Dear flipkart, I ordered a mobile phone, " Mi5, Black, 32gb" with order no
OD[protected] on 3rd oct16, and made a advance payment of
R.s.18249.0, it was expected to deliver by Oct 12, 2016 on 7th October it
arrived at nearest hub, then due my previous commitment I rescheduled it's
delivery to Oct 13, regarding a gat confirmation from both flipkart and
ekart.

Same day a message came at evening saying that " your order is cancelled ".

No person from flipkart & ekar had contacted me regarding that, when I
enquired I came to knew that reason of cancellation was "pincode adress
mismatch".. which was strange to hear, later on I found that product is
returned of 7th itself. Which you usually kept for 4 days and try delivery.

Regarding that I talked to your customer care executive Mr. Satish and Sr.
Executive Mr. Akshay & they were repeating the same message, I tried my
best to convince them, but it seems that they don't wanted to be convinced.

I want you to inform that VATIKA INFOCITY, VILL-THIKARIA have pin code of
302026. It is a well known 600 acre Township. It literally sounds
humiliating to repeatedly hear " sir your address and pin code is not
matching, so we cancelled your order".
My frend if I had any ill intension, then why would I had made advance
payments.

Now only reason for written to flipkart is that " I WANT MY PRODUCT BACK ON
SAME PRICE I.e. Rs.18249.0
It really feels cheated when you customer executive advice me to buy
product on same price.
Currently if I buy this product it costs Rs.22999. " SO WHY I BEAR A LOSS
OF RS 4750 BECAUSE OF YOU".

I requests you to deliver my product .if you need any alternate address, I
will provide.
Along with I am sending official link for AUTHENTICATION OF MY
ADRESS.

    On checking the records we found that the shipment has been delivered to customer and the product has been returned and the refund has also been given. So closing the case.
    It is mention in ur site tht Handset is also available..bt when i received the order no such is avaiable..this is really very disappointing me coz i except tht flipkart is given good delivery.please consider my compliant and tell me why handset is not provided to me

      Flip cart is my favorite one, but sorry to inform you that i ordered one pack of himalaya baby diapers of medium size against order id od[protected].202000 on 05.10.2016 address: mr. Sudhir banerjee 5 b, santinagar road, bhadrakali, hooghly 712232 wb mobile no [protected] mail [protected]@yahoo.com. But sorry to inform you after received the same and opened on 12.10.2016 found the same is not himalaya product and the size is small, i don't know what no 2 working by your supplier. Pl. Take necessary action and refund my money to my bank account and advice them to collect the material. As because my baby is 9 mounts old and small size is for up to 4 mounts.

        Purchased a VU tv with the order no OD[protected] as on 18 Sept 2016, found product as defective and requested for a Refund but no updates received form the team except the issue will get resolved with in 24 hours but no repose post 24 hrs when try to connect with the supervisor the call gets disconnected please do let us know the possible ways to get the refund
        There is a site named flipkart.festivaloffers.com which is providing 11000rupees phone samsung galaxy j5(2016) edition in just 499rupees.i ordered and shared its linknon whatsapp but i am not getting it.kindly help

          Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
          I had ordered for a skateboard on the 2/10/16 and was confirmed that it would be delivered to me by 12/10/16. However, one day all of a sudden they let me know that it will be delivered to me by 9/10/16. As expected, it isn't delivered on that day, and the same happened even on the 12th, the very day that they had confirmed. They called me on the 12th and said that they delayed the delivery because their car would be unable to reach the mentioned address. However, I use a car frequently and have experienced no such problems or any " No entry(s) " as mentioned by the person responsible for delivering my product. They postponed it to the 13/10/16, and when the product didnt arrive on the said time, I called them and to my surprise they again request me for another delay stating a " No entry " that doesn't even exist. Please look into the matter.

