Hi,

Very dis pointed with the service as i am regular customer for flipkart but this time had a trouble for me. As i place order from my account [protected] for Austin Klein Shoulder Bag which i received but i requested for returned as due to quality issue even returned as been done but same product delivered in replacement so raised issue with customer care team and asked for refund so they took a compliant and say will arrange refund once product pick up and still no one as turn up to collect product and not get the money in my bank.

What is wrong with Flipkart?
I am Husain and I was a very loyal and satisfied customer of Flipkart but yesterday they did what makes most of the people afraid of online shopping. I ordered a Bosch Dremel Rotary tool, order id OD[protected] worth Rs 3499, got 10%discount while paying through Axis bank credit card. And I received the product badly packed and surprisingly dirty and used with spare parts shattering. I immediately ordered replacement, I always preferred Indian company over MNC but it seems its hard for them to cop up with this giants. Deep discounts have been the biggest attraction of Indian e-retailers over the last few years, but cheating with customers will always lead to destruction.

My product are delivered by 18 oct, 2016 and the flipkart team not found this produt by the traking no.AD[protected]IN but cannot receive me this micromax canvas xpress 4G+ and the flipkat cannot refund my paymant.the flipkart care are sayiny you are wait your product delivered by you r address but this is too long time...But i do not wait more time...

The website is showing product is delivered on 20th Oct 2016 and I have not received it till 24th Oct. have put a complaint on 21st but still not received any satisfactory response. Such a pathetic service and customer service is not ready to give phone number of the Manager. Kindly dont buy any product from flipkart. Flipkart as well as their logistic company is so unprofessional. In todays world when information is flowing at a speed of light they are not able to provide acknowledgement of delivery in 4 days.

I have ordered 4 swipe elite plus flip covers (2 black & 2 pink) on 13/10/2016.

I received the courier on 24/10/2016 from flipkart. When i opened the parcel, it has two black flip covers and one pink flip cover. Another pink flip cover was missing. Please do the needful for my missed product.

Sir, i am very upset by swiping company, service center for repair my mobile was and yet i have not got my phone back please let me return to my mobile would be so kind of you.
15-20 din thik se use bhi ni kiya or problem aana start ho gayi or ab ek mahine se service center me pada hua hai repair ke liye jab repair nahi kar sakte to wapas kar do na bas ki nahi bad service hai uper body new laga dete ho or aander kachda bhar dete ho. Dikhate kuch ho or bechte kuch ho please let me return to my phone would be so kind of you...

I had purchased le eco 1 S mobile back cover but I don't like it as material of that product is not good so I launch return request for that product and request for refund but no one replied me for the same.again I call more than three times at customer care no.but no one revert me back.I had recorded that call also .in that call Flipkart executive had admitted for return request.

Third class service and customer care of flipkart

After 25 days my refund not credit in bank account. And you representative (rahul from indore, rajendra unit head from puna and monish team leader from puna all are wast)
Every time give different different reference number and all are reference number wrong.

Your representative saying we will contact you within 24-48 hrs, but from 5 Oct they are not contact. And everytime saying "please wait 24hrs" from 5 oct, till 25 days no benefits, worth flipkart services.

My refund amount not getting, so please help me( refund amount 14449.00)

I ordered a tv on 21/10/2016, and payed the amount rs. 39990 immediately by internet banking, using my sbi bank account. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my bank account, but i got a message from flipkart saying the transaction was not successful with the suggestion to use different payment method. I completed the order by choosing 'pay on delivery' method (I intentionally chose delivery after 2 weeks assuming they resolve the issue before that) and wrote to flipkart customer support about the deducted amount. They initially told me that they will get back to me on 22nd, they wrote that they are looking in to it and will write on 23rd. But no news so far (It is already 24th 7pm). The amount is still deducted from my account and there was no reimbursement as of yet. These seems to be a widespread problem as i see many others with similar issue.

My credit card has been misused by someone and ordered the iphone in flipkart on 17.03.2016 and deliverd on 19.03.2016. here with i attached the copies. i need further details about the delivery boy and his contact for my further proof. could you please provide me the iphone imei number for tracking purpose. and please provide us further more detail to find out who purchased using my credit card.

I have ordered phone iPhone 5s for my friend in Bangalore..and paid flipkart through debit card...my friend had received an empty box of mobile on 11th october2016 since then m calling flipkart for giving me empty box of mobile...and when i called them they r juss giving me dates that we assure u ur issue will get solved by 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 th october...n sending me mails that flipkart has blocked ur account for frequent returs and cancellation of products...as i have never cancelled any product or nor hav i return any product from their website...they r not returning money as seller is disagreeing for agreement and not sending new mobile phone also...kindly help...

