    I had to purchase a mobile phone. N I was confused between on 5 and on7. So I called flipkart customer care and had a conversation with an executive. He said that flipkart has an easy return policy and even i[censored] like either if two, u can order another value. So I ordered on 5 but I wanted a bigger screen. I wanted to order on7 black. So when I filed a return or exchange, they said only replacement is possible. This should have been communicated earlier when I raised the query. Why was I earlier misguided that the device would be exchanged if you intend to buy an upgraded model. I want to buy a device with higher price. This my request that I may be allowed to purchase another model ie on7 black in place of on5 gold as I was assured that an upgraded device will be exchange but not of a lower price. I am an esteemed and old customer. I request that my complaint may please be addressed to and a device ie on7 black may be provided in place of on5 gold.

      Dear sir,

      I purchased mobile from flipkart (attached bill for reference)
      I was very surprised that flipkart is selling used product marking as f assured.
      I had purchased this mobile to gift my wife for “karvachoth” festival.
      To verify this that this is used product i have attached several picture which was already there in the mobile.
      Picture shows date when this clicked on the mobile.

      I am returning you mobile as is to flipkart.
      And requested them to roll roll back the amount immediately to my account.

      Moreover as per mobile’s specification the mobile should be of 8 gb rom. however actually this is only 4 gb.

      Attached is the picture which was already there in the mobile-which shows date as well

        Hi my name is normal sahaya Raj I booked mobile phone lenova vibe k5 note under my sister name angel on 06/10/16, I received a flipkart delivery on 09/10/16 but when I open mobile I came to know it's an default product phone touch not working then I register for a replacement but flipkart customer service said they will send an technician to my home to about the fault it's happen on 10/10/15 after a long follow up and fight finally the technician arrived on 14/10/16. After checking the Mobil phone he said it was factor default mobile so he registered a complained a given a copy to me and said flipkart will send person to pic up the mobile than they will replace a new one. On 15/10/16 I received a mail from flipkart stating the will refund my money because there is no replacement offer for lenova vibe k5 note. I keep on waiting for the person from flipkart to pick up default mobile device and ever day from 16/10/16 I receiving a msg that flipkart can't able to send there busy represndative and it will sort by next day, still know I can't able to get my money back are replacement . I am working in bpo sector because of this I have wake up full day for waiting flipkart person my sleep to this past 20 day gone . I also received a bill from bank for credit card purchase. I been very frustrated and unhelpful. Pls I need my money back by this week to pay my credit card bill. Also I need strong compensation from flipkart for all the delay and trouble.             I buy Moto x play from flipcart, but starting from first day, it is getting too much heated .temp.goes upto 44 degree Celsius . It Is very hard to hold mobile in hand and even over your ear due to excess heat.

            They did troubleshooting as their std procedures. But that will not work with faulty device.

            This happens earlier also with lenovo k5 note.
            They always send such faulty device for making public fool.
            I am going to put a complaint in consumer court for the same.

              I have ordered product on 16th October and confirmed delivery is to be on 21st October but still i am struggling for the delivery even after confirmation emails and calls. I have called, emailed and also raised Complaints several times but every time i am getting is Only assurity and professional answers!!!

              The product reached pune on 19th October but still not delivered to me.

              Why did you promise to the customer if you are not able to deliver the order on time.
              I want penalty for the delay in the delivery after your assurance mail.

                  2. it automatically opens google voice
                  3. battery not charging since 2 days.

                    I have ordered VU 40" LED TV on Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected] on 02.10.2016 from Flipkart. I have received the same on 10.10.2016. However, when authorized installation person from M/s. Jeeves arrive & opened the TV, he stated that your TV is defective & couldn't start.

                    I registered return request, which was accepted by Flipkart & they have stated that as soon as reverse pick up of defective TV is completed, your replacement will be shipped. Reverse pick up is already completed on 15.10.2016, however, still Flipkart has not shipped replacement product.

                    I am in continuous in touch with Flipkart customer care team. But, every time I contact Flipkart, they are just giving new dead line of resolution of the query.

                    I am still awaiting to replace defective TV & nothing concrete step has been taken by Flipkart to resolve my query.

                      Hi,
                      I ordered a lenovo laptop with order id od[protected] and they promised to deliver by 22nd oct 2016. but the laptop reached to electronic city hub on 21st oct and this is 10 km from my home. the same day it is dispatched to budhigere center which is 40 km from my home. on 22nd also it is also in same status and when i called customer care, they raised a complaint and told order will be delivered max by 24th oct.

