He has been cancelled my product Even I have had seen flipkart assured this product. So What do u think ??????? Bloody Fraud sellers and Filpkarts both are frauds...Don't buy this product and (seller: TeleVentureSLP)seller Dogs, Brainless monkey...😬

    I have purchased Micromax 50inches LED TV on 3rd Oct and got delivered on 8th Oct. I wanted the TV installation to happen before Dussera. So I sent mails and called up Customer service to assist me. Till date the installation has not taken place... Overall my experience is I was given false statements since 10th Oct and each and every Customer service executive are inefficient in handling case, they all just making promises just to disconnect my call for that moment only, temporary solution... I was told my case has been escalated to next level and installation will be done by 15th Oct before 7 pm. It did not happened till now, when I called Customer service they are claiming as Customer did not respond to Technician calls hence the Installation request is cancelled and will be raised a fresh request... Pathetic treatment. Most of the times they are rude and repeatedly use words "DONT WORRY / AAP NISCHINT RAHIYE" and irritate I don't think if they know the meaning of those words. A Customer is following up since 6days so how their case should be handled, he was always given false commitments and they still use the same lines "DO NOT WORRY". I am so must disturbed since 10th Oct, many times I took leave to my office and waiting at home just to not miss the installation by trusting your false statements... It seems today they made a call as I was driving I could not pick up the call and by the time I stole my vehicle to pick up the call, it got disconnected and could reach the number when tried calling back. First of all how can you attempt a call only once and immediately you cancel my request and you do not provide any option to Customer to reach your installation guy... What is this service, this is how u treat the customers... I will definitely take legal action on you people for the torture & mental disturbance you caused to me and the time you wasted mine...

      @flipkart has WORST return policy. Pls don't buy anything on flipkart if you don't like the product, they don't take it back. Even if it's not in their non returnable product. I am feeling cheated .!!!

      They don't protect consumer, they protect there own a** and seller only.

      I bought a moto 360 2nd gen smart watch. After placing the order and paying online, or got to see similar watch with my friend and he said not to buy it as it's not good and not at all value for money. Before delivery I cancelled the order but flipkart didn't stop delivery and by mistake my family members received the item . It's unused opened and seal pack . Still flip kart is not ready to take return and pay My money back . I did mistake by dealing with flipkart and 2nd paying online.

            I purchased an iphone 6s 64 gb from flipkart for 40, 699 INR with an offer of no cost emi but after making the payment i came to know that they are not offering me no cost emi because i have already purchased another product on emi on the same SBI credit card. But i went through all terms and condition on their website regarding no cost emi and no where it was mentioned that you can't avail the no cost emi offer more than once.
            My order ID is OD[protected]
            Flipkart executive told me if you want you can call bank customer care to cancel the emi and convert it to normal payment. But instead bank executive told me clearly flipkart is at fault we can't cancel the emi and you have to pay interest of 15% plus 4% processing charge for the amount of 40, 699 that in turns out to be around 4000.
            Flipkart executives are giving now excuses saying that no cost emi offer was applicable when you placed but i made it very sure that the offer was applied when i opted for credit card payment and it was even showing me how much i have to pay monthly for 12 months emi ie ( 40, 699/12 ) without any interest.
            After i completed the payment they are telling me that no cost emi offer cannot be availed if you have already availed the offer on the product prior. but they should have mentioned that in terms and conditions if so. The executives themself told me that yes the point was not mentioned in terms and conditions. I asked them so who will pay that[protected] approx extra money? so they are like we are sorry we can't do anything about it.They are not ready to help and now i am at loss of[protected] approx.
            Help me this this issue. I have been contacting flipkart almost daily. No proper reply and no help.

              I have ordered a watch Maxima 24882LMLB Swarovski on 4th oct 2016 Analog Watch but i cancelled the order before its shipment. Filpkart provided a message regarding order cancellation and refund has been successfully processed. But i did not received the refund of Rs 602. Please take strict action again them.

                I had ordered mobile phone to flipkart and also paid rs 9990/-, order no. Is: od[protected]
                My address is correct and it matches with pin code. But i got message that address is mismatch with pin code and hence order is cancelled.
                I received many product on same address and same pin code, that is address and pin code is correct which i have given to flipkart.
                I have not get any phone call for same issue.
                Please do needful asap and provide my product.

                This same thing happened to me. I ordered a mobile phone & power bank on 06-oct-2016. The expected delivery date was[protected], & today they just mailed me & said the product cannot be delivered. I have paid 11608 rs. This is ridiculous. #flipkart is a cheater & scam.

                  Hello,

                  I have purchased Vu TV 40" on 2nd Oct, 2016 at price of after discount on BBD Rs. 16240(Original cost was Rs.22990) with Credit card payment and delivery will be on 5th Oct, 2016

                  But till now product status is showing as "Delay in delivery - Vu 102cm (40) Full HD LED TV."

                  when i called Customer care executives 4 times, they always say it will be delivered in 2 days if not the order will be cancelled. If order gets cancelled, i will get what ever i paid 16240, but i want to purchase same TV i have to pay 22990 (Loss of Rs 6750).

                  I want this product to be delivered at home immediately

                    Its serious issues, Kindly act on it and provide me solution. Few orders delivered to my address and few status is (Pin Code mismatch), Its strange ...

                    Then where is gap and who is bluffing ?

                    I would request Flipkart Team to look into this concern. Today I am feeling i have been cheated.

                    If Flipkart is really serious with Customer then deliver my product
                    In parallel, I made complain with ID - in[protected].