I have ordered 01 recliner from this site on 06th Oct 2016 & got a confirmation mail with Shipment Tracking ID: [protected] (bluedart).
today, after 18 days when I am tracking this id from bluedart, i came to know that this id is not mine & belongs to 01 south indian person stays in Kandivli.
till today these guys were sitting on this fake details & were laying eggs on it. when i called & update them then they realise that this is a problem & still there is no solution for it. They require 24-48 hrs for the same to resolve 7 there is nothing much they can do for it. still after speaking to them & complaining, they are not ready to provide tracking number for my purchase & there is assureity if its going to be delivered on time.

this is nonsense & not acceptable.

I want a proper answer & a solution for it.

i was given correct address for delivary, but flipcart says that they can not track my address or address mismatched, .
i was track my order on fllipcart and found that my item is shipped at flipcart bhilai hub.
i wan to say that my given address is 30 km from flipcart bhilai hub.but flipcart executive says that my given address is mismatch.he says that they can only deliver item in cities.
i want to say that flipcart is not active to deliver my product.

My mobile not working properly. its hanging and also battery backup problem. flipart not return or replace mobile and told me this is not issue

i called 4-5 times flipkart. customer care rejected my request and told me this is not issue. i can to use my mobile normally. i want to return now this handset. this is my 7th mobile on flipkart still they not even solved my problem.i will never ever use flipkart.

This is with reference to above subject Matter, I would like to inform you
that I am regular customers of flipkart. I have placed one order for
Motorola mobile - moto E. Order ID is OD[protected]
.
The product I received is Defective. Mobile got switched off Automatically.
One Month has not passed and mobile is found to be defective.

I feel regret to inform you that such Defective items are being delivered
from flipkart which has good reputation in market. I tried to contact on
your toll free no. [protected] but going through that process, it is not
allowing for replacement/Return of my previous order. I sent mail and got reply that it will not be Replaced/refunded as it's more than 10 days passed? So does this mean that if I would find this on 11th day than also the same will not be Replaced/Refunded?

Kindly request you to do needful regarding the matter.

Looking for you positive and favourable response for the same.

I already submitted a complaint.But no solution is received.

I placed an order of 5 items through Flipkart on 19/09/2016.But no order
confirmation is received.After making payment, the system displays an error
message but an amount of Rs.3382/- is debited from my account.

I complained this matter before you on 19/09/2016 itself.Your customer
support team replied that you didn't received any payment for the order and
contact my bank for further assistance.

I contact my banker on 20/09/2016 and register the complaint.They said to
wait for 7 days.Now the period of seven days is over but no amount credited
to my account.

I contacted banker many times.Today they send me a mail confirmation

I had ordered one samsung on8 phone order no.0d[protected] at the same time i cancelled my product and just after that i got a msg that your payment will be refund to u within 3 business days but 16 business days are almost finished and i didn't get my payment yet and when i track my order it shows that payment refunded successfully. So i request u to credit my account as soon as possible.

I had ordered two products. One was a frame (specs) which was delivered to me on 14th Oct 2016. By mistake the courier guy changed the status of the product as Cancelled after delivering the product. I tried to request a refund of the product on the website and see that the product is already been cancelled and I cannot request a refund. I called the CS team and they sent me a msg that my product will be picked up on 19th Oct 2016 and my refund will be initiated but till date I have not recieved any call from flipkart regarding this product and that useless product is still with me. This was a mistake done by the courier guy and I am facing the problem of it. I called the customer service people again and they understood the problem after 7 days that the courier guy did it by mistake. But now I got a message that I will have to wait for 4 more days as the courier partner has not changed the status from cancelled to deliver. Once they change the status then I have to again do a fresh return request and go through the nonsense procedure all over again. This is a real bad inconvenience and all the stupid CS executives give misleading information and fake dates that my problem will be resolved.

There is one more product a Campus sutra Solid men's round neck grey Tshirt. This was supposed to be delivered on 20th Oct 2016. But I get a message that the product is been delayed and I will have to wait till 22nd Oct 2016 (why?). Still I was waiting for the delivery on 22nd Oct 2016 but again I get a msg that the delivery guy will take one more day and my product will be delivered by 23rd Oct 2016 but still I was calm and expecting the product. Suddenly on 23d Oct I get a message that my product has been cancelled and it has been returned and I will get a refund for it.
