I ordered the product on 10th of October 2016 at Rs.10499, in an offer.
Your courier partner "Ekart Logistics" did not tried calling me even once to intimate me about the arrival of my product if they were having any kind of problem delivering it to the mentioned address.
Yesterday, I received mail stating that "Pincode mismatched".Well if the person responsible for delivering my courier would have contacted me even once I would have surely co-operated him in every possible manner. But he didn't bothered to contact me, even though I have given two different contact no.s in case the courier boy can contact me in the best possible way.
Today itself however I managed to contact Ekart office in Shimla, the person who took my call after knowing the status of my order didn't gave me chance to talk further, rather talked to me so rudely that made me feel as if I was talking to an illiterate.
You people and your pathetic service providers "Ekart Logistics" have left me with no other option left but to file a suit against you. You people have treated your customer as a fool, playing fraud in a worst rather unique way to not let your customer avail the offer which you were intend to give by making such silly excuse.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Last 10 days its getting rescheduled for pickup, they are not picking up so no refund.
I ordered for 4 burner hobtop prestige gas .Really fade up with customer care apology and their n times of assurance(FAKE)
