do check the links and the details that i've provided, you'll understand better of what i'm referring to.
-i got NO help from customer "SUPPORT" in resolving my doubt.
-and now i find out that the android tv that i want is actually rs.2000/- CHEAPER than the one i've mistakenly bought because of your incompetence....

They r asking to check bank, but not providing ref number for proof. they...

I bought two mobile phone of xiomi redmi prime to in the month of nov 2015. But the camera of one mobile was not been working. When i went to the service centre for the issue they were charging me for the service. The mobile phone was in warranty period. The customer care of flipkart was been contacted but no sincere response was been given. Kindly please resolve the case or else i would have to mail to the higher...

I have purchased lyf flame 8 mobile from flipkart.com under jio preview offer. Before taking delivery they told me that i will receive a promocode after delivery. By which i will receive jio sim instantly after delivery from any reliance digital store. By providing purchase invoice, id and photo and promocode.
But after delivery they rejected to provide any promocode. They told me that you should go directly to reliance digital store.br...

My order was stylewalk woen black flats 9sh13 -black /angel black colour with size 9 and delivery date also was on 13 /9/2016, with order id [protected] .
. but all service was following cheating
1) colour of sandle was sent red instand of black .
2) size was delevered me 8 instand of 9 so this sandle totally wastaga money for me.
3) delivery was on 22 instand of 13 so much delay with totally wrong items.br...

There was a flash on 12:00 pm dated september 21, 2016. i clicked on buy now and the mobile was in my cart. when i was placing order from the cart the message appears "out of stock" please note if the mobile was out of stock then how it could add to my cart. for this i waited 15 minutes earlier from 11:45 am. are you guys playing posting such sales?? if you dont have the stock wth! you make us wait for so long???

I placed an order for a People too on Aug 10. The item is showing in approved stage since that date. Now it's been 1.5 month and I want to cancel this order and get a refund. Flipkart customer care is citing some technical issue in cancelling the orswe and promising me everyday that it will be done in 24 hrs. It's been 1.5 months and I have not got my refund. Please help....

I have buyed the mobile moto g3 urbo edition in ebay for rs.1000 the sellar name is syed mittulal arm entripises when i get the phone they did given a proper invioce to when iam asking they sending a fake bills...

I bought flame 8 mobile from flipkart with jio sim preview offer. Due to product quality - overheating issue and not getting the jio offer as commited. I have made frequent followups for either solve the issue or get the return back the product. But neither they solved the problem nor agreed to get the product back. Only they have made a false promise every time to solve the problem and frequent dates so that timeline for return option expire.br...

Yesterday (20.09.2016) i have book a mobile phone on my father birthday (i. e. 28.09.2016) to give his birthday present from flipkart order id:od[protected] mobile delivered before 26.09.2016 but today i got a mail from flipkart in which they are unable to delivered phone on time & they are not mention any date when they are delivered this phone, i already paid amount in advance. after booking how they change...

The phone purchased from flipkart was faulty and the fault appeared prominently after completion of 10 days return period. The flipkart guided to submit phone at le eco center which was done on 14th july 2016. Till date there is no information about brand new phone which was submitted for rectification of manufacturing defects.
The customer care staff from flipkart and le eco calling to know the history again and again to harass us...

I receive my order last friday. But when i turn on mobile i found that, it gets very hot (Heat) while using internet, while calling and during charging time. This is happening from friday to still.
