    Hi my name is hazel dias and i had placed an order for lenovo vibe phone through flipkart on 3rd oct however since the lack button was not working i returned for an replacement after which they delivered another new phone on 10th oct almost after 7days now the other phone has a software issue it's getting reboot again and again.. Now wen i requested for refund they r asking me to wait for another 7days..

      I have ordered moto x play mobile in flipkart during their big billion day offers. I was waiting for their delivery and suddenly i see that my order is cancelled. I called to customer care and their response is very bad. They are telling that courier was not able to reach me. I requested them that i didn't get any response from courier but customer service is telling that they can't do anything. Seriously this is very bad and i am feeling helpless.       Spoke with customer and informed to him due to some courier issues our logistics department failed to deliver the shipment. And also informed to customer about the refund he said that he had received the refund.

As customer was asking for the product in the same price so informed to customer that we would not be able to provide the product in the same price but we will look into it that such things will not be get repeated again in future.

              With due respect I want to complain about the exchange policy of the flipkart as its not that simple as they show on the site. I purchased moto E3 power on big billion day exchange offer with exchange of moto e (1st gen).But they refused to take it stating scratches on display and a minor crack on screen. I purchased moto new version for the older one. Why they have not mentioned properly while purchasing this on site. I won’t have purchase it at that time if they would have stated properly and also missed many offers on the other sites. I also stated that I am ready to give the exchange amount of mobile for the new one but they refused it. Proper actions should be taken as they haven’t stated the policy properly and should not deduct money for the guarantee of exchanging of mobile If they have earlier stated about it properly I would have purchased it from other site. Now I have to wait for the order of the new one.

                I Alisha Bano, got my legging (bottom wear) delivered at 10/10/2016. My invoice number is FOP7Y[protected]. It was sold by Tech Connect Retail Pvt.Ltd.

                After i unpacked my package, I saw the legging in two different colors. It is a printed legging, left side is darker than the right side. It is definitely a defected piece.

                I wish to get a refund or exchange of my product ASAP.

                  While purchasing mobile i made payment, flip kart received the money but order had cancelled due to over sales but money not at returned till today. Offers are available only on festive seasons if flipkart stuck my money how can i utilise offers and discounts.
                  My financial status is poor i can't afford another amount if it is stuck.

                  it had taken 10 days of time to resolve the issue, main heads not to take any personal to resolve the issue, they only sit back and reply the problematic mail's with convince manner that's all. (they feel and work like ball shouldn't be kept in their grounds, is called manager, he is the manager).

                    Ordered a whirlpool washing machine on oct 4, 2016. The machine was to be delivered by 9 th but the machine seems to be struck at nearest hub at bhiwandi, since 8 bhiwamdi is like an hour drive away from where it is to be delivered, yet was delayed. Moreover there was no neason given for the delay plus we were told to expect it by tomorrow, which passed just like yesterday and the status of the machine is still unclear. P reviously had a similar experience where they cancelled my order for a zenphone laser stating that i refused the product, the brands reputation is fallng by day all teh deals they give are turned redundant by its lack of proper service. Hope they deliver it today or will have to cancell the order.

                      I had ordered a swiss knife priced rs.464 it going to be be delivered today.
                      Now at the time of delivery the person who delivered took rs.600 from my guardian, as i was not there at home. We need to know when will we get our eaten up money back. This service will not be tolerated. I request you to kindly look up on it and solve this issue as soon as possible. We do not trust flipkart anymore.

                        I had ordered a power bank of make -INTEX( IT-PB 11K 11000 mAH) . The parcel received by me contained an Old / Used power bank of Make Samsung(9000mAH) and the same was kept inside the box of INTEX. On INVOICE same model no as that mentioned on the box is printed.

                        This is not a mistake and is being packed deliberately and above all the the order placed was under "FLIPKART ASSURED". If The company is unable to deliver they should have informed me at any stage since it was a cash on delivery mode. Now i have wasted 1 week for this order and the customer service is arranging pick up on 15/10/16 i.e 5 days after delivery on 10/10/16 which is same as date of return initiated.

                        I want my issue to be resolved by delivering the right & genuine product within the specified delivery date i.e 12/10/16 and if they cannot make the delivery they should initiate return of money to my account and can take the product back.
                        It should be understood that no one is sitting at a place to get the delivery at any time they choose .

                        In this case i feel FLIPKART ASSURED initiative is to fool people and strict action should be taken for wrongly advertising themselves

                          I had placed an order for Apple iPhone 7 Jet Black 128GB on 30th September 2016 at 12:38 A.M. It was delivered on 07th October 2016 at 07:30 P.M. The Order ID is OD[protected]. It was a prepaid order of Rs. 70, 000/-. But it was very shocking to what I received inside the packaging.

                          It is very much shocking. I tried to contact them many times but they forward my complaint to another date and time + they have rejected my request 3 times.

                          Today is the third day of my complaint. I did not want to forward my matter to Consumer Forum. I wanted Flipkart to resolve my matter peacefully. But they are taking too much time. Anyways, if the refund is not provided to me then I have to go and take further necessary higher steps.

                          Hope this gets resolved with the forum's support.

Courier service saying that it is out of delivery area, but already got many products on the same delivery area with flipkart, that hub will be hardly 1 km far, flipkart is not giving contact no and address so that i can get my product manually and ekart courier service is dead with their call service. Resolve the issue soon and help to get it delivered...

                                    Flipkart service is very poor my samaung galaxy on 5 mobile book on big billion sale my product is damage sim port 2 recently replacement mail forward to flipkart but not revert me 5 day's 3-4 complaints we will attempt flipkart but customer not support and satisfaction.                                       I am extremely dissatisfied with the way you process your delivery. I have ordered apple iphone 6 (Grey, 16 gb), on big billion day sale and it was supposed to be delivered on wed 12th oct 2016 with order no "od[protected]". On 5th oct 2016 the flip kart delivery team called me and said it will get delivered on wed 5th 2016. I have said since the delivery date is on wed 12th 2016, i don't have the phone to be exchanged with me. So please bring it on 10th monday 2016. On monday morning i am getting a message saying the amount has credited back to my account, and when i checked my order status it is showing returned. Please note i have never asked for the return of the product and had no intention to return it. I called the customer care department on monday and now they are saying it was returned because of service issue. Please note i am staying in cochin, in the heart of the city and also have the call records showing that your people will deliver the product to my location. Also my friend in the same office has received the product. And your system itself don't allow some one to purchase an item which cannot be delivered to a particular location. So there is no service issue as said by your customer care representative. Also i wanted to talk to the manager, and the customer care people are repeatedly disconnecting my call and saying they cannot hear me well. I already reset my old phone and transferred all my data from the old phone to my laptop and waiting for the new one. Please note i need my product i have ordered.

                                        I am highly disappointed with my experience with flipkart this time. I had place this order on 4th oct. It was informed to be delivered by 6th oct. However its 10th & i hv been still getting the same status that the product is out for delivery. Worst thing is tht ur customer care supervisors naveen & vivekita made fake promises n assured the delivery on 8th. I also had received a call from a delivery boy on 6th he was drunk and mentioned 10 in night that he will come next day to deliver the product.

                                        I am still not able to understand when would i exactly get the order delivered as i have already paid.

                                        I will soon drop a mail in consumer court too stating that your team calls when drunk n makes fake promises to customer.

                                        I need the delivery to be maid today else i am taking this to high authority n consumer court too.
