I bought Redmi 3S Prime non-removable battery mobile on Oct- 1st through Flipkart, couple of days before i.e (20.10.16) the mobile was not working (MI logo only displayed in the screen and it was rebooted again and again). I contacted flipkart customer care regarding this, and they redirected me to contact Redmi customer care. The Redmi customer care said that I have to check with Redmi service center- (Erode). In the service center they checked my mobile and said that there is a damage in the finger print sensor cable and also the mobile back seal case is broken, hence it cannot be claimed under the warranty and that I have to pay amount from my pocket to get it rectified . Again I called flipkart customer care for requesting replacement or refund for the mobile and the person I spoke asked me to wait till 25.10.16 and also he suggested me not to leave my mobile in the service centre and will confirm through phone call or mail. After which I received a call from filpkart on 23.10.16 and they said that there is no option for replacement or refund as the mobile is out of policy. So I request you to kindly solve this problem and I hope I get the best of solution from flipkart . There have been many transactions by me and my friends with flipkart, as of date we have not had any issues. This is the first of the case. But this has caused a negative impact on flipkart . Kindly give a solution which will enhance the future transactions with your company. Hoping for the best.

    Flipkart a big money laundering SCANDAL, a joint venture of BANSALs. Proof is order id #OD[protected].

    The order was placed on 2nd October 2016, Ohhh the e-commerce company decided to come with a looting scheme, other e-com sites were planning business but here a FRAUD planning was in progress.

    The product reached the destination on 12th October, the delivery date promised was 15th October, but FLIPKART as a good will decided "Out of Delivery" on 13th October.

    But Alas! today is 22nd October and product is yet to be delivered.

    The executives of Flipkart try to justify that RANCHI a capital is big city and it takes time for things to reach the destination. (Imagine the BS and the logic of the executive).

    I complained to these CHEATERS, but at their whims and fancies, they kept changing their dates, from 17th to 19th to 21st and now it is 24th.

    I would have cancelled the order long back, had the item been for me, it was a GIFT for one of my YOUNG RELATIVE, it was a promise I wanted to keep, which I have already fulfilled via other means.

    NEVER PLAN TO SEND ANY GIFTS(FORGET DIWALI) and gift via Flipkart. Ideally, for making such promising ads the laws should
    be made more stringent and heavy penalty should be imposed.

    I wanted to keep this as a PROOF of the honesty/value level of FLIPKART, that is the reason I didn't cancel the order, but please Mr. Bansals and Flipkart everyone cannot wait for so long, while you keep filling your pocket and become a billionaire by raising funds.

    Flipkart to be prove me wrong :-
    1. Provide me the compensation, for the difference amount I have lost on not ordering the product on other websites where "Great Indian festival" and "Unbox Diwali" offers were there.
    2. Compensate me for the mental harassment you have caused to me.
    3. Educate you executives to talk some sense.
    4. Last, but not the least please deliver my PRODUCT, agree it was a mistake doing BUSINESS with Flipkart, I will be careful doing the same in future.

        This is to inform that Sony power bank portable VW99810 supplied to me by Tech Connect Retail Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru vide invoice no. F0P7Y[protected] dated 15.10.16 is found to be defective. Rupees 1499 I paid.

        This is the second time the sony power bank purchased through Flipcart is found defective and not charging.

        First time I returned through flip cart, Coimbatore agent which is defective and second time also I got through flipcart as replacement guarantee which is also found to be defective.

        I want my money returned to me i.e. Rs.1499/- paid by me .

        What should I do. I tried to contact chennai flip cart but no result. Please arrange to return the money to me .

          Hi All,
          I am Sumit gaur, purchased BCAA of SSN (eatable product). In which a small packet was kept on which it was silica, do not eat. And that pouch is having a hole in the corner because of which it got mixed with my ordered item and make it a poisonous thing, I tried to complain to buyer site, flipkart.com but they not responding to my complaint. I want to take a strict action against this misbehavior of them. And want a return or payment of my money. Please take some action.