              I got Asus Zenfone Max in Flipkart.OD[protected] on 22.9.16.The feature is battery of 5000mAh to last for over three days as mentioned but my mobile had backup only less than five hours.i called customer care of flipkart but they said to contact Asus service centre. I went to Asus service centre in Madurai, Tamilnadu and they assured it is device defect and asked me to apply for replacement which is allowed within ten days in flipkart.I applied for replacement along with Asus service form on 1.10.16 to [protected]@flikart.com. I got a cal they will cal and solve the issue only once but after that i got several message and email that they tried to reach me but could not and the issue will be solved but till now i didn't get any solution.i want replacement for my mobile which i haven't used even for a day. pls help

                      I ordered a mobile phone from flipkart for 15300 which was originally priced at 25000 by applying certain offers during a sale on 3rd oct, 16. my product reached the nearest hub on 7thoct but i waited as my delivery date was 10th oct. on 10th oct my order was out of delivery and i was provided by the contact details of the delivery personnel but when i called him he said he does not have any product for delivery and he's on leave. then my delivery date was postponed to 12thoct. between 7th to 12thoct i called flipkart several times n they said order will reach me by 7pm the same day i used to call them. but on 13th morning i got to know they cancelled my order without letting me know n when i called customer care and their advised me to order again @ original price i. e. 25000. it is a request that please look into my problem and i want flipkart to send me my product on the price i ordered.

                        I have ordered woodland shoes on 2nd oct, delivery date is12thoct. Today i got a message that my product has been cancelled. But how is that fare. I dint got any call or message or mail regarding the delivery and regarding this i spoke to the customer service, he said i dint respond for the executive agent. The fact is i dint got any call or mail or message. This people sell the product in offer when we buy and again they will cancel it. I think this is the way of business.                             I have ordered Samsung galaxy on8 mobile on 03/10/2016 during big billion days offers. And I have paid the amount through my SBI card EMI option and my payment was processed. After a few days I got a message on 09/10/16 that my order is about to be delivered on the very next day on 10/10/16 and if I want to reschedule it then I can proceed with a given link. And what a foolish thing I have done that I followed it and rescheduled it to 15/10/2016. On 11/10/2016 I got a message like this " Hi order for FMPP[protected] with the SAMSUNG GALAXY ON8 (GOLD 16 GB) SAMSUNG EVO 32 GB MICROSDHC CLASS 10 48 MBS MEMORY CARD could not be delivered and has been cancelled due to non-serviceable by Ekart Logistics. Please place a new order with an alternate serviceable address and pin-code and we will surely have it delivered to you. When I have ordered then it was showing that the item will be delivered to the given pin code and as such the order has been processed at your end Otherwise I cant place the order without your consent.
                            Now I want my item should be delivered as per your promise or otherwise face the heat. I don't know where I would go may be a consumer court can solve this.

                              Sir i have order le eco le 2 handset on flipkart on 3 oct. It was deliverd on 6 oct. On opening package i found there is no handset in the box. On contacting flipkart first they said replacement will be delivered on 20 oct. Then they cancelled replacement. Now the same is forwarding they again and again of higher returns.                                 Sir this in regard of order OD[protected]. I donot get any connecting cable and aux as described in the description of the product. Moreover sir FM donot work in this product as it doesnot catches any FM Channel.                                   I made a purchase from Flipkart.com on 3 October, 2016 1:30 PM during the big billion day sale. The product I purchased is "SanDisk SDDD2-064G-I35 64 GB OTG Drive (Black)" at a price of INR 799.
                                  I grabbed them when I found it on sale at a very reduced price As my card details was not handy, I made a COD(cash_on_delivery) order. I confirmed that the payment was approved by Flipkart. I even got an sms regarding that.
                                  I was frequently accessing the "Track Order" tab on flipkart.com and I found the product was not even shipped till 9th of October 2016, which is 6 days from order date. And then it was following a usual shipping, as it always does. I was waiting for the product eagerly. I am already using a 16Gb OTG version of the same brand.
                                  When I checked on 12th October 2016, the track says it reached my place on[protected] and was shipped back. The reason was Pincode-Address mismatch, which is not at all true. I have recieved products on the same address even 5 days back.
                                  I contacted the flipkart customer care team right away and they said I am having a wrong pincode. I confirmed to them what they spoke is wrong and my address is correct. I then asked for the senior team and after a long waiting they spoke like the courier partner(the logistics team) no more serves my area, which is a BS to speak of. Then why did they approve my order. It is their mistake to choose the wrong path to reach my address. And without even sending an sms they cancelled my order and shipped it back. Now they want me to make a new purchase at a higher price.

                                  I WANT THE SAME PRODUCT AT THE SAME PRICE TO BE SHIPPED BACK AT MY ADDRESS.

                                  This is not the first time I am having an issue with flipkart delivery. Last time, my phone has to travel a double distance to reach me. I ignored that issue, I have screenshots of how it travelled from Banglore to Cochin, Kerala and then went back to Banglore & sent to Calicut, Kerala.If needed I can produce screenshot of the same. Now I am mentioning only my pendrive issue.

