I have purchased (made a single cart) but after submission, flipkart made multiple orders. during the payment, flipkart took twice the money from my bank account. i made multiple enquiries but all in vain.

Thanks for the follow up & Resolving the matter. The issue is 100% resolved. I have provided all the detailed Transaction ID, Order ID, Date of transaction with effected INR. This helped the customer care to track and resolve the issue faster. Also I approached the ICICI (Bank) to keep the transaction cleared as soon they hit the clearing branch. Thanks again.

They are not returning the double debit !!! they took 25K INR twice from my bank account.

      I ordered a new laptop redeeming the exchange offer on 2 oct. Call it my ignorance or perils o[censored]sing autofill, the serial number of the laptop i wanted to exchange was submitted as hh (Which clearly is not a number). I received the order processing details on 4th oct when the product was to be shipped, and in the invoice i noticed the mistake and immediately called up the customer care.

      I asked if the current order details can be rectified or should i cancel this order and place a fresh one as the exchange offer was still live, keeping in mind that the product was not yet dispatched from the warehouse. However, the customer care representative replied that serial number does not matter much and i should explain the issue to the pickup guy who will take care of the whole process, adding that only one condition should be fulfilled, i. E., the laptop i wish to exchange should be in working condition.

      Comes 9th of oct, i have already formatted my working laptop, uninstalled all the applications and ready to receive the new one. I was happy that i would be able to customize the new laptop during a non-working day so that my work on monday does not get affected. But during deliver, the delivery guy refused taking my old laptop due to serial number mismatch, i called up the customer care and they bluntly refused to look into the issue, declining taking any responsibility of the mistake of a member of their own team. Overall, the poor delivery guy had to waste his morning carrying around the large package and i had to face an agonizing embarrassment all due to some imbecile working for flipkart's customer relationship team who is not aware of basic company policies and terms of service. Not forgetting that i am left with no working device as of now, and will be re-customizing my old device through the night so as to not to miss my work tomorrow.

      Also, since we are talking about customer service, flipkart should really consider employing a real person rather than a bot to reply to their facebook messages and emails. Hours go by but no one replies to your grievances in "just a bit (Sic)".

      Please clarify whether i would be receiving the product by exchanging my old device, since i am not the one to be blamed for wrong serial number ever since your representative got involved on 4th oct, or are you guys still reluctant to admit the blunder on your part and have nothing but a cheeky "sorry for the inconvenience" as a reply.

        Dear flipkart team,

        I had ordered a mobile phone from flipkart since it seemed to be a good
        Deal. The mobile phone received was a dead piece which was manufactured
        Almost 1 and half year back. I immediately placed a request for refund.
        Jeeves technician visited and confirmed that the good was not functional.
        Post which mobile was to be picked up and refund in my credit card was to
        Be initiated.

        Yesterday morning i received a message from flipkart that someone shall
        Come to pick up the mobile. I called on the number provided in message and
        They assured that someone shall come and collect during the day. Till 9 pm
        No one came. I left with my family to attend a function. Subsequently i
        Received a call from flipkart at 9. 20 pm for pick up. I told him to come
        Next day since i am not at home. However he told me the pickup will be
        Cancelled and i need to complain for pick up again. He was absolutely
        Rude with me.

        Its been so many days and till date i am waiting for my refund.in the
        Name of sale, flipkart is selling defective piece and purposely delaying
        Refund. Request you to kindly process my refund immediately. Further i
        Request you to kindly send someone to collect the mobile prior to 7 pm.

          I booked transcend 16gb class4 memory card for which rate quoted by you was rs.375 plus shipping charges of rs.45. and discount of rs.19 making effective rate at rs.356 plus shipping charge of rs.45. on receipt of the product i was shocked to see the mrp of the prdoduct supplied is rs.315 only which means the company has quoted rs.41/- more than the discounted rate which is clear sign of cheating...

          This type of cheating is not at all acceptable needs

            I have placed an order for redmi3s prime under buyback option on the date.
            Have received an order on. The product which i have put under buyback is
            Clearly under the norms stated by flipkart without any damage and the
            Creen will not turn off/ go off for 30 seconds. The delivery person from
            Ekart didn't accept the buyback product stating that, the battery is weak
            After he restarted the device and found that the battery percentage reduced
            Which happens normally as you restart the device. We clearly explained
            About the norms in which it's falling under and also the battery condition
            Whereas he was not a person who could understand in terms of technicality.

            After that, i raised a complaint and after discussion with customer
            Ervice executive, i was confirmed that the concerned call will be raised
            Against the delivery network as my query is valid and falling under the
            Norms stated. I was promised a delivery within 24 hours with buyback
            Option under the same order. Now, i have received a mail stating your
            Order is cancelled as per your request, in which it's not done from my
            End.

