I had ordered two Moto G Turbo Edition (White, 16 GB) on 28th october 2016.
but i got only one product, . one is automatically cancelled and returned by themselves on 1st November and another one is delivered on 3rd november. i ordered it on an offer price and i won't get it for that price now. I need the returned product too or they should provide me that offer again.

    Hi,

    I was a regular customer of flipkart from long back and was very satisfied with the service up to my last purchase of Asus Zenfone 2 (silver, 32GB) that I ordered on 3/10/2016 the order number being OD[protected].

    The item was delivered on 6 Oct. 2016, I reside in Noida and since the delivery of the item was not open for the Noida I had to order it at my friend's place in Parpatganj New delhi.

    I picked it up from Parpatganj on 8 Oct and checked it by inserting the SIM I was using at that moment, the phone could not detect the SIM in its primary slot and I thought that there is a problem with the SIM so in took one day to get the new SIM card. After inserting the new SIM the results were same and after that I checked the phone with various SIM cards of my known people but everytime there was no signal found or if the signal came it was only for few minutes.

    The second issue was that on dialing any number the screen got totally blacked out and took much waiting period before it started to act.

    I finally decided to return the ASUS Zenfone as it was a defective piece and I posted the refund request on 11/10/2016 which was within the return request valid time period of 10 days.

    That was the day[protected] and up till today, each day I am corresponding with the customer care of flipkart for resolving my issue but the condition remains the same.

    I simply want to to return the phone and get the refund in my account for the defective phone.

    Return request posted on 11/10/2016:For the first time the technician visit was scheduled and we mentioned our Noida address in the place which gave us the option to change the address for the return scheduling through the website.

    The technician visit was scheduled on 14/10/2016 but he did not turn up denied to attend us just because the address was different from the delivery address.

    I received a mail on 16/10 that technician visit was completed and refund is initiated and the matter will be solved latest by 22/10, then the date extended to 24/10 later when we again reminded on 24/10 we were told that it will be done till 27/10.

    Suddenly, I received a mail telling that they could not arrange the things at our Noida address so we will have to make the phone available at the delivery address and the return request was cancelled.

    So, left without any option we dropped the phone at the Parpatganj address and informed the customer care executive to proceed on our case, no action took place only we got fake assurance of action being taken each new day.

    Again and again we reminded for the pickup and everytime we told the CS people that phone has been dropped at the delivery address.

    Finally the return request was once again accepted by flipkart and again the process started on 3/11/2016 that is yesterday (after whole one month of purchase) and the technician visit was scheduled for 5/11/2016.

    Still the unfortune did not leave us and in the evening yesterday we received a message that the technician visit has been cancelled and I received SMS on my no.[protected] that the technician visit has been cancelled and the next SMS saying that the pickup has been cancelled "since we want to keep the phone".

    Do you think I am mad that after whole one month of mental torture that I had to bear I will say that I want to keep the defective phone with me, please show me a single text or audio clip where I have said that I want to keep the phone.

    Is this is the credibility of Flipkart? is this how you people have started harassing your customer, may be for you this is a joke but for me Rs.9, 999.00 is a big amount and I seriously need my money back.

    Please take a quick action to resolve this matter at the earliest.

    Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. On checking the records we found that the refund has been given.

    So closing the case.
    I have ordered a mobile phone on 23rd Oct 2016. The phone received os not as per specification given on net. There is no battery backup. I just want to return the phone. I am calling customer service from 5 days but there is no positive response from the people.

      Dear sir,

      We booked 'yu yureka plus (moon dust grey, 16 gb) ' on oct 2nd 2016 and received the product on oct 4th. when we cross checked the product os, its not as per specification and we had put, request for replacement/return the product on oct 5th. we have mailed the details to flipkart customer care also. as per the status its marked as "return requested". but customer care executives are informing can't replace/return.
      Actually its their mistake and we want to return the product.

      Spoke with customer as she said that she wants to keep the product with her as it has been informed to her that the pick up address cannot be changed so it has been a long time so customer wants to keep the product.

      So closing the case.
      I bought swipe elite2 mobile on January16 on august battery became bulging . still the battery not availble in any online sale or in registers service centres... Past three months they reply we will arrange it on next week, month end and after receive will cal u like that. Still I didn't get proper reply from the customer care...

          Flipcart.as per i know a trusted online retailer.but faced a hilarious service and behavior.i hd ordered a jacket priced rs 1400.the offer price was 1100.i had ordered at that price.i had ordered on 26th sept.the product have to delivery on 31st sept.but i didnt get any msg mail or ph calls.then i called flipcart customer service they told me sir ur product ll be delivered on 2nd nov . we have some technical issues.bt i didnt get it.again i called..they said sir your product will be delivered on 4th nov.today they mail me that order has canceled .i call the customer service they are so rude to infrm that they have nothing to do.it may happen.you order again .but i claim the discount .they are so abusive and rude to inform that.they are totally useless to solve any kind of customer's problem.the executive call receiver was sumit nigam and upasana bisht.. disappointing flipcart.

                I ordered a product
                Product - spacewood engineered wood queen bed with storage

                On 2nd october 2016.
                The expected delivery for the product was 26th oct. On 26th october, 9:30pm, i got a message saying product delivered but i did not receive any product. I raised many complaints to their customer centre and facebook page, but all in vain.
                Its 4th november now and sill no signs of product or refund.
                I never faced such issues from flipkart but this was frustrating so had to complaint about it.

                  I brought a 32 gb pendrive 20 days ago from flipkart. But after opening box i saw it's a damage product. I want to return that. Why flipkart provide that type of product??? Why make's people harassed... I brought it on my own money which i had saved by too much hard work and u flipkart makes it funnny and deliver a damage product... Shame yaaar shame...                                 I buy panasonic eluga note on 28th oct. I fount many quality issues in this.
                                1:- battery is slow charging.
                                2:- camera quality is poor.

                                  I ordered a blue color Kenamin Loafers of size 9 . i just got that parcel with size 7 . When I want to return the product in substitute the product page shows that size 9 is not available there . So why they took the orders of size 9? This is a gift for my brother and I dishearten about this neglegency of Flipkart team. I never expect such cheap business from Flipkart. If this issue is not resolved then I should go to consumer forum with the problem.
