I had ordered coco chanel no 5 but on delivery i received fake chanel
Even it can be checked from net, it is a fake chanel no 5 delivered to me
I never expected flipkart to deliver fake products.
Please return immediately and either provide me original or return my money. I am also attaching the points to detect fake chanel no. 5 perfume. I have already given a request with no. In[protected].

Further it is worth mentioning that in case action is not taken and the fake chanel no. 5 which has been delivered to me, is not replaced with in 3 to 5 days then i am not left with any other choice than going to the consumer court of law and will also put all the details in social network media regarding the fake delivery. I want to make it clear that flipkart should immediately provide me with original product or refund my money

How to detect fake: chanel no. 5 perfume

Along with the popularity of chanel no. 5, the draw of the counterfeit market has also grown. Below are a few steps to separate the real from the fakes.


1. First, check the appearance of the bottle. The label should be made with raised letters and should be perfectly aligned. (The appearance of my delivered bottle are not having raised letters as should be in original.)


2. Next, look at the interior of the bottle. There should be no inconsistencies in the glass surface or interior contour. (Mine is not)


3. Next, look at the perfume itself. Many of the counterfeit versions are much darker like the one above.
Also, make sure the liquid is not cloudy and that it doesn't have any debris floating around. (My bottle is of darker version, the liquid is cloudy having debris floating around)


4. Next, look at the small collar around the neck of the bottle. It should be centered and fitting the neck. Notice, the collar on the fake one is off centered slightly. (In my bottle it is off centered)


5. Next, look at the bottom of the bottle. The printing should have no spelling errors and should be in alignment with the bottle (Not crooked). Fake ones sometimes use labels on the bottom. If it has a label, it's fake.

The examples above are from a coco chanel but are the same as chanel no. 5.
The fake above has the following issues:

(1) the "chanel paris" is missing.
(2) it has "new york, n. Y." instead of "n. Y., n. Y."
(3) the "92200 neuilly sur seine" underlined logo is missing.


6. Next, look at the back of the bottle. You should be able to read the label from the back side like the one in the picture above. You should also not see a tube on the inside of the bottle.


7. Another thing to look for is a gap in the nozzle. The real chanel no. 5 has no gap at all. Another thing wrong with this one is the label. Notice how it's slanted to the left.

I have bought a onida washing machine 2 months back and it stopped working and they (onida customer care team and flipkart executive team)are not providing the service from 1 month. So I would like to file a case.
My money has deducted but my order is not confirmed in big billion day on 3rd october.. i had place on moto x style, . please place my order

    Dear sir,

    On 3rd October I had ordered Redmi 3S prime mobile on Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected]. The order was approved and it was shipped by Flipkart on 4th October. But on 5th October I got a message saying that refund is processed. I was surprised to see that and when I called up their customer care they told me about the cancellation of the order ( after 90 mins of talk ) due to mis-route, non availability etc. and they confirmed that it is their internal problem and mistake has happened from their side. Further I followed it up (through e-mail & Twitter) and they informed me that the mistake is from their side and I have to place a fresh order. After this message they stopped to reply to my email and tweets ( from the last 2 days). I had informed Flipkart that I am ready to wait for the delay and need to get the item which I had ordered.
    Please note that this mobile is an exclusive to Flipkart and sold under flash sale. To order it again during flash sale is very hard and near to impossible. Also the present price for the item listed is Rs.8999/- but i had purchased the item at Rs.7648 /-. So if I have to buy this item again I have to pay an extra amount of Rs.1351/- and need to be in the queue of flash sale. As a genuine customer it is not acceptable. since they have accepted that cancellation of order is their mistake (copy of email attached) I request you to intervene and help me out of this situation. As of filing this complaint the refund has not credited to my account.

      When we ordered a product they charged delievery charge. But when the time of delievery the courier service agency telling come and collect product from their office. So why should I pay delivery charge? Now itself they decide to return the product. They are deciding everything. Why they dont think about customer? So kindly take the necessary action against this.