            I am surprised to hear this from flipkart team and the customer executive
            Is simply asking excuses and iterating me place a new request which is
            Totally annoying and reducing the faith with flipkart making myself to
            Hift towards other retailers.

            Please understand the issue from your end and make sure my product gets
            Delivered under the same option and order.

              Hi,

              I have ordered an iphone 6 in exchange scheme on 3rd oct'16 from flipkart. Delivery date was mentioned as 8th oct'16 at the time of ordering and in all subsequent mails and messages for order confirmation.
              On 8th oct'16 i waited till 8 pm, but i did not receive anything.
              Then, i called flipkart customer care as there is no communication about the delay from their end & their executive (Tauseef) said that it will be delivered by 11th oct (Though the date was 8th), then i told him that we need today only as this is an exchange offer & i have deleted all contacts, wats app, mail etc everything from my phone to keep it ready for exchange, then he put me on hold and came back after few minutes saying that we will deliver it tomorrow (9th oct) between 9 am and 12 noon. They also sent a mail confirming the delivery date as 9th october.
              But toady (9th oct) i again waited till 1 pm and still i have not received my product & when i again called customer care, their executive (Sonal yadav) told me that it will be delivered by 11th oct, then i told her that today i have some important plans to go outside & tomorrow i have to go out of station, but she kept on saying that the product will get delivered by 11th oct.
              I asked her to connect me to her manager, she connected me to ankita and she repeated the same thing. Then i suggested her to call their logistics department & get the number of delivery person & call him to deliver it quickly by 4 pm as i have other plans, to which she replied that "we cant call logistics team, we can just mail them & response time for mail is 24 hrs." i was really disappointed to hear that response.

              That means today also i need to cancel all my plans & my out of station trip tomorrow (If i will not received the product) that just does not mean loss of my time but also monetary loss to me.
              Now my question to flipkart is that why will i wait for them if there is a delivery delay from their end as this is my time & money loss. And who is going to bear all these losses.
              If flipkart is unable to cater to their own commitments then why do they commit something, and why cant they take cognizance of customer's condition and expedite their processes. We bought an expensive product from them assuming that they are a reputed online store and will not goo[censored]p, but it is turning out to be a really bad experience.
              I request the consumer court to penalise them not just because they have to deliver in promised time, but also because they have kept me in dark and made false promises every time i called them.

                  The Motorola g3 phone which was bought around may or June of this year have got it's charger damaged. Short circuit is been happening in the charging port.

                    My oder ID FMPC[protected] was to arrive on 8th Oct 2016 which hasn't reached up till now. The status report shows that the customer could not be reached this the delivery could not take place. Whereas, I haven't even received any calls. This is breach of contract. And I am a practicing lawyer in the High Court at New Delhi. It isn't very difficult for me to file a consumer complaint ASAP. Please look into this or otherwise hire a lawyer.

                        On oct 1 bookedd for a philips mms2030f speaker and it deliver to me on 4-oct

                        Unboxed the product at first look

                        1) there was no model no. Mentioned in the box

                        2) the product delivered to me was defected and the most surprising thing was that was an sticker in which it was mention that the product has in inspected and its ok

                        3) the output and input pin was damaged was not able to plug the aux cable... Finally any how inserted the cable the another surprise thing was there is no tv connection system (Led tv) you cannot connect the product to a tv only it can be connect with an help of aux cable which is compatible for mobile and laptop

                        4) the product it self defined home theater special for tv and has no connection to tv... So checked out in philps website there was no model mention... The search tab says no result found

                        5) tried calling customer care no response from flipkart.. Cancelled te product and still there is no call or any update regarding the pick up and refund

                        And regarding another product as well
                        Wrong commitment provide the delivery date mention was on 8-oct and now its showing the the product will be deliver on 12-oct... Where as tried call customer care spoke with ravi and info him the issue without any intimation the customer executive put the call on hold and disconnected the call...

                          The Flipkart app confirmed the delivery on the 6/10/16 with no time specifics, it was not delivered on the 6th and the delivery status said the product was attempted to be delivered which was grossly incorrect, after speaking to the customer service they accepted a glitch at their end and said the product would surely be delivered by the 07/10/16 by 1900 hrs and yet again the product was not delivered. Now the customer service over the phone have extended the delivery to the 10th and emailed back saying will be the 11th. They have no accurate information of the delivery and no one from the customer service is following up.

