This is Venkatesh working as Assistant Professor at Manipal University Jaipur. I have placed an order no: OD[protected] on dated 3rd October 2016.. As per date 13th Oct 2016 on the given logistic service ( ekart logistics) shows “Received at Jaipur Hub”. But no one come for the delivery, when I contacted the customer care they said delivery date is 15th Oct 2016 so wait till then.
Today on dated 14th Oct 2016 Flipkart cancel my order. After contacting the customer care team I got to know that as per the ekart logistic my address was coming under their no service area then why this service area pin code is listed and accepted in Flipkart e-shopping website or App. How can Flipkart cancel my order without my consent? Why Flipkart block my money for twelve days from 3-Oct-2016 to 14-Oct-2016? This is totally wastage of my time and money.

Due to this there is a dispute in my house because this order item is for my wife on the occasion of her birthday. This is totally harassment with me. As off now, I am totally disappointed. Flipkart have no control on suppliers or their logistic partners.

Looking forward to receive the response soon from consumer complaint section.

Flipkart whenecer we heard its name its always represent loyalty and its determination toward their work.
But Flipkart is worst seriously Though bought a WD 1TB EXTERNAL HARD DISK from flipkart but I have to return it due to some error by me and I submit a refund request ut was accepted and the next day their executive was there to pick up the item. I thought now I will get my refund in some working days but Its been now 2 months and still I have not got my 4599 rupees.
I keep calling thenlm and they keep saying that you will get money in next 48 hours but that 48 hours never ends.
Very very disappointment from so called "INDIA'S NO 1 SHOPPING SITE - FLIPKART"

My back panel of phone has made in china and my friend has same mobile which back panel is made in india

Redmi 3s was launched in china and 3s prime lauchned in india

I bought 2 pair of shoes from Flipkart, but one shoe has smaller in size and colour is also different. Inspire of my several requests no one is coming from Flipkart side to take back my products. This is 3rd time I given the request but company is least bother to give the services...
Please some body help me out otherwise I will go to consumer court to sue him..

I have ordered one tab from flipkart unfortunately i didn't got the product because delivery boy says that my address is incomplete. n i got this Intex aqua mobile on same address so i want to know how this possible that one handset is deliver n another is not deliver. My order has been canceled & now i want my order should be deliver back order no OD[protected]. this is not accepted from flipkart. sorry flipkart but your service is getting worst & worst.

I have ordered a redmi 3s prime on 3 oct 16 it was costed 8999 and there was a offer available on that day so i got 500rs off . The order was CONFIRMED by the seller and i got message my order will be placed on promised date 12 oct 16. But they didn't deliver the item on this day and i didn't got any message or any calls from them i checked my flip kart account and found out they cancelled my item themselves with out my any knowledge. This item is a top selling item and it gets sold out within 5min of sales starts so i won't be able to buy it again even if i buy i that will cost me a lose of 500rs because offer is not available right now pls fix this and deliver my item . I have purchased Micromax led tv 50 inc on exchange offer the deliver boy came and taken signatures from me and said that i will bring box to take old tv. He can not turned out so far today i got message that Order Rejected: Micromax 123cm (50) Fu... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] will be returned to seller since the product was not accepted during delivery.
The Ecart people playing the games with the customer.

Hi,

I booked, iPhone 7 on 5th Oct, They promised to deliver on 14th Oct.

I follow up to flipkart customer care on before 14th Oct. Executive responded that we assure you that your order will surely deliver on 14th Oct.

On 14th Oct, checked on Flipkart track order, no progress and finally they cancelled my order.

They are using my money since 5th Oct, not paying interest, returning only principle amount in 3 business day,

Who will pay interest of my money used for 16 days ???

Who will compensate the frustration, disappointment and time loss in follow up with flipkart costumer care ??