        I have ordered Moto E3 Power White color phone on 3rd OCT 12.24 AM.
        My order ID : OD[protected] Price 7199 (After 10% SBI Discount)
        It is showing everything positively about shipping, tracking details and everything. But at last moment when phone reached at Bharuch (my location) within 10 minutes instead of delivery it got redirected by flipkart and order cancelled automatically without intimating me.
        I have not received my money 7199 also.
        Flipkart is saying order is cancelled due courier partnet problem.
        Courier person is telling problem from flikpkart and they cancelled.

            I ordered amway artistry youth xtend protecting cream (50 ml) on 30th sept 2016 against cash on delivery. i got the package on the 4th and accepted the delivery against cod. upon opening the package i was shocked to see a hair cream worth 90/- inr instead of the amway artistry youth xtend cream which was worth 3, 699/-
            I immediately called flipkart and notified them and also have sent around 10 emails on this to them. everytime they revert with auto response that my complaint is being looked into. no resolution has been done since.

                  I have ordered a Samsung Led 32 TV from Flipkart on 2 nd October and get delivered on 4th. They assured installation will be done within 2 days. But yet not done. I have raised issue and they are changing the date every time. Today 11.30 was the last date given by them. But issue not solved.                       3rd october 2016- i had ordered an apple iphone 6 from this company's website and i got the message that the product will be delivered by 6th of october
                      6th october - i was waiting for the product throughout the day but was not delivered and i got the message that the product delivery was unsuccessful due to customer was not at the home. I was at my home and i didn't get any call or message from the delivery boy that he is standing out of my home. And they rescheduled the delivery date to 8th of october. I called them around 10 times a day but i don't get any information about why they said customer was not available.
                      8th october - as customer care executive promised me and send me the message that my product will be delivered by 8th october by 9pm. But again i got the message in the evening that due to some problem we are unable to reach you and will deliver your product tommorow 9th october (Sunday). I called them and shouted then they told we promise to deliver on 9th october (Sunday). And i got the message.
                      9th october - again i was waiting at my home for my product but i didn't get any message that the product is out for delivery or not. I called them again and i asked them about the status. Then they told me sir we don't deliver products on sunday u have to wait till monday. They promised me and said sunday is off day. And i got the message in the evening that customer was not available so product was undelivered. And promised me to deliver it on monday 10october.

                      Sir just want to know why they are making a false statement and fake promisses. Kindly look into my issue.

                        I received a defective damaged product from flipkart as i raised a complain 2 months back providing them with all the details but my issue is still pending and flipkart is not doing anything about it.                                   I buy a sandisk wireless pendrive have an amount of rs.1549 and I cancelled the item after 3 days, because it takes 18 days to reach. After 1 day of cancellation, it is showing your amount is refunded. But I didnt get any amount to my account. The status showing was rs.1549 has been remitted through original payment mode.

                                    I had ordered an item at flipcart.com during big billion days sale 2016,
                                    Which first of all got delivered late after a lot of followups! But alas
                                    What i got was the cheaper product of same company. Product with mrp of inr 3400 (Bathla x-press lite ironing board) was delivered instead of what i
                                    Had ordered and paid with mrp of inr 4300 (Bathla x-press ace ironing board). I called up their customer care and they told me that the price has increased for the product (Discount no longer valid), so they can't replace the
                                    Product, but can only refund the money. This is sheer cheating. I booked
                                    The order for an item at a given price in their so called big billion days
                                    Ale - these guys delivered wrong item, that too after lots of follow up and
                                    Now they are saying that product cant be delivered at that price.

                                    Correct item has been mentioned on the invoice, but physically wrong product has been delivered. Invoice copy is attached.

As on checking we found that the return has already been created for wait and refund but the pick up id was not generated. So informed to customer the same as customer said that he don't want to return the product now he wants to visit to the service center if still the issue is not resolved then he will return the phone. So the service center details has been shared with the customer .