                    Here I have multiple concern.
                    1. How few orders Deliver and Few showing pin code mismatch.
                    2. Me and Other Customer always place order after verifying pin code but how this happened ? (Pincode mismatch)
                    3. How I get my product, If Logistic team doing mistakes ?
                    4. If this logistic team mistake then, Why customer will bear this pain ?
                    5.When this kind of issues will resolve ?
                    6. When should stop this kind of cheating which happening with customers.

                    Please answer this in open forum, So that we can have trust on flipkart .

                        Yesterday i.e 14th October tecnician visited and he confirmed that the product is defected. But then to my replacement of iphone got rejected and the customer support people they are purposely calling me at unofficial time. And today morning i.e 15th October when i checked my replacement status it got rejected. Pls help me to get this resolved. 40k is a huge amount for me. Cannot afford a defective piece..

                          Hi,

                          I ordered hard disc from flipkart. I made payment through credit card. After 6 days i got mail that my order is cancelled due to wrong pin.
                          For the same address many orders are delivered from flipkart. With out contacting me they cancelled order after 6 days. If anything is wrong they have to contact costumer or should cancel item at that time but they blocked my money for 6 days and used for their purpose.
                          If i want to purchase the same item i have to bear extra 2500.
                          Please check with these type of fraud things from flipkart.

                            I am a frequent buyer on flipkart. but, when recently i placed an order for poker chips, the screen displayed 4-5 days. now when i am logging into my account the expected delivery date showing is 20th Oct, that is 15 days from order.

                            This is really disappointing, as for a customer who is not going for express delivery, you are indirectly forcing him to go for the same through this harassment.

                            Kindly respond to this.

                              I have booked one of the above mentioned product on 04/10/2016 during Big Billion Day sale from Flipkart by exchanging my ipad. Order no OD[protected]. On 13/10/2016 ekart delivery guy refused to take my old ipad in exchange as per order and talked very rudely and didn't deliver the product. Then i talked to customer care on same day and they assured me to deliver the product on next day. But Flipkart didn't deliver the product on 14/10/2016, so i talked to customer care again. This time one of their senior executive talked to me and promised to deliver the product on 15/10/2016 morning. But at midnight 2 am flipkart itself cancelled my product which i noticed in the morning 8 am. Immediately i talked to call center, and one of their executive is telling u order has been cancelled as ur product is damaged. He talked very roughly and argued that only laptop can be exchanged for the ordered product. I just requested that ipad product was accepted by the flipkart website at the time of order. Then forcely he told that ur product had been cancelled and money will be refunded very soon. Flipkart is not responding at all to the customer request.

                                I had ordered a headset on 3rd oct.. now its 15th.The product has reached the hub near me.Now they are returning the product due to a minor pincode mismatch.Note that both pincodes are servicable and within the same city (small distance).I told that i will go and collect it from them, their support agents were so stuborn and they never offered me any help.

                                asked me to cancel my order and place a new one.

                                PATHETIC SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN TILL DATE.FLIPKART DELIVERY AND SUPPORT IS REAL PATHETIC.NO WHERE NEAR AMAZON.

                                AMAZON IS THE BEST.

                                    I am writing this regarding order number OD[protected] I have received a message on 4-10-16 stating that the product will get delivered tomorrow, I have not received it on that date hence I went personally to the hub there they said that the shipment got mis placed and immediately I have updated the same to your customer care they said I will get my product on or before 10th and I have not received it when I made a complaint on 10th they said they will deliver the product by 13th and they doesn't delivered it on 13th too when I called on 13th and spoke with team manager of your customer care for about 1.45hrs finally he said they will reship the product as it got misrouted to vishakapatnam instead of Hyderabad today on 14th morning when I spoke to your executives they said it got reshiped to Hyderabad and I am going to get the product by tomorrow evening but all Of a sudden today evening with out my confirmation through phone or mail how you guys can cancel my order.since 4th I am daily calling to you regarding it and it's the mistake of your logistics partner ekart which is a sister concern of Flipkart.i have all the call recordings of your executives what they said since 4th I have complained about the same on twitter facebook handles and even mailed to you guys I am going to sue Flipkart and ekart in consumer forum regarding this.if you don't want to get sued either reship the product to me or pay a compensation of Rs2799 because at present the product is higher by that amount when compared to the amount which I have bought from the same seller

                                    Yesterday I ordered 8 headphones 4 were of JBL and 4 were of Skullcandy, they all got shipped and I thought that I will receive it by today, but today morning I received message about that my order is cancelled, and now im so much angry, they say that there was technical error, let there be any error or anything once the order is placed the order simply becomes of the Customer, but no you people cancel it from you without thinking weather the customer has a need or what. And what you people think to us that we are beggar's, that you will give us 50-100₹ and we will get happy, no its a fault by you then you must agree your fault and provide customer with the product. And your all service executives are soo good they talk like they are king and we are servants. Anyway I want my order or otherwise there is consumer forum.                                       I called to your customer care centre. Your flipkart exectuive though listen and understand my problem but not reacted or not taken any action on it.
                                      Basically my problem was i entered wrong mobile number by mistake in making my final order. So as i want updates on my phone instead of mails and also i want that your delivery Boy give me a call if he not found me on my address as the parcel was already paid. So i dont want to take risk and also i want that parcel as soon as possible so i want my number to be updated.
                                      But your excutive has not changed my number even i contact your help centre twice. So atlast i have to suffer promblems with this delivery.
                                      I am very dissapointed to see such a bad customer Service.
                                      Have some expectations from flipkart please try to fullfill it.
