    The delivery agent did not come to place, he just called me but i was unable to answer the call. So he returned without delivering the order. Duty of delivery agents is to check at the doorstep of the consumer, but that did not happen. Very worst service. Amazon is far better. Now i am fed up this flipkart service. I was at home waiting for the product to be delivered. I called up ekart service and they do not give a proper reply. I have paid for the product by internet transaction, i demand a proper explanation. Flipkart customer service is imbecile.

      I had ordered a 32 gb memory card from flipkart on the 2nd of october 2016. Payment was done via credit card.
      Although i recieved a message saying that it will be delivered on the 6th of october, i have never recieved the product.
      When i called the customer service on the 11th of october, they told me to wait till the 18th for them to resolve the issue, saying they would deliver it. On the 18th, when i contacted flipkart, they told me to wait till the 19th for resolving the issue, as their system shows that it has been delivered. On 19th, they told me that since i was not at the address during the time of delivery, they delivered it to another person staying in my address, who says that he has not received it.
      I don't understand on what basis flipkart has delivered my product to a complete stranger, for a product that i had ordered, just because i was not available at the time. They could have kept the product in their courier place if i was unavailable, as i would have then taken it myself. Moreover they took this many days and instead of providing me with a product/refund which they had earlier promised, just gave me a contact no, of the person they had delivered to, which they could have given during my first call.

      Ii would like a refund or my product delivered as soon as possible, and hope some action would be taken.

            The order was placed on 7th of Oct in lightning deal
            But as it turns out the deal was fake and the product got canceled later

              I have ordered a mircomax tv on oct 2nd. The money i used for this purchase is adjusted from my friends since i didn't had full cash.

              But your flipkart cheated me, as the order is very much delayed for the delivery and i got it finally on oct 16th sunday. From that day i was waiting for the installation of the tv.

              But i had a worst experience with flip kart as nobody contacted me for the installation. I have been calling flip kart customer care for past 2-3 days and all i'm getting a response that we will resolve within two days. But no response after.

              I didn't get any mail/message/calls from flipkart regarding my installation. When ever i call customer care again they used to say we will initiative again as your old request has been expired.

                  Order No : OD[protected] placed on 2nd Oct 2016, and the same was delivered on 3rd Oct 2016.

                  On 5th Oct 2016, the Technician from FlipKart came for installation and demo and while installation
                  Flipkart technician confirmed that the one part of the product is defective, and we should raise and return/replacement request.

                  As there was no replacement option for the product on flipkart website, I raised a return request.

                  Flipkart scheduled the return pickup by 18th Oct 2016. (After 13 days)

                  as i was not getting any calls and update from flipkart, on 12th I escallated the issue with flipkart,
                  and got a call from flipkart escallation department that we are assuring you that the pickup will be done by 18th Oct 2016,
                  and I should not worry about the product.

                  On 18th Oct 2016, Morning I got a call fromFlipkart that the pickup will be done today.
                  same day around 12 One person called me asked the way to my home so that he can come for pickup. nd after that again no response.
                  By evening I called the same person again and he said sit i was late by the time i reach your area and hence pickup will be done tomorrow.

                  I emmidiately called Flipkart and they said sir dont worry we will assure that the pickup will be done by 19th Oct 2016.

                  On 19th Oct 2016, I called flipkart several times, and they assured that the pickup will be done on the same day and no need to worry.

                  and again on 19th Oct 2016, by evening I just got one sms that the issue has been escallated again and it will be resolved by 24th Oct 2016.

                  So This is how flipkart is ruining the customer's time and festival seasons.

                  My hard earned money is with FlipKart or seller and I am unable to by another product.

                        It was ordered on 2nd october. The shipment was all right before when i tracked but when it has reached its nearest hub it started to delay but when the item was ready and out for delivery that time a phone call came from this number +91-[protected] the guy said that we have to come to recieve our order from a distant place which is 2 to 3 km away from my home due to inconvince the guy "he could not come to my address to deliver he is stating a reason that he has many items to delivery he said you come or else it will not be delivered" i don't think that giving a charge of courier fee. And not getting the item where my adddress it'z surprising, then what is the gain of buying it on flipkart i could buy it on markets only.

