I have ordered RUOSH MEN GENUINE LEATHER FORMAL SHOES ON SEP 24, 2016 with order id OD[protected] and i got the above item on sep 29 2016, but as the size is uk 9 whereas i had ordered uk10 size, i had requested for replacement of the above by flipkart app on 29 sep 2016 and detailed procedure after that as

i have also added screenshot of tracking details of courier in attachment of tracking no P39251328
i have tried to contact customer care through regular e mail and telephonic conversation from 5th Oct to 21st Oct, but they are unable to give particular details that your item has been rejected and returned to my address.
by regular follow up from courier agency, finally i came to know that the item has been returned and i have collected the item today itself.
After getting the sent item when i called customer care and asked why my item has been returned, then they explained actual reason that the item has been returned as it has not been collected by our warehouse agency which information i was seeking from 5th October to 21st October.
so despite about 1 month of wait i am unable to get required item which is very dissatisfaction service towards customer
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