                      It is really frustrating and i have decided not to buy anything from flipkart and will suggest others the same.

                      The courier tracking id is fmpp[protected]

                      Please help if anybody can.

                          Mai poonam pol, maine flipkart site se mi note 3 (dark grey) ye mobile liya tha. par mobile fualty nikala. maine maildwara complaint ki tab flipkartwalone mujhe refund diya. is mutabik maine mera mobile 9 th oct 2016 ko submite kiya. flipkart ke rule ke mutabik 48 hrs me refund aana cahiye tha. par abhitak mujhe koi refund nahi mila. mai flipkart ke website pe bar bar mail bhej rahi hu. fhir bhi unki taraf se koi sahayata nahi mil rahi.
                          Meri aapse darkhast hai ki mujhe mera refund jald se jald mile.

                            I bought a asus zenphone 2 from online website flipkart on 03/10/2016 with 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects from asus (Displayed on flipkart website) and now i am facing some manufacturing defects.
                            I had raised complaint regarding product faulty on 05/10/2016on flipkart order web page but there is no positive response from flipkart executive.
                            They are just saying that we have arranged a engineer visit at your place and he will look into this matter but till now no engineer from their side.
                            But till 22nd no technical person or replacement given by flipkart.
                            I think i had made big big mistake purchaed from flipkart shopping site.
                            Its very lengthy process in flipkart and not customer satisfaction policy too.

                              Hello i am a resident of new rajender nagar new delhi and i am writing this mail to seek help.
                              I bought a le eco led tv (Rs 139022) from online website flipkart on 15/9/2016 with 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects from le eco (Displayed on flipkart website) and now i am facing some manufacturing defects. From the last 3 to 4 days i am contacting le eco on their toll free number[protected] regarding this issue but with no result. They are just saying that we have arranged a engineer visit at your place and he will look into this matter but till now no engineer from their side has called me nor anyone has visited my place. I have also contacted flipkart regarding this but they are also saying we cannot do anything in this matter because our 10 day replacement policy time has ended and you have contact the manufacturer to claim warranty. I don't know what to do now so please if you can help in this matter.

When ever we contact to customer care they say that they are resolving this issue but there is no proper solution for delivery. Kindly look into this issue.

                                      Very disappointed, as mentioned 30 days exchange or return the product after paying in advance. Flipkart has stolen money from my account, in fact the name should be thugcart and bunch of bludy liers sitting in their call centre, as i explained them i am in hospital and the product is faulty i am not responsible if seller has rejected the return request, flipkart has to fulfill their commitment and place the return order i was promised that someone would come and collect the product and no one turned up, hence i will never recommend flipkart to anyone and will never purchase anything through flipkart, if my return is not proceed and will not get my refund for the returned items will go to consumer court

                                        During the recent sale we ordered for a HP laptop after selecting the laptop we did see that thr was a exchange offer too... Thus we opted for that n wanted to exchange our old lenovo... The delivery was suppose to be on 30th of sep 2016... But anyhow after being behind the tracking n other things the ekart courier ppl approached is on 2nd of October we were not been told that the old laptop is supposed to be charged n give secured pin code.. we ask the courier person to stay for a while but he refused and said he ll be bk by evening... Just after 45min that was around 4 o clock in afternoon we called him and requested him to come with the new laptop as everything was ready..for which he refused saying I m off for today n bk to main office n ll come only next morning as it was a long weekend n had many plans we requested him to anyhow come today itself as per his comfort.. Any ways the story lasted for 10day... And on 12th Oct finally the courier man came with the laptop mean while we dropped two mail to flipkart n tried very hard to get thru flipkart or the courier ppl but had no luck n inbetween this we were loosing all the other deals from other sites... Anyways on 12th after giving the secured pin the delivery boy said it doesnt match to the one we hv submitted during the time of order... Well while ordering the laptop we were not been asked to enter any pin... Soooooo again I called up flipkart customer care and they admitted that the mistake is from thr side n ll resolve our issue ASAP... Lastly by 15th Oct before 2o clock ll get a call from flipkart from the team n the product ll surely be delivered..(.for which I have thr call recorded) unfortunately I never got a call.. Nor my issue was resolved.. Besides we lost all opportunity to book in gud deal from other site...