                              Hi Consumer Forum,
                              I have ordered one Phone named: SAMSUNG Galaxy On8 (Gold, 16 GB) from http://www.flipkart.com . The order number of this phone is: OD[protected] on 3 October, 2016 12:24 AM
                              Filipkart had a system where user can put there pin code and the product will be automatically available after that. But for my case they will change the pin code internally and right now they send a mail that the product has been cancelled due to misrouted. I have requested their team for a so many time that please don't cancelled my product, I can pickup the product from the burdwan hub also but they didn't listen my word, they cancelled with out my concern. I have communicated with them for a so many time but you can see write that they will be communicated with me after 48 hours which is a very long time scheduled. So, each and every day they invest that money for their business.

                              They are not stop at here also, the same thing they have done with on of my relative. He has order a "SAMSUNG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV" but again they are not able to deliver the product with a right time. The order id of the product is: OD[protected] .

                              Also, there are thousands of customer who are suffering day by day by them. Also I have called their customer care and one of the customer care named: IRFAN SAYYD(refference id: IN[protected] had challenged me that no one can help on this issue, no one can give me any explanation that why the product has been cancelled without my concern. A lots of time, I have requested him that please didn't behave like this with me, a lots of time I have requested that please help me on this issue, please try to connect me with your supervisor by call, but they don't listen any words from my site.

                                I ordered 2 double bed sheet from flipkart and I found the package had only one bed sheet in it. After going through the package I found it was tapered from one other end too . Mean something went wrong before final delivery of product at my home. Now I need to solve my issue as early as possible as I have already paid my bill through credit card .
                                Serious attention needed for such incidence

                                If my problem is not solved I will ask people not to go for online shopping experience with flipkart .

                                  It is quite unfortunate to inform you guys but Flipkart has lost all professionalism. All they care about is receiving orders however, they don’t care about order fulfilment.

                                  This is what happened.

                                  I ordered two phones from Flipkart on 5th October 2016. Their model numbers are Lenovo yk5plus3GB, Lenovo yk5note4gb. Since, it was their BIG BILLION DAY sale, so I was getting good discount on both these items. And, that was precisely the reason I ordered them.

                                  Anyways, moving on, my order was approved and I received a notification on 5th that I’ll receive my shipment within 2-3 days i.e. by 7th October or 8th October. The order was dispatched on 6th October from Hyderabad and was in Delhi on 7th October i.e. yesterday. The location of my order for yesterday and today was Bamnoli sort centre, Delhi. I was so happy that I’ll receive it today or tomorrow.

                                  Apparently, that never happened. I received this email today evening saying, “Unfortunately, your consignment with tracking ID FMPP[protected] for the below mentioned product has been returned to us by our courier partner Ekart logistics due to non-serviceability.”

                                  The fact remains that I have ordered plethora of products from Flipkart before and this thing has never happened before.
                                  If my address is non-serviceable, then why did they send products in the past? They should have given the same reason earlier.

                                  Why NOW?? Are they not interested? Are their stocks over? Do they want a higher price? Is Big Billion Day sale just to bluff customers? Why indulge in so bigger things when they can’t even service their customers? If non-serviceability was the case, they could have informed us at the time of order placement? Why Now?

                                  One thing that has happened today is that they have lost a loyal customer. Because when you are ordering a product, it’s not just a product, it’s a box of feelings that you may have to share with other people.

                                  My advice to each one of you is to Never EVER order anything from this ridiculous website in the future.

                                    Sir It is regarding the Redmi 3S Prime i had purchased from my flipkart account. But after 20 days of delivery the charger of my phone stop working when i visited MI Store/ Service Center in Sector 22 in Chandigarh for replacement of charger they refused to replace and did not give me any reason why they are replacing the charger. This is a complete cheating on the part of Flipkart and MI

                                      I have purchased smart phone from Flipkart.com and delivered yesterday, i have issue with the device, i have complaint to flipkart customer care, phone line was too bzi and tried maytimes so bad flipkart customer care.

                                      i wanted to return faulty product buy they have denied to Refund but only replacement .

                                      they makes people buy saying Easy Return & Refund. They have refund to person bt replacement.

                                      PayTM has good policy for refund.

                                        I have placed an order during big billion period for moto e3 power.
                                        It was placed successfully and was showing under shipping for last two days and suddenly, today i received a mail stating that your order has been cancelled.
                                        How come the order is cancelled without any intimation to the customer.
                                        This is highly disappointing as now the executive are saying that its possible to have the same order with same offer price again... Even they admit that fault was at their end.
                                        Please check and revert asap.

                                        Same problem with me also. Even my mobile is reached to my location Bharuch also and after they cancelled without any reason. Refund amount received after 10 days. They earn from our money like this.