When it was delivered I was not at home and it was picked up by my brother in absence of me at home .. He didn't check it whether it is working or not . when I come back at my home on 22 Oct 2016 I found memory card is not working . then I try it in many phone to make sure that whether it is working or not . at last I found it is not working ..                         Hope everything is fine. My name is Puneet sabhlok. Iam a regular user of flipkart have never faced any issues with flipkart before.b The concern is regarding OD[protected] Order number. I have purchased a handset but have received a empty box, escalating this issue from day 1, sorry to inform you sir but your each and every customer care associate is giving different information no one is clear about the process. Some of the associate are blaming me only. I spoke to your one of the manager, she said me that your history is very clear in flipkart and have seen that you have never return the product before. I informed her daily iam getting mails from flipkart that your return volume is high and all but your manager said that's auto generated mails please ignore that mails from next time you won't get such mails then too I was getting back to back same mails. Now Binny Sir my concern is even after managers commitment why iam getting that mails. And getting mails that seller has rejected and all what I have to do with seller I trusted flipkart so flipkart is responsible for it. And your manager said me that either you will get a replacement or a refund of it, but till now no such thing is there no update just getting auto generated emails every day. Sorry to say this Binny Sir, but feeling very very shameful about flipkart customer service. I choosed flipkart instead of Amazon as flipkart delivery is best then any other company no wrong commitment in it but customer service is worst very very worst no customer satisfaction associates blame customer only. Just I request to listen recording of your associate with whom I had a word you will come to you what they have said me each and every associate different information and no is bothered about solution or resolution just saying it has been cancelled, seller has rejected and all such things. Never seen such kind of customer service in life. Worst it is . Iam really sorry for my words but I don't have any other option sir. Hope you understand from customer's point of view and try to resolve this issue. Hoping for positive reply. Thank you

                          After complaining about non delivering of product I registered complain against flipkart and now I am getting calls from flipkart but they all disconnect the call in-between and not listening to my problem. They all are trying to make us fool... rather than solving the problem they all are troubling and disturbing me. Please take strict action against flipkart. And now I will sue flipkart in consumer court.

                            The service of flipkart is really bad. I placed an order and i received something else instead of the order. I returned the parcel and i got an email that the pick up is confirmed and that the refund will be on the next business day.

                              We brought a tv and the said that we will send a person from the company to install it within 2 to 5 business days but today is the 10th day we contacted u'll 3 days ago n u'll said we are sending the technition then the company phoned and said olz given 22hrs after 25hrs when we phoned they said ya he will come even if it is late at 10:30pm he said he is coming so late is the time to come to install a tv so he said he'll come the next day that is today at 8 in the morning but now its 9:30 no sign of him n if we call he is not answering the call we called ur flipkart no. And thee also no one is answering the call. U'll have the worst service saying u'll are coming coming and then not lifting the call and wanting to come at 10:30 in the high what rubbish worst service.

                                In the morning I received a massage from VK-DLHVRY, that my order E-[protected] would be delivered today. But in the evening I received a massage again from VK-DLHVRY that no one was available in the house so they couldn't delivered the product. Whole day nobody came from your side and this massage was sent. I have paid in advance for this product, as per your commitment it should be delivered today. Kindly take action against the guy who was out for delivery today without doing this gives false report. It will create bad reputation on behalf of your company. I am very frustrated with the flipkart customer care executive who doesn't gave me any complaint number after giving him the complaint. Kindly look into this . My shipment number is awb[protected]

                                  Flipkart contacted Delivery address / person (21.10.16)and refused to take back this used & defective (door sealing not proper) product.

                                  Flipkart violated your terms and condition of your return process, customer trust and trying to push for a defective, cheap and used product. .

                                  I have cancelled this product and you have accepted and initiated return process and after cancelling I have brought a washing machine of a reputed company from your website only.

                                  Flipkart to complete return process and return my money ASAP.
                                  And you cannot take unilateral decision without communicating with Buyer.

I've ordered a watch maxima form flipkart order no OD[protected] on 5 Oct, as cash on delivery, it was supposed to be deliver on 19 Oct, but on 19 I received a msg u r product is out of delivery & will deliver today, on evening I agn rcv a msg that customer rejected the order. I called flipkart tell them they told me that nxt day u will rcv the product. .but same problem. Nobody came at given address..neither ekart logistics executive came at given address nor they called me. .In my phn in flipkart app its showing that customer rejected . How it is possible. .m trying to call them ekart logistics who deliver the product but not rcv proper response. .I called flipkart they told me it will b delivered soon.. but after 3 days i didn't get proper reply from flipkart. How can they msg me that customer rejected, .plz help