Myself Jijo Kurian ordered a Lenovo K 5 note mobile phone from FLIPKART on 3rd october .I got the mobile in my hand on 6 th October.From the starting itself Phone was heating on charging.Then after 3 days I started to use Reliance Jio 4g and playing some games.After a 20 minutes o[censored]sage my phone heated like an Iron box I can even catch in my hand also.I contacted FLIPKART customer care They told me to Factory reset your phone.I did that Yesterday. But again today This phone heated very badly and I request for a return. They r saying that their technician will call tomorrow and tomorrow is the last day of my 10 days return ploicy.What I will do..?.Can you please help me out solve this issue...?..Thank you

Bought the product from flipkart and want to return the product due to color is not matched what i had choosen. Due to this issue i was rise the return. Till now i didnt get the proper response from the courier people. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

Very poor customer satisfaction.i have launch a return request to flipkart and they confirm my return.they told me that the pick up of my product will be processed on 13th oct but the respected pickup man arrive on 11th oct and without picking up my product he returns and update the status that we have decided to keep the product with us. This is so ridiculous. Its better that flipkart will stop making fool of people in the name of customer care.

I have ordered This Powerbank[protected].The Delivery boy Named As Muthu from Avinashi Tiruppur(Dt).Contact No of Muthu [protected] is not responding in good manner.He said he cant deliver the address as i requested.As I am in outstation I cant receive my order as per the day of delivery.Please Resole this Problem and Please Keep Well Mannered Delivery boys.

I had recevied wrong order.It's to different, it had only 4 piece but i ordered 5 piece mat and it is not of matty material but i ordered matty material..

The screen of my mobile suddenly developed cracks and the touch is also not working. Hence i would like to have replacement. Please send me the confirmation for receipt of this complaint. I had to take this route as none of your complaint help lines are not reachable. I am trying to give complaint since yesterday. I am getting troubled in my office, so i need the mobile badly. Since it seems to be manufacturing defect, the replacement may be at the earliest.

And i wish to inform you that i have open my account on 20.09.2016.in flipkart and there is no any purchased history before or after opening this a/c (except moto e3 on that particular date). the said matter have already informed to the flipkart authority against above cited letter, but sorry to inform that till this date they have not taken any suitable steps to delivered the missing item.in this connection i also inform you that i have not purchased any item from flip[kart site before this. and they are ignore my complaint, which was lodged vide no. incident: in[protected]]

I never purchased any item from their r site i request you to kindly
Arrange to delivered the missing articles (hand set) at the earliest.,
Have no any alternative to refer this case to legal section to take legal
Action against flipkart and it would be refereed to concerned department.

Od[protected] was my order from flip cart. Courier man contacted me on 10 oct 2016. I wasn't at home that time i just say please you go. Home and my mother is there. He said can you send any one to on the road, i refused. Then i said to him i had done 4 no of order all are delivered till friday. You can wait and can come with all four items. It will be easy for you. He said ok then now my order was cancelled. Why. I want to know

I was booked a kenstar mixture grinder kma50w3s-dbb on 2nd oct 2016.. order no.. od[protected] now after 11days without any notice they cancelled my order... saying shipment problem.. i was book to give gift om brother marrige which is on 20oct...
If they not able to deliverd the product then why they take order... now what i will do.. i have to go into the market.. i m really so disopointment from flipkart...

They do fake promises. On product they mention 30 days return policy but no body have came to collect product and not refunded money as well. Fake at all

Same situation is with me, my order for iphone 7 black, 32 gb with order od[protected] which was made on 4th october, 2016 is not even processed where the expected delivery date was 14th october. i too have got a call on 12th october where executive from flipkart team have informed me that my order will be delivered on or before 10th november since they are out of stock.

This is very disappointing from flipkart, where flipkart is now official online re-seller with apple in india.
The updated delivery time given to me now varies about 36 days from the date of order made which is pathetic.

Furthermore, no compensate has been promised to customers for such a blunder by flipkart rather just informing to either wait or go for a different( unwanted) color.

Product is damaged and camara is not working. i already told customer care about same and booked return.

under replacement warranty flipkart is not arranging new product.

i want new good product need to issue. they are saying stock is not avalable.

this is wronge statment.

if you are not having stock, then how you are selling mobiles in every wensday sale?

please replace product.
