This is regarding 2 orders :

It has been now officially a week when i placed these order on wed oct 4th and 5th respectively.
I know you guys have received a lot of orders in the big billion days sale.
However the things are getting out of patience on my end now.
You have not even updated the status of this order. my friend has already got his iphone (note: he placed the order after me).
Earlier too i raised my concerns regarding this, but i think you guys are not even bothered about it anymore. i have already paid for this order and waiting eagerly for it. today is oct 12th, may i know how you are going to deliver this product by tomorrow (so called expected delivery date).
I got a reply from mr. syed shouib 5 days ago saying - "your order should reach you by october 13, 2016. you can expect more updates once the seller ships it".
May i know where is my order???
Today is 12th oct and tomorrow is 13th oct... how will reach it within shared timelines... when i go to the order status page on your website it says that seller yet to confirm item. no shipping details, nothing has been given over there for both the orders... then how can you even say that it will reach on time.
I understand about the longer promised timelines is due to the overwhelming response to the big billion days sale but the timeline given by you guys is already going to pass tomorrow (so called "longer timelines").
You guys do not pick up phone. i have tried at least 30-40 times in a day.
There is no option coming on the website to receive a callback. its grayed out.
Whenever i talk to your social media team on facebook, they do not even bother to see what i have written and just send an automated reply.
Is there any human to whom i can speak with regarding this, such a pathetic customer service.
This is ridiculous.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Both product are delivered to customer on given promise TAT.
My complaint is about the courier partner, who cheat their customer by selling the product to other person, & the status shows delivered
I have ordered a SAMSUNG Galaxy ON 8 Mobile phone on Thursday 6Oct during the BIG BILLION DAYS Sale. I got a heavy discount.

On 7th Oct, i got a message that the item has been packed & dispatched. and the date given for delivery is 8th Oct. So i was expecting the product to be delivered, but all of sudden i receive a mess that the product has been delivered. i was shocked because the item was not delivered to me, rather to somebody else.
Now i have made a complaint to Flipkart, but they are least interested to resolve my problem