                                    Hello,
                                    this is yamini from Gujarat recently on 12th October 2016 i ordered a handset of Samsung from flip kart with order number OD[protected] . i was pay my whole amount from my credit card but don't know how automatically they canceled my order without my confirmation and when i called up to customer care an executive said that if i have an emergency than i can purchase from market and when i was asked for my money than he said it may refund in 8 working day.

                                      Hello Sir,

                                      I need your help for getting my money back from Flipkart. They are giving so many excuses but not ready to return or replace the faulty phone received from Flipkart.com. They are not complying their return policy. Kindly take the necessary action against Flipkart.
                                      I ordered a Mobile phone “LeEco Le 1s Eco” to Flipkart on 12th may 2016 and got the
                                      delivery on 16th may 2016; I found some major issues in the hand set
                                      and raised a return request to Flipkart on 17th may 2016. Flipkart has
                                      disapproved my request without resolving the issues and e-mailing me
                                      the falls things that my issue has been resolved by their executive through troubleshooting,
                                      then again I raised a return request on 18th may 2016, after that they
                                      sent a smartchk App link to me. I downloaded the same as requested by
                                      Flipkart executive, but they were not able to resolve the issue by
                                      that App and again they disapproved my return request on 23rd may
                                      2016. I again raised a return request on 28th may 2016, by telling to
                                      flipkart executive that two times they rejected my return request
                                      without resolving the issue, if every time they do so then 30 days of return policy
                                      will be over without any solution of my request and then I will not be
                                      able to raise return request again. After listening to me, Flipkart
                                      executive assured me that this time my return request will not be
                                      rejected by Flipkart without giving any solution. I checked my 3rd
                                      return request frequently for some days, and I found that this time it
                                      was not rejected by Flipkart. But after a long time when I didn’t
                                      received any solution on my request, I called again to Flipkart
                                      customer support then the same thing they told me as expected that the
                                      return duration (30 days) validity has been expired and they can’t do anything
                                      now, but after so much of debate they were agree for a technical visit
                                      of their engineer for checking the device. But again my request was
                                      rejected without any visit. Again I raised a request by calling to
                                      customer care center and again they assured for the solution but
                                      rejected the request again. This is happening again and again with
                                      Flipkart without giving any solution.

                                      Last call I got from Mr. Danish Husain from Flipkart customer care. He
                                      talked me very rudely by repeating one sentence that the return
                                      duration validity has been over and Flipkart can’t do anything now. He
                                      was not ready to listen any explanation on this, and was irritating me by
                                      repeating the same thing.
                                      I wrote many e-mails to Mr. Binny Bansal (Co-founder & CEO of Flipkart) regarding this issue but not got any single reply from him on this matter.

                                        Flipkart .. Instead of mobile pickup & refunding Rs 10999 flipkart offering replacement, technical assistant etc, but heavy quick heating & my own health problem i doesn't want to use mi4 mobile. We also offer flipkart to refund me others then cash by way of gift coupon, wallet, exchange items etc but there's no response. We received mi4 Mobile on 24/09/16 and same day put request for return/refund of Rs 10999 due to heavy heated on first boot (then still mobile is switch off) onward my return request accepted by flipkart and SMS received that " We have scheduled a pickup for the product by Monday, Oct 3, o9:10AM " instead sms or pickup mobile after three days i show a message in my flipkart account that we are flipkart unable to refund for mi4 mobile as per our policy. Please help me for solving my problem

                                        Flipkart own refund policy " seller is responsible for refund "

                                        With reference to your email dt 17/10/16 inform me that SuperComNet is not to refund only offer replacement of my OD[protected].
                                        The heavy quick heating & my own health problem i doesn't want to use mi4 mobile.(refer my all communication)
                                        Please stop replacement drama etc. and directly refund Rs 10999
                                        Today 12:16 dt 17/10/16 courier boy came with replacement mobile packet i refused to accept and returned it .. for you information
                                        Further immediately provide me the all record of our messages regarding mobile order, delivery, cancellation, pickup, refund, technical assistance, and flipkrt own return(refund) policy information from your record.
                                        Above information required for file a refund issue claim in consumer forum, otherwise i file refund claim againt you on the ground of information available with me in forum.
