt 01.11.16.Than again I launched the complain and today recd a call from [protected] from bihar is asking me my cr.card no and the 3 digit mentioned behind later on the text send to me he is asking me for the OTP Pin as on what type of service is this its mental harrasment done by your staff as i have the recording of the conversation done by him need to take a immediate action against him as I have provided him the detail but yet their is no solution to it

                            Now after so much of harrasment i need my refund back
                            as i had also purchased a bousch500 it was also faulty but got it replaced

                            As i give a complain i recd a call from shipa [protected] said would be sending me a text but failed to do so even after giving a call

                            on 02.11.16 had recd a call from [protected] gives a call saying its regarding the complain against samsung on5 asked him for a replacement the caller said they would be refunding me the amt for which i need to provide them my detail of cr cardno with the three digit behind as i recd a text from hdfc but due to a fraud call my card is got block

                            know i am really worried u people are not taking the complain seriously i would be giving it in media as its harising me in case if any fraud happens with myflipkart company will have to bear it

                            its a request to take a immdeate action against this complain or else i have the recording of all the callers which i would be giving it to the media and press ...

                              It is not working. I had an emergency with the power bank. As it reached here and when put to charge no light is been shown in the power bank. After a full day charging the very next day itself i tried to use it. but unfortunately it is not working. Kindly reimburse my money or despath a new one for me.

                              I had to attend a meeting aboard next week and I am in necessary of the power bank.Please inform me back whether u will replace or refund. After that only I will be able to take a decision.

                                I am order a Redmi 3s prime on big billion day 3rd October. My order id is OD[protected]. I received my phone on 14th at around 7:30 pm. I opened the box on next day and get the set out for charging and put the set on charge. When the charge getting started the mobile getting hot more and more can't be touch.after charged was 100% I am trying to start the phone but the phone not started . I file a complaint against this on 18th Oct and wants to refund against this product. They assure me to pickup the phone latest by 22nd, then 23 then 24 then 26 then I call again and wants to replace about the product because this was offered set if I want to buy again I shall be paid more but they denied. And promised me to received the set by 31 st. They also fail that commitment. I want immediate solution to replace my product as early as possible. They have 10 days replacement policy. Why don't buyers have? They all time fool us.

                                  As I ordered the leEco le 2 (Rose gold 32gb) Mobile on 6th October 2016 and delivered from end on 7th October 2016, appreciated the fast delivery. Till 18th October 2016, Mobile is working good, but from 19th October 2016, the handset/Mobile is getting problem and it's getting off, screen becomes off, and not working properly and also getting struck.

                                    I had orderd i ball netbook & hp printer both are at same time i received hp printer but i ball net book didi not received. They are say out of delevery area, how it could be possible one item i can received and another would be out of delevery area, before to place order i alreay check item is deleverable or not. Pls resolve the issue

                                      Dear sir / mam,
                                      I, Anik Mukherjee from Howrah, WB ordered a item having order ID OD[protected] in Flipkart . At first I got the product with part / accessory missing. Then I ordered for return having Return ID:[protected]. The item came but the delivery boy refused to accept it showing some lame excuses. Don't know what to do.
                                      I need a replacement.