                          I want to lodge a complaint against flipkart and ecom express.
                          I ordered tacgears m30 wired optical mouse and my order id: od[protected]. This order was placed on 8th october, 2016 and expected delivery was on 17th october, 2016 since i have college e-sport events on 19th october so i thought it is fine by that time i would receive and practice for 2 day but then it was not delivered till evening then i tried to make calls to customer care and everytime i call the reply is same "all are customer care executive are busy please call later" then they hung up. So i thought i should call flipkart warehouse in lucknow after doing so they replied that there are sorry but this delivery guy couldn't find your house. What a stupid thing he said i can't believe since i have a history with flipkart with this same address for delivering items. So i was really disappointed because i wanted to participate as the prize money was 15000 rs/-. So i thought i should raise query on flipkart as a mail for order delaying then guess what happen they just extended they delivery date to 20th october, 2016. This is flipkart so i got so angry i just cancelled the order and than too they didn't call. Please don't buy from flipkart.

                            Flipkart is cheater i booked samsung galaxy on8 on 2nd october 2016 they cancelled my order on 3rd october saying that i had booked the mobile for second time so i will receive the money in my sbi credit card in 3 business days and they have initiated the payment from their side.
                            I called them again on 5 october they said you'll receive it in 8 working days after cancellation . Then i called them on 11 october they said 8 working days are over but they have initiated from their side jsut some technical issue with bank i told them to send reference number they sent me mail and wrote that they initiated the payment on 11 october. Then i called customer care n asked what's happening why you wrote that you initiated on 11 october they were blank after hearing that n started saying sorry.
                            Not today it's 19th october customer care was going to call me before 7pm i have not received any call from customer care not i have got money from flipkart intact my bank has charged me interest of 450 rs because i didn't pay them the payment that i did with flipkart for booking my order.
                            Who is going to return me this interest?
                            When am i going to get my money along with interest back?
                            Please help me flipkart is cheater don't book and orders from this website they r just cheaters and customer care cannot care customer they say they don't have any resolution for it??
                            Today 17 days have passed i have not received my hard earned money back so sad : (

                                      My order number is od[protected] for two numbers of syska economy 100 power banks 10000mah. the order is still not delivered. the delivery date was 13th october and then changed to 18th october because your ekart executive could not find my office (renowned in bangalore-honeywell) in the mentioned pin code. i am not sure whether this was his excuse or he is really incompetent to find the address, him being a delivery guy.
                                      The delivery guy had been rude over phone and using abusive language.
                                      Delay in order has happened in this big billion day sale with me earlier - 2 weeks ago also but the delivery guy apologized for it. this delivery personnel seems to be highly irresponsible as he is not aware of the fact that his action is causing customer dissatisfaction and harassment along with bad reputation to company. i am leaving for my hometown for diwali break (ekart does not delivers there).
                                      I would like to know if it is possible on part of flipkart to deliver product in the committed time. please let me know at the earliest your part ahead and also let me know the procedure to escalate in case you are not the concerned person to resolve.

                                      They are not willing to share contact of a person to share details.

                                      I think the company has gone to the goons and is harassing customers in name of its founders whom the public trust. i understand it is on the lower levels of flipkart whom company has hired to serve public are serving themselves.

                                      People are left with no option to raise complaint. it is behaving like cheap startup even after so many years. they show you product. you pay upfront. they commit delivery date. they change delivery date to a week saying you were not available so we could not deliver for which they are not willing to share details. and the story is not over, they do not give you the product even after giving you a second delivery date.
                                      So basically they eat your hard earned money and then they show their company is growing.
                                      I now understand how the company is growing. it is solely by con deeds.
                                      Here is the glimpses where they act dumb and con you. read the conversation and understand the method used by them to con people. they give cold replies as if they are doing favor to us. they are so incompetent to understand they are harassing, looting and coning customer.
